This is my local Walmart that I regularly shop at and I know that shipping delays and understaffed distribution centers are the reason for low stock so I haven’t been upset when shopping here the past few weeks like others have. I wish the other customers would be more compassionate to retail/service workers during this time since it is not their fault. Also, this store has mostly friendly employees that are always ready to help if I have any questions. Additionally, I know Walmart is a massive company so not every Walmart is the same and if I have an issue with pricing or low stock, I definitely don’t take it out on the employees. Anyways, I and probably everyone else will continue shopping here regardless of pricing and item availability so here’s one more good review for my local store.
If I could give this a zero star rating I would. This Walmart shouldn’t even be in business. Why have people who work there when all they do is carry on a conversation knowing your standing right there trying to ask for where an item is. They look at you yet hope you go away. Might as well make the entire store a self check out or have screen e can look up the items ourselves. None of the employees know how to treat customers. They’re rude, disrespectful, and shouldn’t be working with customers if they don’t know how to talk to them. The gas station has nicer people than this Walmart. You need to look over who you hire. Last thing I’ll add to this. For the employees running around saying the “n” word, shame on you. Shouldn’t be talking like that around customers. NOT COMING HERE AGAIN!
Im on immunosuppressants and havent been able to go shopping in-store since March 2020 - doctors orders. While I did shop the store occasionally before then, Im now relegated to drive up only.The positive - when you arrive for orders, the staff are friendly and extremely efficient at loading your vehicle. Ive done Walmart pickup over 4 different states in the past two years, and this is the most efficient pickup location for getting your groceries loaded.However, the quality of the shopped items is not great, especially for my last order, where I had to return nearly $20 of produce - though at least online return didnt require us to bring it back to the store. I do not expect the shoppers to shuffle through the berry boxes to find the best one, they have a lot to do. But I do think that obvious quality issues should be noticed. I had issues with 3 different kinds of berries that I purchased - two were rather visibly molded, in the other the berries were broken into pieces with juice leaking out everywhere. A package of fresh chives had to be immediately thrown away, half of them were browning, slimy and smelled rather offensive. A head of leaf lettuce was falling apart in pieces. I randomly got two normal tomatoes when I had ordered 6 romas, this was not identified as a substitution, they were just there. There were other issues with the order - a few bags of frozen veggies that had broken open, raw sausage bagged with ready to eat items.I do not blame the shoppers - I am sure that they are rushed and likely not sufficiently compensated for their work. Most of these items should have been removed from the shelves before they were shopped. I just want to provide an honest review for anyone who may need to rely on Walmart pickup for whatever reason - I would choose another location in the area if at all possible. While this store does have the most efficient and friendly service upon arrival, the quality and accuracy of the groceries is currently significantly below other stores.
Called the pharmacy to transfer over a prescription 35 minutes before they closed and the guy on the phone was more than willing to do so, though I probably would not have made it to Walmart by 6pm so I just left it at Rite-Aid and paid the ridiculous price of $20.10 instead of Walmarts $4.00. Honestly, I couldnt believe they closed so early, but its walmart- Im sure theyre not hurt by it.
Lack of merchandise on shelves,needs to be stocked overnight if they arent going to be open.if they are going to fill customer orders,they need to do that in the warehouse and not get in the way of people who have to use their OWN Time to shop.walmartseems to forget about who has made them as big as they are! The idea that Walmart employees only have to walk out a door to deliver groceries and other goods to on-line customers is really sad on WALMART s perspective of what the general public,the people,the ones,that come several times a week and buy groceries or come once a week and buy groceries or what there family may need and make them GO that extra distance is ironic.goodluck. Place sucks .... took a job here reached out to hr multiple times , called customer service your managers are virtually impossible to reach ANYTIME . DO NOT WORK HERE . HR DOESNT RETURN CALLS , EMAILS, TEXTS NO COMMUNICATION. WAS NEVER FIRED , ASKED IF I HAD A JOB MULTIPLE TIMES NOTHING SO ILL ASSUME IM FIRED
I was missing multiple items from my pickup order over the weekend. The lady I spoke to in grocery was very ignorant about it and acted as if I was lying. Thankfully Walmart customer service refunded the items and apologized on behalf of the store. Will not be ordering online here from now on.
