Its sad that Im going to post this being Ive dealt with Walmart for a over ten fifteen years people ... I went to pick up some medical , hygiene supplies which is covered by my insurance and was rudley turned away with the statement well I dont care what you show me its not on our list of acceptability so ,no 😳 WOW ....as Ive said Ive been dealing with the establishment for over a decade and was treated craaaaazy. Im to resolve it the best way...I think Ill try somewhere else for awhile. So be aware theyre not as a long time customer shopping there will you receive good treatment .just wanted to get my supplies and know why I couldnt yk.called in and was hung up on three different times ...rude and truly need not happen at all when all I wanted to know was why I couldnt get my supplies when all along Ive been getting them there ?????

Walmart of all places doesnt even have Tap to pay! I was shocked. They wanted me to download their janky walmart pay app to implement a tap to pay transaction so I gladly walked out without buying the Samsung QLED ultra wide CPU monitor (ultra expensive) because that sh** is for the birds! Such a pissoff way to do business with a company that owns the world and invests heavily in new tech and the art of black mailing people saying they stole something because their POS self check out is Checked Out. They arent even open 24/7 no more. I m done with Fallmart.
This place was busy and very chaotic during a recent pre Christmas visit. Most everything I needed to buy was poorly and improperly labeled. For example, I bought curtains that said they were 4.95 but they were actually 11.95 and I realized this after getting home and reviewing the receipt. That was one of the several items that were poorly labeled with wrong pricing. If I had more time and limited income I wouldve dumped the entire cart at this store. Very poorly organized throughout.
Curbside pickup to great here. They have been careful with my goods bought from the store and the staff is always friendly. I have had a typical wait time of around 10 minutes from arrival to leaving after delivery. I have had very few problems with an order not being correct. On the one occasion that it has they immediately replaced the item in a quick and easy way. I have been doing curbside here for the last 24 months and have no complaints. I hope it continues indefinitely.
My daughter was waiting for AirPods and they keep saying they don’t have it and today finally after more than 4 calls and hours on line and been transferred to the entire store on the last call they said that we was on electronic and I ask if they have AirPods and the lady said they do have it and she told me the price and I told her be there I’m around the corner we was less than 5 minutes away from the store when we got there they said they don’t have any AirPods and they didn’t know who told us that they do then nobody want to take responsibility for this this store and customer service is a joke what a waste of time and how they lied and play with people specially a young girl that been saving and waiting for this seen Christmas I’m very upset seen my daughter sad because of this people and workers 👎👎
We mainly shop at Giant Eagle for groceries, but do go to Walmart sometimes. Its a nice store has a little bit of everything. The clothes are low priced, but probably arent great quality. My son did buy me a cute pair of shoes for mothers day there. They were only $6. :) Now that toys r us & babies r us is going out of business, we will be shopping here more. I do like that they have a self check out.
I was waiting for this review again OK OK Thanksgiving they have no small turkeys or small pieces of meat we can use for Thanksgiving for small families if you didnt buy an 18 pound turkey or bigger you paid full price so thank you Walmart for saying we dont care about the smaller families that may be an 8 or 10 or 12 pound would been more sufficient why cant you keep unsalted great value crackers and stock why cant you keep rigatoni and stock the greatest Tony in stock for the last 4 months every time I go there you dont have it your shells are empty Youre a Creamer your chocolate Creamer great value you dont have that stock either what is the problem with the manager there It is the managers problem and job to ensure you have proper stock and all your customers are taking care of now let things slide and blow off and keep blaming covid
Today my two year old daughter and i went to purchase a Halloween costume. The selection was great and she was so excited to pick a costume. She picked out the rainbow witch Halloween costume and loved it. So we made our way to the checkout and surprisingly there was many lanes open with actual associates. Instead of being greated with a friendly hello your employee said how she hated ringing these up because of what the bible says about witches. I was highly offended. I bit my tounge instead of telling her how rude and ignorant she was. She didnt even say the total of my purchase. As she gave my recite to me i told her to have a blessed day and still not a word from her. Someone needs to take a class on acceptable things to say to people. As a religious person who does believe in God and the bible i just really felt like she was downgrading us over a babys Halloween costume. Im just glad my little angel didnt understand what she was saying and still loves her costume.
