Walmart Supercenter in other cities:
As a handicapped man I was forced to self checkwhich for me is almost impossible. Because there were no cashiers. If this is the new way they are doing it I wont be back. Then the woman at the door says dont leave the electric cart out side. Its 18 degrees out. I cant walk. Snow on the ground. How do I do that? I guess I will spend my money elsewhere.
Restocks used air mattresses returned by people who filled the box with a weight and phone books. The manager Sara needs a new job. She can’t manage a simple resolution or her mouth. Still waiting compensation from November 16 2021. Gross, Walmart. And in violation of government law
Very low on most stock. Shelves were bare. Walmart in alliance moved everything and it is harder to find what you want. Need to have more cashiers. Walmart employees dont know where anything is located and they act like ur pulling there teeth when you ask where something is.
I ordered a new TV for pickup and they had 2 days to get it ready and when it hit the time they had set for the pickup they sent me a message that said it was delayed then they said it was unavailable so I am getting it shipped to my house now thanks for the terrible service.
This place has most of the things you need and the prices arent shocking either. They do move things around too often though. It would be nice to see some of the stores having the same layout as the others. Overall I would recommend coming here for most of your needs.
Great Store Electronics Dept are wonderful and helpful. But I Being a Disabled Vet as well An Officer on several levels heading up many loss prevention teams find it disturbing that their Loss prevention employees are so weak and Under trained whoever taught them Police or not needs to learn how to see WHO REALLY IS A THREAT. I before Xmas was followed and passed off to another like tag team It was funny when I realized the hand off... I stopped watched the first one then I looked as the other rolled up like he was a boss and I clearly made it a point to say your following the wrong one and because he thought he had Ballz he commented and said what.... I said you need to do a better job than that but if you keep following me were gonna have a Baaaaaad night. Hes was like what you talking about. So I stopped and watched him, he did not go shopping or leave the store he just walked around I said to myself wow these guys are corny...See I would help them if a situation arose if I were there instead of hurt them. But to look at me and judge me on site. Im not sagging pants a bunch of bags big cloths with a team of people its just me hoody not on my head USMC HAT IDENTIFIABLE AND SKI VEST how u gonna mark me!Purrrrrrrrrre ameture but watch the Big black guy...... In forgivenRCSUSMC DISABLED VET
I think this place has the best management of any Walmart I’ve ever seen. I’ve lived in Cleveland and New Philadelphia and Canton… I’ve seen it all… not only do you guys keep it organized there… The pick up and delivery is pretty much impeccable, y’all are routinely 15 minutes ahead of schedule . If there is a mistake you guys are really fast to correct it. The manager in groceries I cannot remember his name… His customer service is awesome. The store is always organized. I appreciate the general professionalism. I would not renew my Walmart plus if not for living in Alliance and having great customer service from here. I work in customer service and it’s very important to me that somebody goes the extra mile because I tried to go the extra mile myself every day. Empathy and action are a rare combination. Keep it up and thank you!!
Not that great, has walmart really ever been that great?... No.... all the prices are going up, and service sucks, and they no longer sell Levi pants which is a disappointment...Check prices at register, the price on the shelves are less then what it will ring up at the register. I bought a bottle of water the stated price was 1.00 and at the register it rang up 1.18
The lady in sporting goods told me over the phone they forsure had 2 3/4 inch 20 gauge slugs forsure in stock and i told her i lived 5 minutes away and was coming in. Of course she would refuse to just hold one box for me and my son to go deer hunting for the first time. So i make my way up there and watch as a coustomer tried to get a hunting permit of her and she tells them she cant read their ID card so makes them read all their personal information out loud. After waiting 20 mins for her to put incorrect information into her computer, another associate comes up to me and says what do you need and i said i would like to buy a box of 20 guage 2 3/4 inch slugs i called before i left and was told they would be here..at this point you guys know my complaint is about how there was no ammo.
Had my last go-round with this store today I am done! Ill be so glad when the new Meijer gets put in theyre going to have to really improve Walmart or theyre going to be out of business. And the last I checked price gouging was still illegal when they put something on the shelf and they have a price posted for how much it is they shouldnt be able to raise the price when you get up to the register. Also customer service is a joke, the employees are much too busy shopping for people that arent in the store to help anybody that is there and then when you do ask them a question they sell them even know how to answer it.