Don’t bother shopping here. If you are looking for certain items in stock don’t even bother asking. I was looking for a certain item and I asked and the employee was completely clueless. So I asked another one and she completely walked away from me. Don’t ever waste your time or money here. It said they had 12 in stock and they told us they don’t have any just so we could leave them alone. Oh and if you need help or need to check out by the employees they will just sit there and have a conversation in front of you and be of no use.
I am not the biggest fan of shopping at the Walmart on Tuscarawas St. While they have the extensive selection that Walmart is known for, their customer service is not always the best. In addition, their ADA accommodations are not always available. It is a still place to go find something you need or want.
What more is there to say, its Walmart. Very clean for a Walmart and noticable security presence make you feel a little more at ease within the riotous rabble of people. The self checkout has been massively expanded with the most modern equipment Ive seen. One star for turning them off more than an hour before closing time and funneling the rest of the shoppers into 2 ridiculously long lines with half-hearted cashiers who are really ready to go home.
Today we wanted to purchase items that were in theft proof cabinets, after pressing the help wanted button 3 times, two trips to the service center to ask for help and 30 minuets later we determined the items behind glass were for display of products that will not be sold today.
So much running today! Son to work drop off, car repair drop off, back home to work prescription glasses pick up at lunch, son from work pick up after work and errands to run. UGH. Thank goodness I only had to make 1 stop. I call this my weekend ready pack LOL. A little General Tsos from the deli and some GV Jasmine rice and a nap. 5 star!
A little while back I walked in and have been feeling very nauseous before I even made it past the checkout counters I vomited a lot right on the floor, I felt a lot better physically but was quite embarrassed and so I just walked off really fast and hoped somebody would clean it up... When I got back about 3/4 of the way to the back of the store (I was headed to electronics) I felt again very nauseous and vomited. I realize that I had to get out of there because I was still feeling sick so I got a part of that quickly and were out the door I told an employee that I had vomited up front and you know back around the corner and he said no problem sir Ill get it cleaned up, I hope you feel better, have a good day! I dont know who this man was, but if hes not a manager and hes not making the maximum of what you can make at Walmart he should be getting a raise and a promotion.-Just saying
One of the better-stocked Wal-marts as the weekend nears. Shelves still had plenty of items on them on Friday evening which cant be said for other locations. Store ed clean, organized well and had plenty of team members to assist, if needed. Active stocking noted in the grocery section.
Im not a fan of shopping after dark but I was surprised at the amount of light on the parking lot and the amount of active employees around - I felt safe there. There were plenty of checkouts open besides self checkout. I didnt make it to the grocery section but the office supplies and audio-visual sections were almost stuffed to the brim! Well done tonight !
I went to customer service today around 7:45PM and a manager informed me that customer service was closed for the night and that they always close customer service around this time every day (aprox.8PM EST). That was a lie because I have money sent to me weekly and I always go to the same Walmart around the same time to pick it up so based upon plenty of prior experiences thats a lie. Not to mention a few days prior I had to return a product and it was well past 10PM and customer service was still open and were helping customers other than myself. I understand that sometimes in retail when people dont show up to work you have to figure it out and possibly close customer service for the night but to blatantly lie to a customer about what time you close Is kind of ridiculous and disrespectful.
I placed an order on 11/23/2021 to be delivered the day before Thanksgiving 11/24/2021. After getting the runaround on my order for close to 2 hours, I finally talked to a manager, Marshae who told me that the driver returned my order as undeliverable and I was getting refunded. I am always home and have groceries delivered weekly. She then told me I can come in the store and get my own groceries even after I told her that I cannot due to covid and I cannot take the shot. She was very rude, and didnt care that my family was not going to have the food for Thanksgiving. I paid for Walmart plus because of my inability to be safe in the stores. I do not recommend walmart and will not be renewing my subscription. Am going to find somewhere else to shop that actually cares about their customers.
I wish this place would open back up until midnight, if not 24 hours. It used to be very convenient. I sometimes work very late into the night. On occasions when I need to pick up staples, such as milk, it’s so much more expensive to always have to stop at a drug store or gas station.
Every time I have come to this Walmart in the past year and a half, none of the cashiers greet me. The greeter at the door does. I always greet the cashier I do not get a hello back or anything they dont even say the total of the bill. Im left standing there to figure everything out on my own. This is ridiculous I dont care how cheap the prices are!!!!!
