By having no cashiers, and only having 2 self pay registers open, its surprising they even have people to stock the products. Clearly its about the bittom line and not customer service. Get some staff. Terrible, TERRIBLE store. 21st street is no better. Sucks its the most convenient store.
Wow! 12 people in line and one line open. The self-serve kiosks were full with people waiting. Called the front desk, watching the girl at the counter, ignore the phone twice. Answered on the third call, said they were short staffed and hung up on me. She went back to leaning on the counter. Unbelievable!
I went to Walmart a few days before Christmas and thought I was going to frustrated and disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised that there was still enough merchandise in the store to finish my Christmas list. Granted the seasonal items were space,but that was to be expected. They had plenty of registers going so our wait in line was not bad. I found the staff pleasant and helpful when I had to ask where an item was located. I love that I can get merchandise and food items all in one stop.
I love Walmart they usually have everything I need and if not I can usually order it from the website. Im beginning to not like Walmart because for some reason the last few times Ive been in there I have been followed around the store I have been stopped at the door upon leaving like I was a thief and stole something when I go in there and spend anywhere from $100 to $300 a week have receipts and everything on my rewards app I feel like that when I go in that store anymore theyre judging me and watching me like Im someone thats going to try to steal from their company or something and thats not cool because I would never steal anything from there I just had a real bad experience the last couple times Ive been in there they must be beefing up their store Patrol or whatever it is but its getting so ridiculous they need to look at the people that actually shoplift instead of the people that are going there every weak and spend over $100 once or twice a week
Call this location on a holiday, because online it said hours may be different. After two minutes of ringing someone finally picked up and they were being very rude!!! So I asked kindly what are your hours today? And she says “We ARe On oUr NoRMaL hOUrS toDAy”… like google didn’t just tell me something different. So then I ask what time they close because after all this Covid nonsense I wasn’t sure. And she was like, “ I SAID NORMAL HOURS” (at 11) . I will never be calling Walmart again.
Ive been here twice, so far, and have only seen friendly and pleasant employees. Shelves are well stocked, and the meat department has an excellent variety. Id recommend this location to anyone! I almost always find what Im looking for, even during this supply chain crisis...
Customer Service Auto was superb, with limited help they performed outstanding, upon entering I was greeted with a hello, all employees we’re wearing mask for everyone’s protection the auto reps at store #1594 Heath Ohio has successfully passed my assessment. Everybody loves walmart but even when its not a holiday and not busy, yall need to open up some more registers. It always takes forever in any walmart because you only have two registers open. Then the holidays come around and you only open 1 more register. More and more people are shopping other places just because its faster. Get it together walmart!
I’ve been coming to this Walmart for years! Today might be my last! Terrible customer service in the grocery pickup! The lady was very rude. The dude in the skirt in the front is very rude as well. I think they need some better customer service training. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
Customers were very friendly employees at the checkout were also however the employee in the shoe department said he knew nothing about shoes but that was his Department and to get my questions answered about the boots I would just have to look he had no idea shoe departments were Price Rite however there was a lot of empty racks had a great time shopping there all the other department seem to be full on the Shelf items a lot better Walmart then the one in Columbus on East Main and Southern Plaza those two well youll just have to go and look and see yourself and dont try calling them if they do answer they cant answer your questions
Typical big block store. They are trying but COVID+19 had things totally screwed up and I believe theyre doing whatever they can even when supplies are not available. The customer service clerks are getting beat up by the public when it sometimes is just completely out of their control.
Updated but no better review. Deanna (not sure of the spelling) on the food side entrance/exit on Friday the 18th of February 2022. I understand that you have a job to do but you didnt have to check our receipt for a fuzzy pillow that was not bagged. My wife has cancer and you literally put your arm out to block her (in an electric cart) and pointed to the pillow saying you need a receipt for that. Your lucky to still have your arm..... Check the teens leaving with cases of Bang. Check the people with huge bags of dog food under their cart. Check the college kids leaving with a microwave. YOU DO NOT IMPEDE SOMEONE IN MOBILITY DEVICE ABOUT A DAM PILLOW. I hope you never have to be in her place.
