Walk In Urgent Care in other cities:
That is now a rapid covid testing center once just a small little practice now helping for a pandemic. For test results it takes about 20 minutes. You may be asked to download their call in urgent care app to help speed up the process for both you and the facility! Its not an appointment though. Please keep on mind: There are only about 2 people on staff at this urgent care on a daily basis. If they do not answer the phone, it is because they are with another patient and do not want to interrupt their visit. You do physically have to come into the office typically in the morning to get a time slot and may be asked to come back at a later time. This is so you arent waiting hours to be seen or waiting in the waiting room potentially exposing others.Yes they are walk in urgent care but the name doesnt just change due to a pandemic. People are nasty and rude enough to these health-care workers just trying to help. Please give them a little more patience and understanding as they went from a small amount of patients to basically seeing the whole county. Please consider this information prior to posting a review.
Had an appt at 2 pm arrived to see like 30 people in line. Tried calling no one was picking up. Called later told them I had a appt and 30+ people were there. She said their system Messed up Ok so I said can I come in now I mean I made the trip there and went back to work. Nope you can try to reschedule using the faulty app or go somewhere else from the lovely staff. Well I guess I will go somewhere else. Lost a customer.
Asked if they accepted my insurance and they said yes. Long story short I got a bill over 200 dollars because they were not in my network. Then when I called they said oh no we will submit to any insurance it does not mean they will accept it. Saw not even a real doctor for 10 minutes and did absolutely NOTHING for me. Never a worse experience in my life.
I could not be more impressed with Audrey and Ashley. I was worried as my wife had been having Covid symptoms. I was trying to get a test, and at one location was told it would be a 3 hour wait. I called the Broadview Hts. location and Audrey was phenomenal. I know she is busy and has countless calls each day, but she treated mine with the utmost customer service. I felt so good about the call that I decided to drive to the Broadview Hts. location even though it is a bit of a ride from my home. In person, the experience was even better. Audrey showed great empathy and treated me as if I was her only customer even though I know they are very busy during the pandemic. I witnessed her answering more phone calls. She was patient and reassuring with each one. Ashley, who performed my test was very professional and again showed great compassion.I was so impressed that when I got home, I made a return trip to get my wife tested.Walk in Urgent Care is very fortunate to have these 2 phenomenal employees representing the company. I can’t imagine what it is like to answer questions and treat anxious customers everyday, but both Audrey and Ashley handled each in a manner some of our city’s world renown hospitals could learn from.
Had to come in as is the only place near me with rapid test results for covid-19. Heather and Tia were working the day I came it, and even though I felt anxious due to the situation, they were both incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. Their attitudes and professionalism greatly allowed my visit to be smooth and easy. Thank you, Heather and Tia for making my time at Walk-In Urgent Care the best it could have been.
VERY SKETCHY PLACE.Per thier own website, I used the Call In Urgent Care app. Filled out the info including insurance and verified registration by email. Received an in app message after registering my account that seem to indicate I had an appointment at that exact moment - confusing. Closed the app. opened it and reviewd my acct but then received another notice indicating I may now have a 2nd appt. So be it. While driving 20 mins to the Broadview Hts. office I called customer care to confirm what yo expect (do I have an appt?) My called was answered by an off-shore service by a man with a very heavy accent. He tells me all will be fine, just wait in the parking lot and the office will call me when its my turn. (How would they know Im in tne parking lot? - they didnt)I was the only car in the parking lot except for 3 employee cars in the back. Waited 10 mins and called again. Another man with a very heavy accent tells me he will call the office and advise I am waiting and call me right back. I wait another 15 mins.- still the only car in the lot. So I walk in.A lady in her 50s quickly puts on a mask as I approach the window. I explain the situation and she says: we dont use the app. A 2nd and 3rd gal in thier late 20s both confirm such. Saying they dont even know how to use the app.But it gets worse. One of the 3 gals NEVER HAD A MASK ON but was wuthin 6 of me while Im being tested for COVID-19. The lady in her 50s was NOT wearing gloves and is face to face with me as I pull down my mask for a nasal swab. Thier own website says the COVID test will be a 10 second swab in BOTH nostrils if one is not congested or draining, mine were not. She swabbed one nostril for maybe 3-4 seconds. She also seemed to be challenged with using a simple thermometer as she held it one half inch from my forehead for a full 10 seconds and says my temp is 97.1. I have NEVER had a low temp of 97.1. Upon departing and arriving back home, my TWO thermometers both showed 99.7.Im escorted into a small 9x9 room, wait 12 mins and the unmasked gal in her 20s comes in to tell me my test was negative. We talk for a full minute, 4 apart and she is waring NO mask???Finally, when has anyone seen a service rated a perfect 5.0 with 25 review? My guess is they are very good at manipulating these reviews. Lets see of this gets posted.STONGLY URGE OTHERS TO GET COVID TESTED ELSEWHERE. I will be using another facility tomorrow.
This small urgent care has been bombarded with COVID testing due to the spike in cases over the past two weeks. The wait unfortunately is a few hours, but the staff moves fast once you are inside and is very professional and kind even when dealing with people who are upset with the wait. People have to remember that these health care workers are tired and dealing with something outside of their control.
I can’t express the gratitude I have for both Ashley Tobicash and Audrey! First I had called yesterday and Ashley answered the phone. I explained my situation with my son being so high risk, and me being exposed to Covid. I also explained that I would not be able to get there at a certain time. Ashley assured me that she would take me in so I could get tested the next day. Upon entering both Audrey and Ashley we amazing and sweet! I was in and out quick, and even went on my 15 minute wait to get them each a small gift card for the compassion they showed me, and gratitude I have for them! They surly did not have to go above and beyond for me, but they did. I alway say it pays to be nice and understanding because people will help, and these ladies helped me tremendously! I thank you ladies again!!!! We need more people out there like you in the work field!
Should not be in business. Called when they opened, someone who barely spoke English said you cant make an appointment, download the app and do it there. We downloaded the app, but it just sends them your info, no appointment. Called multiple times with now answer. Finally went there, went in and they scheduled COVID test for 3 hours later, told to sit in the parking lot until they called. They did, 45 minutes after the time; they did the test, then a Nurse Practitioner came in and asked a few questions. Presenting with ALL the symptoms of COVID, yet she did not listen to my lungs or anything. They said to go sit in the parking lot again to wait for results. Asked if they could call due to not feeling well; they said they are TOO BUSY to call people. Asked if we could call them, they said they dont bother answering the phone any more. Are results online? The system doesnt work. Can they do a chest X-ray? Machine is broken. WE WILL NEVER GO THERE FOR ANYTHING. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
Staff is amazing and so nice. The staff is dealing with a high capacity of people who could have COVID-19. I appreciate their hard work and risking their safety for the safety of others. If you are going to a walk in urgent care for the rapid COVID test your best bet is to get there at 6:30 am and get in line before they open at 8 am. They only take the first 80 people.
If you want a Covid test you need to show up before they open and get in line. Once I was able to get my name on the list they told me when to come back and they were prompt with their service. When I returned I was seen immediately, staff was wonderfully friendly and didn’t rush through answering my questions, I had many. I’d happily return to this facility.
I got cared for last night by Tia and Heather and together they make a GREAT team!!! Its a new location so I was kind of skeptical at first but from the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed! There was never a point where I didnt feel like I was their highest priority in their busy waiting room. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, but never felt rushed. And within that short time, I was treated with a high level of care and already feel better only a few hours later!!Tia, the NP, was very knowledgable and kind. She made me feel like family and if I ever need to be treated again, I am going to ask specifically for her!! As should you!!
If i could give this facility 10 stars i would, today me and my grandmother came in after they were already booked for the entire day, without hesitation because my grandmother is 80 years old was experiencing high symptoms of what we believe was covid thankful was not! anyways, they were able to put me in at ASAP the respect from tia, jesse, and brittany were beyond words, even with the overwhelmt of patients, they treated us with as much care and respect possible, i again will be returning back hopefully with less minor circumstances! me and my grandmother thank you broadview!
I came in to inquire about the services there and was greeted by a very friendly girl Heather, who is the x-ray technologist behind the front desk. She had a great personality, answered all of my questions and made me feel relaxed as she took me back to the room. The provider Naveen, was very polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely consider coming here for care in the future!! Great addition to Broadview Heights!!!
Both the website and the phone recording stated the office was open till 8pm. We arrived shortly before 6pm, as well as a few other cars, and the office was locked completely. No signage was on the door stating business hours or any notice of closure. We went for a COVID-19 rapid test, and now we have to find a new place with availability to perform it.Very disappointed with this business. There is a medical crisis happening, and this place is lying about hours and service. Frustrating to say the least.
Beware that this place does not disclose that you have to pay full price for a test unless you have been in direct contact with someone that tested positive. We waited all day for our appointment and then find that out when we get called in. We traveled and wanted to take the test as a precautionary measure and will not be paying $155. This is nonsense and their greed is exactly why this virus keeps spreading.Change your policy and do something good for mankind!

