Great employees, kept my drink full, Navea is absolutely beautiful and perfect as a server. I will come back just to have her serve me and talking with Zach was a pleasure. This is a wafflehouse worth spending some time. Great food too
Friendly fast service but the food was not the greatest. Our scramble eggs were runny and the potatoes were dripping grease. The waffle and bacon was the best part of our meal. I ended up sharing my waffle with my daughter who refused to eat the potato bowl she ordered.
I mean it is Waffle House. It is just like any other Waffle House. Not crazy clean or aesthetically special. But, if you want breakfast food, they do a good job. I obviously ate there and I dont have any complaints.

Sausage patty was like a hockey puck. Waffle was thin and not so good and my sunny side up egg was raw the hashbrowns that I wanted crispy were burned.
Obviously a new waitress, food was full of butter and nasty. I know its not a healthy restaurant, but the grits should not be swimming in butter. Potatoes needed a lifeguard to save them from drowning. Very disappointing 😞

I drove to the Waffle House in Concord, OH. I tried to place an order “to go”. They refused to take my order unless I ate there, they had a full house??? I was already there…??? Never will return!
As a Canadian on a roadtrip, I came in hungry. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, and not only cooked me up a delicious meal, but also kept me entertained throughout my dining experience.Good people, good food, great value. A+

Staff was friendly and very attentive, all three of them spoke to me at one point during my visit. Tessa made sure I had everything I needed. Food was warm and fresh! They kept the restaurant very clean and I appreciate that because I had to use the bathroom urgently. The one small complaint is the toilet paper roll holder having rust on it and being out in the open. Kinda terrifying to think about putting that bacteria near your sensitive areas. Great service!
I stopped for some lunch on my way to Buffalo. Service was good and food was okay. Ordered sausage, egg and cheese hashbrown bowl and sweet ice tea. The hashbrowns were oily and were plain (had to add more salt), didn’t like it that much. Price was decent for the amount of food. Service was nice and the place looked clean.
The staff were incredibly nice. We sat at The bar and it was very fascinating to watch how the orders are called and made. Definitely takes skill, especially during a breakfast rush. Our waitress was attentive and sweet. She gave us 2 complimentary large coffees for the road as we had a bit of a drive back to Buffalo. Id definitely come back.

Waffle house never lets me down. I stopped in yesterday. Tried a chicken bowl for the first time. It was perfect. Had to have a waffle and some chili. Way too much food, but craved all of them. Everything came out great!

I havent been to a Waffle House in years and was not expecting much. There were very visible signs all over that they were short staffed and hiring. Despite my fears, we were greeted immediately, told the wait would not be long (it wasnt), and offered a menu.My wife and toddler were with me and the staff engaged with him in a very friendly manner. The waffles, eggs, and bacon were absolutely delicious! I would not hesitate to go here if in the area.

I absolutely love the service we had from the workers there. They fun energetic and very polite in trying make our its very best. But have to say waffle house is no longer the waffle house of old. Since corporate take over the quality of the food and its portions have gone to garbage.
I went there today after work. The quality of the food was trash. The orange juice had a weird bitter taste to it. The grits were lumpy. The quality of the food taste cheap. This is a place for people who eat anything.

I really did not want to give a star. I was at the waffle house by Auburn Road in Concord Ohio. The waitress was horrible the food was nasty the waitress reached over my food to give my aunt her food. Then they brought me my brothers food instead of remaking it they just tipped it took off the burnt sausage and put new. Will not come back here until they get new employees in a new manager an better food
I went to the waffle House in Dayton the first one didnt want to serve us because it was 17 people but when we drove another 20 mi that waffle House served us and they was excellent and it was only two people working and they did a hell of a job a hell of a job preparing our food and making sure everything was right I appreciate them

This is THE DIRTIEST Waffle House, ever seen. Tables have gunk on them, floor- both in the kitchen and in the seating- area is covered in nastiness (food, trash, etc), dishes are dirty (had to turn in my glass for obvious food inside the glass and choose not to use my dirty knife). This place deserves to be turned into the health department.

Smelled the grease outside pulling up. Major downside. Dont know if they just dumped grease trays or what, but the smell lingered over an hour. Gave me a slight headache the smell was so strong. Staff were great, and everything was good but my hashbrowns. I mix my over easy eggs and hashbrowns together, but the hashbrowns were semi-raw in the middle of the clump. Couldnt eat the hasbrowns or eggs I mixed in. Was mostly full so it didnt matter too much, just disappointed. First time this waffle house ever failed me, otherwise its almost always been 5 star. Sadly I was on a lunch date with my dad when this happened too, and he is against sending food back. My husband would have sent it back with words.