Ordered some new bed pillows for the hubby son & myself we got 2 each equalling 6. Had to pick up once we checked in for our order it took them a lot longer than I expected. I mean how hard is getting 6 fluffy pillows together & out to my car it was like 30-45 minutes. But they were pretty busy. We were pleased with are new pillows 😁. Have been having most of my orders delivered to our home.
Absolutely no produce, lots of employees standing around talking and lots of shelves on stocked. Also there was probably about 400 carts outside in the shopping corrals and in the parking spots and they had nobody pushing them in.Lots of opened packaging items in the freezer section.The heath location of Walmart is definitely better than the Newark location of Walmart thats why they get one star. I would honestly give the Newark location of Walmart zero Stars.
I needed some brick and I pulled around first to get a number on the ones I wanted and there was nothing to identify them. I go in side to pay for them and it was a big hassle with the cashier trying to find the correct product that I wanted out of a book. Many customers behind me getting impatient.
This Walmart didnt have anyone to work in the electronic department one evening I needed to buy a phone bc mine broke. Nobody even knew where the keys were! I waited in the electronic department for over 45 min just trying to get somebody to get a phone out of the case for me and I talked to at least five different employees and nobody could open up the electronic phone case and sell me a phone. Then a young lady told me that whoever worked in the electronic department prior to afternoon shift took the keys with him so they were unable to get into the phone case! Horrible, horrible experience!
I love going to Walmart and my home town Walmart is decent but I have two major complaints.The people stocking that usually help you are very rude! It is most definitely a part of their job to direct you in the right direction in a friendly manner! I had threIe of them tell me that they dont know where the item I wanted was because its not their department. That is definitely unacceptable 😤My other experience is that there are only 2 or 3 regular registers open for people that need to use those lanes. Its always so LONG! And takes forever. Sometimes you have too much to use the self service
Well stocked shelves and plenty of fellow customers within. I generally dont visit these stores by personal preference and today I was a passenger with other people that do prefer these stores. So be as it is I did traverse the various departments and I did actually buy a few items that I truthfully have tried to find cheap online and ultimately found them here for lower prices and I did purchase the items here instead. This is why I give them the 4stars. Parking lot is extremely large and a spot will always be available. Restroom facilities were clean as well as isles and displays/counters. Staff were eager to help HOWEVER I felt a bit uneasy within the electronics department. Dispite me NOT needing more help then what I did ask for. I felt as if i was stereotyped by a couple employees and 1 actually followed me around a bit even though I specified that help wasnt needed further. Followed me to the point of almost harrassment... I spent a little over $100 on items and honestly hope that employee does, at some point in his/her life realizes that not all long haired men are up to no good or thieves, and that harrassment is harassment, PERIOD..!
Walmart is not at all what it used to be, their customer service is horrible, they that mistakenly marked an item wrong and was aware of this prior to me trying to purchase the same item so because of this i took my business elsewhere, Ive been in business most of my life and I will tell I would not every tolerate an employee taking with a customer in the manner that I was, I realize that we all have bad days, but you need to leave it at the door period cause you cost your company over $300.00 , so can you imagine this happening 1 or 2 or even more a day that add up....
They no longer disinfect, shopping carts,both employees and customers dont believe in wearing masks, and they dont offer hand sanitizer like when coronavirus 1st hit ,everybody has become to relaxed ,no 6ft apart .spacing.my belief is the whole country to relaxed, about the virus.
On July 17, 2021 went to Walmart in heath, Ohio to get a fit it charger. They are locked up. I asked for help and was told the were in shift change and would need to wait. The shift working was no where to be found. Asked another associate and he even looked for the person who should have been in electric. Nowhere to be found. Had to leave because no one had a key to get what I needed. Thanks Walmart!
