Terrible. This store is SO slow. No one cares about their job or the customers! Their curb side pick up is the WORSE!!!!! They pick and choose which cars to do 1st. If they dont like you; your gonna wait over 30mins for your order!!!!!! Watch them walk back to the building! Just strolling! Not a care in the world! No one ever answers the phone! Dont know why they have them!!!!!!!!!! I drive to Oberlin walmart!!!!!! Its worth it! Cleaner! Nicer employees! Helpful employees!!!!!!
Its a rough time that we are all going through, prices are high everywhere not just Walmart. We must find a way to get the prices under control people are struggling and hurting. Overall I still find Walmart to be the most competitive but again prices are high. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful.
Its a super store. You can buy anything from car parts to groceries. From shoes to video games. You dont have to stand in a line to be checked out, you can go to self checkout and be in and out in no time at all. There is a pharmacy for all your prescriptions and many other stores within walking distance. Kholes, Rue 21, pet supplies plus and many more
Worthless employees, walking around chatting nonstop, never actually doing anything by the looks of it. Don’t ever try to use the outdoor section, the paint section, or electronics, because you will be waiting forever for an uniformed person who probably doesn’t even have a key. 🤙🏻
Its hard for me to express in words whats going on with Walmart, it seems like every time I go now something else comes up wrong and it doesnt make any sense to me to do with someplace else around the shop I would and I think Ill go back online and go someplace else because for the mistakes that Walmart is making is unreal unacceptable and theres no excuse for it, my day gets worse when I have to think about it knowing that thats really the only place close by that I can go to no that has got to change today.
My ONLY time of the day off and I tried to get my oil changed at 4:30 on a Monday. Automotive was closed. Tried calling the main store to ask an associate if they were gonna open back up since the hours on the door said open til 7 but couldn’t even talk to anyone on the phone.
Pick is unacceptable, people do pick up for reason. A pick up time is picked out by the costumers for a reason, mine after work but your delayed 2 hours or more is crazy. If this is beyond your control then pull people from other departments to help. Dont get me started on a picked out ham, a 3lb ham when I have over 50 items in pick up, really that isnt going to feed 12+ people. Also using one bag for one item cmon really thats a waste, plastic is already bad for the environment. Do better Walmart
Why would you only have one person working in the return department. In your busy time of year management was no where to be found.Yes its a trying time for everyone on short staff but your management staff needs to be more of team player. For the employee that was back there by your self you did a excellent job. And management can learn a lot from there employee. The first two days at this location was very bad . Day one we had issues at the self check out .A employee was more worried about texting on her own phone. Day two returned the TV that my mom bought was damaged. Dont think I would come back to this location.
New to the area. Also disabled. Need dependable grocery delivery? Dont come here. Always missing items, deliveries are always incomplete. Third worst Walmart in the country, only because Steelyard Commons sets an almost unbeatable example. Needs a new staff, completely. Never answers the phone in any department
I went to walmart around 8 or 9pm. Every staff worker was pretty much hitting lunch break which was their excuse for ignoring as me a customer while I needed help finding a specific type of vacuum. Shout outs to a woman at the front named Loretta who was literally the ONLY person out of 9 workers willing to to help me.
I just had the most ridiculous experience at Walmart on Leavitt rd in Lorain. They close at 11pm. We arrived at 10:45pm to buy some paper towels. They would not let us in. They said they only had one cashier. Dont they have self service lanes? Why couldnt the 3 members of management standing outside to keep people out, hop on a register?#Walmart #thisisntover #walmartsucks
I had a very wonderful experience shopping at Walmart. all the staff was nice and courteous to me answered all my questions in a timely and considerable manner. everybody that I asked the question to they had to answer they didnt have to ask anybody for help to answer my question they already know it and it was the right answer cuz Im going to do a secret shoppers you know.. good job Walmart keep it up
My son ordered something online and needed me to pick it up. I called 3 times and talked with people who were of no help whatsoever. Came to find out that I needed to do the pickup operation. I called but could not get hold of anyone. Had to walk in and go to customer service, which was aggravating because I cant walk well. I was one of 15 people in the line that had one person working. When it came my turn, I explained my situation. The rep went to a back room, was gone for about 2 minutes, then came out with what I needed. All of that trouble for nothing. I think they need to close this store until they get a reliable full crew. The skeleton crew is being treated like dogs, and the customers are getting terrible service.