We visited on the morning of July 5th and they just had 2 employees. The server Kim was awesome. The 2 employees did excellent under the circumstances.
Loved it. First time at a waffle house ever. I know. Weird! Nevertheless after this experience it wont be the last. Food were very decent (got an omelet from their secret menu), and the two employees working were amazing.

Always superb service with attentive and friendly and warm people! Good food, clean, and the employees make us feel so welcomed! Its our go to place on our way back home for a very early breakfast after running family members to Cleveland-Hopkins International to catch red eye flights. We wind up red eyed ourselves from having to be on the road so early, so its nice to unwind, wake up a little with yummy food in the belly and caffeine before going home to crash.
Sorry to be Captain Obvious, but its a Waffle House. Thats the experience. It aint healthy in the slightest but the food is delicious, the service is fast, and the environment is quaint. Its a good place to hang out and have a conversation. Normally Id give Waffle House 4 stars, but this one gets a 5 for being probably the cleanest one Ive ever visited and our waiter was on-point.
Breakfast for Supper! An excellent idea at this Waffle House! This particular one is super clean and and workers are super professional. (Our waitress was named Bee, and she was phenomenal, even noticing the sun was slightly in our eyes, and going out of her way to close blinds.). Menu items do come in large portions.Caution: Does not have hot cocoa, and Waffle House does not allow employees to warm up milk!!

The staff is a lot of fun. They even had a birthday cake for one of the waitresses and sang happy birthday to her. Be sure to say hi to Hot Mess Michele (yes, that is what her name tag said). And great breakfast for not a lot of money.
Nothing to write home about, waffles are thin, not Belgium style. I think Dennys is a better value, if youre going to a chain. Staff was eh, didnt go out of their way to bring coffee, and we were at the counter, so it wasnt far.

This might be the best waffle house Ive ever been to!! I was on a road trip, sat down ordered my food and immediately went to the restroom to change my son. By the time i made it back to my table the food was already waiting for me. To boot, the hashbrowns were the best cooked hashbrowns Ive had in ages!
Excellent waffles. Decent service. I like the hash browns especially with onion. The grilled cheese sandwiches are goof. Inexpensive. The food is considtently good throughout the chain. Parking is very easy. It is a good place for me to eat alone or with a friend.

Worse service I have ever received at this Waffle House. The waitress, Rose, made us feel like we were a nuisance to her by ordering. She was rude. As for the food, the scrambled eggs were the best that I have had at a Waffle House. As for the hashbrowns, I had ordered onions in them and did not receive any, but was charged for them.

We typically go in here in the evenings/night and its always the same. Poor quality food and poor service. Its not uncommon for a server to say sit anywhere youd like and take 10 minutes before youre even offered a drink, now mind you this isnt the breakfast or brunch rush, its night shift and only a couple tables.The attitude of these young girls they hire sucks as well, personal conversations are loud and inappropriate for staff to be having in front of customers. While they are busy talking amongst themselves drinks go unfilled and unless you can flag one down you have to wait until they feel like coming to take an order.The food.. well youd think waffle house would make good waffles but they are often undercooked or soggy, if you want chocolate chips or something like that dont expect them in the batter, they just dump em on top. Dont bother telling them how you like your steak as it always comes back well-done, bad steak too, but its waffle house so I wouldnt expect it that great. Eggs are often undercooked as well, runny sunny side up eggs that almost seem raw when they served it.Ive gone here 5-6 times and its always the same. What really struck me was one evening on our most recent trip the manager asked how everything was and when we shrugged and replied It was alright... that seemed fine with him and he replied Great! The right answer for a manager would have been to ask why it wasnt excellent and how could they improve.Just because its waffle house isnt an excuse for sub-par service and food.

On 2/18/19 around 11:30pm I was at this location for dinner and the guy cooking was obnoxiously rude and being rude to the poor girl working with him.I go here often and usually have Brandi and Fred they make the environment welcoming and the food is always good no matter what you order. But now if I don’t see them there I’m not even going in.The situation with the other guy was totally unprofessional and made the environment very uncomfortable. He basically had the attitude of get your food eat it and get out.

Ive been to this location numerous times and different shifts; 3rd shift Is by far the best service I have gotten. Brandi and Fred are the only ones that I will allow to wait on me here because of the service they provide and how friendly they are. I come here every Thursday night cause I know they will be here. Brandi is the best waitress here and fred is the best chef here. The food here is always good with fred behind the grill.

It was almost how it always been. Good pancakes an waffles and other sandwiches. I just dont like that the hsvedo many pancake and Waffle choices that are super un healthy for adults and children with sweet sauces, sprinkles an whipped cream. They make breakfast or meals unhealthy choices. The kids see them and then want them. The adults should know better.

