Walmart Supercenter in other cities:
Staff was on a complete power trip. I (25) couldn’t buy a bottle of wine for new years because my brother was present with me (as if someone would buy alcohol for a minor who’s with them). I was told I’d have to go back and get it when he went out to the vehicle with his mom. The lady was surprised to see I took her advise as walked back and obtained the wine after my brother went out to the vehicle. The cashier told her friends not to sell it to me, a manager eventually came out saying it’s against company policy (even though a minor wasn’t present at this time), and I eventually had my Mom come in to buy the bottle while they denied her the privilege to purchase the wine. They made up a fake rule on spot saying they only allow parents to buy themselves wine when the kids are incredibly young, and noted my mom couldn’t prove it was her kid. Incredibly disrespectful and overreaction to a bottle of wine.
I saw these folders red ones .25$ and other colors more why is this correct? I like black or white went to the price checker it was missing 🤔 saw a nother price checker sign went there and it was also missing. What a waist of my time and yes the black ones are much more expensive.
The vast majority of times we order groceries from this location, at least one package of meat in the order is broken open and the meat is spoiled. This last visit, one package of ground beef, two packages of cheddar, and one package of swiss were ALL had broken seals.
During the early days of the pandemic I cut them slack for always being out of stuff. But recently, every time I go there the shelves are bare and theyre out of so much stuff. But then I can go to buehlers, Aldis and/or Millers, and they all have full shelves. So I dont think its an availability thing, at least not in general. Then I always feel like the employees stocking shelves are in my way. Doesnt matter what time of day I go. Which off seeing as the shelves always se bare. Walmart just seems to be slipping lately.
Absolutely horrid. They sold me shrimp that was 3 months out of date. Called to speak with a manager and was told that one would call me back. No one did. Went in to the store and was told that all I could get was a store credit. Said that all customers are stealing from Walmart through self checkout and they have to make that money up somehow. I said that they should pay a living wage and theyd get more people. I was told to leave the store.
This is a decent/typical Walmart. The store was reasonably clean, and the associates I worked with were professional and knowledgeable about the items I was looking for. Would recommend for routing shopping trips or anything else you would normally get from a Walmart. Enev the store manager was very helpful with me in customer service. I recommend this store as its easy to get to and not terribly crowded like others I have been to.
This place was HUGE!!! It was clean, stocked, prices were good (as in every walmart). I live in NJ and the walmarts there are not this big and NOT this clean. My friend and I were thoroughly impressed. We were able to grab everything we needed from the strapless bra and sunglasses I forgot to the eggs and pancake mix we didnt know we needed!!! Staff in the bank was also very friendly and didnt make fun of us as we asked about the horse and Buggy laws as we didnt know what we were and werent allowed to do as far as passing etc. So shout out to them!!!
Needs improvement. The store is clean. Seems to have a stocking problem as shelves appear somewhat empty. They dont have enough registers open as they seem to prefer customers use self serve. Garden center doors are not for entering which is a pain if I want to shop there specifically or the pet section which is nearby. Have to say I cannot resist their chicken wings...everytime I am in there, I have to buy some...delicious!!!
This is a last resort option in our town. No body wants to shop here but some times you have to. I was looking for a certain brand/kind of vitamin. I showed the guy who was stocking and labeling vitamins a picture of what I want and he said “oh idk. What even is that” I explain to him what vitamin it is and he said “oh ok” he turned around and kept stocking. So I said peace out. Forget that…
While they do have most everything you need, I DO NOT like self checkouts. A persons job was taken away. I sympathize with older folks that struggle to get thru checking out. Was sad. Truly doesnt show customer oriented! We found a local Walmart not seems checkout. We shop there.
Shelves seemed to be fully stocked and, although it was very busy, each associate seemed to be doing their job well. One exception was the self-check registers were not well monitored today. I did not use one of the self-check registers that are located at each end of the store, but another. I ended up in the middle of the aisle waving my arms over and over until finally a friendly person came to correct the cash register that had frozen up. Still, a good store.
Shelves are always bare when I go. Can’t get through to anyone to let you know you’re selling Fage yogurt that expired in June 2021 and it’s now September. I just bought is yesterday it was almost $5 if I recall and just to throw away.Update* I went to Walmart on October 2nd, I purchased about $142 worth of groceries and I went to make spaghetti this evening using the jimmy dean sausage I bought only to see it looked and smelled off. Checked the date- expired September 28th. I’ve genuinely had it with this place. We live 20 minutes away and your prices continue to go up and we spend the gas to come out and you think you can trust a store to sell you products that aren’t expired but when they can’t even have registers open or shelves stocked I am not sure why I thought you’d check expiration dates. ALDI doesn’t have all I need most of the time but I will be taking my money there from now on.
