Thank you Erica and Vics Body Shop for getting my car back right before the holidays. The car looks immaculate. You guys were super accommodating and helpful. I received the best service in the automotive industry. Danielle and Lisa kept me in the loop with weekly email updates and extended themselves to get me situated. I know we always hear bad stories about auto service but wanted to share about an extremely good one. Thank you. Merry Christmas. Eternally grateful!

Extremely professional and friendly people there. It is a very well owned business and they are highly skilled at what they do. I got a simple baseline Dyno session, which turned out to be a great conversation on what may be an issue and how I can go about addressing it.

Cant say enough about this place. Amazing service with amazing and friendly staff. You walk in youre family kind of atmosphere. Their work is top notch and done with the most care and concern. If youre thinking of stopping in just do it! You wont be displeased. CIA Performance (in the back) got my truck running like never before. I will be a Vics/CIA customer for life

Took my 2015 Corvette there with minor bumper damage thinking I needed a new bumper. They were true and honest and told me otherwise. When i picked it up i was blown away. It was better than ever and they went above and beyond and fixed the poorly done job by Dan Tobin around my grill. Saying Im happy is an understatement!

They have had my van for 45 days after an accident. Customer service has been terrible, the worst I ever had. I have not received any updates. I have been told that i would receive a call back at least 15 times and not once has that happened. Lisa at the front has lied to me over and over. The latest lie was that my van had been sent to the dealer to be programmed on Thursday and it was out of their hands as to when I would get it back. I called the dealer on monday morning and they did not have it. I found out later that the van was taken to the dealer late monday afternoon. My insurance stopped paying for my rental after 30 days and I have had to come out of pocket over 600 dollars to date and they refuse to help with the cost. I will never use them again and I strongly suggest no one does. I would hate for anyone to deal with what I am dealing with currently.

I was referred to Vics to have the side view mirror repaired on my 2014 Q50x and, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The staff are very pleasant and professional. And the body work that was done on my vehicle was exquisite. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My car got into an auto accident back in May of 2019. The car was hit in the driver side rear panel by a semi truck. It took Vic’s Body Shop a month and a half to repair the vehicle (the repair should have only took two weeks max). Once I got the car back, I noticed a piece was missing from the area where the car was hit. Vic’s said “It must have blew off the car” Why would a repaired piece blow off only after a day after the repair? Now I have to take the car back in for repair. I would have to leave the car with them for at least a day to get fixed and I will have no transportation while they try to repair the car once again. For such a highly priced body shop with a decent reputation, I’m disappointed, to say the least.

Went to Vics for a right rear quarter repair. they took care of me and answered my questions. weekly updates via phone. repair length and cost were what i expected; just about a month to the day, and $5700. its been about a month and no issues yet.RR quarter, wheel, and tail light along with paint on the quarter and door, plus labor (rear quarters are structural and therefore welded on, hence the length and cost of the repair).

Clean and courteous they had painted a buddys truck. Not the easiest to get ahold of but when youre busy that probably happens. Wide range of knowledge and tuning possibilities.

Great experience, customer service was awesome, my vehicle was taken care of, my updates were on point. i was totally satisfied with my choice of shop, Yes i would recommend Vics bodyshop for any and all bodywork
