Someone needs to tell Dillion it isnt cool to joke about a customers last name. He actually asked my wife if she had second thoughts about marrying me knowing shed be taking my last name. Yea, I know...its odd. 10 letters and 2 vowels. Hilarious, isnt it, Dillion?EDIT: to add insult to injury, one month later the first bill arrived and (I AM NOT KIDDING) the bill was $100 higher than it should have been. I called Verizon and they couldnt believe it either; the agent explained numerous mistakes which added up to a 100 dollar over-charge.
Zero communication from salesman to customer. Told me I could pick up my products at anytime as it’s a 40 minute drive to this location. Drives to the store and was unable to pick up my products. Very poor communication and service. The other staff was very friendly and personable.
Tyler Z. was amazing today! My husband and I were switching from T-Mobile due to bad service and Tyler was so helpful. He was very kind and understanding, and he made sure we both understood every detail of our phone agreement/pricing. He was very considerate and helped us remain within budget, while also leaving with the newest model IPhone + chargers & cases! Our experience with Verizon has already been a worlds difference for us compared to T-Mobile thanks to Tyler!
I would like to send a shout out to service member Joey for going above and beyond his duties to help my aunt this week. Thank you for taking the time to listen, care, and help her get her new phone and get it all in order for her. You are an excellent service member and Im very grateful for what you did for her. Joe was just fantastic! Helped us with all our needs after spending 2 and 1/2 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service. We got no help on the phone, but after going in to see Joe everything was taken care of! Hes very knowledgeable and helped us make the best decision that was right for us. I recommend this store and Joe 200%!
I had a great experience with Verizon on the 22nd of October. Our sales rep Bryce went above and beyond by going out of his way to make sure that we were able to get our phones before one of my daughter’s birthday and then he even stayed over hours to make sure they were all set up and that all of the data from her previous phone was transferred. He described the device, how it works and won us over on the first try with his knowledge of our Motorola Edge 5G UW. He demonstrated the functions and features to my daughter as well. The girls love their phones thank you so much Bryce!
Wanted to get my 13yr old grandson a new case for his Iphone12. Went to the Alliance Vz store since we were in the area. The store was busy, but Joey immediately came over to help us. He was very personable and it was obvious that he was well trained. He helped him pick out the best case for his phone amd also replaced the cracked cover screen with the new liquid screen cover. I even had my screen replaced! Very good experience! Thankyou’
My old 2017 phone completely crashed. I went in emotional and by the time I left I was laughing and joking around. Nick was a very understanding, courteous, and kind professional through the entire ordeal. He explained all of my options and was very knowledgeable about the products and services available to me. He even helped me save some money. Not what I expected! I am very pleased with he service I received today.
Taylor was beyond exceptional in terms of helping me get a new phone and get my service started through Verizon!! She even made sure she was aware of promotions that were currently being offered to help me save money considering I was on a tight budget. In addition she was sure to keep a conversation going and was not shy of joking around and keeping a friendly environment! 😊
Tyler-manager is crooked. He took my promo credit towards phones and used it for supposed free stuff he told me was free and it was not. We did not end up getting any of the promotions like he said. He also charged me for phone set up which he did not do. He also did not apply my 20% discount I get with my plan. DO NOT GO TO THIS VERiZON STORE EVER
Tyler was awesome tonight! He hooked me up with a new phone because I couldn’t make or accept calls on my “old” one. He is amazing and you are lucky to have him working for your store. Everyone at Verizon was great! Yesterday I dropped my phone and broke my screen. I could not check in to make an appointment so I was unsure if I could get help today but they assured me they could help. Aaron was very helpful and nice. In and out in about an hour, so overall great!
Went to get a new phone Ryann took good care of me the first time around very sweet, a little timely. I had to order a phone because they didn’t have any in stock. I went back to pick it up thinking it would be a quick trip. I was in there over 2 hours adding it to my account and jumping through hoops to get the promotion just to leave and have to call customer service at home. They don’t know what they are doing. Unless you’re ready to spend half of your day in a Verizon store don’t go here.
