Nice variety, I hate going into a vape shop that only sells house juice. This place had plenty to choose from but most importantly they had what I needed! People were helpful and friendly, wish I could rate 4.5 stars because prices are a little high. But to me good service makes up for that some.

Dont really appreciate being told I cant touch anything because of COVID and then when the cashier asks me for my card oh but he can touch that after I touched it.after that I call another one of your stores and ask if I come in can I touch product to see what I want and Im told yes.Also last week Im forced to wear a mask in your store and this week employee doesnt have one . Not cool that you have all these stores and all of them dont follow same rules/MANDATES . Well you lost a sale and a customer today .

Staff is always super friendly and ready to help. Like most vape shops, prices are quite high when you can get the same online for about half the price you find in store. Unfortunately with the new federal pact, not only has shipping increased (still would had made it a MUCH better deal) theres now a per bottle surcharge that ranges from $10-$30 a bottle on top of other merchant prices online. With the new pact, prices come out about the same in this store and online. They just dont carry anything in this store that I vape and can easily find at several merchants online.
These guys are always great. Always able to nail down the perfect eliquid for me, always helpful when my contact plate is loose and any other issues I have with my mod, and they go above and beyond! I asked if they had a replacement drip tip on my mod, he gave me one on the house because I’m in there so often. They make me feel like part of a family here. I gotta say, 10/10, would recommend

This shop has always been run by friendly and generally awesome people. Today after I was involved in a car accident (nothing major, but my wheel well/fender was crunched into my front tire), not only did I get the coils I needed but one of the employees gave me a metal bar and dent puller from their car and showed me how to pop it out enough to make it driveable again (for now). The people in this shop genuinely care about their customers, and thats what makes this place so great!

Bought a new mod,went home and it didnt work. Took it back and robert had no problem swapping it out for a new one! He was very friendly and understanding. Will definitely be shopping there again!

Very friendly staff. Always willing to help. They have a points program where you earn points for your future purchases. Recently I received 50%off and $5 off on the same visit. It saved me a great deal of money. Today I thought I had a problem with my new coil. But come to find out they showed me that it was just that my battery was low. Like I said theyve always been friendly and will allow you to taste all of their different flavors before you choose one. Unlike what smoke shops do. I highly recommend them. Also they have a viral video with millions of views where one of the employees was blowing huge rings of vape and moving them with his hand. Its a lot of fun there.
Excellent flavor selection. Fair prices on equipment. The woman at the counter was very helpful in explaining their product line. I came in for a new tank, and to my surprise and my wallets delight, her recommendation was not even remotely the most expensive option.

The workers know exactly what I want every time I go in. I bought my last couple of mods and thanks there, and since they have a warehouse, Im not shelling out 30 dollars for a 60 ml like at some other places. Friendly atmosphere and they always have what I need.
The staff is always really nice but they have sold me knock off products twice and the wrong coils even when I’ve clarified they assured me it was new packaging and that it was just right for my device. Knowledge level is low and the company itself kind of sucks. The people are nice though!

They didnt push the most expensive product and were extremely patient, knowledgeable and explained EVERYTHING to me. I told them what I was looking for and they guided me in the right direction. Store was clean and very well lit and had plenty of juices and vapes to choose from but the two guys that were working offered me and my friends no greeting or help finding what I was looking for. I smoke at least two packs of Newports a day and have been putting off going to the vape store for a long time but apparently today was the day luckily my friends knew what i needed and assisted me in finding it. I eneded up with the maxpod kit by freemax two juice head 50mg 30ml nicsalts peach pear and blueberry lemon which taste great and suit my needs its been 3 hours and i havent smoked one cigarette... Overall vapor haus had what i needed but could definitely improve in customers relations and service
I switched over from Vapor haus. The owner and his wife are awesome. Anything I need they will order if they dont have. Very helpful and amazing service. Their juices are better quality than anywhere else. Prices are cheaper than competitors. Definitely recommend them.

I walked in and told them I only had $30 .They fixed a plate problem in one of my vapes, replaced the coils in both of my vapes, pointed out the clearance juices, and made sure I got extra coils for both Vapes and with my $5 in store credit I came out to around $24. They were very nice and hooked me up!
All of the staff at the Watervleit location are always super friendly and helpful. I’m physically disabled and each employee has offered to help me every time I’ve been there.

The guy wasnt very helpful and seemed as he was trying to rush me out the store. I usually have excellent service there but not with that guy. He did not want to take the time out to explain anything to me basically did not want to hear what I was looking for or had to say.

The guys down there are awesome. Great convo with great service. I go there at least 5 times a month. I think theyre sick of my shenanigans, but they still give amazing courtesy and politeness. The prices are typical for a normal vape shop, so its pretyy much just the staff there thats awesome.