My aunt went into get her oil changed yesterday (9/14/21) and someone stole a good amount of quarters and other change from her little pull down compartment by her door. Disgusting! She didnt notice until later. I would say watch your valuables, but better yet, go elsewhere.
Very very poor customer service. Got charged extra for things that we didn’t buy from the self checkout. Went to the customer service, they told us that there’s nothing that they can do and we won’t get our money back until AP reviews the security camera footage (they are not even on site). So we got charged extra for nothing. Managers there can’t even do anything.
Its a holiday weekend and I was expecting pandemonium. Instead while there was a crowd it was easy to get around and people were actually smiling. On my list only 2 things were missing. Thank you to the customers and employees for making it an enjoyable shopping experience!
On Monday, May 3, 2021, I was trying to purchase some tanning lotion for my vacation. I had forgotten my reading glasses and asked one of the workers if the lotion I picked was for outdoor or indoor use as I couldn’t read it. She took the time to read the entire directions to me as well as direct me to the exact isle of the other item I needed to purchase. I do not not the employees last name, but I do know her first name was Elizabeth with darker hair and glasses. I’d like to commend her and thank her for her time and patience.
Even compared to other Wal-Marts this one is below average the deli area is poorly run with fewer than normal options, hot foods are usually overcooked and have been in the warmers too long. Generally they are often out of stock on items ( sometimes for weeks ) or they discontinue popular items for no reason. I shop here more than once a week only because its 3 or 4 times closer than any other big-box store ( literally just blocks away ) but Im glad there are 3 other Wal-Marts within a few miles. Edit, getting worse as time goes by, they have lost about 90% of my business. Edit; this place is worse than ever. Regularly out of stock on even essential items ( they do have plenty of the high priced alternatives.) Much higher prices on the cheaper stuff, 30% increase in a few months. Theyre lucky if I shop there once a month. I would rather travel 4 times as far for better experience and lower prices.
There is NEVER anyone working sporting goods counter and I usually have to telephone customer service to send help, which takes them a minimum of 1o minutes to get there. Today, I couldnt wait that long, also the tire center did not carry the tires for my vehicle, and to order them, because they do not sell many this size, the cost is doubled.
Rang everything up on the self checkout line all but two things then it stop ask for help got it but couldnt get it fixed had to go to another one that was messed up finally got everything done like twenty min. later I dont mind ringing my self up but fixes some machines
Typical Walmart with weird people. About exactly what youd expect from a canton Walmart. Nothing particularity special about this Walmart. It is what it is. Be wary of parking, however. People drive through there like its an open highway. Im shocked that there arent more accidents or fights in this parking lot.
This is probably the dirtiest Walmart I’ve ever been in. And the parking lot is a disaster. The store could stand to have a makeover. And they need more in their entertainment department like books, because it’s a well known fact that Walmart has the cheapest prices on hardbacks compared to BAM, Target, and Barnes & Noble.
Walmart West Tusc store is a dump... There is no one working in their flower and garden area therefore the doors are closed and you have to walk all the way around to get to that department and then you have to go check out at the main registers inside the store. Their flower selection is a disaster and the prices are outrageous. None of it has been watered correctly therefore wilted plants everywhere. The manager at that store needs to take a look at it and make some big changes or he should be fired.
Great store,nice,clean an well stocked but they only have 2 out of 20 registers open for check out at a time so it takes you 20 mins in line to get through it,just like every other Walmart. They really need to have at least 1/4 of the stores registers open at a given time. Why install 20 to only use 2 at a time? Hire a few more people,put a couple extra jobs in the world,you are walmart after all I think you guys can afford to have atleast 5 registers open at all times. Its embarrassing for the brand otherwise.
Have never really had an issue at this Walmart in general ... Except maybe for some of the customers being trash. LolDid a grocery pickup today... They subbed my items that needed (and did a great job at that no complaints here) they were working hard when I got there to pick them up the girls bringing out. all the grocery girls were friendly and amazingThanks for making me not have to shop today.Phenomenal first experience with curbside grocery pickup. Yall are amazing !!!!
Yep, hands down rudest if not down right hostile employees. We had one throw an empty box in front of us as we were coming down the aisle in grocery. On the other side of the store a worker went out of his way to step in front of us clearly showing us the box cutter he was holding.I called management she was like well we have to look at the video. Didnt even hint that there was a problem or apologize. Told me I could call 1800 Walmart. HA!