Lazy workers can’t even go to a screen to print me out a deer tag asked about 10 of em and they can’t get it for me. I was there just before 8:00pm they were open till 11. In life you must work, working typically involves moving your feet or what I call walking, most of em can’t even take a step to help a customer out. They said they don’t have anybody to do it for me, the same worker who did it last time was there. Lying to customers.
I would give them negative stars if possible. I tried to return cat food purchased on line with return bar code (they shipped wrong food) and they claimed it was already returned. It was in my cart with bar code from shipment. I would rather go 1 round in the ring with Mike Tyson then shop there!
The tire department told me theyd broken off a $5 valve piece that theyd replace. Later on they returned and said they didnt have the part so they left it broke, stating that it would be alright until I had it fixed and that things like that happen. It turns out the valve they broke was the tire pressure sensor. I looked into the price today and Im looking at paying at least $25-$50 to buy the part and more to have it installed. After dishing out $700 for tires Id expect what the employees break should be at the expense of the company and not the customer.
Walmart in Ashland, Ohio opens at 6am now but no cashier until 7am. How does that make sense? It doesnt. No one pays me to do my job while the client does the work themselves as I just stand around watching.Walmart as an entire company has went off track, political views and ways are not a way to run a business.
Hired me on full time but put me in the system as part time, so I’ve worked 5 months with no earned PTO. Still waiting for them to correct it and give me what I’m rightfully owed. I don’t know why it’s so hard for their leads to do their job but they need to get it together!
It used to be a great place to shop.Anymore the service is for the most part very poor, people are all rude, very few actual check outs. As all Walmart’s, they want people to mostly check ourselves out. Since Covid hit, they are out of stock of things quite often. I don’t know why we don’t get discounts on our bills when we are doing the job of checking out our own things!? I’m not normally a big complainer, but with gas prices getting higher and higher, In the area, it’s the only dept type store we have unless we want to travel 20+ miles away to ontario or Wooster. So we are stuck with Walmart. But we avoid it until we absolutely have to go get things and we’re out of things we need
Had issue and filed complaint online regarding tire installation. Stud was broke by Auto Center and they claimed it to be from prior work from elsewhere. Had to take to my mechanic to replace. Filed complaint and Walmart refunded me the additional charge I had plus have me $50 gift card. Walmart came thru for me.
I didnt get all my bag s went back n showed them my recipe it was over 20 buck so they had 2 look camera so they said 🤷 so I said that fine well thy could not find it . After an hour I said well I will just return the 1 hundred & 91 dollars worth of things I bought then they decided to replace the 28 dollars 💵 worth of stuff I didnt get so they sent me and an associate around the store together to get my stuff ! & yes it is my responsibility to make shur I get my stuff after I thought about it but they was not nice about it and made me fell like I was trying to cheet some 1 !
I could not enter the door I needed. I had to walk to the grocery end & then clear back up to household goods & pharmacy. This was after being on my feet all day at work. It was also very warm in the store. Turn your air on. If I was miserable, your associates had to be as well. Especially wearing mask. Which I hope they are changing out every two hours!!! I did not find what I was looking for either. Thats twice I havent found things I needed.
Id say i had a pleasent expierence with a long haired gentlemen at the auto department he seemed like a really cool guy very knowlageable also younger cat but very eager to help withput pushing limitations i respect that kinda thing got a new battery no quistions asked
I ordered groceries from the app, went to pick them up, the 2 boys that loaded my car were wonderful... they made sure I didnt leave without laughing.... but as I get home and start putting my groceries away, I realize I am missing almost half my order... I called walmart twice... the first time I was placed on hold for about 45 min, the second time the store associate told me to make a list if the items I am missing and bring the list in tomorrow.... we will see if this gets resolved. I didnt spend $520 on groceries to be missing $300 worth....