I went and got a sausage, eggs, cheese and hashbrown bowl and it was great, but i asked for my eggs well done, cause i hate when my eggs are slimmy like even a little bit, and as soon as i bit into an egg it made me disgusted and i stopped eating it but other than that it was great.
There is no better place for a classic American breakfast at 3 am. Waffles are mouth watering, hash browns are awesome, and they are open 24 hours. Can’t beat it.

Enough cannot be said about waffle house. My husband had a pecan waffle, bacon and scrambled eggs and I had a ham and cheese waffle with hashbrowns and toast. My husbands bacon was cooked crispy the way he likes it, the waffle, well its pecans what more do I need to say. My omelet was fluffy and the ham was grilled and then added which is unusually rare believe it or not. Hashbrowns were crispy and onions adds a lot of flavor. My only disappointment, and this happens a lot of places, the toast wasnt toasted. Its not kept in the toaster long enough and I personally recommend putting the butter on the side not on the toast. Otherwise, PERFECT, dont stop doing what your doing!

A coworker of mine said she used to work there and that they have amazing food. Was not impressed. The food tastes like a microwave meal that was pulled out of the freezer and heated up.

WH is always the go to place if you are in a time crunch. Service and food is fast.This WH is just like any WH. You got the waitressing that stand around and gossip and/or use play with their cell phones behind the counter for customers to see. Then the waitress will slack on refilling your cup of coffee or drink.I rated it a 4 star because of the convenience. I only eat from 11:30am to 5pm so it was like 4:50pm and I knew if I wouldve went somewhere else Id probably have to wait and itd be past my cut off.

Not a good visit. Cooking area needed a good cleaning. Bathroom could have had a once over. My toast was burned. Servers were nice. Cook seemed to be new.

I used to go to Waffle House in Painesville religiously Every night brandi and Fred would work , they are an amazing team , they definitely make you feel at home and treat you right , even thou I moved to Florida I make a point when I come home to stop there and eat a meal at least 3 nights they are there before I head back , now I hear they are leaving, that means a lot of the regulars who go there when they’re feeling down to get a smile on there face won’t be there, it was nice have my last amazing meal , the cook who’s been there for 15 yrs ?. Or 12 I don’t remember he’s rude to the waiter, I almost told him that’s no way to treat his employees, I left vary dissatisfied With my visit that was on Monday 2/18/19, I guess I will have to find another amazing place to eat because waffl house lost this customer who would make a time to spend his money at that Waffle House location then there’s others closer to where I stayThanks,Brian

Id like to thank Eddie the cook for changing his gloves constantly, as we watched him cook at Waffle House, 7505 Crile Rd, Lake, OH 44077 on Sunday 10/16/16. Everytime he got bacon or sausage out of the fridge, and onto the griddle, changed his glove. Everytime he cracked an egg, changed his glove. Times when I dont know why, he changed his glove. A lovely sight to see. Go to this WH; off exit 200 of the I-90 through Ohio. Clean, great location!

It has become habitual to come here every weekend at 3 am. The staff are by far some of the greatest Ive seen and spoken to. Not tipping here is a crime.

2022-06-12Hands down best food from Waffle House!!! Connie and Michelle were very attentive and on top of their game!!! They were very friendly!!! No wait time at all… Fred the cook was an awesome cook, he interacted with the guest and made us feel welcomed!!!! Nice job you 3!!! Store was clean and outside wasn’t filthy either!! Wow!!!

2022-04-03Spring break vacation. Looking for a place for lunch while traveling. There was this Waffle House. Once again they did not disappoint!! Always fast, friendly, and excellent food!! 2022-01-14I often come here for killer breakfast bowls on my highway 20 ride. I am a long haul trucker who looks forward to places like this making my trips a little better when the waters rising. I love the staff here they are always very kind to me and fast with service. This waffle house is my favorite 🧇🧇🚛🚚

2022-05-09I typically like going to little local places, but my kids talked me into stopping in and Im so glad they did. We had a small wait, but out food was great, service was quick, and our service was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised, if you are in the area and need a quick bite to eat. I would recommend checking runneth out.

2022-06-27Only thing open around the hotel 1230 at night i got the 11 dollar bf with grits sausage patties tasted bad the grits had no brown sugar with them so i guess eat them plain. Eggs not bad but a little strange taste overall i was not impressed with the food. Later on we both felt ill. Could be just eating to late at night to be honest. The service was good very nice lady i didnt complain about it. Was 25 bucks for two people cheap btw the waffle was good.

2022-07-06We stopped in late on a trip home. Waiters were friendly , funny and fast. This was my husbands first time at a waffle house and he said he will definitely go again.