The staff was friendly when we needed help,and while checking out. But theyve removed the stations in the store where youre able to scan an item to check the price. Since several items we picked up did not have a price tag on them,only a bar code on the sticker Zaza and no price listed on the shelf or bin,we found this missing price check station very annoying. We asked an employee about it and she said they removed them for renovations,(quite a while ago) and never put them back. This means the staff on the floor now bears the task of checking prices again if they even have a device to do so. The store was pretty busy while we were there and yet it wasnt in complete disarray. I found that to be pretty impressive.
When they remodeled the store, they moved a lot of stuff around and its hard to find things now. I needed to buy something that was locked up in a theft proof case and nobody came to help after another employee paged someone twice. The self checkouts almost never accept cash. So I had to wait in a long line for a person to check out my items. Ill just stick to Meijer down the street.
Had to redo my review. Dont come here. EVER. This is the worst Walmart. The employees are awful. If you want delivery? Dont. Order from somewhere else and tip a little higher for the distance. Way better experience for you. The dashers wait here for HOURS and ultimately give up your order after waiting so long on staff. The store is disastrous; how do your employees know where things are? I try to go in to buy 1 item and I spend hours looking for it even though the app tells me the specific location and aisle number...but guess what? Its not there. Please do not waste your time.
Great shopping store. Except didnt like the ideal almost every teller is self pay and you need a credit card. And only to teller for cash transaction.That was the only bad experience.Also they dont sanitize their shopping carts anymore were still no pandemic and theyre not wiped down that was disappointing too but besides that I really enjoyed being in this Walmart in Elyria Lorain.
I inquired to an associate where the location of a certain merchandise would be located. Associate was engaged in his phone and not sure where item was located. Associate stated I needed to go by that department to find someone. Asked another associate who had much attitude stated he didnt know either. With frustration i found another associate who was willing to help. Unfortunately do the remodeling of the store merchandise is harder to locate then in previous encounters knowing this the associates should be more understand and willing to assist their patrons.
It wasnt a good experience.One isle had the overhead sign that said coffee. There wasnt any coffee in that isle, only coffee was on the end cap and it was flavored coffee.We were looking for toasters.. there was no black and decker toaster in a box except the display one. We couldnt find shower liner hooks.Bread isle didnt have the brand of bread we were looking for. Yogurt was not stocked.. we will never go back to this store again.. it is a sad excuse for a store.
This Walmart Superstore had fantastic customer service. Each staff person that we ask to assist us did so by showing us the aisle and the product location. Thats not done at most Walmarts, when you ask for assistance or help to find something.This store is also clean and will stock
On Good Friday evening before Easter there were NO registers open to be checked out at. Not one. Every single customer was directed to a self check out station manned by one young lady. Self check out robs communities of entry level jobs. It reduces the service patrons receive from a business.The level of human interaction which elderly disabled or socially disenfranchised want need and deserve to receive when they have opportunity to shop is diminished. I asked for a manager. She came within 10 minutes.She actually told me that Walmart was closing all of their check outs within a month- that it wasnt costing jobs - that they were hiring more people to watch customers check out and bag their own groceries -which i personally felt sounded, well, ludicrous.However, the employee who was supervising the self-checkout with four lanes called me over to a traditional checkout lane then rung me up. I most certainly appreciated that. Walmart was made richer by many now unemployed business owners that were NOT allowed to open their stores during the pandemic.They will be richer yet on the backs of the the communities robbed of employment benefits due to this new policy. I gave 2 stars ONLY because although most Easter candy was gone, they still had plenty of candy in the back, also because of the thoughtful cashier who was accommodating. I dont think i will be shopping much at Walmart anymore.
The store is located in a good place. But they were lacking in some of the normal items that I usually get. Also the woman who was wiping down the carts was a little rude and unhelpful. But a store employee by the name of Brian Parker was very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked him for directions to the item i needed. He even walked to where he said to go to make sure he was correct.