The door greeter who was working December 15th walked in front of my 49 year old father who can’t wear a mask due to health issues and SHOULDER checked him and told him get out of the store before even bothering to ask/tell him he needs a mask.. I don’t believe any employee should or does have the right to put their hands on any paying customer attempting to walk in. I understand completely that there is a pandemic going on, however he never even gave my dad the chance to walk to the car or reach into his pocket he just straight up shoulder checked him so hard he left a bruise on my dad. Worse part about the entire situation was there were two males behind us WITHOUT MASKS ON who walked right by the door greeter and he rudely looked at us and smiled stepped aside and let those men walk right by WITH NO MASKS ON. WHY SINGLE OUT ONE PERSON AND PUT YOUR HANDS ON THEM?? I told management and she said she would review the footage and handle the situation internally however about a half hour later I noticed that same man was still standing by the door STILL LETTING PEOPLE WITHOUT MASKS walk in the store. Hire people who don’t put their hands on customers and get better management who holds their rude employees accountable for putting their hands on people!!!!!
Walmart was the place to go when Sam was in charge, now the kids have dropped the quality and everything is made in china. To top it off you have to check yourself out, not that big of a deal but now you cant get cash back. When I asked the attendant why, she said they didnt have the money to stock the registers. One would think that a billion dollar company could put a couple hundred in the registers. Done ranting... Done shopping at Walmart.
Very busy post-New Years Walmart...Lots of empty spaces for highly sought after products...Especially: Toilet paper, antibacterial goods, canned soups and meats and many others... Electronics dept. Looked stocked and 80% of the Demos were working... Not a Ghetto-ized store...
I placed a grocery order on the app for pick up and they just sent me an email saying sorry we had to cancel your order when I tried to call the store to ask why they cancelled my order I was put on hold for 7 minutes, then HUNG UP on and when I called back a third time I finally gave up after another 9minutes of holding for a manager! This is not my usual Wal Mart and I will never return to this location!!!
Its was super busy on count of the super bowl so I visited the crowded parking lot and decided to go to dollar general. But usually not much different about the usual shortage of certain things during certain times. Ashland Walmart is better but convenience cost Lil more so...
They didnt have any canned cat food! Been pretty dissatisfied with walmart lately never having anything you need. I have 7 cats and 1 has intestinal cancer and is being picky about canned food, then you try to go to find canned food and Im not kidding there was like HARDLY ANYTHING there!
Walmarts are an unfortunate plague that force out competition and drain on local economies. I only go here if there is literally nowhere else that has what I need. Tons of employees being forced to live on economic assistance instead of being paid a living wage. Meanwhile the owners have more money than even their extended families know what to do with. All that store and only one register open. A shame.
Waited 2 hours tonight for grocery pickup!!! Unacceptable to offer that type of service anywhere. If your understaffed...just a thought here but maybe let people know your that far behind. Traffic was everywhere in the pickup area. People were speeding around angry about the wait endangering the poor employees who were trying to keep up with the demand. Clearly poor management of this area. Bad service. No communication to the customers and worst of all very unsafe for the employees. Do a better job Ashland. If you can text someones order is ready then you can communicate with your customers. Oh and when you say an order is ready then it should probably actually be ready😉
The worst Super Wal-mart I have ever been to in my life. You can not get any help even if you ask. There is a lot they do not have and they do not keep up with what new like movies, they have know music CDs ect. I could go on this Wal-mart that I am talking about is in Ashland Ohio. It is BAD
The staff are not very helpful and when you chase one down to help you find something they are kind of rude or just completely have no idea what is being asked of them which i guess could explain the rudeness from the other employees if they dont know an answer maybe they just get defensive
The Ashland, Walmart was very impressive. Spotless, clean floors On a Wednesday about 11 AM. Fred Brown should be very proud of his crew.I work at another Walmart in Mansfield, so picky I am. My Mother was with me and she was very impressed. Nice fellow customers. If we moved to Ashland, I would be very proud to work here.
The grocery pickup experience is kind of lacking. I dont understand why it takes so long to begin the loading process. A typical pickup involves at least fifteen minutes of waiting before the loading process begins, and thats if Im one of two or three people there. And this is in addition to the time in transit after I check in. Apart from that, this Walmart is well-stocked and generally well-staffed, and the staff is always friendly, so I have no real complaints. The in-store experience is quite nice. Just waiting for improved pickup and ideally delivery. (Though I guess that will have to wait until after at least Uber is in the area, hm?)