As always this Walmart is perfectly stocked and I found exactly what I was looking for without problem thank you problem they have many self checkout stations allowing me to get in-and-out quickly without having to worry about A-line or other people. I will return again in the future
OPEN THE REGISTERS!I would have given zero stars if it was an option. I was there to shop for groceries yesterday. After an hour and twenty minutes of looking for things that were sold out i had gotten all I was getting. I was ready to check out. I got up to the many checkouts separated by only self check outs. As o walked through the isle looking for a cashier to check my full cart of groceries out I realized the only register open with service was a twenty item speedy check out. My cart was full to the brim and I really didn’t want to check them all out myself in a too tight self checkout with no bagging area for that much stuff. So I walked up and down waiting for all of the employees that were standing around to offer to open a register do I could check out. All I got were stares. Now I’m all for self check out if I just have a couple items but my cart had 300$ worth of merchandise in it. I am very angry that I had to check this all out myself and shuffle groceries in my cart with groceries I had already bagged when their were several employees including two managers just standing around staring.
They have most items at a reasonable price but the insistence to force people to use the self check out infuriates me. They open 2 out of 20 checkout lanes. People are waiting in line because they appreciate service and it helps people keep their jobs. Look at what used to be the service station and youll see the end result of this behavior.
I wouldnt bother rating a Walmart but this one is specialWow, the workers there are SO FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. I got asked by two different employees if I needed help while looking at stuff. I did. They were so sweet and just gave a different experience to.other Walmarts. I dont live in the area but good job!
The employees seemed to be more impatient with the customers shopping while they stock, but thats how it always is. And I dont mind the self checkout most days, but with a cart that costs $400 or over having a cashier scan my groceries and bag them was a smidgen of my large shopping chore that I had help with. So its just disappointing.
Just travelling through on a very rainy 2 days and you have no idea how wonderful the Walmart sign, all lit up, looked to this tired old lady. Thank you so much for the overnight respite! I was able to get all of my grocery shopping done in the morning before I left and you even had my favorite chips! Thank you again so very much!
Walmart is Walmart but I only have a couple of things to complain about. 1st one, they dont keep up on stocking shelves. Ive been there twice to pick up rabbit food and litter out both times. 2nd thing that Im really upset about is they are going to make All registers self check out. What about the elderly in skooters? I guess they dont care if they lose their business. Kinda sad that the elderly and handicapped people are left out in the cold. People will pay more for food to get respect.
There was 1, I repeat 1 check out line with an actual person. The other lines were self scan, and they were packed! Half the employees didnt have masks on. There was no one counting people as they entered so as to abide by occupancy rules. The cashier at the self scan said they dont have actual cashiers on the checkouts until after noon, but senior citizens hours are from 6 to 7 am? I fail to see how that makes any sense! I will never return to this store again!
This Walmart in Alliance is the worst around here, they run out if product and dont get it back in for weeks, sometimes more than a month, inventory people are way over paid, must not be able to count. If you really need the product, go to Canton or Salem, Ohio. They seem to always have more stuff in stock or get it sooner. It is pretty bad the store manager doesnt pay more attention to what is going on in their store.
The worst customer service, the employees will literally run right over you and look at you crazy because you, the customer, are in their way. Everyone that works there must hate their jobs because it shows with their attitude. I avoid interaction with their staff at all costs... It’s worth the drive to go to another Walmart just so I don’t have to deal with the negative energy in this place.
Christine in customer service went above and beyond for us today! My husband wanted cologn out of the case and her key did not work, so we continued shopping and she came to us in the grocery isle and brought us the cologn he wanted. Thank you keep up the good work!!!!!! Walmart needs more employees like you!
Apparently its too hard to get an order right on the grocery side of things. Two out of our last three orders were missing items of which we were charged for. I contacted Walmart customer service who I could hardly understand, not sure which country I was talking to. How hard is it to pick groceries off a list and put them into a basket? These people want $15 minimum wage? Maybe learn how to read and pay attention first.
Prices on everyday items going up in price seems like every week. Monopolizing stores like Wal*Mart doesnt help the problem. They had great prices a while back but now not so much. Why does a store have 26 lanes but not open all the lanes except during Christmas season. 10 minute wait to checkout is not what I expect when the store isnt even busy.