Walmart....... Walmart is Walmart , it’s a grosser Target with Lower Prices, I really wish there was a target around here and at the same time I don’t. Walmart had the best prices easily and the best app. You don’t have to worry about going inside anymore with their pickup service it’s just wonderful , you pick your low price good quality items through the app on your phone , overall I love Walmart pickup but I Despise the store inside, they really need to make it like a target.
The last two times I have needed help in electronics has been a poor experience. The first time, I stood by while employees behind the counter chatter with their friends. When they finally acknowledged my existence, they had an older lady help me. She was the only one going any work while I was back there. The next time I needed help getting a locked item, I was made to feel as though I was an inconvenience. We took our business elsewhere. We shop here regularly because its so close to home but I find myself trying to use other retailers more and more.
Yesterday I went to run some errands at this Walmart and two things happened that stick out. While over by the dressing rooms I asked three associates about a product location ( 1 was a manager). The manager and another associate ignored me the one who responded to me admitted he didnt know what it was I was looking for and had to ask the manager..after I already asked to get a response and finally got that no one knew what I talking about and had to go to Walmarts website to find it and they still didnt help. Second, at the check out we purchased several bags of mulch then when we went to pick it up they didnt have what we already paid for. I had to return inside and be treated odd for their mistake. We got our money back but was treated poorly and was a hassle for them to prove the item I paid for wasnt there. Im not sure how anyone can rate any Walmart high in anything. Customer service is always rude and bad at all the ones Ive been too.
Walmart usually has everything that we go there for. Have no problem with the products in the store. My complaint is with Customer Service and the Pharmacy at the Newark and Heath Stores. They both get a bad attitude when myself or my brother in law or sister in law present our OTC CARD from Medicare to pay for our needs. The excuse is that the card is not working for some reason or another like yesterday, Your OTC CARD is not working because it does not have 2021 on the card and telling us the card we have isnt any good.Please correct this problem one way or another. New employees that know what they are doing with the cards and treat the customers with respect. Thank you
I couldnt find my size mens boots at the Newark, Ohio Walmart and found them here in Heath. I also accidentally left my keys in the motor cart I was using and didnt realize it till I went out to my car. They were so nice here in helping me and luckily they had them upfront!
I actually had staff on two occasions happily help me find two items stocked in unusual locations by walking me to the location. A big plus in customer service. Call ahead or check hours though with the current situation hours may be different at your location. As always Walmart had a lot of people shopping with staff doing their best to practice safe customer service practices. Expect a wait at busy times.
Meh. Theyre less crowded than most Walmarts. But they didnt have the kind of safety glasses that fit over prescription glasses, which is the kind that my Dad needs. And they were out of garden hoses but still had a sign for them up in the garden center, where they had both summer and Christmas stuff out.
I went into the garden center to look at some flowers and none of the plants have been watered most of them were wilted already dead or going to die soon. There were lucky bamboo pulled out of their rocks and just set in the water an orchid have been dropped on the floor and the pot was broken, I counted four store employees standing around talking. I was disgusted I wish someone would care for them the same way they care for their department what a disgrace.
I love that the grocery pickup option is totally free at Walmart. It really saves me time and I hate having to grocery shop. They are sometimes busy, but I dont mind waiting for a free, convenient service! The employees at this location are always pleasant and helpful as well.
My daughter and I went looking for a game we seen last week that has been out for a while and my daughter asked a associate if they had any in stock and said yes we have it but its a new release and was not allowed to sell it yet. He lied to us cause it is not a new release and seen two games of it in case
They sometimes make no sense and the employees are lazy and dont want to do anything past what the have to do I hate coming to this and the other one near me I just dont understand being in customer service if u dont want to do just that why not work where u being a people person isnt a problem if u hate ur job go get another one theres plenty right now
Never enough lanes open to help customers - Poor management. Why do they close self checkout so early?! Why close it at all?Took longer in checkout lane than it did for me to shop. I think Im done going to any Walmart for a good while again because its always a major disappointment.
