I cannot recommend a company more highly. We had 9 VHS turned to DVD and I’m sure it was less than 24 hours to receive back. Absolutely wonderful communication, fair pricing, fantastic service and could not be any better than being locally owned. Thank you so much!!!!! Video Dayton is economical, professional and friendly. The turn around time was awesome, especially during the holiday. If you are old school like me and have meaningful VHS tapes that you do not want to loose and wish to share, this is who you want to use.
Had 2 dozen VHS tapes tucked away spanning the better part of 20 years. After learning of a small inheritance (a few hundred bucks) due me from a lady whose yard I mow, decided to get all those tapes converted to DVD. After looking into the national online outfits I was ready to go. However, the thought of mailing these tapes all the way to Phoenix gave me pause. I learned of Video Dayton and arranged to drop off the tapes which were quickly digitized to DVD and returned. Could not have been simpler and the quality was spot on. Glad I kept things local.
My experience with Dayton Video was great! They got my videos done in a timely manner to make sure I had them for the holidays. They are quick to respond and professional. I would absolutely use them again and recommend to anyone!

I needed to get 8mm videos tapes converted to cds for a surprise anniversary gift for my Grandparents! I called Mr. John on Sunday and dropped off Tuesday. He was very professional and everything was done in a convenient way to stay safe during COVID. I picked up on Thursday and my Grandparents really enjoyed watching the memories recorded years ago!The quality of the videos are excellent. Both video and audio are very clear!I will definitely be bringing more tapes his way!!

2022-04-28John was awesome! I had 16 VCR tapes I needed transferred in 3 days and he was able and willing to get them done for me quickly, even despite the upcoming holiday. He was responsive, flexible and very professional. His pricing is competitive with other options, and you seriously can’t beat supporting a local business. VCR transfer isn’t really something I do often, but I’d go back to him in a heartbeat if I had the need to. Would absolutely recommend!

2022-01-18Came across Video Dayton while looking for methods to digitize some VHS-C tapes from the early 90s. Service was local and the cost was a fraction of the cost of an adapter so I went for it. Tape drop-off was simple and pickup of the tapes/digital copies was very efficient. John was very quick to respond to questions and turnaround time was short. Dropped off the tapes on a weekend evening and received notification that the conversion (2 VHS-C tapes, about 30 minutes each) was complete the morning after. Quality of both video files was great! Would recommend and will use again if I dig up more tapes!

2021-02-14Video Dayton is great!! My video was done very quickly, only took about 3 days. The price was great, I couldn’t be happier with Video Dayton. I love being able to have my video on both flash drive and dvd, John did a great job and I will definitely be using Video Dayton again, and will recommend them to others.

2020-11-28I dropped off 2 vhs tapes on a Friday and he was able to dub them to a DVD and a flash drive in less than 24 hours for me. I expected a longer wait being both a weekend and the holiday season but he did an exceptional job in terms of quality and speed and his prices are unbeatable. If I need video transfer services in the future Video Dayton will be my first call.

2021-01-30I was really pleased with how my VHS to DVD transfer turned out. It was wonderful to be able to see the old family movies again! The service was efficient and prompt and the price was very reasonable. Each VHS cost $15 to transfer. All in all, I’m very happy with the service John provided me. Highly recommend!
