Great service. Quick, in and out self service lines are nice. And the curb pick up is great. But taking the Layaway out of Walmarts around the USA SUCKS!! Its nice to get now pay little by little then last minute pay the rest, take home and Christmas gift is done. But nope everything is going to be tight and calling it a close one.
This is the worst Walmart lve been to. The aisles are cluttered with too many items in the way. You cant count on items to be stocked. Prices on items are missing or switched around with something else.There are times items are out of reach on top shelf and you cant get help to get them.Further most check outs are self service and are cards only used for payment on some.It is a pain to shop here. Should be able to rate it minus one stars or worse.
I got in easily and found everything I needed relatively quickly but the checkout system has to be addressed. I understand that you want to push people to do self checkout but when I have 250 dollars worth of groceries in the cart after working all day and I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes in a check out line to cash out. There is a problem. They had 4 lanes open and each one had atleast 4 people in line. I like this store but I give them too much money to not have a cashier check out my groceries.
1 once enjoyed the 1 stop shopping experience that I had at Walmart. I will no longer give Walmart my business after finding that they no longer contribute to the Republican party. They have recently announced that they only give to the Democratic party I now enjoy shopping only small local businesses.
I went grocery shopping with my roommate. I decided I wanted to a bottle of wine for myself. Im 29 years old and they wouldnt sell me the wine because my roommate had left her id in her purse at home. One my roommate was 21 second I was the one buying the alcohol so it shouldnt have matter. They need to redo this policy. We went to Kroger and had no problems there.
Absolutely horrible. You cant get through isles because of employees picking orders instead of getting shelves stocked. Shelves were empty and where things were on the shelves in incorrect locations so you have no idea of cost. Over half the self checkouts were broken. And they did not have cashiers come to ring anyone out.
Grocery pickup service is horribly managed. I had a grocery pickup between 3-4pm and order was not confirmed ready by 4. Arrived anyways and called in to let them know that I was waiting. I was told that there was a delay of 30 minutes to an hour. After requesting to cancel my order, I was told that it cannot be cancelled once it was being picked. S, I waited another hour and half until 5:30 in which I called again and was told that it would be delayed another hour or that I could cancel. What is the purpose of scheduling a time for pickup if Walmart is going to continue serving customers in later time slots. We would have been fine with picking the groceries ourselves almost 2 hours earlier but were told that we would still be charged for the order being picked, to then in the end have it cancelled anyways. Complete waste of time and no trust in the management of this department.
Very busy but only 3 checkouts open.After waiting over 15 minutes in line the cashier tells us she is closed. Had to wait in another line for 15 minutes manned by a boy who was on his second day of working there. He did a great job under the circumstances but I will get all of my groceries elsewhere from now on.Hire more cashiers or have the 3 people standing watching run a register.
Worst experience I have ever had dealing with this Walmart Pharmacy highly recommend going somewhere else where they know what they are doing. My wife just recently had foot surgery and I had a prescription note to give to the Walmart pharmacy to get her Prescription since she was in a bunch of pain. The Walmart pharmacy told me there was an issue with the Prescription note that the doctor gave to me and said there was nothing they could do to the next business day until they got ahold of the doctor. My wife was in Excruciating pain all through the night and the next morning they finally got the Prescription taken care of but they didn’t even have me talk to the Doctor before I left which is mandatory when it comes to very strong drugs that are Prescribed. I had no information on how much to give her and how often. I didn’t go to be a Pharmacist but I can clearly say these people need to learn the importance of letting people know how much and how often the drug should be given.
Lots of clutter in Spirting goods and ladies apparel. Ive yet to figure out your ladies area. I think Im in Misses (per the sign) but always see Womens and Juniors. Not much selection anymore (cheap looking). I was there yesterday and there was only 1checkout lane open. Today only 3 (its Friday!)
It was a nice place except the toy section. I go back to look for Hot Wheels cars the shelves are empty and what should have been stocked full. It just seemed to me that nobody cared about much about that section. I asked one of the people stocking shelves when they were going to stock that and if they had these cars and nobody knew anything and they didnt care to help me find what I was looking for. All in all a typical Walmart run inefficiently with people that could care less
Great place to go at 1 am if you cant seem to fall asleep. And more so if you have a few dollars to spend. The associates are so nice there. I had security examine my reciept and products for the 1st time in my life. Interesting! I wonder if it had anything to do with the bed slippers I was wearing at the time.
*Edited* Steer clear...Not sure exactly what changed but this Walmart has made an enormous turnaround from my original 1 rating.The variety of merchandise has gotten a little better. The fruits and vegetables in the produce section are a lot higher quality now.Definitely moving in a positive direction!
Do not ever leave that you are there on the answering machine because you will never get your food It took a half hour today and I watched all the cars around me getting their groceries. I know they were busy and did not have time to check the answering machine. Just saying do not leave a message keep calling until someone answers or you will wait
Not happy at all. To cash registers open, and the lines were long. Even the self checkout lines were long because they only had to cash registers open. The whole store is all messed up.. you cant find anything. I made up my mind that I will go to a different grocery store. The hassle is not worth it.
I am only giving one star because I was in there on Saturday after midnight and some teenagers were throwing things and threw a Styrofoam ball over a shelf and almost hit me with it as I was shopping. This is unacceptable. I did inform the employees but without any real security there, I dont believe anything was done. The cashier was very pleasant thought, you just should have a security guard on duty after 10 pm in most of your stores especially Celina.
Less than helpful staff for the most part. Never ask if you need help. Usually only one or two manned registers open. Long lines, long wait for bad customer service. Exception is the vision center. Always friendly, helpful and prompt to assist customers. The pharmacy.... dont even let me get started because there are no words negative or insulting enough to begin to describe the type of customer service you receive there.
I enjoy the price of milk and eggs here! For less than a dollar we can really get bang for our buck. With rulers closed for tornado damage, this has become our go to place! The selection is good and most workers seem friendly. I enjoy being greeted at the door.The Ile with Pokemon cards is my preferred self check-out because we have more room and its never too crowded.My only big complaint is the restrooms! Never clean, out of paper towels every time I use it.
I was just shopping at Walmart tonight March 13th and had a cart full of stuff trying to pull it behind me while also pushing my mom on an electric scooter because her scooter died. They have many scooters there but since they got rid of the greeters half of the time they are not plugged in anymore and they die a lot sooner so hers was all the way on e as I was pushing her through the store. We were talking about it with each other and some blonde girl who works at Walmart came up to us and started being rude saying that is because the customers dont know how to plug them into the wall anymore. We said that when the greeters were there they would plug them in and make sure that they stay charged and she replied and said Im sorry but that is not my problem. We were not even talking to her. We were talking to each other. We do not know her name because her name tag was backwards.