Long line ,but got seated within 10-15 minutes. Cool We ate hot food ,salad bar food was delicious , server efficient, very pleasant, always very clean and nicely decorated . Yes, prices went up a little ,dont mind when getting good food. I dont get there but a couple times a year, but have always Enjoyed my trip .Thank you All for your hard work to give us enjoyable vist.😊❤
Its Walmart again the shelves are usually pretty picked through I like the layout of this Walmart though theres lots of stuff going on. If you want to get a good laugh look at some of the people that walk around and however the staff generally or a little aggressive when asked a question though they will answer the question
Been to Walmart’s all over country have had tires replaced or just a tire put on as I travel to New York Ohio Tennessee. This is the only Walmart that REFUSED to put two tires with some sort of concern about the tread of the other tires being left on the car. Then had the balls to say it’s like that at all the Walmart’s
They changed the aisles. The pet aisle is only wide enough for 1 cart. There were 2 staff members stocking the shelves. 1 had a mask & 1 didnt. The one that did was trying to be helpful & hand me things. Very nice of her but impossible for social distancing. I mentioned this to the checkout girl that I recognized as having worked there many years. She said that staff members wont even shop there.
I do most of my shopping with Walmart online and it has been a good experience so far. I needed to return something but didnt have the original shipping box so I had to go in person to return. I went on Sunday morning at 7:15 a.m. and was surprised at how many people were already there. After I returned my item and got a refund on a gift card I went to the grocery section to shop for a few items. By the time I left there were way too many people in the store for my comfort level. (This store provides one hour one day a week for seniors). While all customers more masks very few respected distance! Had a difficult time using the gift card at checkout. Employee masks are inconsistent - some of them cover well and others hardly cover anything! I will not go back for in-person shopping!
Still not taking cash, waited for over 10 mins Im electronics because there was only 1 employee working because I needed something in a locked c case. Then had to go find an employee after my register messed up, after waiting for someone to come to me. Itll be a long time before I go back, very frustrating
I absolutely hate going to Wal-Mart!!! I didnt care to go there before the VID, and I definitely HATE to go there now! NO ONE wears their masks as required...not even workers. The customer service worker is always very rude....and theres ALWAYS long lines!!! I wouldnt recommend for ANYONE to shop there!!! I dont understand why theres 20 checkout lanes if they only ever have two of them open. A lot of the workers are very rude and not helpful. Wal-Mart has definitely lost my business indefinitely.
This store is beginning to become a dollar store. Narrow aisles, items not being in stock...the store map on the app is way off. You now have to search for items. Aisle are blocked by employees just trying to to keep up which I cannot complain about...they are doing their best to help us all. This corporation has seemed to move far away from caring about its customer service and satisfaction.
As Wal-Mart Super Centers go, this one is about #3 out of the top 10 Ive been in !! Store layout is a little bit more logical for product placement & there is NO shortage of variety !! Store personnel are genuinely willing to assist with finding something almost anywhere in the store & if they dont recognize the product your looking for, they will attemt to find out if they have it in the warehouse list !! The only thing I discovered from just waiting in the check out line is that you may wait about twice as long to get checked out because of the non-speed the checkout lady had ! Slow was fast in her world !! Other then that, bravo Wally !!
This place is ridiculous my mother who is handicapped can never find a motorized scooter and the greeters just stand there and dont bother to ask anyone to go look on the other side for her... they dont even bother to ask what shes looking for! Thats what they are there for, they have walkie talkies for that reason I was an associate for another walmart for 5 1/2 years and our greeters were always checking on things for customers!
Walmart never has what you need. Always out of something because no one can manage or reorder properly. Checkout lines are always long with only 2 or 3 registers open. Might as well take the rest out because never used no matter what time of year. Departments of specially next to never staffed. Departments close at odd times. Items for purchase are rarely in the same location from shopping trip to next shopping trip. Same items are located in assorted departments rather than all brands in same location. Walmart is a store of necessity never a pleasure to shop at.
Ive generally had good experiences here. I have two small children and was in a huge rush was stopped at the door to check my receipt. I always keep my receipt this time I couldnt find it. I was treated very rudely and sent up and down with two kids and a full cart trying to get my receipt reprinted. Eventually after talking again to the younger man who wasnt even trying to help me get a receipt but was demanding I stand in line at customer service for a reprint which he failed to tell me upfront I just walked out. Another employee witnessed me checking out and vouched for me but he wouldnt speak to that employee. I have always just handed my receipt over upfront I understand their job but I do not appreciate how I was treated this time for sure. Im a hard-working factory worker and a mom with four kids I dont need this harrassment in my spare time.