Poor customer service and prices not honored for black friday specials after waiting 3+ hours in line. Manager would not come to speak with me about my price issue and an employee took my shopping basket from me with my items in it as I am standing at the check out. Walmart should have better customer service than this towards its customers if they expect to keep them. But I guess they could care less if your happy or not as long as they are making money.
Im not sure what the deal is but over the last several years myself, as well as other shoppers have noticed that the restocking of standard, typical items, food and otherwise has been slow. Its gotten harder and harder to find all of the items on my shopping list in one trip. Its getting ridiculous.
Low prices are not worth the terrible customer service! I will pay more and be treated with respect. I was returning an item that had a factory defect and the would only allow a exchange due to copy right laws. I can understand that for sure, but the problem was they are out of stock of the specific item so they refused a refund. This is just theft! I will never spend a dime at Walmart again.
Early Sunday morning shopping is great because theres better parking and no crowds or waiting. However Ive had a real problem at the Heath Walmart not keeping items I use stocked and they are commonly used items. Its made worse by the fact it can take them weeks before getting it in again. It shouldnt take 3 weeks of checking every day to finally get my name brand crackers or the sliced cheese I use. Some of the receipt checkers at the door are friendly and polite but others treat the job like they are the door natzi and everyone is stealing. Trust me when I have a cart full of groceries and a long receipt you see in my hand Im not walking out with a $1.98 pack of soda 🙄😑. The same people see me buy that same pack of soda almost daily and its only the same 2 older ladies who do this. I understand checking receipts but this is ridiculous. I love the new larger self check out area and added self registers though and the remodeling made it feel brighter and better spaced instead of cramped. Still adjusting to where to find everything that got moved but thats expected. The bread is in a weird place now though but oh well. All in all though I like this store just avoid the rush hour times.
I went to print off a photo, and the self-serve kiosks were all shut down due to COVID-19. Understandable.The woman at the photo desk was super rude. She told me to order online and walked away. I had to track her down multiple times to ask about which wi-fi to connect to, etc. She acted like doing her job was a total inconvenience. They told me it could take an hour before I even got the picture, and the 2 employees walked away after I ordered it and wouldnt even look to see if/when it had come through to print. Then I caught the rude one complaining about me asking a few how-to questions to her co-worker. I peaced out and went to Walgreens, where they were super helpful and I had my picture in 2 mins.Also - nobody is wearing masks at this store, and I wont be back.
Auto Center had very considerate associates. They did a great job to call out concerns. The only reason I did not give five stars is because it took over an hour and a half to change my oil. I was the second person in line when they opened. The quality matters more though so they still deserve four stars.
Bring back customer service! Put the customer first! Went to the Heath OH Walmart at 9am on a Sunday to return an item and was told no returns until 10am. Seriously, you can be open to “sell” items but not “return”? Walmart, we have been severely disappointed by your choices and actions during this pandemic. You’ve lost my family’s business for a lifetime.
I went there this evening because I needed things other than groceries. I am not normally a Walmart shopper and wont ever go back. After listening to the extremely slow cashier complain about not having her break yet, it was finally my turn to check out. She bagged food with other items and then an item wouldnt scan. She tried keying it in and then asked a supervisor for help. She couldnt get a price on the item either. After several failed attempts and neither knowing quite what to do to rectify the situation and people in line behind me getting mad about waiting I told them just forget the item. Ill go buy it somewhere else. The two were relieved...so my only reason for going was 1 stop to get everything didnt work out. Im soooo done with Walmart. Worst service ever.
Very convenient Walmart in the middle of nowhere swinging hand picked up some last-minute things. Staff is very friendly was able to check out very quickly no issues store was very empty at the time. Very clean easy to find everything keep up the good work four thumbs up five stars next time were in the area definitely swing by and get those last-minute things
The past two week I have tried to use there tire and lube. First they would not answer there phones I called ten times. No one would answer. Second today I took my wife’s wheel in to get a tire plugged there where two associates Standing behind the counter did not even acknowledge Me. There where a line of customers and they Ignored them too. My self and one other man walked out the door. I know you are remodelling the store but the this customer service is horrible.