I usually shop in the morning. This morning the lines started backing up, the girl at the only open register called to her coworkers to possibly open an additional register. There were 4 or 5 girls standing by the service desk. They made no move to open a register. When they Finally decided to, the girl that opened the register had a bit of an attitude. She wasnt rude but, not a good representation of your store. 😉
Be careful of using a price match. You basically have to jump through hoops to get them to honor an ad, and depending on the cashier, whether or not there are any other stipulations that may arise, such as quantity or if the ad is within a reasonable distance. All designed to discourage you from price matching.
You will of course find low prices and a great selection of products. Youll also find only two or three lanes open no matter what time of the day you go, with 10 to 15min wait line, cashiers and customer service from folks who clearly do not like their jobs, and an obstacle course of people unloading more inventory blocking numerous isles.
I like going in Walmart Supercenters cuz its convenient you have grocery store and you have your Pharmacy and then Electronics all together the only thing I dont like is they discontinue carrying certain items and there are a lot out of a lot of things when you go in there anytime. Also I dont like the idea of having to walk around and get out of the way of people that are stocking shelves they are the employees we are the customers they should be getting out of our way to let us do our shopping
I returned a DVD that I bought on the 27th. The DVD worked for about half through the movie and the sound stopped. It said that all sound on this move was muted because it had Cinavia Code 3.Go cinavia.com, code 3It says the movie was reproduced movie without authorization.They told me they would not return.I did not have my receipt, but I did use a debit charge card with their code on there.They td me once I opened it it was mine.After going through 2 associates at the counter and then I guess a manager Korbin finally came out and I explained it to him he had the same answer.I showed what I had and made a corporate decision to give me my money back.So if you buy a dvd at Walmart buyer beware!!It was Jurrasic World.
Excellent eye care and glasses services. Doc has technology to see back of eye to monitor. Staff helpful. Ins incl. state medicaid accepted. Able to use FAVE old frames n purchase great new lenses!!! Warranty honored when my RX changed rapidly with new exam and lenses. Highly recommend!😁😁😁 Glasses came in fast.
Usually has what you need. Very large place can get lost easily if you dont know your way. Got it all, food, clothes, toys, electronics,baby stuff, automotive, gardening tools, furniture, mulch, pets, pets food treats and beds, shampoo, conditioner, shoes and boots, lawn care,. Plants, hand tools, lighting, car audio, bikes and trikes, and plenty more stuff that you probably didnt know you need until you get there and see it conveniently placed on the end of an aisle way you have to go by to get out.
I was in this store too close to Christmas, trying to finish my shopping. The associates were stretched too thin (not their fault, WalMart needs to get over their save a dollar at any cost attitude) and were being pulled different directions by frustrated shoppers on all sides. When I finally found one who had a moment to breathe, I told him what I was looking for and he started to lead me to its most-likely location. Just as I was telling him all the places Id already checked, another shopper stopped him. He turned to me and said, I dont think we have that one, and named a few similar variations. I let him go, then left without buying anything.
The Walmart in Celina, OH is well stocked. I typically go on Saturday morning, and it isnt too crowded. Using the Walmart app to check waht products are in the store helps me save time. I can find most things on my shopping list and part of that is thanks to how organized the shelves are.
I went in to this Walmart today to buy a gaming console, controllers, a charging dock and a video game. All of which would have totaled around $550. However, I waited at the electronics counter for around half an hour and had three separate employees look at me and walk passed me without as much as an acknowledgement. Needless to say, I left the merchandise on the counter and left. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any store.
Well let me tell you....if you have to go to the bathroom dont leave your cart or it will be gone when you get out! Also the bathroom was gross need trash out and no water pressure. So we left, really because we had no cart, we were only in there for about 5 minutes if that.
Happened 2 Times now that I went to return something and that I have only zero returns left they need to start doing their job right cuz thats happened to me two times and theyre supposed to tell you thats what the customer care manager or whatever they are called told me that on your second time you got one left and they dont then you go and try to return something else and then they say oh you cant return this youre at your limit
I received notice that my bike was in, so I went to pick it up. They said they were assembling it, and could they call when it was ready. That was about seven hours ago, so Im hoping I can pick it up tomorrow afternoon.If there was something wrong with it, Im glad they found it, not me, but they could have waited until it was ready to let me know it was in store.Im still anxious to see the bike.As it turns out, there was a bent wheel on the bike, so they had to order a new one before completing assembly. I am still waiting for the call to know it is ready to pick up, but I am very glad they found the problem - not me. I was notified the bike was in store on the 16th and it is now the 20th. This is one day later than the original shipping notice said it would be, so its still almost on time.
When I got there I headed to the aisle that has the energy drinks. What I was looking for was Powerade Zero. There was hardly any on the Shelf. They came with a card within a few minutes and had more Gatorade to put on the Shelf. Within a few minutes I noticed they had no Powerade Zero on the car. So I asked the clerk if there were any in the back because the colors they had out I already had back at my office. So he went back and brought me out a box and it turned out to be what I already had. I asked him if he had any other colors besides red and blue because I know they make orange and grape. And he said I will have to look. So he went to the back and went to look and was gone over 15 minutes. At that point I did not want to wait because I had to get back to my office. So I headed to the front of the store to check out. When I got to the area that had the checkouts for self-checkout I tried to scan my Powerade Zero bottles and it would not scan at that point I was told that its the machine switch to another machine. So I did that and it did not work eitherperiod so I was told to go to a checkout lane and they would check me out there. So I did and the lady that checked me out was very nice and very helpful just as sweet as pie. She explained what was going on with the computers and how they had just been updated and the subjects were not working ever so often throughout the week. So I thanked her for her help and I thanked her for letting me know what was going on and I thanked her before I left and I think you should know I very seldom shop at Walmart because I dont like the way the checkout is done and I always have issues so I go to Walmart maybe once every 2 to 3 weeks. Thank you. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate my experience today a number four.
Was at Wal Mart went to hair place took 15 min to get the employee attention she was young drinking her energy drink another olde lady was in front me was waiting as well she told me it would be an HR for a cut that was lil crazy on a Sunday Ive never waited that long for a guys cut
There getting too high and there people are so sarcastic ! I hate going to there pharmacy the people are so sarcastic and the head pharmacist or manager is and idiot! Im still waiting on a perscription for test strips to be filled !!!! I HATE IT but the price is all that keeps me there and as I find other pharmacy rabat are equal or competitive I switch !!
First of you have man bun dropping TVs and not helping anyone. The you have a cashier lady throwing peoples milk everywhere and a Electronics Specialist taking four hours to convert one phone from per paid to postpaid. And finally you have a selfish manager that doesnt like overtime so basically told us to leave after four hours of waiting like it was nothing. The staff their are dumber than a box of rocks.

