I will never eat here again. The pizza is beyond greasy and it does not tasted fully cooked. The drinks do not taste like they should coming from a fountain. The only good thing was good customer service. That is the only reason for 2 stars.
Had a catering order from Villa Pizza this weekend. Placed my order on a short notice and everything was perfect! Thanks Villa Pizza, will definently be back!

The kids meal cookie we got came entirely without ingredients. When I asked staff, they claim to have no list of ingredients anywhere. Really? Are you entirely unaware that there are kids with allergies in the world? Thanks for giving my kid a cookie which Im afraid to allow her to eat.

Went in to the mall and it was so cold they had to reheat it in the oven and still was cold and crust was like a rock not impressed with that kind of food service

2022-04-10Absolutely horrible attitude and customer service!! Soooooo rude!!! Pasta looked dry like it was sitting out and the macaroni and cheese looked hard! Never again!! I would rather starve then give that lady my business!

2022-01-22I’m not a fan of this pizza but our son always chooses to eat it when we are at the mall. I think he likes how big the slices are. Staff is ok, I wouldn’t say they are unfriendly but I wouldn’t say they are friendly either.

2021-06-13Excellent pizza! I had the pepperoni and mushroom and it was really delicious, the sauce, toppings and crush was on point. The crush was nice and crunchy! I had stopped eating pizza for over a year for various reasons and for some reason I wanted to try this place and my hubs, grandson and I all loved it, this is my new go-to spot for pizza!

2021-12-19No option for extra cheese and when asked it was just patently ignored. The 2 for one still cost nearly 30 bucks and the flavor was just average at best. Very few mushrooms and super thin layer of cheese.

2021-10-19Had a long day of shopping and decided to grab a combo from villa in the food court. The manager was so kind and took great care of me. Food was delicious authentic new york style… mac and cheese was on point will definitely be ordering again

2019-01-10Absolutely fantastic establishment, the meal deal is the best at the whole mall. Guaranteed to satisfy you. They even heat the pizza in the pizza oven again when you order to make sure its the perfect temperature!Most filling place here too. If you get the mac & cheese with your meal deal youll be full for a week

2019-09-14I just had the pasta and meatballs. It was more like a soup. That was some serious water down sauce. Meatballs had no taste. Im a bad cook and I could have done better. Add some spices to your product. But hey. Your pizza is normally good.

2020-10-05Exceptional New York style pies! It is reopened and my meal was fresh and tasty. I ordered a Stromboli and it was outstanding. The Mac and cheese is my favorite!!!!!!! Will be back

2018-09-27I came in this morning to pick up a large catering order.The woman who was the manager wasnt very hospitable.Upon my arrival,she made it a point to tell me I was too early.Mind you,I drive for a food delivery service.I was 5 minutes away from the said location when I accepted the order.So,I didnt have far to drive at all.She did tell me I could wait in the kitchen area .While prepping food,the young woman chopping parsley was not wearing a cutting glove or plastic gloves for food prep.She claimed they only wore gloves as needed.All food prep needs to be done with gloves! The manager was not wearing gloves ,either.She transferred spaghetti from a strainer into a catering container. She slid her fingers around the sides of the strainer to get the spaghetti that had been sticking. Disgusting!Bottom line: If you are preparing food for people,take proper measures so food borne illnesses cant spread!!