2022-03-07Excellent experience :) I called about COVID tests for our family, which we needed to have to get back home. Tia was incredibly helpful and kind on the phone. We just had to download an app and upload identification. No appointment needed. When we got to the clinic we were helped straight away. Tia and Molly are super sweet and our family was so well cared for. We had our test results in less than 25 minutes! Thank you for your amazing service and kindness!

2022-02-28This has been my third attempt to get medical care after an OBGYN and a virtual minute clinic visit. my illness has been going on for about 4 weeks :( . Tia was extremely caring and is getting me on some new antibiotics and sending my labs out. I really appreciated her compassion and support. Healthcare, like anything anymore, can feel like you’re your only advocate; so I sincerely appreciated Tia taking great care of me. I’ve also visited this location in the past twice for Covid testing and they have always been easy to get in with and kind providers and staff. They have an app, too, which has been helpful. Also, their office is clean and nicely decorated. Thank you Tia! And thank you to the business owners for having a place for patients to get fast and easy healthcare solutions.

2022-01-03The woman at the front desk was pleasant enough, but the young woman conducting the COVID test at 10:15 this morning was snippy, rude and unprofessional. On top of that, she barely touched the inside of my nose with the swab. Makes me question the accuracy of the test.

2021-12-18Went here to get a Covid test and the lady told me I needed an appointment. Even though it clearly says on the website here no appointment needed which I mentioned. She said they were full. Even though there were zero humans in the waiting room. Then I asked to make an appointment she said I could download the app to do so. 🤯🤯🤯So I’m standing in front of you while you’re looking at your computer screen and can’t make an appointment to come to a place that says I don’t need an appointment. Got it.

2022-01-07Walk In Urgent Care is a misnomer. You need an appointment, but must download their app first for registration. The app doesnt work though so youre basically on your own. Another ice cream shop would work well here.