This store is the worst and dont ever order groceries online here youll wait over an hour to get them to your car and if you call for a manager and they come and ask them where your groceries are and explain to them that you have 4 children at home that need to be feed their responses its not their responsibility about your family 🤔wow
Good Place to shop , if you dont need assistance someone is there,if you need assistance seems like not a soul in site, not sure why shelves are empty alot, maybe because of help or pandemic, handicap carts are rarely usable always dead, blaming that on customers, always clean ,most employees are nice
1100 on Nov 12 and this place doesnt have shelves stocked YET! Why arent shelves being stocked when theyre closed instead of when people want to shop..I personally am tired of being run over by employees trying to stock or gather other orders! Theyre being rude and dont seem to care about shoppers. There is NEVER enough check out!I hate this place!
Clean, well stocked, friendly service and lots of help when you need it. I love the fact that this Walmart is not overly busy with people practically standing on top of you. I have never had an issue with this Walmart. I work midnights and get off at 8a, sometimes I go in Walmart to shop after work and take advantage of the facility being so big and welcoming so I shop for an hour or two while getting my steps in. If staff sees me pass more than once they will ask if I need any help and I’ll explain that I’m just browsing while getting my steps in.
Mostly good. However I think that the electric riding carts should be fixed so they CANT go outside, because people leave them out in the parking lot and they collect moisture and begin to malfunction. Furthermore female customers need to be more conscientious about the fecal matter they are leaving behind in the ladles room at the front of the store. Thats disgusting! Also have a NEW Complaint! They like to mark things down on the shelf, but not in the system, I guess they hope people will just pay full price for something they thought would be marked down in the system too! Well I am infuriated! Dont trust clearance prices at the Ashland Walmart Location!
First and LAST time I will EVER use online grocery ordering at this location. I ordered the day before. My pick up time was between 6 and 7 pm. I got a text saying the order was done. I love 20 min away. Started to town and when I went into the app to chek in at 6:05 it said I couldnt be checked in and to call the store. I call and was told they are running behind and to wait another hour. Ok fine its Friday I know they are busy. So I wait till 7 call back and was told my order is done but the wait time is 1 hr and a half!!!! Ok so can I just come in and get it somewhere in the store if its done? The answer is no! My option is to cancel the order or wait. Ok so if I cancel I dont get the money back right away HELLO I NEED to get GROCERIES and I have to have that money to pay for them. Worst experience ever!!!
This Walmart is always busy and rarely has any cash register lines open. If they are open, the lines are so long, I never wait less than 15 minutes to get to the cashier. Its ridiculous! Prices are frequently incorrect also. Dont even get me started on the pharmacy here. Its a total nightmare all around! This is, by far, my least favorite Walmart of them all. Have plenty of time and patience if you plan on going here for anything, and dont expect much friendly or helpful service. A couple of the store cashiers are nice, but most are not. I dont blame them for being stuck in this environment for their whole shift.
I dont like shopping here anymore. They are constantly out of things we buy weekly, you have to wait in line for a LONG time AND check yourself out!! I dont work at Walmart!! Why do I have to check myself out?? And wait to do so longer than I spent shopping??!!!! Becoming not a FAN and I have ALWAYS shopped Walmart but that is about to change!!
Thanks for wasting an hour of my time and a 1/4 tank of gas, they sent me an email that my TV was ready to pick up and to check in on my way for curbside pickup. I live 30 min away check in got there only to find that they were closed because of no power, but still felt the need to email me to come get my TV. The guy standing outside said to call them they answered and had no solution other than to pick it up two days later.
Store is clean, but not well stocked at all times. Well marked isles although people dont really care. Hand sanitizer at the entrance, but not the exit. Its just really unorganized like any other Walmart is. Meat prices are jacked up for the fourth and of course everything for the fourth that will sell is well stocked. SMH
Why are you asking me about Walmart? Everyone knows about Walmart. Its a surprise every time you go in. You dont know what doors are open, or how late they are open. They move everything around once a year, to make sure you visit the whole store looking for Chinese made junk. They closed all the small stores in my area, because they carry everything. You just cant find it yourself. I hate walmart but I have to use them from time to time. Yes, they have handicap parking. You can also grab a time card, punch in, and ring yourself up.
I always order and pick up my groceries, today was the first time I had to wait 2 hours! There were so many people waiting to get their groceries. Next time I wont pick such a late time slot, lesson learned. My suggestion would be for them to ask for make and model with the persons name or write down the plate number. Some people left without getting their groceries.