I tried the pickup tower for the first time. I dont remember the womans name but she did everything she could to track down the last item on my list she was even willing to pay for a more expensive item if they couldnt find mine. She ran around the store for an hour before she found my item. She did amazing definitely more than anyone else would have.
Lines are always long unless you choose self checkout. I keep their number in speed dial to call....when they answer to open additional registers. Many times I have left leaving cart with items in it. I now drive to Meijers in Columbus or go to Target or Giant Eagle. You Lose, I refuse to scan and bag my own items, or wait in line with two registers helping 20 people in lines. I hope more people take the same stance.
Well lets face it you dont go to Walmart for the Superior service or even moderately good service or even a just ok one. With employees not acknowledging you or just plain being rude to you because they have something else to do rather than show common courtesy, why not just shop from home. But we have to go in because its easy.
I was telling a friend of ours that our son wanted to put his app in at the Heath Walmart. He begin to tell me about a neighbor of his who worked there accidentally didnt ring something up. That now he is arraigned on the 20th for 12.00. I thought he was joking. He showed me the proof. I was shocked. So,I started doing some investigating into some things. Found you made a 78 year old woman feel like a theif over a case of water. You fired other people for bs stuff. After talking to now and ex employees. No way in hell I will let my son or advise anyone else to put their apps in there.im going to keep an eye on this case
Great prices, but clothes displays in disarray with sizes mixed and wrong size labeled on hangars which makes it hard to find desired item. Clearance and regular-priced clothes on same rack. Staff more interested in personal conversations and complaining about work conditions than helping customers.
Prices are cheap as per most Walmarts. However the help is hit or miss if you cant find something. Went in on walker and asked for help locating something and got sent in a vague general direction nowhere near what I was looking for. Had to gimp around for twenty minutes before finding the one item I went in for. The shower head however was awesome.
Horrendous customer advice at checkout. When I started I would not be returning, the cashier said they did not care. Waited 15-20 minutes for a price check. Had to let the girl going back to check price know where that department was located. It was kitchen and bathroom fixtures.... I had already verified the box I had matched the UPC of the price for that product. She said I didnt know what I was talking about (I was lead cashier at Meijer and know how to verify a price). O regret that I bought anything there today after I was treated so callously. And no, I wont be going back. Not will I ever order online again.
Not a handicap friendly place, cant tell you how many times Ive had to go somewhere else because the electric chairs are left outside and the guys bringing in carts walk past them leaving none charged. I tried to return a large item and couldnt get an employee to help thankfully another customer stopped to help. Kroger and Lowes said thanks for the$350 I spent today.
Need to provide customer service instead of trying to ignore & dodge the customers or expect the customer to get out of the way so the shelves can get stocked. & I dunno...Maybe try to help the customers waiting in a long line to use the self check-out.Prices are descent. & thats the only good thing I have to say about the place.
I went to the tire dept with a problem from another tire place and they were more than help and the quality of work I received from them and the help I feel they went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was safe and taken care of right. Ill be back for my other vehicles.
They are continually moving stock around and changing items locations within the store. Staff try to be helpful but generally dont know where things are, either.Aesthetics of the store are nice, and prices are standard walmart pricing. Overall, not bad, but some consistency would be nice.
I shop at the Heath store almost every weekend. Decided this time to buy a battery to run the lights in my box trailer. I told the cashier that I do not have a battery to trade in for a core and he said ok, then just pay for the battery. I thought he was going to wave the core charge, but he didnt. It was only $12.00, but I wasnt about to give the extra money for nothing. I dont care what their rip off policy is. I put the battery back. Done with this place.
This store is terrible. I called to check on a certain grocery item and they had me on hold for a total of 45 minutes. In that 45 minutes 3 different men came on saying Ill page the department you need and puts me back on hold again. You dont really deserve any star rating.
