We had a wonderful with this urgent care. We especially enjoyed Omar and the NP who was also very nice. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.Making an appointment could definitely be easier but otherwise wonderful experience.
Very friendly staff. Got right in and out in minutes, not hours, like it would take at Nationwide or Mount Harmful.
The name of the clinic is WALK IN Urgent care, but when we went there for minor cut dressing, She told us without appointment they dont do anything. Are you serious?I would not waste time driving there.
I have to say I was terrified to get another COVID test today due to my bad past experience but Omar was fantastic!! It was painless!! I will recommend everyone to come here for testing plus the entire team is welcoming and helpful 👍
My husband and I went to this urgent care in December of 2020 for a COVID-19 test. We have insurance but the charge s were not submitted until March of 2021. It is August 2021 and we have just received one bill and several phone calls for payment. The phone calls are coming up Scam Likely on our phone. The address of the billing company comes up as a mansion residence in Dublin. When we asked this office about the billing address we were told it is the owners home. The people who are making the calls for payment are very rude and use a threatening tone and tell you they will turn you over to collections.I called my Insurance company and yes, the bill was denied for improper coding. This Urgent Care charged us $328.00 for a office visit and covid flu combo test for one person. We were both only given a test.I went in today in person to pay the bill and sure if the girl at the front desk did nothing but make excuses.We will never use this dishonest business ever again.Dishonest, unprofessional, rude scammers .
Arent walk in. They require an APP and an appointment. Then decide to tell you after you waited 45 minutes for you new appointment time that they dont have an x-ray... Even though it specifically says they deal with broken bones. Wow. Huge waste of time while your sitting in pain...
I visited this Blacklick location several times now. The Doctor, Storm, is very knowledgeable and caring. If you want to know what’s going on with your body you need to see him. In addition to the awesomeness of Doctor Storm, Omar the receptionist/greeter, is patient, thorough and efficient. Each time that I’ve arrived he greeted me pleasantly and assisted me with installation and use of the app. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to assist me when I wasn’t feeling well. Went yesterday, Sunday 11/22/2020 for testing. Showed up at 9:30, half hour before they opened. Line was maybe 10-15 people long at that point. When they opened a nice woman came out and wrote down everyones name on the list and gave us each a time to come back for testing. I was given 1:20. Came back at my time and everything went very smoothly. They had me fill out a paper, give my ID and insurance card, then I waited less than 5 minutes to be called back. The NP was lovely. She explained everything clearly and listened to my questions. You swab your own nose which was easy and not uncomfortable at all. I was then told to go wait in my car for 20 minutes and come back for my results. I came back in exactly 20 minutes later and they gave me my test results. So in total I waited 30 minutes before they opened, then the whole testing and results process took 40 minutes. Excellent, safe, efficient experience. Thank you!

Omar was such a delight to interact with. He has somehow accomplished being able to do what needs done in a timely manner while at the same time making sure he didn’t miss any details or make anyone feel as if they don’t matter.
The ladies at Walk-in urgent care in Blacklick took good care of me. It’s been a while since the last time I got medical care this amazing. Bishnu and Kristen was so caring and amazing! Totally recommended!
This location and the employees working here are absolute frauds. They confirmed that with our information plugged into the computer we were in network and covered with no charges to get Covid tested at their location. Not only was our Covid test not covered by insurance at this location they also billed us for an emergency room visit with a doctor that never occurred.
Blacklick location is amazing! Received my PCR covid test within 30 minutes. I got to the airport early to checkin my luggage only to learn that I had taken my previous test too early, one of the airline employees told me about Blacklick and they got me sorted within 30 of getting there. Bishnu,speelmen and jubril gave me great great customer service. Thank you !
I always come to this location when I need to get a covid test, they’re very clean and organized, I love the staff especially Omar, he always takes good care of me and the nasal test does not hurt when he does the test.

Went there on a Sunday evening because they were supposedly open until 6 p.m. Walked in the door at 5:10. Was told they were closed. The Internet said they were open until 6.This location is a walk-in, but theyve had so many people wanting to get tested for The Virus that your first visit is just to schedule a time to get tested. You show up at that time and they test you. Results in about 30 minutes. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and believe they were very backed up on processing tests on Sunday. A little more communication would have helped explain though.
As soon i walked in after sutting throygh traffic for 30 mins we can remove a tick... Idk if she can what i cant see it an wanna make sure but she might not be able too...horrible never heard of picking your patients...
I got in the 25 person deep line in the cold 45 minutes before they even opened. 2.5 hours later I was told that I had to download an app and check in. They are charging $155 without insurance. I mentioned that it should be free because the CARES act payed them. She nervously laughed and didn’t make me pay and they make you swab your own nose. They said they would call me with my results. A full day passed and I got no call. I went in and was given my results. I asked why nobody called me. The girl told me that they don’t call anyone and laughed. Don’t give these clowns any of your money.

