Ask for Jeff when you go! He’s super nice and helps you through the whole process! He’s not pushy at all and wants the best for you. First time dealing with this business and won’t be back. Give your business to a dealer that treats customers with class and respect. We had an appointment to test drive a used vehicle that we were interested in for a cash purchase. The rep on the phone told us to ask for her when we arrived and she would handle the test drive and sale. 1 hour before our appointment, she called and told me that she just sold the vehicle to someone else. She didn’t give us a chance to come in or complete the sale…never asked for a deposit to hold it and then said she couldn’t hold it because we didn’t make a deposit…first come first serve. What kind of business treats customers this way? And when I spoke to the manager, he refused to consider a negotiation on a different vehicle slightly higher in price to make up for the experience. Go somewhere else.
Went to see a truck about an hour and a half before they closed. The truck was clean and exactly what we were looking for. The salesperson and the finance manager both stayed with us throughout the entire process, long after the dealership had closed and sacrificed their evenings from their families to ensure that we closed the deal and left with the truck. At no point did they ever act like they were being inconvenienced and treated us great. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle with a quality staff of people that treat you right. Couldn’t be happier with this dealership!

I was apprehensive about trading my truck in, I looked a year and half but found nothing I liked. I made the step to go in and see Jeff. He was really good because I went to see one truck and not impressed so we looked at a few.The one I overlooked we liked and I also drove a new 2021 around the parking lot. After having my truck and driving the 2015 Ram 2500 Cummins the other one was not in the running. I made the plunge and Jeff was patient and got us set up and did wonderful. Alex got financing done quick and we got out if there. I just got it tinted and it looks like my 2017 except bigger. I am glad I went! Thank you Jeff, anyone buying I recommend Jeff to get you what you want!
It was a 45 minute drive for me from Akron but they made it worth it. I was treated well and overall experience was about a 4.5 out of 5. Only reason it was not a 5 was they had only one finance guy in the night I bought my truck so I had about a 45-50+ minute wait to get in and sign the papers. Once I was in to see him, things moved very quickly.My only concern was the ad on their web page said my truck came with floor mats, which it did not. I verified this with my salesperson and she said that is not controlled by them. Regardless, the ad shouldnt say it comes with floor mats when they know it doesnt. Corporate should fix that. Tiny detail but nonetheless should be addressed. I know I initialed a box saying I understand it doesnt come with floor mats, but the ad says it does.And why do used vehicles ALWAYS come with only one set of keys? This is unsatisfactory in my opinion. I turned in my 2018 Hyundai Elantra with TWO sets of keys. It would be interesting to know if it gets sold with both sets or what happens to that second set.I will recommend Wally Armour but when I do, I will let those who I recommend there, to be on the lookout of what I mentioned here.
Awesome dealership! My salesman David sat down with me took his time to figure out exactly what I was looking for and how they could help me. Never rushed and never high pressure sales tactics. He even took time to text me answers to questions I had when they were closed. So professional. No made up answers. If he didnt know something he would say so and find out what the answers were quickly.

I worked with Shado. I told him the vehicle I wanted to check out and he had it waiting for me when I arrived for a test drive. He was very good to work with and was easy going. Went here with my gf Ive been trying to convince to get a van she refused sales lady Shayna put her in a Pacifica and she fell in love with it and purchased it just few days later. Shayna made the whole process effortless. They dont try and sell you anything just to earn a commission she was very honest and helpful. The whole process was smooth and very quick. Emery is the best sales man at Wally armour , very helpful we went up to look at a 2021 mustang gt , soon as we got there he came out since I had already talked to him a little bit about what car we were interested in. Got the keys and let us test drive it , got back started paperwork helped us find the right deal and payment with it gave us great service had the car filled up and washed. Would definitely recommend him if you are trying to find the right car for you.

When I made my appointment I was told it would be $138.00 to have a key made for my Chrysler town an country. When I came for my appointment they said they would have to order my key. So I made another appointment after my key came in. I came in an they made my key. When it was time to pay they charged me $221.52 with no warning it was going to be that expensive. It was more than that an after talking to the guy at the desk he did take off $20.00 but still cost me the $221.52. Very disappointed in the way they did that. I should of been told it was going to be more money. Not sure if Ill be doing business with you anymore if this is how its going to be.