I have been using the online ordering and grocery pick-up since Covid and every single time they either forget something on my order or something goes wrong on the app and Im not able to cash out. I end up having to call Walmart and sit on the phone for an hour to fix the problem! I love having the convenience of grocery pickup but when every single time youre on the phone for an hour trying to fix their app, is it really worth it???!?
Went to exchange an air mattress and the associate said I couldnt return it because it was open. There wasnt any more in stock so I couldnt even exchange it. I asked if she was able to look and see if another location has it and her response was Im not capable of doing that. I left the store with the air mattress with a hole in it.
Since moving their items quite frequently, the store has become a nightmare if youre in a hurry. Once you find your items this week, next week they have been moved to a different shelf or new aisle. Sad to say even the workers dont know where items are to help. Worst of all, now most of the shelves are usually empty. Its like WHY ? !!! WALMART HAS REALLY CHANGED: NOT FOR THE BETTER 😕
Have to wait in super long lines for cash payment. Only 2 lines open for cash and all the rest incliding self checkouts are cards only. On average spend 30 minutes in line just waiting to get checked out so ice cream, etc is already starting to melt by the time you get through the line
That store was disgustingly DIRTY! The womens bathroom doesnt look like it has been cleaned in years. The sinks still had grime in the corners from not beig cleaned properly, the soap dispensers were grossly dirty, the floors and stalls were awful and need cleaned...bad. I wanted to puke! I have been to 20+ different Walmart stores and this one is by far the DIRTIEST!
I love the grocery pickup. It is a very crowded store at any time of day, and that is something Im trying to stay away from at this time. But, I do love the grocery pickup. The folks there work so hard in all types of weather and they are always very nice and courteous. They even ask if I want my bread and eggs in the front with me!! A+ to those folks. 10/10 will continue using pickup at this store.
Went for propane exchange. Did the cashiers job and told customer service I needed someone to meet me out there to unlock cage. 30 mins later called and asked where this person was. When they lied and said on his way hes in parking lot, after another 15 mins I drove around and found a cart guy. He said he was one that does it and no one told him I was waiting. Took another 15 mins for him to walk 20 feet I guess taking 5 carts inside even though they were mostly inside was more important. I would pay 10$ apiece more at a has station just so I dont waste time on my only day off again.
The pick up section needs to hire people to load the orders. They seem to always be under staffed. Great people skills just terrible waiting time. I’ve had to wait over an hour just to have someone come to my car and ask for my name after I have already been checked in. Waiting an hour is redicklious.
I love this store, but I think they should have layaway all year round. Also you should be able to put what ever the store offers(except grocery)in your Christmas layaway, alot of people give clothing items for Christmas, NOT just toys. Also, they need more actual cashiers then self checkouts.
I purchased a gaming controller online through Walmart. I returned it to the store unopened.The first associate who helped me it was very kind and polite. she opened the game controller package and found that the controller inside did not match the serial number on the box. She explained that this happens all the time and it is by fault of the manufacturer.I had to wait at the counter for 40 minutes. During this time, the associate had called over another employee and two managers. No one could make a decision!I am dissatisfied because I think the customer service associates should have more authority to make decisions. If they are not going to be given proper authority to make decisions, there should be a manager that is assigned to stand near or at least be reachable.The associates were worried they would get into trouble for making the wrong call..A manager came over and asked me if I wanted to wait 20 minutes to an hour for the managers to get out of their meeting. I had no choice but to wait!When it was all said and done, a Third employee named Karen did the refund and she was absolutely rude.In all, for one problem it took 7 people to solve my issue. Absolutely embarrassing on Walmarts part.I was treated as if I was being dishonest and that is the worst feeling.
Walmart used to be all nice. They had to. At least until all the other stores were run out of business. Now they know you havent too many choices and are showing their true colors. We have reaped what we have sown, customer service is a thing of the past. Now Ill wait until Amazon mops up the crumbs, the stores that held out. This is the future we chose.