This is the most disgusting, dirty, nasty store Ive ever been in. And I spent a lot of time in Mexico and Vietnam. The staff are totally checked out except for a few good employees who must hate working there. I feel like Im going to get mugged walking down the aisles. Go to Meijer instead!
If I could give this zero stars I would. Walmart just lost a long-time customer in me. Its not the employees, but management or the corporation, whomever is making the decision to change the store around completely. I understand moving things around, streamlining, but when you completely move everything around, with no rhyme or reason to how things are organized, and then you still have the old signs up, you clearly havent planned and dont have your customers in mind. It took me at least an hour to find what I needed and I didnt even get everything I needed. I would rather shop just down the street at Meijer.
Check-out lines are usually long. Workers check the items in your bags against your receipt before exiting the door like youre a criminal. Lots of video cameras chiming as you walk down the aisles. You have to find a worker with the correct key in order to purchase certain items, which is enormously inconvenient.
Its currently undergoing a remodel. The pharmacy has moved to the front of the store to the right of the middle set of entry doors. (Including the garden center doors)A lot of stuff is now locked up which means waiting for an employee to come unlock and retrieve items. The color scheme seems to be drab prison gray. I think Ill avoid this one until their remodel is done and perhaps beyond. This is one way to make online shopping more appealing though. Meh.
This is the 3rd time we have come to shop with our mother, who needs a motorized cart and either have to hunt one down or, like today, there were 2 near main entrance. One was not charged (very common at this store), the other was full of items. We left, went to Meijer.
Made it just in time for closing and they told me the person who unlocks the baby formula went home for the day as if they take the key with them!! Instead of retrieving the key which was at customer service , they denied me a can of baby formula for my daughter! This entire store needs to be shut down if the employees can’t do their job!
Ordered curbside pickup, went to fetch my order by calling the posted phone number. After trying to get ahold of someone for 5-10 minutes (got a recorded message that associates were busy helping others, and to leave a message) I was the only one waiting. I decided to go into the store, and pick up my order and a few more items. I was told to go back outside and call the number! I told the associate the reason for me coming into the store to get my item since no one would answer the phone. So I preceded back to outside pick up and saw an associate helping another customer and had to holler to get some help. The lady asked my last name and after another 5 minute wait, she came back out and asked my name again! Finally after much ado I received my order. Also, you have to use their app to check-in online to notify youre there to pickup. I didnt have the app on my phone, and theres no other way to check-in!Never again at the Lorain, OH store...
This store is a mess. I have been a loyal shopper since they opened. I am finally done with it. There are items that are never there. RICE NOODLES TACO supplies and others. Early in the week they have a lot of shelf stockers . But cant keep up with the demand. Now they are remodeling. They think they are doing a good thing but they are not. Why dont some of the cooperates shop there and see what a mess it is. I am tired of the scavenger hunt just to get groceries . Will try Meijer.
Long wait at Returns Customer Service. Only 1 cashier. Bunch of young people working, were goofing off, while only 1 cashier behind the returns counter. Another employee yawning loudly while switching out the cash registers.. So terribly un-professional. Manager heard my comments while waiting with other patrons and made sure to tell me she was the only manager. Lorain Walmart is just going down hill. No respect for your customers.
Honestly I could find most of what I wanted. However the selection in some areas were low bcuz the shelves werent fully stocked. A good shopping experience prices are ok comparing and of course the service was great. Staff was courteous. Covid protocols are being observed so wear a mask
I really cannot even express my disdain for this Walmart. First of all, it’s always a giant mess. There’s boxes and large palettes of things in most aisles. Making it very hard to walk through with a cart especially if there’s lots of other customers. There are always carts scattered all over the parking lot, I just about backed into one that was left in the middle of the parking lot. The last time I was there there wasn’t even a cart when you walked in and when I asked I was told they were waiting on someone to bring them in, and it may be awhile. While this Walmart is only a ten minute drive from my house and very convenient I will always make the drive to oberlin where it is much cleaner and more organized.
Ridiculous return policy different than other stores even other walmarts. Learned that theyre all differently managed & make their own policies. As far as products they had poor inventory. Couldnt find what I went in there for with regard to at least 3 different products that I have easily found elsewhere. Also they have very tall shelves, so many times there are things up so high that youd have to be a giant to reach or go try to find non existent available employees
The manager of the vision center was very rude to my elderly mom. For no good reason at all..My mother was very nice to her but that lady acted like Mom had the plague.. I will never use that vision center again. There was no need for that. The manager should be ashamed of herself.
