Always an enjoyable course to play. Wide fairways but large, tricky greens make it a fair challenge. Condition is usually very good though I found a lot of grass cuttings left in the fairways today. Greens roll nicely and would be so much better if we players would repair ball marks and pick up our feet when we walk. Well-stacked Pro shop and assistance always available from the Head Pro, Jack Eifert. Give it a try; Im thinking youll like it.

Very nice track with risk reward holes. Fast, but very true greens. They dont beat you up on the green fees and the pro shop has reasonable prices as well!! Driving range as well as lessons are available.
Above average course with generous fairways. Greens were in good shape the day I played.... pretty undulating greens made for an interesting putting day... enjoyable course for the average golfer.
I love the golf course, but it has become a common theme to have rude employees in the pro shop. The starters and rangers are the best you could ask for, however each time the pro shop makes me feel unwelcome. I was told it’s not a $30 course. They were right. It was $34.
Golf course was great, however, when I was finished I went into pro shop to ask if anyone turned in my brand new putter head cover that I lost. The young woman working there acted as if she really didnt care if anyone did or not. I then asked if I could leave my name and number and if anyone turned it in to call me. She acted like she didnt want to do that. Very rude young woman she was. I will not be playing there again. Too bad what one poor attitude does.
Always liked this golf course. Never boring and can give you all you can handel. Recommend playing anytime.
Ive only played the course twice since I started the game up again. I really enjoyed it both times. The extras and the people in charge are very nice. The members I met there are very nice also. I hope to play it again soon.
Friendly and professional. Made a mistake with a credit card transaction, and their team were of extremely helpful in getting it corrected.Course is a fun challenge, never a bad time.
Very nice golf course but is VERY expensive. In my opinion the Signature hole is nothing special. But overall the course layout is good, just not worth the $60 to play 18 holes.
Great golf course. Fairways are nice. Greens roll good. People dont repair their divots but thats nothing against the club. Love the classic clubhouse.

Great range and clean course. Its challenging but also forgiving since some of the fairways are wide. Not a big fan of playing with houses on the sides, but the course makes up for it.
Greens were very fast. Also had 2 drink carts on Sunday! The only reason for 3 stars is there is no where to use the restroom on the course. Houses everywhere with very few porta potties.
Great public course with a very nice club house! Would definitely recommend golfing here.. greens are quick and the rough and fairways are in fantastic shape.

Ive played there many times over the last year. This prior Sunday i played 18 with a friend and after that we went into the pro shop and asked how much to play more This was at 5 oclock, we paid the $20 each rate and played the front nine . The 10th hole was crowded and we decided to play the front again since it was empty. The head pro drove down the hole and challenged that we had paid at all for the extra. he then told us the extra was only for 9 holes. The pro shop had not told us that. He implied that I lied about paying at all.Its a nice course but I and my golf friends will spend our dollars elsewhere.
Was in the area for work, able to play 18 on a Monday afternoon. Course was in great shape and greens rolled very true. Will defitnely be back to play here again.

Excellent Golf Course. Well-maintained. 18 holes are challenging but not overly so. It is a long golf course so be prepared.

Outdoor weddings are really cool and having yours here would be great. I DJ here for DJ Diamond Lee Music Entertainment in September 2016. With great weather, a great staff, and wonderful atmosphere, Walden Ponds is a great place to have your outdoor wedding reception.
Nice looking golf course and cool clubhouse but be aware that the course greens are a LOT slower than the putting green.

2022-05-08First time playing here and quite a pleasant experience! After 2 days of nonstop rain figured the course would be a bit slow and sloppy. Course was immaculate! Perfect greens and lush fairways made for a great day of golf following some very soggy whether! Def be back!

2022-06-20Staff is extremely rude & generally unprofessional. I was harassed by the manager, because apparently he didn’t think my wife & I paid or I guess he thought we didn’t belong there. No one else we were golfing with were questioned about if “we paid or not”, just my wife & I. I’ll spend my money somewhere else next time & spare us the intimidation tactics from Walden Ponds staff.

2018-04-29Went for an outdoor wedding at clubhouse. Wedding was beautiful, venue was nice but it was VERY confusing because you parked in same lot as golfers & if you werent sure you were in the right place (we werent & missed first 10 minutes of wedding) then you were in trouble! Many guests I spoke with felt this way! Maybe signs-unclear whose department that would be- party host or venue

2021-08-23The Building was fine and the servers were great. My granddaughter got married there on 8/21/2021. The problem is Chris the manager?? There was a golf tournament scheduled the same day. The parking lot was full and there was no parking for the wedding guests. People were even parking on the grass. I talked to Chris about it and she said that she did not tell my granddaughter about the tournament but she probably should have. PROBABLY!!! She said my granddaughter really wanted that particular day. No she didnt she wanted a date in October that was confirmed with Chris and when they went to tour the facility Chris informed them she gave their booking away to someone else. Some of the guests went home when they could not find a place to park. Food and Beverages were paid for guests that could not get in the building. Golfers were walking through the wedding area. I would never recommend this place to anyone

2020-07-22This was one of the best and well maintained courses I have ever played! The greens and fairways were immaculate! The layout was wonderful and challenging. There were several spots with overgrown bushes and trees and tall grass outside the fairways. The staff would also turn the sprinklers on while we were in the hole/green/tee on a few holes and would sit there and watch as we waited to hit between the water. That kept from 5-stars

Ian, one of the employees, was extremely helpful as soon as I walked in the door, he made our outing even better by giving me advice on the course, especially hole 16. The course was fantastic and the service was even better. Experiences like these is why I keep coming back to this excellent course. Very pleased

2018-04-29Very nice public course. Only paid 26$ for green fee and cart fee on 18 after 4pm on a Thursday. A great value! The course was looking good. the grass was very green and when I played, the ground was still wet which provided a soft turf to get good divots from.

2018-03-15Nice course. Played 18 today (3/15/2018) which is early for any course to be ready but this one was in good shape. Fairways were great, greens slow but ok, tee boxes average, and sand traps not raked so we didnt use.