Long lines and the Garden center didnt have a checkout clerk! I was buying a hanging basket for a gift! ...Waited long time in line, finally sat plant down and left! I hadnt shopped there in a while and that day reminded me of why I dont! I will stick with Giant Eagle
By far the store on Tuscarawas is the worst Walmart Ive been to. Poorly stocked shelves, staff that have no knowledge of store or services, long lines at customer service (on a weekday night). Did some shopping, only found 3 out of 5 items I was looking for. Spent an hour trying to pickup an online order. Kiosk was closed, posted a phone number that wouldnt accept messages so useless.
More or less a standard location, always have plenty in stock to chose from. Only complaint about this particular location is that there are NO mirrors anywhere in the clothing area except for the fitting rooms. Really annoying when you just want a quick look at something 😑. The shoe department is equally frustrating with (I believe only 1-2 small low level mirrors located on the provided benches) as the only way to look at the shoes your trying on. Not great.
I bought a gift card from here tried to use it the same day was not activated. Went back same day and would not do anything about it. Had to file a police report. Very disappointed in this Wal- Mart. Never had any problems with buying competitors gift card. I will think twice before shopping here.
I have used the grocery pick up on 6 occasions and this is the second time Ive had issues with my order. The first time I waited 40 minutes before anyone came to car and went to other vehicles. No one answered phone so I could inform them I was not being helped. Today one of my items was not in my bag. I attempted to call grocery pickup and was transfer back to operator 3 times because no one answered my call. On the forth try I asked to speak with manager and the line disconnected me. Completely unsatisfied. Only saving grace was after reviewing app I was able to report missing item and get a refund.
I hate this store. The staff is cranky and unhelpful. The price hikes are annoying. The price is never what was marked on the shelf. The switching of the return policy without even changing the signage about returns is ridiculous. Too add the pettiness with the locking of the carts because they dont want people that catch the bus to leave the cart there is distasteful. Being told to sit my soda in the freezer when I get home after purchasing a boiling hot Dr. Pepper from the vending machine is a joke. Ive decided to take my business elsewhere and stop giving them a 3k a month. I pray for the day that Walmart goes out of business... Its way too many things to list because their staff is untrained in customer service.
This Walmart is awful! Online it says senior hours on tuesdays from 6-7, nope they let everyone in the lady told me at the front that didn’t seem to care one bit about anything. The workers are rude here and they don’t go by the rules that the store has or anything! We waited til after 7 to come in when we could have been there much earlier all to hear this. Won’t ever come to this Walmart again! Would rather drive a little farther to the Massillon one than deal with rude people like this! Horrible!!
I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the associates in this store. It is a little ways from where I live, and I hadnt been there in several years, but I could just feel the happy vibes when I walked in...at least 3 different worker asked if they could help me find something! Not what Im used to in my local Walmart.And I saw several workers helping a couple to assemble a stroller that it appeared they had just bought...all so smiling and happy to help! Wish I lived nearer!
Largely disappointing. First, theres a sign saying face mask required. We forgot ours. The VERY unfriendly girl standing outside of the door tells us we have to buy one. Great. Heres my money. No, no, no, you have walk halfway through the store, to the fitting rooms to pick one up, and then stand in line to pay for it. So, were in the store already for 20 minutes without a required mask. Not very confident about being safe from the covid at Walmart. Not to mention the assortment of zombies and freaks.On a separate shopping trip, we were presented with the opportunity to give you all a fair warning.... BEWARE THE WALMART DELIS PREPACKAGED LUNCH MEATS. We purchased some salami and some roast beef, both spoiled. Not to worry though, they didnt charge us extra for the botulism. Trust me, stick to the Oscar Mayer.
Store is always dirty and cluttered with stock. Employees are extremely rude..walk in front of you, wont move if youre trying to look at or get something off of the shelves. A simple excuse me or Im sorry goes along way. Always out of stock of many popular things. Prefer to go to another one that is much further away in Massillon even though its not very much better.
Everytime I do pick-up and they substitute my items they never give it to me.I know more people who have had the same thing happen to them. It always happens when they substitute an item. They ask me if I am ok with my substitutions and I say yes and when I get home they never gave it to me my items. They need to change the way they handle their substitutions. Everytime I order from the deli they are out of stock. I did not get any of the cheese or lunch meats I ordered because the deli supposely had none of them. I had a pick-up order for 5 to 6 and they did not bring it out until 6:30.