I feel conflicted about this place tbh. On one hand its a great place to get what you need and at a reasonable price. On the other hand though the last time I went there it was so busy that I didnt get what I wanted and just left with some chips for my mom. May never go there again but you never know
Ok the remodel has me lost. The thing i am unhappy with is the selection of items. I buy the same stuff ever week. Since the remodel they have eliminated 70% of the items I have been buying for years. When asking staff where items are....well they are not helpful. Check out lines are very long.
Yes Walmart has everything you need however, the lines are always sooo long! They need to hand out free coffee or water for waiting. Now they have the self checkouts, I do not want to scan and bag myself! I still have to call the attendant over multiple times! Also the employees that are nice are few and far between.
Customers in the store without masks even though their rule, nationwide, is that masks are required. Cashier was very, very slow, didnt look like she felt well and stopped ringing up items to blow her nose. She did use santizer on her hands afterwards but def made me question her touching my unbagged lemons. With covid worries just not a good thing to do while touching customers food and groceries.Overall the store has become chaotic. Theyve been revamping and moving items around for some time. Each time I go in I never know where things will be and often the new set up includes cramped aisles that are barely wide enough for one cart.
We went there before closing and got yelled at that they were closed as other white people were in there shopping still. We were told to leave. As we got outside the manager announced they were closing in 5 mins to bring stuff up to the checkouts. May 17th, 2021 dont shop here! Horrible manager
Visited this store at around 9:30 am and was able to collect the items that I wanted to purchase quickly enough only to stand in the ONE checkout line they had open for at least 10-15 min. They seriously need to get some more cashiers so that the line is not 8 people long, and more people forming behind me. And stop pushing the self-checkout, just do your job please.
My opinion is, prices are good, but you need to have more cashiers scheduled. Today you had three open when we were there,I refuse to use the self check outs, the only reason they are there is to cut employees jobs, come on be truthful, there not there to help customers. We are having second thoughts about doing much shopping here in the future unless things change. Most the time anymore the shelves are not stocked,to many employees picking groceries for lazy people...thanks
I think you should supply your associates with rain ponchos. They had to load cars in the pouring rain today.I love this pick up service and am always pleased with the prompt, professional courteous service I receive. Please help out your employees during rainy weather.
The store has just about everything you need, except friendly workers ,also Zombie workers (my name for them) reason I call them that is if you do need to ask them a question likevdo you carry (product) or where can I find (,product)? they look at you like you dont belong here! then their answer is I dont know Im sorry , or I just started here I dont know ? but got to a self check out , or go to a area and look at something then leave and go back to that area and watch the workers now they will hover you or ask do you need help the reason your getting attention now is they watching you because they are thinking your a thief ,thats the training to watch their paying patrons are doing ! not trained to make sure that they have knowledge of the products ,where they are,or even Ill show you, yes they rude and judging you by the way you look, act, dressed , and who the person you may be with ! but yes if you go to Wal-Mart they carry a lot of items that you need but if you have trouble being judged ,and watched you are shopping at the wrong store!!
I shop here a lot because it’s the only place to shop and get everything I need at once and one time I wore a big hoodie because it’s winter & always cold there. I went to self check out and spent $300 the workers had the nerve to watch me check out the whole time like i was stealing or sum like y’all really think i wanna steal something when i’m already spending $300 like i would just add it to the stuff i’m already buying. :|
As Walmarts go this one may be a little above average as far as cleanliness and order. However, Employees pushing carts around filling orders for deliveries or curbside pickup are very rude people. They act as if they are a priority above all others and are very pushy. I think Ill go back to Aldis and Giant Eagle.
There was only one check out open. All the others were self check out. The sweet lady working the check out only had one working arm. There were employees standing around who could have helped her bag. What a shame that you are losing the family feeling of this store. Some of us older shoppers do not like self check out. Its all we can do to push our carts through the store.
I drive 45 minutes to a hour to make it to a Walmart. I chose Alliance today with my mom and the savings Walmart is for us is tremendous..And I am so grateful for that. Walmart I love and appreciate..But there is absolutely no reason at ALL to ever have to wait in line longer than the 45 minutes as we did today. There were several customers other than us all with full carts waiting in the TWO lines that were only open. The person walking around that would I assume say..Lets open another isle Chose not to do so for whatever reason.Hoping especially with the Holiday season on us this changes.