The staff, assistants at this Verizon store are very helpful, & patient....they take the time to help, to diagnose the problem with your devices, answer all your questions, show you how to get accustomed to a new device. They are thorough & efficient, & talented with multi-tasking. I will continue to come to this location for help with my phone & other devices. Thank you, guys!😉
Went to the alliance ohio store on 06-02-21 walked in at the right time when they were not busy , the gentleman at the store (sales person) sat me down was very polite and respectful and helpful , I was their to just pay my bill and he took care of it right away,he also recommended a glass protector and a protective case which I bought Thank you Nicholas M.Went back to your same store on 06-03-21 because I was having a technical issue with my phone this time they were busy, patiently waited for some help, when I showed the salesman the issue I was having he could not understand how to help, he asked where did I get the phone I said your verizon kiosk at the Walmart store was told to take there (wheres Nicholas M when you need him must have been his day off) the great guys at the Walmart verizon kiosk ARE very helpful explained it in easy to understand terms , how to avoid it happening again (give that guy a raise$)I was so happy I bought him lunch Thank you 😀
If I could choose zero stars, I would. I needed to do a warranty exchange on my Google Pixel XL2. I had already been on the phone numerous times lately with the Verizon tech support and warranty Dept. All said and done I was told by the last person I spoke with that I had to go to the corporate store and that he would put notes in the computer for whoever would assist me at the store can have a clear idea of what was going on. Therefore on the same day, Oct 4, 2018 I went to the store. I spoke with a customer service representative named Taylor at this store. I told him exactly what I was told on the phone. Needless to say, he wanted to do things his way. I told him to check the notes on my account and that I was an in store customer only! He tried to push me out the store saying what I said was wrong. At that point I hadnt left the store. I called the Verizon warranty 800 number, yet again. While on the phone the tech had called the store to speak with Taylor. As I tried to tell this guy, I was supposed to be there and had to assist me again. Not one apology to me, and he seemed disgusted that he had to help me. I had my phone, original box, charger and port adapter all in the box that he told me I was to leave at the store for the warranty exchange. Which I was fine with, however Ive never had to do a warranty exchange. With that being said. I received my replacement phone and only just that!! No charger, no port adapter, NOTHING! So I called the store yesterday to retrieve my charger and port adapter. Which I was told it had already been sent back out to their warehouse. I asked if they can replace said items as I was not aware that was how the process works. I was pretty much told by the person on the phone that its not their problem. Ive never been disgusted by the lack of respect and information I should have had. I would NOT recommend anyone to this store. I would also give the representative and store an absolute F for a grade!
I bought phone cases there yesterday. The girl that waited on me was pleasant and helpful. I got exactly what I wanted for my phone and my husbands phone. She polished up the phones and put the cases on them before I left the store. Couldnt have gotten better customer service than that!
The staff has become more focused on selling than helping with a problem which they direct you to an icon on your phone. The one employee who has an iPhone evidently doesnt know anything about an Android because she kept answering I havent a clue. She didnt offer to get me help from someone else. He did get the information we wanted from one of the helpful male employees there.
I recently went in to buy an iPad and the service was quick and efficient. Even after discussing prices and cases we were done and out in 45 minutes with a only 10 minute wait time. My only complaint is that sometimes it gets really busy and you have terribly long waits (Thats not the employees fault, however.) Definitely glad I bought here instead of best buy, much clearer on pricing and options.
Bad Experience this morning, I purchased a new phone and got zero help to get it activated. I was told by my sales lady, there was nothing she could do to get anything off of my old Phone. When I returned later that morning and informed them I was an Unhappy Customer, it was a different story. A gentleman began restoring my data within minutes. Wasted a lot of my Time !
I work at the Dollar Tree right next to this location and this is the second time theyve said no one is allowed to smoke in the front of the plaza when Dollar Tree says were not allowed to smoke behind our buildings. I was about 20ft from their door and a dude came out and told me to move down the other side of plaza because a little smoke managed to travel inside their door. This happens again there will be a problem. They do not run this plaza and my store manager of 13 years was never told she couldnt smoke in the front of the building so just because your rules are different, doesnt mean your people get to tell us what to do.Also, I was off the clock. So you have no right to tell me what to do in the first place. Im also a Verizon customer of $230+ a month.