I wish Walmart would stop rearranging the stock so often. I get the aisles my memorized and able to easily run in, grab what I need quickly and get back homeBut they have basically Rearranged the entire store and I am not sure where most of the items I need happened to be moved to. Im now one of many shoppers walking around confused and unable to find anything theyre looking for without asking a cashier
Every time I go in this store, out of 15-20 associates that I interact with either directly or indirectly are just plain rude. Good luck with getting any assistance with a purchase in electronics. Just saying. I am going to Wooster from now on or maybe I will just go to Target.
The usual condition. Stock in the wrong place. Price tags not in the track for items. Bare shelves. Brand names items have been replaced with WM brand. Sometimes its nearly the same, other times its a less quality.People rushing around with stock carts. (Im sure their hours have been cut, so there is less time and people. Trying to do the same quantity of work.)A very good aspect the employees are always polite and helpful.I know COVID is stressful for everyone, especially businesses and emploees who are now unemploed. But several of WMs deficiencies have been going on for several years. And not just this store. Ashlands store has been superior when compared to several in Columbus and Akron.
It took me about 3 times long to shop because, again they had to move stuff around. My items werent where Im use to finding them! There were only 2 check outs with real cashiers. There were plenty of self check outside, which I refuse to use because I dont get paid to scan my own groceries and I dont want to take someones job. So I stood in line forever!!Taking care of customers is not a WalMart priority.
Almost always has what I need! And my work schedule has me off pretty late so being able to pick things up at 3am is very convenient. Most of the employees Ive spoken with are quite friendly and helpful. Honestly so far 1 improvement I could ask for is to update the bathrooms. They seem a bit run down, some of the sinks dont work and they have a distinct smell that seems musty and not pleasant. (Maybe a cleaning agent, not from people using the restroom..) also bring back savings catcher.. no idea why this was removed. (I know its not Wooster specific but still Walmart in general).
Its Walmart, you already know how it is. Busy, never enough cashiers, masks are optional, many items missing in grocery because just in time delivery doesnt work post covid, not the best atmosphere or service but you didnt come to Walmart for that. You came for the supposedly cheap price. Good luck.
I went to this store because I saw online that they had 8 ladders in stock. I located the ladder I wanted but could not locate any one on that area of the store to assist me. I looked up the weight of the ladders online on my phone and studied the labels. Still no clerk. So I called the store from my cell phone explaining I was in the store by ladders and needed assistance. The store made a P A announcement customer needed assistance at ladders. I waited and looked around the are for an employee. No one came. So I got a cart & loaded the ladder onto it and took it to the only checkout line that was openHere a female employee approached me, asked if I wanted assistance taking the ladder to my vehicle. I explained my situation & said sure if she could get someone to. She tried to contact different people on her intercom unsuccessfully. Checked me out with a hand held unit and credit card. Then asked a boy employee who was walking past us to assist me out with the ladder. He stood there looking at it not knowing what to do. So I graciously asked the person checking out ahead of me to let me through & met the boy at the other end of the checkout. I told him to take the cart and earn his money. He pushed the cart & ladder out of the store & did put the ladder in the back of my truck. This store has a nice selection of merchandise including a tire shop but I will not be going back. Hello Walmart Ashland and goodbye!!!
I am a frequent shopper here and have given our local walmart a lot of money over the years. Since they went to online pickup ALL of the staff is loading carts from the shelves. The shelves are bare a lot more than ever before. It’s as if the online orders are more important. Those orders get pushed around on a cart for a long time, I would never do it for that reason. It makes zero sense to have staff stock shelves and then turn around and pull the items right back off . They need to keep some of the common items in the back to fill online orders. Staff would have a lot less wasted time and be able to keep the shelves stocked. It is now worth it to go to multiple other stores for my shopping because I can’t get everything I need at Walmart in one trip anymore.
They Had Truck Parking & Was Easy To Get Into Is The Only Plus They Need!Employees Are Not Friendly, But Are Friendly Towards Their Co-workers!Remember Who Is Contributing To Your Salarys!Did The Self Checkout, Even The Young Lady @ That Post Didnt Speak...Only To Tell Me I Had Forgot Something In My Buggy..It Was My Disinfect I Had Brought With Me..NO One Was There Sanitizing The Buggys Like They Do @ Aldis!