My husband and I placed our order and got our drinks. Our waitress never came back to check on us. It was about an hour later that we noticed notice a couple who came in after us already eaten and were leaving. We grabbed a nearby waitress and ask her to send our waitress over that we hadnt received our food yet and had been waiting about an hour. She went and found our waitress. The waitress forces to come over with a disgusted look Im just going to have to take your order again. One of the reasons we go she just restaurant often is because of theyre quick efficient service. I am usually very understanding person I have waitress I know its stressful when youre busy and things to get misplaced. But there is absolutely no call to not check back in with your customers I can prevent something like this from happening.
They have almost anything you need from groceries to car stuff to clothes to electronics... You name it. But it is always so busy and nobody is there to help you. Checkout is a huge cluster it makes you not want to even go there. Also there are never any electric scooters available for people who cant walk because people who CAN walk take them
Service can either be really nice and helpful or non existent. The turn over rate of employees is very obviously high. If you already know the store it can be pretty simple and easy to navigate and get what you need fast. If you dont, good luck. This place is very back and forth with service.
I have had 2 experiences in the past 2 days and neither was pleasant. 1. I placed a delivery order that never arrived and no one from the store called me to advise that the order would not be delivered. I called the store the next morning and was told they didnt have anyone to deliver it. They told me it would be delivered that day. I waited until 7:30 p.m. (24 hours from the original delivery time) and it didnt arrive and again no one from the store called me. I called the store and they told me once again there was no one to deliver it so I went to the store and pick the order up myself. Why offer delivery if you dont have any delivery people?2. My husband and I went to the store the next day to pick up a few things. The store was in complete disarray, the shelves werent stocked. The layout is terrible and the aisles are way too narrow. The store was very unappealing. Also, the parking lot was a nightmare. I will be finding somewhere else to do my shopping unless they figure out the delivery option and I dont have to go there.
I honestly havent had a bad experience here. Being from the south, I was assuming that all walmart were like my local Walmart there. I was wrong. This walmart is clean. The associates are super helpful and friendly. Everything is in its place, not hidden here and there. I mainly use the large belt self checkout (family of 6 here plus pets). When I do use the associate checkout they are polite and friendly and strike up a conversation. I dont feel like an annoyance to them for bringing my groceries to them. And if I do have an issue with self checkout, they are pretty quick to come over. No flagging someone down or waiting over 5 minutes. So yes, at the end of this lengthy review (you get a freaking gold star if you made it!) I would definitely recommend checking this walmart out! 😊
I give it a two because it was my worst experience there yet. I am on oxygen and feeling a little cooped up me and a family member needed some things so walmart it is. We take the bus and my oxygen only last about a hour so we figured get a motorized cart and I can save some of my oxygen not walking around. We go in and I ask the woman where the carts were and she says all of our carts are broken and we have none, I was so mad seeing red and she just walked away like i was an inconvenience and the saddest part is Im not the only one that needs a cart. I needed to call about it but thru out the day I calmed down and am thinking maybe its just a coincidence. That makes me not want to go there again. I dont think about walmart the same now and will be more cautious if I ever do go back.
The past few visit have been unprofessional to say the least. Employees stopped and gossiping and talking about personal lives while shelves are empty or the pick up spots are full. Lately those bringing the orders to the cars have no cares and throw everything in breakable or not. And heavy items always seem to be on top. I understand every where is busy and understaffed but atleast try to have some pride in your job
Last two times I was here it was like war. People fighting with each other, no checkouts open, besides the self one, and lines that wrap around the entire store. As I am standing in line my groceries are defrosting. While all this chaos is happening not one worker is around. Someone mentioned they all went to lunch break. Can you tell me why you get soo many thieves? Poland Branch, get your act together, your customers should come first.
Gotta give it to you. Normally I despise the idea of going into a Walmart. Today went great, the staff were amazing in the grocery section! One employee gave me a compliment, I love friendly customer service. When I needed help I was shown exactly where the product I needed was. I was able to fly through self checkout, what is normally a 30 minute ordeal took 10 minutes.Hate the store but the employees are pretty great! These stars are for you Walmart workers!