Went here. Cashier had mask on at register 6. But would not stop coughing. I told manager they said nothing they can do. And would not relieve her of her job to get drink or anything. Wonder if she was having issues with the mask.I will not go back in this walmart. They need to take better care if there employeees
I am a senior now but Ive shopped there since its been there. Ive never had a bad experience there. I now use the home delivery and its been a blessing for me. The only thing I dont like is they dont take Snap on home delivery. However they do on curbside but that doesnt help me.Walmart has it all! Try it. 😁
My trip today was enjoyable, all the employees that I came across took the time to help me. I think people need to remember that everyone is human and have off days! That is still no excuse for an employee to treat you unkind tho. Im just glad everyone was having a good day today, because I was dreading going in to make a few purchases. Thank you to all the friendly employees and customers I came across today. You all make my shopping trip pleasant.
Disappointed with the customer service. Had to wait for a long time on a CSM to come to the register & the card reader at the register wasnt working right. Come on Walmart you make enough money to hire more managers & to replace your card readers. That register shouldnt have been used since most customers do use cards today! And with the so called coin shortage Id think theyd want you to use your cards instead of cash
Not as nice as some other Walmarts Ive been to. Prices good an has a lot of different stuff an sizes. Hard to find any help to ask questions, none anywhere. Had to go to service desk to ask where one thing was. Bakery an deli were good an has a lot of good fruit and vegetables fresh . looked in clothes and again could find no help so I left. Like prices but more workers would get you more customers
Ive been doing some redecorating and have had to return things the past couple of days because they didnt work out as I suspected. Yesterday evening the gal at customer service was great. She refunded my total amount that was around $40 and gave me the option for cash, as debit takes 7-10 days to return to your card. Today, Lindsey gave me a hard time and would not give me cash. Seems a bit of structure is needed. And discipline. Lindsey was talking about how customers dont listen and nothing enforced would matter right in front of me.
I am very upset this Walmart is not enforcing customers wearing masks. I just left out and counted at least 32 people without masks on and a couple were employees!!! I am livid!!! One man was standing over the vegetables no mask and coughing his lungs out. I called to speak with a manager but held on forever.
If I could give no stars, I would. This is the worst Walmart Ive ever been in. Im visiting from another state, went into Walmart for groceries, only to realize how poorly stocked they are. Asked an employee if it was normal to be out of so many things, just to be given a very rude reply of yeah, should have gotten here sooner. Plus, the employees walk right out in front of you and get attitudes when you say excuse me. That happened with 3 different workers. Are you kidding me? The managers should be ashamed of themselves. Ill spend my money elsewhere for the duration of my visit to canton.
I wouldnt know where to begin, its just that the way the accounting office, customer service and money center employees have treated me in my past few visits I hate that i have to be succumbed to just this stores One night at closing, no one even issued a 30, 20 or 15 minutes closing warning and while I went back whole my side waited in line some no tasted person walked up and just screamed at me the store was closed. Poor communication between all front end staff, they told me customer service closes at 11 its been closing at 10 for forever as the cashier said. This is the closest Walmart in walking distance as me and my children dont have a vehicle and Ive had to walk almost two hours just to be turned around because of poor communication. All I can say is, get it together! Just get everyone on the same page and a lot more friendlier.
The worse. Not enough check out counters. With a human being working them. The store is continuously moving products around. So it takes longer to get what you need. The prices keep going up. When there is no need. The owners have more than enough money they would ever need. The check outs with a worker to check your items out. Are always very polite tho.
For a Supercenter, it was good !! A little Christmas shopping & finally found what we wanted !! Only problem I had was trying to find a 4T & 5T size in the display that was marked 2T thru 5T !! Just a late look for them or did someone not order more then 2 each ?? Either way, was not happy with it !! Stock personnel were great !! Knew where we could find everything & were willing to lead us to where it was to be sure we found it !! Will go back when in town again, its just 20 miles further then the other one we go to is !! 😊
I go here because I have to lol. They try to keep it clean, but it is a very busy location. Bathrooms are always a mess, but grocery area is usually pretty well maintained. Staff is usually nice but have had a few that were not very friendly. Like I said, I go there if it is convenient, but prefer not to. Also there has been a handful of incidents in the parking lot so not the safest to go to after dark.

