The Manager closed the whole auto center to help with another part of the store, so when i arrived during their posted operation hours i was told they wont be able to do my oil change for another hour and a half.
Sit at Walmart for 3 hours waiting to have my tire replaced, to be told they dont have my size tire here and cant get one until tomorrow. The lady continues to tell me that the guy forgot to check to see if they had my size and that their inventory is messed up. Go any where but here.
1 tire took 3 hours. I also got an oil change and the oil was still black so they did not change oil. If theyre not changing the oil, imagine what else theyre not doing.
Great experience. Friendly staff and willing to help. Sometimes can be a wait but that’s to be expected at any place you go, especially since you’re told ahead of time the approximate wait time or customers ahead of you.
Call ahead!!! Ask them how busy they are. Always remember 1st come 1st served.
Do not go here. Simply needed a tire of my own mounted which they say they do however they refused me service since I was not buying a brand new tire from them.
Dont try and call they dont pick up took them 4 hrs to do a oil change

Slow. No one seem to know what was going on but one guy and he seemed like a a**. You could hear them talking bad about some dudes car. Very unprofessional.

2022-06-07Do NOT waste your time here!!! I came 2 hours before their close time for an oil change and waited for 10 minutes while staff ignored me to chat with customers. After the wait, I was told that theyll get a hold of another guy to assist me. Took them a few more minutes to have the guy say theyre closed? I see cars IN THE GARAGE BAY! Lazy, unprofessional, and judging from the other reviews, incompetent and bad at their jobs in general.

2022-02-02Gone here multiple times. Sometimes you get great service, other times they tell you till be an hour and a half until they see your vehicle, but then it gets done 15 minutes before they said theyd even look at it, write down the wrong phone number to reach you, and then not call for you over the speakers. True story. Guy said he thought about calling me over the speaker when he realized he had the wrong phone number, but then his sentence stopped and he just stared at me. So, that was interesting

2022-01-19They didnt have the oil filter for my vehicle. Didnt know when they would get it. Would have been nice if they would have offered to call me when it came in .

2021-07-31I purchased 4 tires at Washington court house because circleville store didn’t have any in stock . And asked if I could have them mounted at circleville store after I picked up the rims I was told I could with no problem. Well the worker at circleville store said he would not mount them unless I had a appointment and the earliest was Wednesday and today is Saturday. Not to mention their shop had not 1 customer in there. They had time but was lazy and didn’t want to do it. Poor customers service

2021-10-24Short staffed, they called to reschedule twice due to lack of staff then took forever to service my vehicle. I hate going here but limited other options.

2020-11-20Dont even think of trying to call,they will never answer . Ive had tires put on here before and an oil change. Almost 3 1/2 hrs . These guys move slower than molasses in winter time .wish u could rate them 0 stars .

2017-04-01Always very slow. Waited 2 hours to get one tire changed with only 3 cars ahead of me getting 2 oil changes and 1 car getting 2 new tires. The lady getting 2 new tires even said no hurry they was leaving and wouldnt be back until 6 or 7pm and they wouldnt move us ahead of her. Very poor customer service. Wish R&M had my tire in stock.

2017-03-12Other than having some friendly workers at their front desk, there is absolutely no reason to go to this tire center. Ever.I came into the store at 4:00 pm and left at 8:30 pm. The people that came after me were serviced ahead of me. Walmart sent me an email that my tires I had ordered online had come into the store, but when I showed up they had no idea where they were. Two workers argued with each other in front of me about where they could be. After an hour, they found my tires.After I was about to check out, I noticed they tried to add $50 of charges to the basic tire change I had asked for. I only had two tires disposed of, and they still got away with charging me for four of them.When I got home, I checked my tires, and two of the lug nuts on one tire werent even tightened!My fiance had tires changed last Saturday, and the car that she dropped off at 1:30 pm wasnt finished until 7:30 pm.Please take my word, and never go here. You will regret it.

2017-09-29Slowest place Ive ever been too. I was her a few minutes after they opened to get one tire mounted. Its now been two hours and my car hasnt even moved from the parking lot. I keep seeing employees come and go from the shop no one really seems to be working. Its Ridiculous. Go somewhere else ANYWHERE else. Do NOT come here.