Is theres one thing that I do love 💖 the most is that I dont have to go inside the store to do the groceries. Is so convenient for me and the customer service is awesome. I dont even called, I just check in my app, and boom 💥 ,the lady came outside with my groceriesThank you guys so much.
Their Walmart+ service is incredibly slow. With it being only $2 less a month than prime. When orders are placed, you look at 24 hours or longer for delivery and 12+ hours for pickup. While I understand their might be high demand, this might be a good time to bring on extra employees to offset the high demand. Its just as bad as their checkout lines. Long lines with minimal employees. So why am I paying $12 extra a month for this service?
What the point of having a customer service call line if no one ever answers I was notified I had a delayed pick up and never got an update. I’ve been calling them for 20-30 straight. When someone finally picked up I got transferred and had to wait another 15min I just hanged up and canceled my order. Ridiculous
Its inconvenient that some ,shoo, most things are locked up. I do like to read the labels of , say, the facial products. Well you have to call someone to unlock it first, if you can find someone that is, then, they you feel as if youre bothering them. Im not talking by their annoyance , though some are, pardon me for you doing your job?! but, to have them stand there while, I look at everything I want, and for them to keep unlocking, and locking certain sections?!!.. its mind boggling why Walmart would do something as silly as that. If anything, Im spending LESS, due to the fact, that almost EVERYTHING! is locked now! Sorry Walmart, you used to be my shiz!
Worse customer service. Any time you try to find someone to help you can never find a worker and when you finally find someone they go to get the worker for that area and no one ever shows up. Cashiers are the worst. This new Walmart set up is horrible. This will be my last visit.
I was trying to look for a roasting pan that I have found online at the Walmart website went to the store to get one not only I wasted my time and my gas because it wasnt even there but the manager of the department store was not only disrespectful and rude but she was unhelpful
Most of the staff is friendly and helpful but once in awhile you’ll catch someone on a bad day. But you’ll have that anywhere. My main reason for the 3 stars is the way the store is in shambles every time I go there. I can’t tell you how many Walmart’s I’ve been to yet this one always has racks of clothes tattered and thrown wherever. Same with the food and other stuff there. Somethings is always where it shouldn’t be.
Had a great experience this evening at Walmart from start to finish. Everyone of the Walmart associates greeted me with a smile, and excellent customer service, and the selection in the produce department is WOW phenomenal! Tonya D. (one of my favorites) is always so nice and helpful at the express check-out is a shining star ✨🌟
Went her with my sister. Staff are not friendly here. Im handicapped and was riding a scooter. Went into a self check out. One of the workers said there are to many people in the area and made my sister leave. I get there trying to be safe because of the covid, but I needed here help checking out. I tried explaining this to the worker. She said I dont care and still made her leave. I struggled bagging all my stuff and felt rushed. Will never go back to this Walmart again. Everytime I go here its a bad experience. Ill stick to driving a little farther to go to the Walmart in Avon.
The greeter did not tell me where to go...she led me to where I could get my perfume. It was under lock and key so another assistant came to unlock the shelf...then she carried my perfume to the check out counter and gave it to the cashier because there were 3 customers in front of me. When I asked the woman why she was taking my perfume to the counter for me, she said: We are having more stealing these days. Wow...this was the first time in my life this ever happened to me. Wow.
Ordered 1 hour photos on 10/6. Got an email that they were delayed. Got another email that they were ready for pickup, drove there to pick up, was told when I got there that they werent ready, the store had no ink to print them, and it would be 2-3 WEEKS! Why was I even able to order them then. Walmart used to be a great store a decade or so ago, but it is the dregs now. Will not be at all surprised to see them go the way of Sears and others: management is horrible, website is useless, stores are messy and stock is often low, and online ordering a disaster.
Worst Walmart Ive ever been to. Ill drive the extra 15-20 minutes to Oberlin or Elyria just to avoid it. From products being out of stock, to employees pretending not to speak English (later heard them speaking to fellow employees in English just fine), to overfilling my vehicles oil 2 oil changes in a row... its just not worth the hassle.