I did online grocery order for here. Normally do other stores but had to be in Boardman for dr appt. Went to pick it up and it was sent to a store an hr from home. While trying to figure out what went wrong, girl in grocery pickup hung up on me. Called back and was told that if they are low.on items it is sent to.closest store that has stock. I have been using Grocery pickup forever and never had this happen. Was told I would have to cancel, reorder, wait.for.money to go back in my account. Man on 1800 number was rude, kept interrupting me.. I will never shop at Walmart again.
You cant pay cash unless you stand in a cashiers line which only 1 seems to be all they open. Maybe if Walmart gets back to customer service the correct way, because it seems nobody has a clue about how the store can get run better. This is the only Walmart of 3 local Walmarts that only focuses on shopping for customers. It is very sad to see ppl whole are capable of shopping, but feel the need to take lazy route. I personally see more handicapped citizens shopping for themselves, I myself and my wife are handicapped but we are very independent, please help to get back to normal and make Walmart feel like a true storeAgain. As i.personnally feel that Walmart is only in the business of catering to the This lazy degenerate generation. Walmart please help us to get back to normal and help society begin to get heeled .
Its walmart you have got to love it!! Everything you need and more! As always handicap accessible entrances and exits. They also provide wheelchairs and scooters to the needy. The staff is wonderful! They will help you with ANYTHING! Right next door to petsmart and giant eagle. Stop on in.
Every time I stop shelves are empty. It would seem to me if they know theyre running out all the time they could order extra? Customer service is not a top priority for Wally world anymore. I can remember when they started out. If more than two people in line we will open up another register. Our customers are first and a return policy of complete satisfaction. Now theres never any registers open just self checkout. The customer is no longer first and satisfaction is something they forgot about a long time ago. Wally world did whatever they could to get a toe hold in the community then once they drove most everybody else out of business they changed their ways. Funny how what comes around goes around, now they are in danger of being put out of business by online competition.
As any internet meme will illustrate, one of the problems that Walmart constantly faces is a lack of cashiers. I dont pretend to know for certain what the plan is behind doing that, but it does mean waiting to check out. The quality of certain of Walmarts products has improved over the past few years I think. And its the improvement in product quality thats my chief reason for going there.
Good experience. Found all items that I was searching for. Good supply of food items. Each time I asked a stock person for assistance, they immediately pulled out their phone and directed me to the area that I could find what I needed. I was very impressed. No long waits in a line. This is very important to me. Very pleasant shopping experience.
I would rate 0 stars if I could.Drove 30 minutes to arrive for my store curbside pickup at 1pm.At 1pm, I was notified that my order has been delayed.I waited an additional 40 minutes to get my scheduled order.I have never had an issue before, but today, whomever was managing, I bet wouldnt be able to manage their way out of a paper bag...I will not return. I will be taking my business to giant eagle from now on.Ill pay the premium price on items for the convenience of not experiencing this again.
So, I would like to thank the associates and managers and supervisors at this Walmart for not telling me that that they could not fill my order. Then, had my online grocery pickup order put through to the store in liberty, ohio. Then, because when I was notified that my order was ready. I went to pick it up at the Poland Walmart and they told me that they had to give the order to Walmart in liberty because they couldn’t fill my order. No, notifications, no call, no text, no email. What kind of circus are y’all running? You know that order had my children’s dinner for the night. My son’s school lunches. Water to go in my son’s lunch and y’all cancelled my order without notifying me first. Y’all should be investigated! BY CORPORATE! And I will make you guys understand that, that was illegal and I hope it involves with all of you losing your employment.