They have nothing that I want their everything that I wanted they dont have I spoke to somebody about getting one certain items at usually they have the person said oh we run out of that all the time just keep stopping in well in my opinion if you know you run out of stuff you order more of that item thats just common sense to me but Im not a Superstore disappointed in the whole store
Will not be back to the Heath Walmart. One of the assistant managers was extremely rude and seemed to have problems with certain youth groups trying to raise money. (Even though we were allowed to do so). The store manager was not helpful when I called and addressed the situation.On a much more positive note, the other employees are amazing and the store is clean and usually well stocked. If it wasn’t for that I would rate this store 1 Star. Too bad the actions of one person has ruined it for me.
Called in and asked about an item was told it was available and would be ready when I got there. Offered my name and number was told it wasnt needed. Get there and Im told their lift is dead to come back at 8pm-9pm. This is a Christmas gift and I dont want my child to see it. Called in to speak to store manager but they are unavailable. Speak to another employee and they say there showing some are already down and have been. 45 minute trip there and back home for nothing because they made not 1 but 2 errors Wow thanks wal mart!
I went to this location to make a return for an item I PAID FOR the day before. The lady at the customer service counter was very rude and made me wait next to the counter for 10 minutes, because an associate didnt give me a sticker when I came in. She wouldnt take the one item I had then THREW it back at me saying I should try to sell it online.
A lot of the Christmas items on the shelves were picked through, and should have been either restocked or the shelves should have been cleaned up and new items put out to take their place. I dont understand how you can run out of Christmas items in November. For instance, the gifts that you find in the isles of cheese, candy, and other food items but you give as gifts, such as Hillshire Farms. Several had very few items left. Why arent these stocked, especially on a Friday night? If that was the last of them, why not put different ones in their place? There were hardly any Hillshire Farms gift boxes left. Why? Why arent they stocked up on these? It wasnt even December yet.They dont have enough people working the cash registers on a Friday evening. Unbelievable. A lot of people buy their groceries on Friday nights after work, so the aisles were packed and very few were open. Leave it up to Walmart. I guess they would have to pay more employees in order to have a smooth transition through their checkout aisles. People are going to checkout anyway, no matter how long the lines are, so it doesnt matter to them, I guess.The bathroom was filthy. There was toilet paper all over the floor and the paper towel trash bin was so full that the dirty, used towels were stacked up a foot high above the can and they were all over the floor.Theres no excuse for not cleaning your bathrooms or keeping enough cashiers working when you are one of the most profiting companies in the world.
Milk prices are always changing, please bring back the$1.29 milk! ( Its 1.99 rn! I used to be able to get 2 for that price! ) It increased for black Friday and never went back down in price. Ive been trying to boycott it by telling people to spend their money elsewhere on milk!!!!!!! (Same thing happened for ramen noodle bulk boxes).Im glad they still have the $5.85 stuffed crust pizza though. Its a better deal than little ceasers!!Also a pallet of black makeup needs to be cheaper than 4$, seriously!( Its not even high quality!!!!)
I just left Walmart where I once again stood in the line for the service desk for 20 minutes only to get to the front for them to tell me that their machine is down and I cant pay my Walmart Family Mobile bill. So now Ill be late for work and my phone will get shut off again this month since it seems that the system breaks down every single month. Somebody should get it together
Im new to the city, so it was an interesting time. I wanted a HEAD of lettuce. Couldnt find any, so had to settle for a small bag of lettuce. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts! Looked for Lance peanut butter/honey crackers, couldnt find them, Thats OK I guess, because Krogers doesnt have them either. Just used to doing my shopping at Meijer. I m sure I will get used to the layout of the store. Nice and clean store.
Truly sad 0 stars Its truly disrespectful to leave someone sitting for over a hour in parking lot for a online order wouldnt be bad if it hasnt happened multiple times and the manager wouldnt even come wow online ordering supposed to be fast the bad thing is the phone number goes to voicemail and hangs up on you
Nice clean store. Good selection of items and prices are inexpensive. Easy store to get in and out of. I like using my app in this store to find things. Its easier than looking for a person to help. The desk for picking up online orders is quick and has freindly helpful people.
