Pharmacy tech was rude and unwelcoming.We went in to get vaccine shots.Her attitude made the decision for us and we departed and went to CVS down the street on 21 st. Newark.Doubt I will ever go back.Sad because thats where I have gone for years.

Cashier was extremely rude. i was a few cents off and didn’t have any extra money to pay for a specific item, and when i asked for my money back because i couldn’t pay, she slammed my money on the desk, and wouldn’t let go until i asked three more times.

The store was dirty. There was one dude actually working and stocking the shelves, while the rest stood around a chat chatted. I waited up front for probably around 5-6 mins for someone to realize I was up there because all you their staff was in the back or messing around in photo. Bathrooms were filthy. The girl that came up acted like it was an issue to check me out. I wasn’t rude to her I just told her we aren’t allowed to do that in my store. But it’s disappointing. I feel bad for that younger dude with the blonde hair and glasses considering he’s the only one I saw working.

This review is for the pharmacy only. Never have any problems with the friendly store people. However, Ive been going to the pharmacy since early 2017. Never used to have issues, and Liz in particular was always helpful, but about a year ago they got a new pharmacy technician, Hope. She is AWFUL. Extremely rude all the time. Barks out stuff at people loudly and is very unhelpful. Because of her, my husband and I have decided we are done. We transferred our prescriptions to CVS. Im so glad to not have to deal with her ever again.

DARREN from the Pharmacy. You did NOT give my grandmother her booster shot and when she confronted you you did nothing but gaslight her. Do better. Take care of our elders. You should be ashamed

Do not go here if you need a pre-authorization for your medication. They never call ahead, the system just spams declined letters to your doctor. And if their system takes forever to update-they won’t change the dates of your prescription and you will lose your refills. If you sign up for notifications or automatic refills it never tells you if you are on your last refill. Nothing is more annoying then hunting down your doctors and insurance every time you need refills because your pharmacy doesn’t bother to inform you about anything.

Went inside to ask for a free loyalty card to get sale deals on there store products as a potential customer. The cashier told me I had to purchase something first to get the free card.Bad first impression!! I walked out and will never shop here. had no problem at CVS down the road getting one.

Not only did we get the run around about a childs insurance, when we could get the medicine the child needed (3 days later). Take it home, just to realize they couldnt even do there job mixing the medicine the proper way! It still had powder & was disgusting. And not the correct amount of dosages were poured into the bottle,

Went in to the pharmacy to get 3 prescriptions filled, was told that it would be 20 minutes if that. Over an hour later my name still hasn’t been called and I get back in line and give them my name, and they cannot find my prescription. They put my name in wrong and took forever to figure it out. But then finally was told that it’s been ready.
