Dominic and Jason were great!! I was struggling with upgrading my phone because I liked my old one so much and I was nervous about the learning curve for the new one. I had so much fun getting the new one and they were very thorough in teaching me how to use it. After about 2 seconds of using the new one was over the old one.
I cant believe how great Dominic was! Super helpful and easy to talk to! Will definitely be coming here again!
Four people from my family came in to update our phones at the same time. We worked with Eric. Eric was so helpful and multitasked to make sure that we weren’t there night. And helped us with all of our questions. Eric helped make it a really good experience!

I called ahead of time to check and see if I was able to upgrade my phone. The young man helped me and told me I could and that he would not be available but he would tell the associate working later that evening that I would be coming in. I went in and had to wait because Naim had another customer. He finished with the customer and helped me with my new phone, budget, options, cases, screen protector and plug. I was out in about an hour. He had to transfer all of my information and that took quite sometime. This is the 2nd phone I have purchased from them. I will return.
I had a great experience here today while setting up my new iPhone 12. There was only one employee working, Joe J, and he accommodated the needs of everyone who was waiting with a great attitude. My boyfriend & I originally went to Solon to set up a phone plan, and all they did was hand us SIM cards and told us do it ourselves. 3 days of this bs and they were still no help. So we decided to go to Twinsburg as it was a closer location. We spoke with Joe C. I can’t say enough good about him. Like ive said, 3 days of going back & forth to Solon and multiple phone calls to transfer numbers & trying to unlock a phone, nothing was working. Joe was FINALLY able to give us some relief. He spent 1.5 hours with us, and ended up staying a half hour past closing time to finish helping us and didn’t complain once. So willing and sooo helpful i can’t thank him enough for ending our stress!!! Twinsburg store is the BEST!!! I mean seriously, it was a process. But he was awesome. Thank you Joe C!!
Great customer service from all employees. Had issues with my phone, and Matt and Andy both had the knowledge to resolve the complication. Alex and Nick were helping other customers, but everyone was very involved and communicating. Great team work and very upbeat environment. All were very knowledgeable. I recommend this store 100%, especially if you arent a fan of coming into a phone store.
Ive never thought about giving anyone a shot with our service besides the corporate Verizon stores. Nick came very highly recommended from a business associate. When I went, he actually took the time to explain all of the confusing things on the bill and exactly how he can save me money. We have 9 lines on our account. He saved us over $50 a month! The staff has been top notch when when it comes providing service, answering questions and setting me, family members or employees up with any new device. It’s comforting that I can expect a seamless process and a wealth of knowledge from the crew here when my career demands such seamless service.

I just talked to Brad! Great customer service! No one could call me on my cellular device. I called Verizons Customer Service and that they were no help. I forgot, I put on call forwarding to my office to my phone. All he told me was dial *73 and Wha-Lah, I can get calls now.

Twinsburg Verizon is my go-to store when I have an issue with my phone. Joe C. was recently very helpful and kind in helping this retired technologically challenged teacher resolve an issue. All of the workers are knowledgeable and professional and they are following all the covid guidelines.

The service at TCC in Twinsburg was great. Jerrad set me up with a new phone, and accessories, within the budget I had to deal with. He was very patient in getting what he could off of my old phone to the new one. I would definitely recommend this store.

I posted this a few months ago. Since then there has been a change in management. Customer service is now excellent The manager has been extremely helpful--even though I was not buying anything. I can once again highly recommend this storeAvoid this location at all costs. Terrible customer service. If they know youre not buying anything forget about getting good customer service. They are very good at making you feel like an idiot. Go to Macedonia store. I will never go here again after being a custom for 3 years. Also engage in deceptive sales practices

Megan was very knowledgeable and helpful when I went in with a phone problem. When she wasnt sure about something, she checked with another co-worker to check to make sure she was doing it right. I would recommend this Verizon store to everyone!
No stars. I was quoted 130.00 on a trade-in and based on that quote I agreed to buy a new phone. When I returned to pick up the new phone, I was told my phone was worth 50.00 less because of a small screen water spot. I had my original quote in writing and the manager refused to honor the original quote. A store should always honor an original quote. It was their error, not mine. Therefore they should have eaten the cost. I will not do business with this store ever again. I do not recommend doing business with them. Very unprofessional and a rip-off.
I stopped in Friday to get something for my gear. The salesman Joe was incredibly helpful and customer focused. Blows always corporate Verizon stores.

This store need to be shut down. The guy that manages this location did not inform me of anything I needed to do to have my account from AT&T bought out and now I owe AT&T almost $600. The same guy also stuck a platinum package charge on the bill when I was switching over to Verizon and charged an extra $90 while misinforming me about everything else. I will NEVER go back to this store. It is absolutely useless. Save yourself the trouble and go to Hudson. This store is a joke.

If this the store in Twinsburg I stopped into because I jumped into a pool with my phone, I ended up spending over 400.00 not necessary. It is not a corporate store. Never again will I make that mistake again. Called corporate office next day they fixed the wrong. Thank-you verizon

Best decision I made by switching
Stopped in after the Solon Verizon couldnt answer my questions and didnt have anything in stock. TCC took care of everything I needed, a very friendly staff. Ill definitely be back for future needs.

Go to the Verizon in Hudson. Avoid this small, crap store at all costs. Service here stinks. Made me feel like an idiot. Hudson solved my problem quick and efficiently and saved me money on my bill. This store is worthless.

2022-04-26Joe Is a ROCKSTAR. I would have never been able to handle all the transfers, getting customer service and support and getting phone replaced. If you think getting a cheaper phone service you make save $5, but then try dealing with an issue. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. THANK YOU JOE. You are a great asset to this company.
