The staff were nice but they have their dressing rooms closed. I had selected a couple bras to try each over $50 and ended up putting them back and going to Dillards where the sales lady was super helpful as I tried on several styles. I ended up spending approx. $100. VS you may have just lost a longtime customer.I was told to purchase and return if they dont fit?!?! Not only is that inconvenient but seems far more unsanitary.I made purchases at both Dillards and Macys, both had their dressing rooms available.
Way better customer service than VS Pink in Belden. Really wish they had what I was looking for. I hate shopping online so ordering things online in store is not a really good option either.
I didnt really care for my service today , the lady at the door was really nice , unfortunately they only had two cashiers in the store . The other lady was helping someone else, but when she was done it seem to me that she didnt really want to help me , so I did what anyone else would have done, took my items to the door and ask the lady at the door for help , who treated me nice , with concern. Someone else did come in before I left, and she finished cashing me out.
Always a great experience. The staff is super helpful in helping you find the perfect fit and style for your needs. Considering the bras last for 5+ years they are also not expensive.
I LOVE my bras! I love the girls i walk in and show them what i like and they pick them out and i cash out! Lol makes my shopping VERY easy!

Sign up for an Angels card and get serious discounts. Otherwise very pricey. They sent me $10 off for my birthday, so I bought a bra, and my boyfriend bought me a rather expensive one the same day and they GAVE me one for FREE. Buy 2 get one free sale happening and I didnt even know it. Every bra I buy here fits like a glove and is well made. Plus, the girls there have no problem sizing you and helping you out, and are pretty nice, usually.
The sales associate, Josie, was very nice. However, I was supposed to receive a free bag with my purchase and I did not. Also,vI wore Rapture for years and you no longer carry it, nor anything similar. The selection was minimal.
Worst Victorias Secret in Canton/Akron area. Staff is ignorant and rarely have a clue as to what is going on. I have been to the store 6 times in the past two weeks since I am wanting to buy some of the newly released clothing off the website. I had asked when they may be receiving it since it has been on the website for weeks now and the one lady gave me attitude when I asked. Only reason why I keep going to the store is the fact that VS has lost 4 of my packages in the mail. The employees attitude was just not needed and not tolerated so I left a complaint for customer service. If you do not appreciate your job - find a new one. Every single one of the girls are snarky!
Great customer service she spent almost 45 min with me picking out the right bra and fitted me perfect. Its pricey but well worth it for the quality.

THE FIVE STAR RATING IS FOR PINKI went over to PINK after an unpleasant experience at Victorias Secret(No one asked if I needed help but asked every older person that walked through the door), and as soon as I walked in, I was welcomed. Brooke was VERY friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; although she was very busy, she made sure to help every customer that needed it and made sure to welcome everyone she saw. She is definitely the girl to go to if you need help! I had a great experience and would give them 5 stars!
Never again. Followed everywhere I went by one salesperson as if I was going to steal something. I understand why they keep an eye on people but this was overkill. Like I could stuff a bra into a tiny wristlet.. Had a bag full of things I was going to purchase but ended up walking out because of her. Will take my business to a different VS.
I was intent on going in and buying a whole new set of everything aka like 4 or 5 different bras, but nope I was not greeted or helped and 2 sales associates saw me. I’m very disappointed that others were greeted, but I was not because I look like I’m 16.
I always like going into Victorias secret because as a guy I like to wear silky thongs every once in awhile. The only thing that puzzles me is how horrible Victoria is at keeping a secret. Because she has all of her stuff on display that doesnt seem very secretive to me

I am an angel card member and had a coupon for $10 off that they did not apply. Upon seeing this later after leaving I tried calling and talking to someone about it but was on hold for what seemed like forever. I then hung up and emailed Victorias secret and they are making it right. Keep an eye on what your spending and any coupons you have and make sure everything is right before walking away from the register.
Couldnt find what I was looking for, and had a hard time finding what I needed. Store was busy, so I understand, but wasnt as happy as I could have been.

Who dont love v.s.! However, if the bras been around the store a while, wires will get bent from being shoved in the drawers, always try them on to make sure.
Bad customer service. Was only five customers in the store. My wife n I was there ten minutes and were never asked once if we needed help nor said good morning to poor poor service.

Managers at Belden Pink are so rude. Wouldnt ever step foot in their store again. If you have to go to pink, just make the drive to summit mall in fairlawn. Employees actually care about their customers.

2021-06-12I had a great experience at this Victoria Secret! The lady at the door was very nice. If you need any assistance, seek out Cindy! She helped me with all my questions and concerns as well as gave me her honest opinion on different styles and sizes. I would come in everyday just to see and talk to her and her coworkers!

2021-05-29The woman at the front entrance was very nice. However if anyone goes here, AVOID the associate named Cindy! She is an older associate and treated both myself and my friend terribly. She ignored my concerns about my bra sizing and seemed very annoyed about helping anyone. Her tone of voice and attitude were terrible. At the end of the encounter she shoved a bra in my hand and said: “here try this one” and walked away without a glance at us. The bra was not even what I asked for. The other associate working in the store was indifferent to everything and was not that much better. Cindy needs her attitude checked. How disappointing.