I used to love going to this store, but even though they did purchase a few new scooters for disabled it seems there just are never any available or they are broken or not charged. Most employees on the other hand seem to be very polite and helpful with the exception of a couple who seem to be angry all the time.
Whatthe itemhis particular Wal-Mart is awful. I chose to buy a couple of items online and pick them up at the store. Basically NO instruction was given on where to go. I followed the signs, sat for 5 minutes just to be told I had to go in to Customer Service which is located at the end of the store OPPOSITE of the only set of open doors. I didnt even want to go into the store, I am disabled and was having a bad day. The screen to check in for your stuff was not being used due to covid but no instruction given on what to do next. Stood in line for customer service. All in all a bad experience. Oh and you have to enter the store through a gate that has a bizzer that goes off when it is opened to cut down on theft I guess. I wont be going back to this Wal-Mart again. It was the only one nearby that had the item I wanted.
I went to take advantage of the pickup today. Wonderful surprise. I was treated like a VIP. The gentleman,Don, is very professional. It was such a treat to shop at this store. Stay save everyone. (. I received a survey request but for some reason it does not work on my phone). Just wanted to let you know : YOU MADE MY DAY!!!!!
The rudest bunch of female employees I have ever dealt with. Standing talking and doing nothing I asked for help and got the most hateful look and talked down to me like I was human waste. Then we wanted to exchange a propane tank, should have known better we had to wait for 30 min. No one showed, so I had to go in and get my money back. Why are you cramming everyone through 1 exit. No one stays 6ft away from you. I had some guy stand right next to me almost touching me I asked him to move away and he got closer. I spend thousands of dollars at Wal-Mart every year and I will not put myself through that ever again!!!
Such terrible awful customer service. I called to find out if they had an item I got transferred from department to department and the phone would just ring and ring and then I would get hung up on. Finally I just decided to go 20 minutes out of the way to go up there and I went through two employees who were absolutely clueless and one of them didnt even speak English or understand. Then I saw 3 employees standing and talking. I stood there right next to them with no acknowledgement until I had to say something. Staff just seems oblivious and clueless.
I know it was 20 minutes almost 30 to close and I ran in so I could buy glucose test strips because I can’t keep my sugar up and the employees refused to let me in to buy some but let someone else in to buy coffee a minute before me never shopping here again even after I told them that’s all I needed and my husband just got off work
Very rude staff! Her name is Alesha, works at Online Pick Up/Returns department. I wish I can explain the whole story in here, I just called Walmart Corporate and complained about her. Talked to the manager, she just shrugged it off, didnt even listen to me. Looks like they are used to customers complaining about their rude staff. Most staff from Walmart Lorain branch are rude, unfriendly and unhelpful, totally different compare to Meijer and Giant Eagle. Id rather pay more to get my groceries in Meijer than going back to Walmart Lorain.
This place is a true super center with so many departments. The only thing the store lacks is an automotive repair shop/tire department and a self-service gasoline area.I appreciate the convenience of such a large store.Im not a fan of their new line of plus size womens clothing, but it is otherwise a very useful store.
I actually have a nice thing to say about this place...I went in for an air conditioner there this evening...Benny? I believe was his name was very helpful, and while usually when I use self check out (I get it) the over seeing cashier is rude....short little woman with a short hair cut ..( I am there 3 to 4 times a week) the woman that was working it tonight, Thursday evening around 10 pm was pleasant, nice, helpful...she deserves a raise! Was so very kind, as I said the woman that usually works that area during the day has alwways been rude to me...so kudos to your staff tonight!
I would rather shop at stores where products are sourced locally and better quality control. Lines are always long. Expired products several time in dairy department and bread items were moldy still on shelf to be sold. If you need help with a specialty department like paint or sporting goods, you will have to push their call button twenty times before someone comes.
This is not a working mans store! If you like being profiled and followed around by security this is your store!! Easter Sunday and I can’t get help then being followed around by security! Wow!! I never come to this store because of the disarray. Maybe it was the West Virginia hat or the dirty boots? Stay clear if you do more work before 6am than they do all day!