Half of the products that the app said were available for same day pickup were not available. I did find a great deal on a Google Assistant compatible Wi-Fi camera while I was there, unfortunately the cashier double charged me for the camera and the 2 year protection plan, I did not find this out until I drove all the way home and was reviewing my receipt to balance my budget. Upon calling they said I have to return to the store at a later date and speak to a manager. I use the old fashioned cashier because everytime I use a self checkout I am harassed and accused of stealing, now they have stolen from me.
Selection has greatly diminished and associates block aisles while shopping for curbside customers. My son was recently berated by a CSM for bringing in his service dog. She demanded to see his paperwork, even as he was offering it to her. Very unpleasant and embarrassing encounter as fellow shoppers looked on.Sadly, he is now a former Wal Mart shopper.
Awful experience! The Walmart employee shoppers for pickup orders are rud and block isles with there big carts. They push in front of regular shoppers, without an excuse me. They have gotten rid of 1/2 the regular checkouts and put in self serve lines. My wife who is blind cant use those lines and the cashiers that they had are all very slow. Will not be using this Walmart except for emergencies and prescriptions.
I think it is pretty sad that I can make a complete grocery order on line, set up a pick up day and time then next day I get a text telling me my order was canceled. There were no pick up times available. I am a senior over the age of 70 and now am forced to go into the store. The 6:00 in the morning is ridiculous also for seniors to have to get up and out at that time of morning. And even at that it is one hour a week for a whole town of seniors. Sad. Shame on you Walmart
Walmart is my favorite place to shop, they have great prices, all employees are amazing, especially one that went out of her way to help me locate a product - Lexie Martinez went out of her way and wasn’t even her job did not hesitate, I see a lot of potential in this young woman, beautiful attitude. Thank you Walmart!
Walmart now dictates how I shop. The Auto Center entrance is closed. Only one entrance is open in the front and I was disappointed to find out, that entrance was also the only exit. I parked my car in front of the closed one which is different then other Walmarts I shop in. One in the other out. After all my extra walking I decided to go for it and walk my cart as far out in that parking lot as I could take it. Inconvenience me, Ill inconvenience you...My next shopping trip will be to the new Mejers in Brimfield. Maybe they appreciate my business.
Its the one place I usually always show up even though they got cameras all around you like youre some criminal and theyre expecting you to steal something at any moment however some items they offer its the only place you can get it and you take the good with the bad I would shop there
WOW such a pleasure to go to whether its shopping in store, pickup purchase and Im absolutely in love with the online grocery pickup. Im saving money, time and everything Ive gotten has been fresh and good. Lots of selections for all grocery items. Moved to OH a year ago from NY, hated the Wal-Mart near me in NY, OH stores are so much better
We were in there about an hour and only one employee said hi or acknowledged our existence. Most of the store was neat and orderly however the clearance aisle was a complete wreck. Only 2 check lanes open which is probably why the self check-out lanes were flooded. I personally dont like using them.
The night manager Nick refused to assist me for twenty minutes while he talked to his friends in front of customer service. Made direct eye contact with me twice while I stood five feet from him trying to get a word in. After he finished talking, he hugged his friends, and he hurried away while I had to yell for him to stop so I could ask him to open a register for my large grocery purchase. The cashier Sara was a delight. She was fast and friendly. I really appreciated all of her help.
Its always super busy, not enough registers are open at any time of the day or week. They are almost always out of lots of stuff and the employees even though are really helpful they can also be really rude. Theres always boxes of stock laying out in the aisles making shopping difficult. Though it had just about everything a person could need.
Well organized store and pleasant people. This unfortunately falls victim to the shift in overall Walmart policy that seems to keep the store under stocked.Even though its the best stocked Walmart I have seen, its still far below what it used to be.Lastly, the Walmart App works wonderfully, I have saved a great deal of money with the savings catcher feature!
Just went in and got medications because its too hard to get clear across the store to the food section. They lay the store out so you have to walk through everything to get to the primary stuff. Maybe a great marketing ploy but they lost this customer for anything but we bare necessities
I went here to pick up my order that I made online and this place was a joke. I waited for over an hour for people to show up and tell me that some of the items I paid for was not there and was not going to be there but the email I received clearly stated my items were in store and ready to be picked up. I went back to pick up the rest of my order and again waited another 30 minutes to get the items I PAID for. The people have literally no idea what they are doing and were never properly trained to do a simple task that was basically setup up by a computer. I wont do this again!!!!