Was scheduled for 6-7 pickup and didnt get served until 820. Waited an hour and a half for pickup. When partway through waiting the associate told me it would be another 30-45minutes I asked if I could go to another store two blocks away that would close before they expected to serve me and then come back. They said I would lose my place in their queue if I did that, and it was close to closing so they wouldnt serve me if I left. So, I ended up being unable to get what I needed from the other store Ridiculous had to sit there another 35 minutes doing nothing waiting when I could have been to the other place and back in 10-15 mins.
Majority of the workers are extremely RUDE, especially in the photo developing area. One time a cashier didn’t even talk to me through out the whole transaction, just handed my receipt and continued to talk to another worker. Felt like I wasn’t even there. This place needs to get it together.
I had to do some early morning Christmas shopping. After loading my car with Christmas presents including a TV I could not find one register with an employee working. After attempting to use a self checkout line, it took another 20 minutes to get some one help to ring out the TV I wanted to buy. if youre looking for customer service go elsewhere.I cant believe Walmart cant afford to pay one employee to work a register at 6 in the morning during the Christmas season, unreal!!
They Was Very Nice To Be I Live In Wooster Ashland Walmart Much Better And Clean But I Go To Mansfield Every Sunday Do My Shopping But After The Ontario Mansfield One I Went There Every Sunday For Years Today Was The Last Day I Ever Go There Woman At The Door Was Very Mean To Thank You 😊
I get everything from Walmart love the place but I got a smart TV I showed the guy 3x which tv I wanted and it was $249 I got to the front and paid $420 for it didnt realize till I got home. They need to obviously work more with the guys in electronics, every other area seems to be doing a good job except Ive tried 4x to get pictures printed off my phone and no one was at that station.
Ever since the new owner came into getting a hold of this Walmart it’s been going nowhere but downhill they switched everything around they close the side doors into the garden section now they’re closing at eight o’clock and closing doors where people came into so I had to walk all the way across the Walmart parking lot This is ridiculous! I will take my business elsewhere to places that stay open later than freaking eight and don’t annoy customers
We like to use the pick up bring it to your car thing. something about the concrete hurts our backs. if we have no choice then we try to get stuff in order of the isles. not a people person in the middle night it is nice. 24/7. their was one time a car about hit us as we drive down the main road. i think they cut across the parking lot. tho now a days they could be drunk or on their cell. either way it was a close call. very clean place, convenient subway inside. i dont recommend their pharmacy they where always out of something and we had to walk in. their seems to be a drive through but i never have seen it in operation. some times i wonder of they are out of stuff at the car side pick up or if i walk in to look and see it on the shelf. One time we did have to return some soft drinks because they where they wrong ones at the car pick up. did not realize it till we got home. and wanted to go to sleep so it had to wait till later. about the only screw up they had there with us. if they where out of something they would refund you. They dont take the money out till they find what they have on your list. Oh and car side pick up is not always open on some days but just work around it.
Average wait time in line is 15 minutes, over my last 3 visits. Tonight there was ONE open register (besides the self checkout), with a line of 7 people. On a different note, Walmart absolutely needs to improve your gift receipt procedure- having to give someone 6 separate gift receipts with their baby shower gift is ridiculous. This is why I typically shop at Meijer instead.
Does anyone here actually work at a normal pace ? Seriously think they put the slowest people in the store at register to force people to use the self checkout. I saw an associate today, who when told by a customer that there was a wet slippery floor, respond with, oh Im not in this department
This is our “home” Walmart. Most of the staff is friendly but last night our cashier was just like a blank robot. I assumed he was just having a bad day. Life in retail sucks so I can relate but our main issue was another employee. He was walking around blasting very very very loud vulgar music, yelling, cussing and none of the other employees said anything to him but you could tell they were all equally irritated, as were other customers. I work in retail myself and if I were to act like that I’d bet anything I’d be fired on the spot.
Me and my girlfriend have gone here at least once a day for 2 weeks in hope of getting some wraps from their deli. We have had the opportunity only 2 times in 2 weeks. Along with many other stocking issues in the store. And whatever you do you better not ask the deli lady for help because she will simply look at you and tell you off for asking for any help.
My daughter and I shop the Ashland Walmart each week. I live in Wooster, she lives in Smithville! We would rather make the drive than shop Wooster Walmart. The store is cleaner, the shelves are almost always stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a much better experience.
If I could leave no stars for a rating I would! Secondly the CSM Tiffany is lazy and rude for character and poor communication skills with her team and Doesn’t Listen well when a Customer has something to say about their online order or even otherwise! This will be the only time I buy online through Ashland Ohio Walmart! On the other hand Anthony a manager as well was Awesome he gets five stars if I could rate both of them!