Where do I start? Its Walmart so during the day its typically a nightmare. On a few occasions I used their Money Services Department to cash my VA travel reimbursements. The 1st time I had 3 different checks to cash. The lady helping me said, oh sometimes this machine will deny your checks, especially if you have more than one. And sure enough after one check, the other two were denied. I mean come on already theyre checks from the treasury department! I was so angry. I asked why were they denied and she said oh call the number on the receipt to find out. Psshh whatever! They need to get some better equipment already! Its 2020!!!!
Ive always loved Walmart for there variety. And the I had today his name was Angel kind of hard not to forget that Maine standing in line 15 minutes worth the wait. Immediately he apologized. I reassured him I knew it wasnt his fault. I had actually even tried to call the store while I was standing in line to get him more help since he was the only cashier working tonight. I dont see how it could be acceptable for any Walmart to only have one cashier with no backup to help when the line starts to have over 7 people. Anyone with eyes could see the need for help. Like I said I love Walmart but they need to get their Management in order so they dont have one person working like a slave all night. Nor does anyone appreciate having to wait in line for 20 minutes.
I mean service is good, people are a little creepy but thats okay because the store itself is good. They had this weird booth where you could get free stuff. This worker went around giving us the tickets. They where giving away flat irons and other salon packages which is cool.
One of the most important things that I look for is at the store as well stocked in this one was. Store was clean well maintained. Parking lot was in order no shopping carts all over the place clean. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Lines were very short register very well staff. And the store has self-service check outs. As always in Walmart it is hard to find staffing in the regular parts of the store other than at the jewelry counter and Sporting Goods.
Im complaining about an employee by the name of Josh I feel he shouldn’t work anywhere with his disgusting attitude I went to ask him where the light section was at and with attitude he said “You would know if you used your head and read the signs” I called him out on it and go into an argument. I tried requesting the manager but wasn’t there.
Ive been to 3 different Walmart Stores, Chestnut Commons, Oberlin, and Lorain and not one of them was stocked or had the cat food I was after. And not a special cat food either, just Purina Indoor Complete. I am sick and tired of Walmart not being stocked with the items I want. I can hardly wait for the new Meijers to open near us. Definitely need a different place to shop.
This time was disappointing. They said they were running behind which isnt a problem. But sitting outside waiting for 20 minutes is. Please manage time more efficiently? That may look like not as many orders filled per hour. Make the customers the priority, not online sales
Never order online delivery, horrible horrible service... worst Ive ever had Ill never ever order online with this Walmart again, they never even showed up to the house, come to find out the driver decided to turn around and take the food back and they had issues finding someone else to deliver it, complete bull.
This is the worst Walmart I have ever been in. There was no sanitizer or wipes available for the carts. No hand sanitizer for customers. There was water and toilet paper all over the womens bathroom floor. Someone put a wet floor sign up, but it was obviously not cleaned. The aisles are completely disorganized and there where multiple workers loitering in aisles talking, but didnt appear to be doing much if any work. Many of the aisle had large sections of empty shelves. Clothes laying on the ground in the clothing department.
40 minutes in Photo because they couldn’t find our order, asked if we had accidentally placed it at another store so I brought up the email showing it was Lorain but by that point had went to help another customer which wasted another 20 minutes. Rico, the department manager, seems like a nice guy but needs to take some pride and effort in his work. The cell phone guy came over to help him because he couldn’t keep up.I only needed 5 pictures and ended up leaving rather than spend all day waiting on an incompetent department manager with no respect for customers time
This Walmart is huge! It carries food items that I cant always find at other stores, even other Walmarts. I needed gluten-free and vegetarian items, and I found a large variety. The store is neat and clean, and the produce looks nice and fresh. The store associates were nice and very helpful.
This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been to in my life. It gives me anxiety attacks. Some of the staff is great is the only positive. They are just so under-staffed, never stocked well (I ALWAYS have to ask for associates to get me things in the back if I can find one), quality of food is not great especially produce, lines at check out are RIDICULOUS (you should never have lines that long at a place of business), and it is always so crowded that the people that come into that store just bump into you and are rude. GO TO ANOTHER STORE IF YOU CAN!