10 bucks for a lunch . Think about the actual people that work there could afford it. If u make 10 bucks an hour minimum wage is what 7.50 so that have to work more the hour an half . An this is more rhetorical . All lunches were never More then 6; bucks im done an you dont put broccoli with a fajitas. There the only one that does. Red pepper. Green peppers onions. maybe even plum tomatoes. Lil cilantro.its late Im tired mine are better then yours
This place is a prime example how a Walmart should not be handled they barely ever have anything you need the isles are small they have one handicap wheel cart and they never answer their phone and all their employees are not happy the whole town where this place is located is very depressing so I advise anyone not to come to the store unless you want a bad experience
No, no, and no! Thought I would try Walmart again b/c I was looking for a clock/radio. Only one (and I mean ONLY one) that a reasonable person could use. Everything is black on black and impossible to read because its soo small! Everything else was $99. with some kind of blue tooth connections. Two registers open....Everything else is self check-out. Im not an employee of Walmart and I dont intend to take someones job!! Had about $60. worth of other merchandise. Left it....went elsewhere.
Decent Walmart. Its kept well stocked and clean although the layout and organization of the store is unlike any other walmart I have visited. I took off 1 star because the location and parking lot are super chaotic and Walmart should easily have the resources to have its own building and parking lot and there is plenty of prime real estate nearby. Boardman deserves a super Walmart with its own parking lot.
Worst and least helpful Walmart Ive been to. My wife and I refuse to shop there anymore due to that lack of product. Staff is rude, and the place can use a cleaning. Also, people shouldnt to have to wait in the checkout line for 45 minutes. They should have more than 1 or 2 registers open. Especially due to the fact of being a high volume store. I do not feel safe at this store. If I could give it zero stars or negative stars, I would not hesitate!!!
Dirty, filthy store and parking lot. Always crowded. Everything is locked up due to theft- most workers are rude when you ask them to open a case for a phone charger (or do their job). Have to pay at separate areas if you get an electronic or need flea/tick preventative medicine and another register for groceries. Id rather pay higher prices at Giant Eagle for a peace of mind and order the nonfoods from Amazon!
My visit to Walmart was good. I found everything that I needed..but manager needs to now how to control the people that work there.. some them are very rude to the customer ....I have spoken to her about one worker there she act like she didnt care she looked at worker and wink her eye at her like she didnt care about the company ...they need to do something about her
I know most Walmarts are not the best but they are low priced. Which is why I shop here for my family of 6. They run out of things a lot. Half the employees are rude and dont seem to care. Its not the worst Ive ever seen but when I needed to use the restroom....it was the worst Ive ever seen. I almost vomited, the smell was so bad. Each toilet was filled with poop, pee, toilet paper on the seats and floor. I know, obviously some people are just gross but no one has cleaned that bathroom for at least a week.
They run out of stuff sometimes, but the prices are pretty reasonable and the staff seems to be helpful. Nice selection of items for groceries and over the counter pharmacuticals and cosmetic items. Fairly decent clothing supplies and other items such as electronics and automotive, etc. Im updating my review today. Walmart has improved a great deal over the last few years, but, they keep consistently placing items on the shelf later and later in the day. By 10:00 AM you would expect them not have to run back to grab your item off the pallet. They used to have most of the items out by 5:00 AM.
A year ago I liked going to this store. The shelves were stocked and the workers were pleasant. Things have changed shelves are almost never stocked properly and the cashiers and other workers are devoid of any work ethic. Things seemed to have changed around the time they remodeled. Sad how fast this store went down hill.
Even during a pandemic the place is always jammed packed no matter when I go in there. Most of the people that work there are nice and knowledgeable. A few are rude and ignorant about their job. I can find most things I need there, but sometimes they are out of things. Usually I can find it the next time though.
They have the items (mostly) but now being forced to wear a mask at all times nearly killed me today. Its too hot for this. I barely managed to get the required items before I nearly passed out. (I have a low immune system and lung damage) having no choice but restrict my breathing further is painful and dangerous.
I was in your store this evening and forgot my card, but didn’t realize until after everything was scanned and bagged by the cashier. I was going to leave my cart until a wonderful gentleman, who was a military veteran, and his wife paid for my entire cart without any hesitation!! I was so beyond thankful and blessed and I wish I was able to see them again to return the favor. Thank you so much and I will forever be grateful for you both. I pray you see this and I hope you know how grateful I truly am for you!! Thank you !!!