While one of the cleaner, more organized stores this Wal-Mart was set up entirely different from any other making it hard for me to find items. While I did shop later at night and knew not to expect alot of personal to be working, I would have liked to find SOMEONE to assist me during my visit! They also didnt have any checkout lanes open other than the self checkouts which for me wasnt convieniet as I had quiet a few items...more than the small space you need to keep everything on untill payment has been rendered.
Its Wal mart. Clean store, good prices, friendly staff. The only thing I dont like about all Wal mart s is the size of the store. If I only need milk and dog food I have to walk for miles, from one corner to the opposite corner of the store. Would much rather have a neighborhood market vs the Super center.
Whats there to say its Wal-Mart theres good times and times that could be better especially during this time of year, real impressed with the auto center today they managed to get my vehicle in and out for my oil change, they took good care of my vehicle. The other employees seemed to be very helpful throughout the store as well.
I had the best customer service through the automotive department on January 2nd, 2017!!!! They were extremely busy and I had a three hour wait but the staff kept me updated the entire time. While sitting in the waiting area I watched as the staffs customer service skills were put to the test, between upset customers, questions, and everyday purchases. They passed with flying colors!! At no time did they appear to be stressed or unable to answer questions. They even made sure to get me the best price for my replacement tire. I just want to say thank you to everyone I encountered that day keep up the great work!!!
Well its like most Wal-Marts. The cashiers at this particular Walmart are not trained very well. My wife was double charged $242.12 on her bank card. The chip reader said the purchase was approved and the cashier said it was not. We stood in line waiting on a manager to fix the problem. It took forever and the cashier was defensive about the mistake and the manager was rude. Fortunately we had enough money to re-ring the purchase. We waited on the bank to refund us the double charge of 242.12. If we didnt have the money we would have had to put the groceries back and shop later for the same exact items. This was all on Christmas Eve.

2022-04-09This is a good store. The downfalls are that there is only one checkout. I Am not going to fill my cart full of groceries then have to ring them up and bag them myself as well. If I am going to shop here the least they can do for me is that. The other thing is that twice now I was in the store parked on the automotive side for things I needed to do over there and they locked the side doors before I was finished and I had to go out the front and walk all the way around after dark because no one works in that back corner after dinner apparently. I dont understand Why they cant leave that door open and have an associate in that department until closing time. Or at least post a big red sign on the door notifying people exactly what time that door will be locked. Other than those 2 things the place is great! Good selection of products.

2022-06-13I got ZERO TRAINING!!! If they are going to give me a register to run then they need to give me a loud speaker to use... PRICE CHECK REGISTER 24!Could someone from camping call register 24 for a price check please??? zero training!!!I did try to yell. No none from camping came. I did get a lot of other attention including a cashier that came to help.I asked the guy at the door who to see about my paycheck since I seemed to have worked there running a register ... he has no clue!

2022-06-25Very rude and frustrating experience. Could barely maneuver through the grocery isles due to pallets of food and multiple workers; our presence was inconvenient for them. Then, only self checkout was open. Rang up our granddaughters WIC only to very smuggly be told you cant use WIC on self checkout. Rang up $191 of groceries for our daughter; foodstamp card would not work. Only assistance offered was do you even have enough? By the smug, older woman who clearly hates her job. Thank you to the very tired, but helpful supervisor who came to our rescue on a register. Walmart, I know you just want our money. However, when there is ONLY self checkout, please clearly post the limitations at the register. Because the next time your employee talks to me like Im the idiot, I will not be as patient and hold my tongue. More training people. I am NOT A PAID WALMART CASHIER.

2022-06-15When you start paying me to shop. I will start checking myself out. You have products that are good until you like them . Then they are gone. I dont like the self check outs. Too many people are hassled about stealing When they paid for it.

2022-06-26I love my Walmart but I wish they had more of a selection when it comes to larger clothes instead of old lady looking clothes for bigger people.

2022-05-31Why is it so hard to get one of your associates to help open cases for locked up merchandise. You totally lost my business and a for sure sale when I asked one of the people who work in electronics to open a case a get a security camera for me. After he belched right at me he stormed off and made sure I knew he didnt want to help me. Gross and disrespectful. Anyhow Home Depot had the same camera.