I was there three times to do the COVID test, as I was positive with COVID twice. They were very helpful and quick as they gave me the results in half an hour. Very accurate information was given. Thank you so much.
Walked up, sign on the door said to download an app and register, then wait in your car for a phone call to be seen. After more than an hour of waiting, multiple calls that went straight to voicemail, I walked up to check on wait time. The sign on the door saying to use the app was down, and the guy at the front desk said I needed to sign a sign-in sheet instead. Recommend going literally anywhere else.
My son went in for a rapid Covid test at noon today and still has no test results as of 9:30PM. He was told he would have results within an hour. I cannot go to work until he has his results. No one answers the phone when you try to call and inquire about the results.
The workers are so helpful, patient, and kind! Very thankful for such a good urgent care close to home.
The staff at this location is so wonderful. I had an unfavorable experience at the Tamarack location and I’m sad I didn’t go to this location sooner. Thank you to this particular staff for answering my questions, staying safe and organized, and giving me a positive boost in this not so positive time. Highly recommend this location!

I made an appt this morning online. i’ve been waiting since 10:30 this morning and still haven’t gotten called to come in (it’s currently 3:30). i’m getting very frustrated. i’m high risk because i’m pregnant and they still haven’t called.
DO NOT GO to this place.Do your self a favor bypass this little pos clinic go to Mt Carmel Urgent Care on BROAD st or go to Ohio Health Urgent Care on 256.I will never step foot in that place again.

Ive been here twice and both times I have experienced service that is above par. The staff are very professional and friendly. The service is quick and efficient.

Went in on a holiday. Took 35 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out, and didnt feel rushed by the doc. Will definitely use again.
Got to this place 15 minutes before they closed and they wouldn’t even let me in. They closed everything and had all the lights off and was sitting there eating. The website says they close at 6pm. I was there at 5:45pm. I’m not sure why they couldn’t see me and they wouldn’t tell me.

2022-06-06This urgent care is very stupid and waste of time and money to go in there.My wife went there today.We have to download the app and register first.Doctor didnot even see what’s going on.My wife had ear infection and sneezing.She even don’t check the chest ,simply try to bill the insurance.They don’t have any x-ray machine.The front lady said.She just talk and waste of time.Without evaluating she send the meds to Kroger where the DOB is wrongly written.The pharmacist contacted but no response.By law I guess they need to provide the written discharge paper work but they didn’t.She said we are done..Guys be careful going there..Check every thing ..Iam not going any more there …I already deleted there apps also.I would give them-0 Rating.

2022-01-03The reason for the one star because they are posting no appointment necessary. They need to take that down. Why waste peoples time, money, energy you dont have, plus gas for false posting? My friend went in on the assumption of their post that no appointment was needed. Only to be informed that you must have an appointment. What is the purpose of having a Urgent Care facility if you must have a appointment? Then you must download the app before you can even be seen? This isnt beneficial to the patient. SMH!

2022-01-14Every time I come here it’s always quick and sanitary . Today I got the pleasure to be assisted by both Alison and Bishnu. They were both kind and professional. Its always organized when I come for my Covid test, and I will be returning when needed.

2022-01-19Tried to call and let the phone ring for almost 5 minutes before hanging up without an answer. Place was empty except for the three ladies chatting behind the desk. Not even a car in the parking lot. I walked in, no appointment necessary, only to be told I needed to download an app on my phone to make a required appointment. They told me they were completely booked (again, the place in and out was empty) but they still had a few appointments tomorrow night. Suggestion, do NOT go there unless you dont care about how people treat you. They cant even offer the service they advertise. I very rarely give a bad review, but I had to do it this time. Wasted trip, wasted time, wasted gas. Someone else said the same thing in their review about the required appointment, but I was already on the way and was hoping it was just a one time thing. Nope! I hope no one makes the same mistake we did. And I was also given a piece of scrap sized paper with instructions on downloading the app to make an appointment. Very upsetting.

2022-01-21They should change their name to urgent care by appointment only. I went in and they asked if I had an appointment when I asked if they do walk ins they said no. The first available appointment was the next day. I went in at 10:20am with three cars in the parking lot and three people behind the counter not a single person other than employees in the building.

2021-11-19This place was dingy and smelled, even through a mask, which should have made me turn around immediately. The woman handling check in had her mask down and was snacking on chips when I approached. She seemed confused when I said I was hoping to see a doctor and asked if I had an appointment. I did not (don’t make my mistake and assume that the urgent care facility with “Walk In” in its name actually accepts walk in patients). She handed me a square scrap of paper with instructions on how to download their app and schedule an appointment. At that point, I had seen enough to know this wasn’t somewhere I had confidence in providing care with which I felt comfortable.

Lol I was one of those people that walked in like “online said.. guys just make the appointment you’ll be in and out in 15 mins. T
