The HOA management does a poor job and now informed there is no trash pickup. How can you not have trash pickup!

I have lived here at Waggoner Park Condo for 3 years. As was progressing the HOA at Waggoner Park didnt do anything to keep this community clean, no snow removal, they removed recycling benches from the area and the community only have 1 trash bench for all units which is rediculous. The HOA Board at Waggoner Park including Brandon Long who should be fired long time ago. He is young, unprofessional, disrespectful and great lier to a community members when it comes to a business. I had to fight him, his manager Kim Brown to get a HUD-99992 to Fill Out and sent emails many times asking to provide to a lender who requested, Brandon started lying buy having an excuse OHH we still waiting for FHA Approval. Well when I called FHA and found out that they failed to provide a requested information to FHA and got rejected on 3/24/2020. I then escalated to an AVP to resolve this issue. Finally the Lender spoke to AVP and escalated on her end too and then asked to contact Kim Brown to get it. Well: she never returned the call and out of the blue Brandon provided that info to a Lender. AHH!! I guess he received a warning that he will be losing his job if not performed his duties within HOA. That being said the entire Army Force had to get envolved just to get this paperwork from an idiot who absolutely need to go and entire Waggoner Park HOA Board needs to go including their Attorney who as no idea what she is doing. The purpose of them not providing a requested information to a lenders for people who is selling their units is to Hold them accountable and not let them move out till after May 1st. this is when the condo owners would have to start paying their roof asessment fees.... This people is nothing but the money cleaning pockets. Please be careful what you wish for or you will end up in the same boat as the rest of us. FIRED THEM ALL PLEASE.

Do not move here. The HOA fees are outrageous and they will continue to bother you for them/ask you to cover additional fees even after you have moved. Terrible communication through management.