When we arrived later on Wednesday afternoon to pick up the car he had everything ready to go. Everyone we interacted with at the dealership was great. I would definitely buy a car from Wally Armour Chrysler again. I have already referred family members there. Call Kody, highly recommend.
Terrible experience. When I came in for appointment they had raised the price of the vehicle we were dealing with by $3000. What a kick in the face. They eventually did drop it back down. Made the deal..brought vehicle home to discover they had evidently had water on front floorboards to clean..didnt dry it out. It was literally squishing out. Took a whole day for me to dry. Rude people as well. Dont recommend!!! So I find this to be a leak. After 4 days of talking with them they agree to take care of the problem. Set it up for a Friday..call on Wednesday to see what time and they inform me they will NOT do it!! On a $23,000 vehicle I had for 2 days they wont fix..plus I bought a $2000 warranty. This is just ridiculous!! And yes I got angry and lost my cool..but come on !! I think my actions were justified!!

Kody with a k was an amazing sales rep, he kept looking even when I lost hope on finding something. He was very quick on his texts back and didnt lose hope and kept looking for the perfect fit. We Ended up getting a 2015 ford escape and we love it
I purchased a pre owned vehicle at this dealership, being from Pittsburgh I first inquired about the vehicle by phone and spoke to a saleswoman by the name of shanna and what a true professional she turned out to be, After speaking with her I drove out and we closed the deal with a fair offer,, shanna made the buying process enjoyable, and better yet shortly after buying it it was determined that the car needed repaired, I had no warranty, so I called shanna and she was absolutely awesome,, again I bought no warranty but shanna and the dealership paided for the repair gave me a loaner car for a few hours while they took care of it, I highly recommend Wally Armor they have great vehicles at a fair price and they back every one, but if your looking for a car do yourself a favor and ask for shanna, very professional. I know that sounded like a commercial but these people are awesome, every department.
I will say the buying experience was ok and quick. I bought a used van. They only gave me one key for it and wouldnt offer to have another made which other places Ive bought used cars have done this. Thats not such a huge deal but the one thing that sticks with me is when we went to pick it up and leave the lot we had to immediately go to the gas station because they left the car on empty. Ive bought over 10 or so cars from various dealerships and Ive never seen that before. I find that pretty tacky its not like it was some cheap beater car I bought it was 28k Pacifica.

Service department not to good. Had a trailer brake installed and they flashed the computer and now heater doesn’t work plus radio doesn’t work. Pretty much told me tuff luck and they going some money back. But not Seen any money. So now trying to fine some one to repair my cpu in my truck

Looked a few other places and immediately decided I wouldnt get a vehicle from somewhere that used old school high pressure sales techniques. Shado was my salesman for my 22 challenger and also my girlfriends 22 jeep wrangler . It was simple, here are the numbers, here is what I can order you... charged msrp. If you know what youre looking for it really doesnt need to be complicated. Everything went fast and smooth and we were kept up to date on our build and delivery info. Love the vehicles!

Wished you could give less than one star. Worst attempt to buy a car in my life. Did what I thought was the right thing. Got pre-qualified by Capital One thru their auto navigator program. Once I got the pre-qualification I started to search the Capital One Auto Navigator sight and found the one that everything I wanted and it was at this dealership, Wally Armour. I made contact and they told me they didnt take any outside financing and they considered the pre-qualification outside financing. I pushed a little bit more and had them run the deal. They called me and told me I was approved thru someone other than Capital One. I asked how deal compared to Capital One and they said it was close but they couldnt accept the approval from Capital One since I was pre-qualified. I was also told they were not part of the Capital One Auto Navigator program. I called Capital One to see why they were listing cars for this dealership and they responded that they are part of the program. I asked what happened with my pre-qualification and they said they sent acceptance to Wally Armour at over 1.5% lower interest rate. Capital One was just as confused as I was as to why as they called them a partner dealership was not accepting financing thru a program they voluntarily perticipate in. Called dealership back at 5 pm and held for a manager and was told they were with someone so I asked for a call back and since they were open until 9pm I thought I would hear back. Nope I finally called back at noon next day and got AJ. Asked him what was going on he said couldnt accept the financing from Capital One. I asked why the car was on the auto Navigator sight along with multiple other cars. He said he didnt want that one listed and danced around the question. Finally he asked if he could match Capital One would I buy the car and I said yes. He called back hour later and said he couldnt match the pricing and he couldnt take the Capital One Auto Navigator deal as it is structured different and they didnt make enough money. Unbelievable part of a program which confirmed with Capital One they were and not accepting it. I wont say here what it looks like to me but I would not recommend anyone going here.