The products are always amazing I love going here but at the end of this trip I was checking out at the self check out and was trying to find the tag on my shirt to scan and the camera accessed me of stealing so in front of everyone I had to have a lady come do her ID thing while everyone was staring at me I would never steal and was very embarrassed
I’m brand new in town and still moving things. I did a grocery pickup today with my car pretty full from moving. The workers were so kind in assisting me with some basics so I can make dinner tonight. I then asked about the litter box I ordered separately as a non grocery pickup. I asked if where I needed to go at inside to claim it. The worker said, “No need too, I’ll get it for you!” My pickup experience was top notch and extremely convenient. Thank you Walmart!!!
I recently went to wal-mart to load some cash on a Bluebird re-loadable debit card. The cashier tried 3 times and asked for help twice. finally said it went thru, however it charged my card with the amount I was loading first, then added it. Went to customer service and talked to a manager. He said doesnt think it happened, then went in back room after helping someone else for 20 25min while I stood there in limbo. then said nothing they could do....um, maybe train your employees as well as Managers! This is what you get from a mega corporation.....the shaft! I talked to the card company and will take care of it, however my daughter lost out on orders she was getting. So 10 to 30 days for refund....Thanks Wal-Mart
I have been going to this Wal-Mart for quite some time now and have seen it change managers three times now. The first manager was horrible and then the second brought that store back from the dead in customer service, everybody made eye contact with you and asked if you needed help but unfortunately in retail you find that it doesnt last long when your that good. I was there today and the store was filled with associates and none said hi nor made eye contact. The worst part I past a couple employees and said hi and they said nothing back. There was a nice young lady that was stocking shelves who helped me a few times because I didnt remember where they put things after the remodel. So in finish its just another blah Wal-Mart.
They try toforce you into self checkout lines are horrible!!I dont know how to self checkout and I dont want it.if your forced to do self checkout give a discount your to cheap to pay your workers.i ship for 20 minutes and spend an hr in line waiting to pay for it!!!!very stupid
It crazy here but its Walmart what do you expect for walmart. You will get the all types of people at this Walmart. The grocery area is lacking, the produce area has sometimes food that is bad or needs to be pulled. The meat area is bare or picked through too. Cant find what you need in the grocery area, in cheese or milk. The need more people working, which you do see alot of people working just they cant keep up with demand.
Workers arent always friendly at least partially due to insane shifts (4am - 1pm) and constant juggling of days worked to go with hours added/cut. Hopefully new mgmt. will quit treating them strictly as numbers. On the plus side the store is usually clean and well-stocked.
What can I say about Wal Mart? Understaffed at the registers...but there are three or four attendants at the self check out? Hmmmm. But other than the drug store or Marcs theres no place else in Alliance to get certain things so I guess I have to make the trip occasionally. Most of the staff are indifferent and dont really act like they are happy to help, the exception to this is Dan; hes always smiling when I see him. Im sure there are nice employees somewhere in the store....
Why am I waiting 10 minutes just to pick up my order. Staff keep walking past me and Im still waiting. This is ridiculous. These signs about 5 minute max wait times are lies!!I waited for over 15 minutes and then had to call Wal-Mart phone number to then wait again another 5 for someone to actually ask if I need help. I pressed the call button 3 separate times as well. There are so many workers just walking around. They are rude! After all the waiting and the phone calls where I was just transferred back and worth so many times to be put on endless hold on the end, my shipment was sent back. I am waiting on my refund, it can take up to a week to just get my money back.Wal-Mart employees need to be trained to be able to at least answer phone calls and obviously help the customers that are waiting for assistance.