2022-06-30Di dont remember not sharing but not long after this review the one I am at now on tusc.the carts where taken care better than 9ever actually couple new ones or more. This night I was in couple days ago was little itbusy in there pictures are time and location stamp could not get eggs, biscuits, and lunchmeat that usually get see pics. Also coment on curbside pickup. When you pick up no recipt I got charging cable for Samsung phone got home wrong one well I was in dire need so I drive back to Wal-Mart go to service desk I got digital receipt on phone OK good there was no problem proving got it but they have Un foretold rule you have to wait at minimum 24 hours or so.WHAT!!!YES YOU DO I needed so went bought the right one while there you know I never did return 12.00 dollars was busy did not realize till found it while getting rid of the car was drive just a little word of advice to save you a wasted trip. WALLMART EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH. should be given to the gal working stocking shelves directly in front of electric can openers was trying to reach one up top not yet sat out I stepped up 2 maybe 3 times on bottom shelf almost getting it was about to go for it again and Hey sir MISTER I WILL GET THAT FOR YOU I LOOK UP AND SHE COMING DOWN ONE THEM STEP THINGS THEY USE DRAGS IT OVER GOES UP AND GRABS IT SAYING I DONT WANT YOU TO FALL MY ANSWER TO HER WAS DONT WANNA FALL MYSELF. there she was stocking shelves comes to help me which at first I was skeptical but she was doing what she said smile on her face the complete time dam I wish more folks was like her included myself give that girl a position in customer relations raise something I dont remember ever being handled like that plus she had the looks to go with it thanks Wal-Mart employee and Wal-Mart she is one heck of asset in my book .

2022-05-08To be quite Frank..before 2019 I only came into Walmart to grab the basic essentials and that was it; something triggered or IT tinkered with my wiring...On Feb.28 2020...I started refering Walmart as my Wally World! Willy Wonka had his chocolate factory; well this is my Fashion Factory. Now as a well known fact; theres a lot of other places around the world I could have picked but this felt homie! I can be in here for hours...just by studies the new items that came in...roaming the aisles and small little kiosk...collaborating ideas that Ive never actually thought about ever in my life. Ideas for my little humble abode approximately a mile away. Utterly with no sense/care of time...even though Im a customer...I can sense when another Wallian is needing help on something. Let me set the record straight; I live by the cote principal and moral ..I dont eat where.... I need to keep it PG...you can get the concept...Lol! 2022-03-18Your typical Walmart, nothing out of the ordinary. Meaning Ive shopped during all 3 shifts and the experience is usually dictated by staff rotation.I usually dont need to interact or ask questions unless Im making a big $/size item but when I have most of the time everything is great here!!

2022-05-08Its okay but also always busy even right before closing time and thats just when we wound up going in because of how our schedules are. Anyhow... Its busy and were just trying to get everything we need before they close for the night and i wound up not getting a few important items that I really needed. Oh well I guess thats just the way it goes sometimes. 😉I finished up at a different place but nothing bad to say about Walmart just that we came in too late. Thats on us and not yall.

2022-06-22The shelves were really empty, they are paving the parking lot so I expect now that Ill not get a flat tire when I go next time. The auto center was fast if you go first thing in the morning. I prefer to go early thats when its the least busy and less likely to be a people of Canton show. The plants are mostly dead kinda like my heart 💜. I would rate this Walmart like most Walmart nothing spectacular. My checkout lady was friendly I wish I got her name. I did see Walmart was carrying BCBG but idk how I feel spending 40-50 on a dress at Walmart. I feel like the clothing line sold out... Sigh they used to be at Dillards now theyre at Wal-Mart. I guess we all got to stoop to some level. They had some cute Reebok tops so I am happy to see some cute womens clothing there I just have to get that Walmart stigma out of my head. I was all around surprised by Walmart today giving it a 3 out of 5. I know supplies are low everywhere

2022-05-27The staff is very helpful. The cashier I had was very fast and efficient. She was also very friendly. Im horrible at remembering names though.

2022-06-02As with any shopping day at Walmart it was very busy, very few people checking out the customers, and shelves were partially bare which is something I have come I understand as a normal.

2022-06-28Dirty, poorly stocked, messy aisles, terrible produce. Absolutely nothing redeeming about this store. Not a single manager to be found anywhere. I think you need some new management from top to bottom from the looks of it.