Took my Renegade to have moonroof fixed, they said tracks were dirty. Got it back had it for 3.5 hours and now cant shut it at all. Not happy at all.

Wally Armour has always been there for my family.We started with Wally Armour in 2019. We had pretty low credit on a very tight budget and they got us into a brand new SUV and Truck. Since 2019 we have gone back and upgraded and will continue every two-three years in the future. All the service on our vehicles are conducted there and service is always top notch from customer service to the mechanics. The sales team is also polite and friendly always working hard to get people into reliable affordable vehicles. My family will never need to find another dealership. Every time we walk in the door we know we will be taken care of to the highest degree.

My experience with this dealership was sudden, unexpected, and phenomenally good.It is important to note that my journey started in Atlanta, GA. I had been searching for the right truck for several months in the Atlanta metro area but was unable to find a truck that checked all the boxes for a reasonable price I could afford. In the south, trucks command as much as a 20% premium over other regions of the country so I had already decided I would likely have to travel north to find the right one.Let me tell you what compelled me to travel to Wally Armour. It wasn’t just the truck. It was a sales associate named Tyler. We all know that when you call a store or a shop that you’re usually not treated the same way as if you were standing there in front of them. Tyler absolutely blew me away with his customer service. He went out of his way to accommodate me even though I was 700 miles away and just asking questions.One of my concerns was how much rust this truck might have due to its geographical location and driving conditions. Tyler went above and beyond on this one. He put the vehicle on a lift and made a short video reveling every nook and cranny of the underside that had any issues. I was blown away. The truck checked out and I bought a plane ticket. That was at 9:45 am. I drove away from the dealer at around 4:45 pm with my new truck.This dealership seemed to have a good culture and it showed. Everyone I interacted with was great. Tyler was a shining example of professionalism in every regard. I am so grateful that I met him.
So I purchased a 2019 Chevy Equinox with less than 20,000 mi. I have had the car since September of 2021 and as of December of 2021 my car has been in the service department at another dealership due to the make and model with a check engine light on. I called Wally armor in regards to this and was essentially told that theres nothing that they can do because the make and the model is something that they do not service. So I spoke with a manager and I spoke with the person that sold me the car no results. I was essentially told without saying its up to you to handle it at this point. So moving forward I now know where not to get my vehicles. I am also very disappointed in the fact that even though they are not a Chevy dealer there was no consideration taken from me as a customer that has purchased three vehicles from this dealership. Not going to get on here and say a whole bunch of negative stuff Im just sharing my experience but I also know to take my dollar elsewhere where it will be appreciated from here on out thank you.

BEWARE!!! Sold my wife a jeep that was unrivaled at speeds over 45mph. Told them in less than 24hrs and after multiple calls they finally decided to take it back, but charged a restocking fee.

I’m no salesman but I hate car salesmen. I don’t believe they are bad people. I’m there spending a ton of money but yet I’m made to feel that they’re doing me a favor. What frustrates me the most is how you can see them getting impatient when you’re checking the vehicle over. Same goes for the finance side of the house. The only positive that came from buying my truck at Wally Armour was the truck itself.