Its a nice Walmart. But I didnt not appreciate a elderly worker. Yelling at my dad. For being in one of those carts you sit and drive around. He has a freaking ankle problem and she told him to get out of it and I mean it. She needs fried for being a terrible worker to costumers. Im not going to this Walmart anymore
The store is clean dont get me wrong, but tonight was down right ridiculous. So I called ahead before going and asked if they have a problem cashing United States Tresure checks, to which they didnt...So I get their and presented the correct information, the customer service employee seemed to be in a rush and I personally felt she was becoming more annoyed as I proceeded.. Anyways long story short Im my hubbys payee for ssi ( social security )Prior mind you someone had just cashed the same type of check, so because she was in such a damn rush the check obviously declined on cashing out because she rushed in typing the numbers in... Twice i had to get in touch with the service number provided on the reciept and the woman I spoke to on the phone said hes able to use his social security number & government issued passport card... The employee at the service desk then insisted I was wrong mind you after being told by the woman on the phone he was ALLOWED to do it... They employee then rushed again in processing the check and once AGAIN it declined it because she rushed & mistyped the information.. Also looked to another employee at the time & she then blurted out while looking at the one working with us that she wasnt dealing with this and shes going home.. So I will be callling to complain I dont appreciate the fact that the employee proceeded to argue with me & tell me Im wrong when the woman I spoke to on the phone said otherwise..
Slow checkout lines I gave Walmart 2 stars two years ago and Now I realize that I was wrong I give them 1 star because 1) can not give 1/4 star 2) every time I call Walmart to double check if the item is in stock rather then drive 20 minutes to find out if they have it or not NO One answers the phone NO ONE and I dont mean the dept I mean the flipping store phone and dont blame coviid and ONLINE HAHAHA totally USELESS looked up a item said in stock Okay checked price $0.94 ok clicked on item price now $3.10 went to store and they didnt have the item that Online inventory said they had wish they would answer the phone
Very dissatisfied. I went to return a recliner I bought online. First the box looked like it had been through a war. And the side of the recliner was damaged no wonder. When I went to return it, all I wanted was for someone to get it out of my suv and put it on a flat cart and wheel it into the store. When I got to the parking lot I called and they put me on hold for 20 min. Then I called back and again they put me on hold again for 20 min so I called back and theu said Ill send aomeone out. 20 min later I had to leave I had other things to take care of.
It’s Walmart, nothing really spectacular to say here, I can tell you if they have something “in stock” on the app at your local store, at least with my local store, it probably won’t actually be there. Their inventory is never on par with what the app says they have.
The store was really busy as the Easter celebration approaches .The seasonal candy with baskets filled to entice any child . There were some baskets that actually had alternative merchandise not stacked with candy . The change was refreshing . The store parking lot was monitored well and kept in good order . Noticed more checkouts are operated by associates rather than self checkout lanes .The self checkouts were not frequently used as associate manned checkouts .The garden center was fully stocked with Burped seeds , Ferry Morse Seeds both at $1.44 . Alternative supplier seeds at .50 cents . Will ad a review about germination of the alternative seed supplier and the two well known seed suppliers . Wal-Mart seems to be struggling with getting to give ensentive for new associates to work there . The restrooms were not clean . the overall condition of the store was as good ascould be expected .The associates that are working are putting forth commendable effort to stock shelves and assist shoppers .The appearance of the departments wasVery good for the amount of business . For those venturing out to walmart HAPPY Shopping you may expect the unexpectedThe shoppers sometimes are very entertaining .
Just visited this location for first time in many years I was very pleased to see store looked really nice to me.I had an issue that ended up being a decent conversation with a gentleman customer service manager. Canin I thought this is a fine, intelligent young man it is very heartbreaking to notice him enjoying an what I would call a extremely nice laugh and looking around to see if someone could join in on the entertainment I aparrently created for him by seeing my distress..Not sure who all has experiences they can share about this fella.I would love to know if there is possibly more upsetting encounters with him and I will be checking back to these reviews to see what is what,,,sincerely Tom Lange
Hate this walmart never anything in stock .No cashiers just self check out, which sucks and is always a crowded mess.Bathrooms are gross and stink so bad! Produce is nasty ( but I dont by food from Wal-Mart anyways) gross! Overall will not shop here or any walmart ..any more...I will pay more for better quality stuff like a real grocery store or target.Sad thing is no matter how much we all complain they dont care and wont improve .Walmart will be a thing of the past in about 5 to 10 yrs!Check them out in the stock market...not good.

2022-04-10In a bUiLd bAcK aMeRiCa its no wonder the shelves are empty. It used to be a great place to get everything you need but now its a place to hope and pray they have something similar to what you need

2022-05-17Rarely well stocked. Stocking is done during the day and often clogs aisles. Very few cashier operated checkouts. I like self checkout but not having to wait on someone with a full cart. Restrooms need checked more often. No one seems to care about cleaning the returned carts anymore.