Went to goldie rd walmart...cashier and regular staff awesome...had people from somewhere doing inventory one woman scanning inventory was so extremely rude...she was doing inventory in cold remedy section i was trying to get something from that area she huffed and puffed...i apologized for getting in her way...will not go back to liberty walmart to be treated this way
Hello,These are two managers who continued to smoke after politely informing/ reminding them of the Ohio no smoking law.Sadly, they didnt care enough to even put out their cigarettes; even after we politely asked and explained how it effects our children.The smoke is directly in front of the Main Entrance/ front door, directly next to the no smoking sign posted when entering the building.
I made a mistake in sending money Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart and the manager here told me because I dont have the reference number I cant resend it or retrieve it. So she saying since I lost the reference number it just stays lost in the system. I have all the other information which is more than enough to get my money back. The sad part is she didnt even try she just kept saying it cant be done. LMAO What a joke.
Needed to pick up a few items. They did not have 2 of the items and staff could not be bothered to help locate the items. The cashier was very pleasant as I checked out. I rarely go to Walmart if I can help it. I dont find their prices to be as favorable as they once were.
Terrible customer service. I was more than willing to work within their policy for returning an air mattress. However the air mattress that I wanted to exchange for the same one they did not have any more left so instead of giving me a gift card or something different they pretty much told me that I have to pay either more money to get a more expensive one or I have to pay the same price for a twin mattress than I did for a queen mattress
Always found this Walmart good to shop in, Only had one issue with ID & buying smokes by this 100 year old worker behind the counter, not accepting my Australian Driver licence & had to get a manager, by no means do i look under 21 @ 42 years old with a bear gut to go with that. Stupid. The other customers were getting frustrated in line with another co-worker roller her eyes about this situation as well.
So many better places to go then Walmart... Some employees are good while some are absolutely terrible to deal with. The produce is usually pretty terrible and alot of the frozen items seem like they have been thawed and refrozen at least once or twice. Shop at your own risk...
So this store has just about anything you can think of at very reasonable prices. The grocery food items are always fresh and the grocery selection is amazing! Any food item you want - ethic foods too - are all here under 1 roof! Got my groceries, pet supplies, and bought a black womans v-neck summer t-shirt for only $5.00!!! Im a happy camper....the checkouts were almost empty!!! I was in and out in less than half hr and has a car full of stuff! 😀
Seems like this store is consistently behind the times. Even with an update not too long ago, the place looks dated and beat down. It does not offer grocery pickup when many of the neighboring Walmarts do (is it too much to ask to have this option in Mahoning County?). The employees are generally helpful here but shelves are often a mess and selection continues to decrease.
Staff not helpful didnt know product gave me wrong thing . Check out is a nightmare most everything is self checkout not all stations operating and long lines waiting. Some people had 2 buggies full of items trying to ring up and bag. Its a shame how little it appears some so wealthy put into satisfying, helpful customer service
Its okay, not as good as it use to be. Lunes are way to long. People are complaining about that & the self checkouts. I literally have to search the store to find help. Never find anyone in the same department Im at. The prices went up alot. Never misses everytime I go through the check out I need a price check !! & how many times I would of bought something if it only had the price marked. Then you ask a clerk how much something is they tell you to check it with a wall or pole scanner. So three stars are plenty.
I understand everyone should be treated equally, but why do you have the oldest and the people that are so slow working the register.... Not only was she slow but she looked at everything we were buying and checking it out. She also put 1 item almost in 1 bag. There were only 3 registers open making for very long and upset lines... Very disappointed in Walmart....