Deborah the support manager is not a friendly old lady she ended up calling the secret security guards on me to escort me out of the Store Dyke looking lady comes up to me wearing tank tops no mask within 6 foot from me breaking all the Covid regulations trying to escort me after my transaction out of the store I’ll because their cashiers are double scanning items and properly trained as what I was told by the assistant it was there with Deborah
Not the cleanest store around and the employees are very rude!! Not many options in this area to shop though, unfortunately. All I know is that I cannot wait for Meijer to open!! Theyre going to give Wally world a run for their business! Employees there are SO helpful and the place is CLEAN!!

2022-03-15Shelves were fairly stock on this visit compared to past visits. Glad to see more shelves full. The check out guy was fast, placed my items very well, frozen/cold foods in a separate bag, dog food all placed in a single bag. A much better shopping experience than some before.

2022-06-20Your employees are so rude! Management ain’t no better! They do a lot of eye rolling at the customers. When you do get decent ones you run them off! I heard one of the boss yell at one of the other employees and he wasn’t even in the wrong he was doing his Job. Yes I was observing. He wasn’t even team lead. And I know this for a fact! I felt bad for the kid. You have no respect for any of the employees talk to them like they’re a human being not trash!

2022-05-29Largest Walmart Ive been in, Could have been a great experience if employees would have actually straightened up the Shoes and had them in the right place ! Most employees seemed to want to be anywhere else as well as did the Shoppers ! I think this is a catch 21 situation so employees greet customers cheerfully and customers dont take your moods out on well everyone ! Lets all try to make this a great place to work and shop !You can use this text as well as my name !

2022-04-29The staff here is sub par at best. everyone is always playing on their phones and they do not acknowledge you. if you have the nerve to ask for help be prepared to wait for that too because they have to keep passing the buck til they can find someone who will eventually come half help you. I do my best to avoid this store if I can help it. I will go 20 more mins out of my way to a different store because this one is so bad.

2022-06-06Poor serviceI went there today and my bill was a bit higher than what I expected. Checked my receipt and noticed that I was overcharged by 12$ for items I didn’t buy. Tried calling the store 4 times and it just rings. Is there no one at customer service? Are they all filling out instacart orders? Unbelievable. What’s the point of having customer service, when there’s no one to pick up a phone that has been ringing for 5 minutes- yes, that’s how long I was on the line waiting each time I called.

2022-04-15Was looking for an item at walmart.com and found the item. I screen shot the item with price and isle number. When I went to the store 2 days later the price had almost doubled. Spoke to manager he said they dont honor screen shots cause I could have made it up??? I showed him the details of photo where it had date and time of screen shot, he said I could have screen shot the screen shot. Nothing like accusing your customer of something they dont even know how to do. Way to go walmart you lost 2 customers. By the way I returned the jugs that you overcharged me for. Ill shop elsewhere

2022-01-11Great! Except 1 thing that is... They need to make sure theyre always stocked up with sanitizing wipes for the carts. Theyve been out the past few times Ive gone shopping there. And I dont think the cart people even spray them down. Ive never seen anyone do/doing it. So i say... WALMART GET IT TOGETHER!!!

2022-06-06The only thing that needs fixed is the app cause when you pull up theres 25 pickup spots. but only goes up to 1-15 on the app when you check in. So it needs updated.

2022-01-25Were store experience ever they do not answer their phones. Even if you call corporate, they wont try to call the store because they know their own store will not answer. Which is very sad to me. I asked for an exchange on the ink because they had some kind of malfunction. Instead they gave me a refund, which I did not ask for. She told me the barcode that she sent me I could take to the store and scan it and get my new ink. When I got to the store the lady informed me that that was not a code to replace my ink it was a refund instead. Walmart is the worst store ever they do not answer the phones in any department. I dont recommend them at all. And Ive been using them for years and Im about to stop.

2022-03-20Dont even bother with curbside pickup!! We made a order (several times now) and we never get all of our items! We called (very hard to get through) and told the lady we didnt receive four items that we paid for and she said,how do I know you didnt receive the items and are just saying you didnt ( literally the first question out of her mouth)? Rude as can be to accuse the customer of lying, when theyre calling to ask if a bag was accidentally left. I think the professional response would have been. I can search the skew and see if its in the store still, Im sure they scan the items! Never in my life would I expect such horrible customer service!!!