Went to there store and they wont help me change from one flip phone to another flip, said I had to go to Canton. To a REAL verizon store, I guess, a friend of mine got a free sim card mailed to her and did everything on the phone. These authorized Verizon stores are worthless if they cant sell you something they dont want to help. Why is it the Verizon phone call in representatives are so much nicer and easier to talk too and work with.1
Um yeah just want to say it was awesome Tyler was great I he had another customer coming but he took care of me and I bought some stuff from my rising phone in any help me out with my learning some stuff on my new phone and so much appreciated I help me out there all went well thank you at all by
Stopped in this evening looking to upgrade 4 phones, all with new 2 year contracts. The salesman (with neck tattoos) proceeded to basically berate me because I prefer Apple products over the Android OS (which Ive had before and just dont care for, but to each their own). I asked him questions about the latest Verizon Wireless promotion and he kept smirking and telling me that I was saying was wrong. A different salesperson walked by, whispered in his ear, and then he changed to basically saying that I was correct in the first place. He then said, I dont know how much you know about this technology type of stuff but the Apple stuff isnt very good. I guess because Im a woman, I shouldnt know anything about this technology type of stuff. I then told him that I actually do IT work for a living and prefer the Mac/iOS interfaces and operating systems. He continued to make comments and smirks until we finally just told him never mind and walked out. Maybe the other salespeople are fine, I dont know. But I wont go back to this store. If you go to this store and like Apple products, you may want to wait for a different salesperson. Ridiculous that he lost 4 new contracts when VZW is scrambling to attract people to long term contracts.
Nice people working here and o feel bad for them because theyre backed by a terrible corporate! I asked why my service has been so slow lately and they said they have been moving towers around and some people are now losing service. Would have been nice if Verizon would tell their customers that they will be losing service. then they told me that I wasnt available for a hotspot because the area I live in because their service is bad in my area because Verizon is making it bad. GOING TO SPRINT
Seriously $50 dollars to return a 6 day old phone for a different one? I decided to try the iPhone 8 from the Samsung note 5. Quite disappointed. It had several glitches after day 2. So I took it in and they told me they could give me another iPhone 8 but if I wanted to try another phone I would have to pay another $50. The glitches ended up being because it needed an update. Shouldnt the guy who set it up and activated it, have updated it then? Not to mention the employee wasnt very nice when I went back in. Rather quite disappointed with Verizon. $50 for a restocking fee is quite extreme.
My wife went in to try to get her phone problem fixed. She had a memory issue. The guy was laughing because she didnt know how to use the icloud. And suggested she go to the Akron apple store. Then another one of his colleges join in. It was very rude and unprofessional. She went to the other Verizon store and they set her up with a new phone and even brought our bill down. They were very polite and helpful. Very angry to here my wife was treated this way.
I went in to buy a Google Pixel XL or Samsung 8. Even though he J. owns a Pixel, he told me that it would only withstand a little splash of water. After opening the package its actually rated IPX7 under the IEC standard. I was convinced at the store to buy a $100 life proof box which I found distorted sound. So after learning more I returned to the store, returned the Life proof, then sold a $50 Invisible Shield. Within a few days that was cracked & never even dropped the phone, so took in my receipt (still within my 14 day accessories return timeframe) & talking about it with another employee, he, even though dealing with a different customer, interrupts to adamantly state that even though its an accessory they wont return it. I asked why he was being so rude he threatened to actually call the police & told me to get out of the store. Lol? Really! Ive been a Verizon customer since he was in grade school, Im 50, & never delt with such an ignorant & rude employee. He doesnt know his products & only tries to upsell. If you MUST go there deal with ANYONE but him.
You can tell as soon as you walk through the door that this IS a Verizon Corporate store and they are Verizon Wireless Employee. If you deal with Verizon online these are the people to help you. they can follow through with the contractual agreements. Employees were friendly and helpful.

2022-02-21Aaron was one of the best employees I’ve ever worked with at a Verizon establishment. I live in Columbus but will visit this store whenever I need Verizon products. He was friendly, efficient, and found us the best possible deals imaginable and even saved us money on things we didn’t go in the store for. He worked with us for a long time and did not try to push us out as if we were just a number, like many other stores do. Keep up the great work!

He also clearly explained how my account would change, as well as my monthly charge. I feel comfortable and not pushed, and it was the best buying experience I had in a long time.

2022-03-12Unfortunately my Galaxy S10+ stopped working. I was there first thing in the morning, Tyler even let me in a little early. I worked with both Tyler and Eliza (not sure of the spelling) they were a huge help! I would recommend this store to anyone in the area. Thanks again and Im loving the S22 Ultra!

My husband and I are older and technology is not necessarily our strong suit. He was very patient with all our dumb questions and made the entire process very smooth.