Looking for baby cribs had none set up to see what it looked like or type of material it was made of. An item I wanted had no price and it was to big to carry to a scanner across the store. Went to check out and the cashier was soooo slow it took 20 min to ring the three people in front of me. Not a happy camper!😠
A pisspoor example of a retail store. The store itself is filthy, the isles cluttered with merchandise, pallets, packing materials even during the daytime. Many of the employees and management have no work ethic at all and stand around gossiping. They act annoyed when asked a question, or outright fail to provide any help instead sending you to ask someone else. They have outright lied about the fact they have computerized inventory and can easily check product pricing and availability from anywhere in the store - they can not even be bothered to do this when asked. Most of the staff can not answer simple questions about product availability or placement, and the go to response is Check online. Products are consistently improperly stocked, if restocked at all, constantly misprinted, placed on the wrong shelves or in the wrong department. Items are mispriced constantly, especially DVDs and Blue Rays. Their online store will send you to this local store for a product but it wont exist when you arrived because every single time we just sold the last one. Management does not care, and most of the assistant managers, especially the night manager, are just as lazy and useless and rude as the worst of the staff - thats who the staff learns it from. They consistently have no manned registers open overnight, even though Walmart Corporate has told me more than once company policy requires at least 1 manned register at all times. In fact, tonight, August 3 at 1:15am the Night manager laughed at me when I pointed this out and said well its not this stores policy. I have no intention of returning to this store, and for gods sake people of Ohio #BoycottWalmart - you deserve better than this!
So I came in with my 87yr old client she needed a specific type of light bulb I asked the young man for help he not only led us to the isle but then graciously helped us find the right bulb! I could shoot myself for not remembering his name. He went above and beyond and we truly appreciated him. So thank you very much.
The 4 checkout lines were backed up across the main isle and the self checkout was equally backed up. When I inquired with an associate as to were they going to open more registers, I was met with a curt Ive done what I can. At which point she turned and walked away. I proceeded to put my products back and went to giant eagle and purchased my products. I tried to call the corporate office and was on hold for more than fifteen minutes. They filed a report and asked if would like a return call from the manager. I declined the offer.
Dont go today its an absolute Zoo. They move things around again and cant find anything I was looking for and spent too much time that I didnt have.New post 7.17.19 things are worse. I hate trying to get gallons jugs of distilled water when the are on top shelf in the back. Thankfully another customer had an umbrella and helped pulled some bottles closer for me as I couldnt find a stocker. Cashier acted so zoned out, barely functioning. Took forever to check out the one person in front of me, then couldnt even look up at me let alone say thank you for coming.
Its empty at 2 am on a Wed. It also sux to check out if your disabled, they only have self check out and nobody will ring you out. It took me 20 minutes to physically check out with 10 items. They have like 50 employees working why cant they have 1 person working express / disabled line right next to self check out area?
I changed this from 3 to 2 stars. They have this new inventory system which is horrible. Some employees have told me that management waits until a product is nearly gone before reordering. They report complaining about it. I can never get everything on my list because the product is out of stock. I can list numerous examples but why bother.
I was reminded today as to why I hate Walmart and why I prefer target. Target doesn’t harass you on your way out forcing you to show them your receipt for items that you have purchased as if you are being accused of theft. I don’t think they should be allowed to do that unless they suspect you of a crime.

Convenient location and reasonable prices on every day products. The app is helpful to find products or to place an online order. Most of the staff is not very helpful. Lines are almost always long, even when using the self check out, and it seems like they are always out of products on my shopping list.
Disorganized. Spent 30 minutes going through jeans to find my size. Got to the checkout but the jeans I had were the wrong brand and $40 more. Also had a mop bucket. Price below it said $3.97. Rang up at $8.88. Ten minutes for a price check. Bucket was in the wrong place. I shouldnt have to check bar code numbers when I am buying something. Bought the bucket but not jeans. Woman checking me out got rude and told me I shouldnt have brought the jeans up if I wasnt going to buy them. Third time in a month Ive encountered this kind of thing. Ill just go to Marcs from now on.
Its Walmart. Is there anything else to be said. Cashiers are ok, if they have more than 2 or 3 open. Long lines at registers all the time. Self checkout is always busy with many of the registers not working. If you need assistance, good luck. They are usually outside smoking or all hanging out near the service desk in Front of the store, ignoring customers.
I would not give this store any stars due to the fact that we went in simply for a wedding gift bag, tissue paper, and face wash and the employee who was working in the face wash section told us why are we over in this section its only girly stuff over here. So I then pointed out the fact that face wash is for both male and females. He then further made the comment oh no I offended you. His name was Lucas and I had spoke with the co-manager Tim and another assistant manager. Worst experience ever will never come back to this place and I will definitely make sure all of my friends and family never come back here ever again!