Store was a mess hardly anything on the floor. Not one single Associates said hi to us may I help you or anything while we were there. Hate to say it though but Walmart is going downhill none of their stores ever have anything hardly at all on the shelves the shelves are always just messy as all get-out and nobody to ever help a customer
Wish i could give it zero stars. Im new to the area and i have learned this is a horrible walmart. An employee name ladonna talked to a customer about my ONE YEAR OLD bc he yelled like babies do. Not only did she talk about my ONE YEAR OLD she sat and talked to other customers while pointing over at my family. Not sure if they get bonuses for horrible customer service, my only advice is NOT TO VISIT IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN.
I am a Director at a local facility and we buy A LOT of gift cards from this location. On Wednesday, my Executive Director wanted to purchase more gift cards and a lady at the service desk told her that they are no longer allowed to sell gift cards to businesses. What??? This location was our go to for not only gift cards, but a lot of other gifts that we would get for our staff. Now, we will begin shopping somewhere else.
Are last trip here was horrible a older women who was helping us check out was super rude. I was holding my daughter when my women was trying to pay for the stuff. I notice that my women was getting frustrated so I walked up and ask her whats going on. The older women told me my womens bank card is not being accepted that she probably doesnt have enough money on it. I just laughed because thats are joint accounts and there was plenty of money in are account. So tried my card and the women start getting mad and asked me how Im paying for it I said my bank card I had to repeat that 3 times to her. So when i put my card in it was telling me processing on my screen and then women says that it was rejected. I told her no its saying processing on my screen so its something on your end. My women told me to pay with cash and I refused to. I wasnt going to let this older women be rude to my family so I said Ill stay here as long as it takes until she figures out what shes not doing right for it to accept my bank card. Thats when the women started to get frustrated and started raising her voice saying I need to stop touching the card swiper buttons and stuff when in fact my arms were crossed the whole time no one was touching anything besides her. She repeated it and blamed me for it messing up 3 times. Then look at that are joint banking account cards were accepted. There should be no reason for snyone to be talking to my family the way this old women was Im glad I was there to step in for my women. So I will not be going to the Walmart in heath anymore If I have to go to Walmart we will be going to Walmart in Newark which is further out of are way but they lost a costumer because of that old women.
I am not used to going to this location. Things seemed not organized. Wrong items on shelf (in wrong department ~ it was like there was a return cart and it was all just dumped in various spots). Items priced incorrectly on tags vs display. Staff was dismissive other than the cashier. She was awesome.
Hard to find anything and management was very poor in their response time. I felt sorry for the poor self check girl for having to apologize for her supervisors failure. As a former walmart employee this is atrocious management. Bigger selection than the Newark walmart is the only selling point of heath really.
I think most everyone knows what to expect from Walmart. In my opinion this Walmart is superior to the Walmart of 21st street. The layout of this Walmart is better and it isnt as excessively secured. It used to drive me crazy that you could only purchase baby formula from the cigarette lane on 21st st because people use baby formula in meth. Or that there is cameras that flash and demand your attention that say they are watching you lol. I still dont understand that one.I appreciate the ability of getting in and out with as little hassle as possible. The location of items at this Walmart makes more sense to me as well. It feels more intuitive than the other when you are looking for something.I feel like Walmarts are all the same otherwise so nothing else bares mentioning.
Came to Wal-Mart on my lunch to do a return. There was a line of 3 people in front of me and there was only 1 girl at the customer service desk. Meanwhile there are more people linning up behind me! I had just two shirts to return with receipt in hand and it took 20 minutes! The gentlemen behind me went to the registers behind us and asked a employee if they could get the girl at the desk some HELP. Was told other employee was on lunch break. I understand everyone need break but should have someone to fill spot when on break. I too was on lunch and only have limited time to eat and do errons! NOT good customer service if you ask me! Thanks.
