The staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. I came in right before they close on a Sunday and yet they treated me like they had all the time in the world resolve my issues.

If I could give no stars I would! When I arrived the guy at the counter just stared at me, so I then asked him if he was ready to help me, and he said, do you need assistance? So you thought I just came in and was standing for nothing?!? Then I’m the only car in the bay, and all I came in for was an oil change, and a whole hour and fifteen minutes later, I’m still sitting here! I will never return!

Fast and efficient but gave them a 4 star cause they didnt reset my service reminders.
Booked an appointment and made me wait 2 hours just to say they dont have have the machine for 22 inch rims & had to take my tires to get i installed in another place
The bonnet wasnt closed properly. If we hadnt noticed that right after the service then it would led to big mishap on the highway. Please make sure to check everything well before handing over the keys to customers.
I should have known better with all the bad reviews for this location !!!!!!! I made a appointment for tires to be installed on my vechile and was told I did not have a appointment this is after several times of calling this location and them not even picking up the phone at all !!!!!!! Told me they can try to get me in 2 hours after when I had scheduled the appointment I work in retail and I would not have let this happen to a customer actions need to be taken
Just double however long they tell you youre going to wait. And then maybe even add an hour. Morning or afternoon. Prices are good but its just not worth it.
They Left all my tires under inflated and Way to slow of service. Never coming here again
Please go to a real car place. They will not do the job right then have you come in multiple time and wait hours to just tell you to come back. They will still not get it right
If I could put zero stars, it would be more accurate. 30 minutes to check in. Walk slow from point A to point B the entire time waiting to clock out. Embarrassing.

They almost NEVER answer the phone! I did my oil change here for the first time as I usually go to the dealership which is expensive. The change oil light came on after only 2k miles so I was freaking out. They didnt put a sticker so I didnt see the mileage I started with or the anticipated date for changing my oil. I called about 10 times and it just rang. Tried calling Walmart to get connected and nothing. I also got hung up on. I once spoke to the auto operator who said my request was handled by the technicians and transferred me, in which I just got a busy tone. The initial service was okay but after the follow-up was unsuccessful I dont think I would ever go back.

2022-08-04I am impressed to see young women working here, thumbs up! I recently had a quick oil change, tried get a tire plugged. Had to buy a new tire which was not in stock. Ended up buying tires online and brought them there to be mounted and balanced. Extra fee if not purchased thru Walmart. My car drives great and the service was quick and efficient. Afraid to tell my new find, but they may just be my new car stop.

2021-07-26Had to go to sneak WMarts for the battery they said was in stock. Had to by it at one with no one working the service department and when theother told me theyd install it they could get past a rusted bolt and refused to install. Never have they heard of penetrating oil?No help and grief returning the core.

2020-09-05Ordered Tires at this store. Got an E-mail stating they are in. Called and put on hold for 35 min, yes that’s correct 35 min.Went there and waited another 20min only to get frustrated even further. Picked up tires and they would not allow me to pay for the warranty that I asked for. They denied me the warranty because they said they are booked. Really ? When you have terrible hours of 12-6pm. Due to the fact they have limited staff that work like slugs. Why even bother. This place has always been low on-staff in the auto dept and work slow.Thanks a lot Slow Mart. I’ll go elsewhere next time I buy tires.

2020-08-27Went there with my gf today. Stepped away while she took care of her car. I come back to find out that only one tire was replaced because it was too close to 6pm I tell them to bring the car down. Austin, the mechanic, gives me attitude, then tells me if I want all four tires replaced we need make an appointment. Never any of it from a Walmart mechanic. And I never will again.

2019-11-03I was on vacation and got into a pinch when my tire got a flat. I took my car to Missy and her team relatively close to closing at 6pm on a Saturday and they were able to put a new tire on my wheel and send me off on my way. The service was great and you can see that, despite having a huge workload, they are able to prioritize their work. I couldnt thank them enough.

2019-08-27Where do I start...... Came here on Saturday to see if they had the tires I need and it was a no I was told to order them through the website and it would be cheaper and that was true then was told the service would be free and that wrong (which in my mind I knew that was false) came here today because my tires were in. Got here at 4:00pm was told it would be 2 hours ok that fine here it is 30 minutes to close and my tires STILL ARENT PUT ON !! Hello people do have things to do and I feel so bad because it was only Tucker on duty there was a lady on duty but idk where she ran off to and he has 2 more cars that needs to be done with only 30 minutes before he close like how much can you possibly do at Walmart. Pro Tucker is a hard workerCon they need more staff specially when it’s close to closing

2019-12-21Good prices, slow service. They guys are really nice it just takes them awhile and there isn’t a lot of them. I called ahead for the prices of a particular oil change and the lady told me the price but when I arrived they were out of that oil. Slightly annoyed but it’s ok.

2022-01-07Broke my hubcap while installing my tires and failed to tell me about that. Twenty dollar hubcap broken over a thirty dollar job. Seriously?