Ive only ever once had a bad experience at this store and it was for a situation outside of their control. The staff is generally friendly, in the stores generally clean. Its helpfully located and handicap accessible. For those reasons and more I will be a return customer.
I have had the most ridiculously slow cashier ever known to man kind. With two people in front of me what should be a 5 min wait for my turn took 20 minutes... it was as if she looks at every item she rung out and tried to have a conversation with the people in front of me... when wife is in the car waiting with my crying one year old he’s tired and hungry. I am sorry but if it was a slow time without 3 people behind me even that might be good service. Not when it’s a mad house with every open lane 4 plus people in it...........
The store can be a little hectic, but still has what you need. We went there to return a faulty television that was purchased at walmart.com and picked up at the store. Customer service told us we could not return it with no box. After some conversation and the intervention of a manager they did return the television for us.otal of the story is ask for the manager to start with and save yourself time and aggravation.

2022-02-17This was the first year that I ordered a cake and was very disappointed. I literally had to spend extra money to make it look like a cake. Not only was the lady ride yesterday on the phone taking my order but the manager Brian was also. Customer service at the bakery isn’t like it use to be I tell you. First pic is what they gave me second pic I tried to make it look something. Never again will I order from there or refer the bakery to anyone. Last two pics are previous cakes from boardman Walmart

I also love shopping here as the prices are great and they really have an awesome selection of clothing! The produce is the best price too! Great store all around. 2022-05-27Update strictly about *ANY BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS PRODUCTS*The Better homes and gardens brand is a prime example of Corporate America Also.. So lets be honest for a second, the brand is ch-ch-ch cheap. Not as in affordable I mean as in weakness and material. I brought so many things from that brand specifically 2 metal fans and a 4 piece Glass set for my wife for mothers day.. Waste of money you can drop a quarter on the glass and bam! Its cracked and probably even broken completely, the fan last for a day and starts wobbling and screws coming out that werent even put in by me. Those parts were already together. Funny thing is the stuff I put on wouldnt even come apart because I put it together so well... Walmart has gone downhill and does not care about the customer anymore only the fact that the customer is bringing money for their pockets no matter if the customer gets a good product or not. For this I have no suggestion because people like you will never listen to someone small like me even though people like me are tired too Im just the only one with guts enough to call all you corporate America types what you really are.. Crooks!!!Very over crowded why not build up walmart appliances electronics and household items upstairs clothing pharmacy HBA and toys downstairs.. or the other way around just dont think you patients having to travel upstairs to get medicine either way there nothing wrong with expansion if anything youll bring more business. But Above all its very clean no issues with customer service and there are Lots of items on the shelves.. Great work..

2022-05-17Its a Walmart. It is adequate, nothing special. Service is okay, and the employees are courteous. The only complaint is the parking lot. Its always a hassle finding a place to park that isnt a long way to the entrance. Fine in summer, but in winter, not so much.

2022-07-04Apparently they stop taking returns around 9:30pm. At least according to the older lady in a yellow vest at the door. There wasnt even an option for me to wait for someone.Probably should put return hours on the website or something if it isnt the same hours as the rest of the store. Honestly it just sounded like a lazy excuse. It was almost an hour until close so it wasnt like a last minute rush.

2022-06-19So its been between 4 and 5 years since Ive stayed at my property in Youngstown, and Im glad to report that this trip to Walmart I didnt see any people that look like they were directly related to bigfoot, the towns getting prettier

2022-07-04Clean, other than the stock on the shelves being low, and only having 3 registers open on a holiday weekend was ridiculous. My husband refuses to use the self check outs.

2022-03-08It wasnt your fault but the Power went out. So I could not get my prescription (which I needed) or the other items I had shopped for. The staff was nice, and told us what was going on.

2022-06-17This is the worst Walmart I’ve ever been in. Dirty, unorganized, staff is not at all helpful wondering around with their mouths open. I’ll drive the extra distance to Salem / New Castle before I take the 5 minute trip to Boardman.