I have to say they are nice but miss leading.Let me start from the sales experience...we were told one price downstairs....Got upstairs Got upstairs it was a completely different price .we had been there over five hours and we’re completely overwhelmed.Definitely was not explained everything upstairs in the financing area.We had said that it was extremely important that we had a hitch on our vehicle that we had just gotten the boat and that’s why we wanted a truck.We were told that the hitch was built into the truck.... yes it is but not the part that goes underneath of it to actually towThat part we asked for and we were told NOWithin three weeks of having the truck we figured out that the alarm system did not work and that the back door did not lockWe called the service department and got the runaround that we would have to pay $119 just to have it looked at after having it three weeks.After I talk to the owner and got that fee waived I brought it in and they did waive the fee to install the new part in the door.I was told that I would get a call in a week or so to get the new part installed.After three weeks of not hearing from them I finally called and it was oops the parts here but we didn’t call you and I also had realized that the 12 V plug was not working.And I also figured out why they did not want to install the hitch because it was a $500 hitchSo no I am not a happy camper

I had a great experience with both Dumitru as my salesperson and Alex as my finance representative with the purchase of my vehicle. Both were really patient with the whole test drive and purchasing process. Also, Myesha was very friendly as she took my down payment. Both stayed over two hours after closing for the whole process. All of the staff that I encountered were not pushy at all.

I was talking with one of the salesman there through email. We came to a price agreement on a truck that I wanted, filled out the credit app and everything was going wonderful. I was pretty excited to get this truck from here. Then the salesman calls me and says that they just sold the truck. They sent me another one that had none of the features that the one I originally wanted had. So since I did the credit app my credit score dropped for something I didn’t even get and they sold the truck right out from under me. In my opinion that’s bad business.
My husband took my van in for a check engine light today. He had called that morning for an appointment, not only did they get us right in, but the issue was resolved quickly. The gentleman working with my husband was extremely polite and very professional.

We got a 21ram bighorn night edition . The only minor thing was I wanted grey and their stock only showed black. I walked outside real quick to think and seen the grey so the only thing is to keep up on whats in stock in their computer system ....just so glad I was able to find the grey before signing papers

As a woman it was incredible to have a female salesperson. (Nothing against men). After a long search for a new vehicle when I found one at Wally Armour I really breathed a sigh of relief to deal with a woman. And she was great. Knowledgeable and friendly. And not pushy. I would have given five stars but they gave me the vehicle with very little gas in it and not a drop of windshield washer fluid.

There was a problem with the used vehicle we were looking to purchase, and told him that it would be a deal breaker if it couldnt get fixed. Shado had their shop look at it, and the very next day it was fixed. We still were a little bit afraid of purchasing a vehicle from someone who doesnt know where he is heading to on vacation. Recently leased a 2020 Jeep Gladiator through Wally Armour. I will start by saying that our experience has been nothing but exceptional since we first walked in the door. Our salesperson, Shayna, was so polite and truly worked hard to get us the best deal possible on our new Jeep. She made us feel as if we were friends, not just customers. She’s even gone as far as checking in with us several times to make sure everything is going well with the new vehicle. After we agreed on a deal, we moved over to the finance department where Joe offered us some very reasonably priced service contracts and ultimately helped us finalize the paperwork. Now it doesn’t stop there. We then visited Vince in the parts department where he was able to get us all the best genuine accessories we wanted for our new ride at a great price! All in all, our experience was hands down the best we have had yet. Will absolutely be back to see Shayna, Joe and Vince for the next one! 2019 Chevy truck throws check engine code at exactly 4K miles not even in a 90 day window of purchase. Called service and after the third time they finally answered. Anyways told them the code identification and they essentially told me “well you didn’t buy a warranty,” tough luck, take it to a Chevy dealer.” I mean where is the honesty and integrity nowadays…. This place is in shambles and I buy vehicles from all over the country…

Jeff was laid back and not pushy at all, really made us feel like he was doing his best to get us a great deal. Very efficient as well, the whole process only took a few hours. Every person we encountered in the process at Wally Armour was nice and seemed to be in a good mood despite all the snow. We will 100% make the drive again from Columbus.

Current market isnt easy for truck buyers.To be honest, most of my attempts to “try” negotiating ended up being more frustrating than anything else.You can get a truck at any dealership, but getting an enjoyable and respectful buying experience, I guess is not so easy to find nowadays.That’s primarily what I was looking for.Guess what, I found it at Wally Armour, thanks to Alex Wheeler and AJ Armour. 2022-02-04Dave was great and went out of the way to make sure the deal worked. It was cold as hell and he stayed late to make sure the truck had gas. I left my military pics from the 90s in my trade in and he made sure he held on to them for me. To me they are priceless.