I had a really bad experience dealing with this particular Wal-Mart. The Manager was very rude, and the workers there seemed as if they werent trained well at all. I would recommend anyone going here to drive only a couple miles more to the Wal-Mart in Heath 911 Hebron rd. Heath,OH. 43056

2021-08-20Okay dude straight up this is a pretty nice walmart! Its clean and the staff was friendly and honestly its pretty big with a wide variety of selections. Especially in there cold foods I was pleasantly surprised with the variety. But the thing that kind of stuff is apart for me was was the Wendys Burger stand in their food court. Because that was awesome! They had strawberry frosties, jalapeño cheddar nuggets and a bunch of other items I never heard of wendys having before it was wild! And it was delicious! That strawberry frosty slapps and those nuggets tasted amazing Id go back for those alone! Idk if this is there permanently or not but while its there I highly recommend you giving them a visit because it wss well worth it.

2022-04-21Never had enough staff, website gives shaky in-stock info, and I often have to get them to price match their own website.Also doesnt allow open carry if that matters to you. Im CCW so whatever but I still think its stupid.

2022-05-27Prices on home improvement items ALL wrong . Went thru self check out and some lady just comes up right away and starts scanning, kind of rudely. I was in a hurry and always check prices as I go thru and this took up soo much time bc she didnt ask, I wasnt having any problems but ended up obviously having issues bc she just stepped in and she scanned things and I was not able to check prices and had to take the time to go back thru everything she scanned when I saw the prices were all screwed up bc I had also had them pulled up on website. Then I swiped card to pay, in a hurry to finally leave and card apparently didnt take. So go back thru and try to swipe again takes like 20 mins bc of system issue. When they actually acted as if I didnt pay for it. Not thinking of customer just trying to be a loss prevention person or something. Thus store each time I have been in thus one over last 2 yrs is a MESS, THE REASON I TRIED TO MATCH UP ALL TAGS TO MERCHANDISE BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS DISORGANIZED AND WRONG PRICES NIT MATCHING ITEM. WONT return to this store ever .

2022-04-12I love this walmart. I needed to get a warrenty on my battery and the process was a little long, but still worked out great. This is my go to Walmart auto center location. You can pull around back and go right into the auto center!

2022-03-14I was surprised how short of a time I was in there compared to the past. Not only did they have more registers open, I noticed that there were more employees working which made it alot easier to find someone when I had a question about something. Keep up the good work Walmart.

2022-06-24I had to get a new sim card for my straight talk phone last month because the service wasnt compatible anymore. I used the service pin that came with the new card and it worked perfectly. I go to use the pin I bought last month that I couldnt use because I needed that new sim card right. Surprise surprise when they told me yet again today when I went to put service on my phone that the sim card isnt compatible with their service. So, Walmart is fraudulently selling outdated invalid sim cards that will not work with the new service pin cards making you spend even more money trying to find the Verison Straight Talk Sim cards that they didnt have in stock last month. All because they sold out to one of the worst cell service providers out there, Verison. Second worst in line to Virgin Mobile. Even Simple Mobile didnt do its customers this dirty and their service is better. I will be taking my business to the best tho, Boost Mobile.

2021-12-15Went in to get some fishing gear for our Christmas tree. Found some good stuff along the way displayed in the isles. They have a nice fishing section pretty well stocked and organized. Could have used a little attention but not too bad. Found my stuff pretty quickly and went to Christmas section to get some lights and decor for the tree. They had a good selection of stuff. Shelves were organized and stocked well. Got what I needed and headed to the checkout... One checkout register open along with the self checkouts. Staff was friendly and worked pretty quickly. Store looked clean and overall stocked well.

2022-05-27This store has bedbugs. I was looking at shirts. Saw there a bed bug on one. I told the manager and he said was oh don’t worry you don’t have to buy that one!! Very disrespected and grossed out. Do not recommend this Walmart at all!!