2022-05-16The staff is getting better. Very helpful in this experience. Shelves still empty in a lot of areas. Not sure if it is a staffing issue or supply issue. On weekends they should probably have more cashiers. Self check out even has a line.

2022-05-11The Grocery pick up at walmart is awesome! so is the rewards program my family and I Love going to walmart. I love how Affordable the clothes are and its cute fashionable and comfy🙂 Every one there is so nice! I think its really sad how short staffed places are every where and how the eldrley are the ones who are having to still work while so many young people arent working for one reason or another it so back words! its like one of my favorite artist newest album titles life on the flip side sorry for rambling lol! just be honest! with my review thanks

2022-03-15Same as the others but went to get propane exchange found out it was at lawn and garden. Not at the gas pumps. Went in the lawn and garden and the man told me they didnt have a key .and was told to go to the lube and tire around the building. they could help me. Lube and tire said they were out . Go to lawn and garden. I told the man Ive already been there.and they didnt have a key.He sold me a new bottle with exchange. But wasnt happy.i told him I would go somewhere else and didnt want to be a bother. he sad no they should have a key.Ill meet you up there. And he got my bottle of propane. Thank you very much.

2022-02-12The self checkouts are ridiculous. First off, it kills American jobs, second, Im not on the Walmart cashier training program. The lines are stupidly long and since its just the customers checking themselves out, it takes forever. Get your registers staffed with actual employees!!!

2022-04-05Great place to get groceries and other items at great prices, although it can be a little challenging to find something at times, so customer service might be required to find what youre looking for. Self-checkouts still do not have tap pay which is highly frustrating with newer credit cards because you have to keep inserting your card till it reads the chip. Also, the bill inserting spot for cash cannot be stacked, so you can tell how outdated the machines genuinely are.