2022-06-20They have changed the store layout to better support their personal shopper program (for example there a noticeable reduction of retail space), which has depreciated the shopping experience for those who prefer to choose their own products. I hate it. I predict this will lead to shopping somewhere else, even at higher prices.

2022-06-14The store is fine. Theyre pickup is another matter. They constantly forget items from my order so I have to check every time before I leave to ensure everything is there. Also theyll do substitutions, Ill get the email and immediately go and check it out but itll say that I missed the window to edit my substitutions. So what even is the point in sending me that email if by the time I get it, it means nothing cause I cant change it by that point anyway. The whole process is just a fail. I do the pickup cause I usually dont have time to go grocery shopping but it ends up being more stressful and taking more time anyway.

2022-03-01The pharmacy lady was amazing she came out to help while still tending to her job!! Thanks Patty 😊 you were such a great help!! The Isles need more room in front of the pharmacy it gets so clogged up, which makes it hard to take time to look at the products and compare the prices, benefits ect ...

2021-12-04This stores shelves always seem to be lacking, but the staff are usually pretty friendly and its usually pretty clean.Update: 2 years ago- 4 starsI was BEYOND HAPPY to see the fish tanks gone from this store. The fish were never taken care of and the tanks were always dirty. Good call to whoever made that decision.Original review (1 year ago) 4 starsThe employees are generally helpful.... When you can find them.Store is generally clean and organized. Would drive past the 62 walmart to drive to this one.Primo water has been out forever so you cant exchange 5 gallon containers. Exchanging propane grill tanks though comes at a great price though. The subway inside is good and serves soup. The bank atm inside the door though is terrible. Charges $3 to check your balance and then another $3 to pull out money instead of just one transaction. The walmart services themselves are okay. Pics come out clearer in the photo center than getting them done at alliance Walgreens anyways. The paint dept has had a broken color match machine for months which is annoying if you need paint matched. They do sell hunting and sporting goods licenses though which is nice because theyre open 24/7 and I think its the only place in town. The grocery shelves are sometimes lacking in name brands but I think thats a problem at most Wal-Marts these days. If you want garenteed name brands in stock you have to go to giant eagle and pay the price.Overall good prices but I would definitely check prices online for $$$ items.

2022-06-04This walmarts online order pickup is absolutely horriable. My order was for 1 pm got their at 1 it wasnt ready. I have no problem waiting a little bit,but at first they couldnt find my order, then 10 min later they figured it out. I sat their for an hour before I called back and they couldnt give me any eta on a time or what was going on. 15 minutes later I call back telling them Im leaving. Then they tell me its gonna be 20 more minutes. Now their gonna call when its ready its been 30 minutes still no update. I drive past this Walmart every day on my way home. This is twice its taken me more than an hour to get my order. I will no longer be going to this facility ever again.

2022-04-22Until this past Sunday, I really liked this particular Walmart. After shopping with my son we checked out and proceeded to put our groceries in the car. We were the last of the customers as the store was at this point closing. My needed to use the restroom so he figured he may be able to, since we just literally walked out. While walking back to the doors to attempt to, we overheard someone yelling something. Not sure who or what it was, I told him to pay it no attention. The woman continued yelling, eventually I figured out where it was coming from and what she was saying. It was in fact a Walmart associate yelling and screaming to my son that the store was closed. We told her we understood and that he would try anyway, and to mind her business. She then proceeds to repeat that the store was closing and my son ignored her. Next she called my son a N*****, followed by the store is closed. I told my son to take a picture of the license plate of the vehicle she was driving and he called the police to file a report. While waiting we find the manager on duty, and make a complaint in hopes of some type of disciplinary action being taken. The officer who took the report comes back to us and lets us know that the plates came.back to the Manager that we complained to😳 which makes sense why she did nothing when we originally told her what happened. The driver of her car was actually her daughter. Who also works at Walmart. Completely unprofessional and unethical. Not to mention disrespectful and a very bad look. We will be following up.

2022-06-19This is the worst Walmart on the planet I keep thinking they might improve but nope its worse! Staff is rude and complacent like they are back in high school not at work! Save time and drive to the canton Walmart getting shot would be better than this horrible store!!!!!!!!!!

2022-02-21Can never get assistance in any department. Employees are more interested in their cell phones texting. carts are always filthy. Customer service never answers the phone, put you on hold 3-4 times. Pharmacy always seems to have a reason scripts arent ready. Checkers want to treat you like common criminal when exiting store.