Stopped in on 7/15 while traveling through the area on business. Absolutely excellent shop. Huge selection of juice and hardware, great prices and very friendly staff. I have been to shops all over a 3 state area and this is one of my favorites so far. I highly recommend you give them a try.
Great Vapor Shop! This used to be a great place to sit down, have a good conversation while trying a bunch of juices. I havent been in since these silly FDA regulations came out. I hope theyre able to keep that great atmosphere going under these strict regulations.
One of the better shops in the Dayton area. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of juices, they are always swapping and adding new vendors and flavors. Good selection of atomizers and mods, most are clones but no big deal who has money for authentics anyway? What more can I say? They are one of my go to shops.

I picked up something flexible and inexpensive, and I know what Im probably getting if I decide I want a more nuanced vaping device.0 pressure at all, no overwhelming dudebro culture. Such a wonderful vape shop to go to.. I have never once gone in and not felt welcomed.. the employees are always so happy, nice, and helpful, they are always willing to answer questions and are always knowledgeable on the product.. it’s very clean, and organized.I’ve been vaping for a few years and have been a “regular” at One other vape shop.. but this one stole my heart because of the all around atmosphere and vibes, so I have been coming here religiously since I found it. Can’t go wrong here!
Very nice staff, I love this place my only complain is there e juice selection!!! Same old stuff. Wish they had better e juice Ive tried to get them to stock some of the e juices I use but they never did, Ive learned that if you want to try new awesome e juice companies then order offline, and one other complaint is its a waste of time trying out e juice here because the old sub ohm tanks they use all taste old and its impossible to actually taste the e juices real flavor! Would be much better if they used a RTA tank with a rebuildable coil for sampling the e juice than a old sub ohm tank! Here are some e juice companies and flavors that they dont carry that I highly recommend - Mega e liquids my two favorite flavors they have that Im in love with is Coffee and Dounuts and Apple crumb 😎🤘🤘🤘 give those a try best Ive had, best fruit e juice is , J Vapes - flavor Yellow Submarine,Dr Crimmys is another one of my favorites I just ordered a 500ml of Carmel coffee mastioto, only 89.99 for 500mls of e juice , well hope this helped some of you out there , and I give the staff at vapor Haus 5 stars and the e juice selection 3 stars just not a fan of the e juice they carry ..

Ive been goin to vape Haus for about 6yrs & Theyve always helped me whenever Ive had prob w any of my vapes...I luv this place n the employees on the cbd side are GREAT & so freindly...but couple guys on vape liquids side are not as freindly & act like theyre bein bothered by my business but then theyres also couple guys on that side that were so helpful & freindly. I luv vape haus ❤

Went in a few weeks ago bought a few things told them I would be back yea same great personality and customer service. These guys arent worried about the money you spend. Was in for several hours Im still new to vaping but seen and interacted with staff friends of staff and other customers regardless of new or veterans to vaping was no judgement or looked down upon for questions I had. Wasnt bored with me asking questions seemed like he genuinely enjoyed getting his brain picked. I was trying to buy the biggest and baddest mod get a generator for a battery back Tynan explained to me why I should wait before jumping that far too fast. Was more than happy with all my juices and products I bought. Will definitely be my home shop when we touchdown again.Tynan thanks bro you and your crew definitely make this South Louisiana Cajun welcome and confident with purchase. I used to love this place (5 ⭐s); I was a loyal customer for several years; I wouldnt go anywhere else. As of today, Ill be looking for another place, amongst the plethora of options, for my vaping needs. I tried to return a defective battery, within the time period printed on the receipt, only to be refused and told to send it to the manufacturer. Such a letdown. Ill give credit to the dudes for being friendly (thats always been the case with their employees), as, when I was leaving and stated that Id never be shopping there again, I still received a have a good one. Alas, friendliness does not necessarily equate to good customer service. CAVEAT EMPTOR !
I love their wide selection and friendly staff. The products are premium and not mixed in the back. This makes prices higher than some others in the area, but you get quality stuff everytime. Ive been offered great deals on hardware at times no sales are going on. Would go again.

Went in to buy a coil with my boyfriend. The girl working was super nice. Amazing customer service !!! The place was clean and inviting. Also they were not super over priced like most places you go.
The owner and staff are extremely knowledgable, patient, and friendly! I knew nothing of vaping when I first entered the store, but they took the time to explain to me how it works, and what I would need. There are a variety of flavors to choose from, ranging from tobacco to fruit, to even coffee. The best part is you can sample all the flavors for free! (So if youre like me and dont know how to vape, you can try it before you buy it :-) The environment is totally relaxed, and they have tables and chairs if you just want to hang out. I highly recommend Vapor Haus, which also has a new location at 4013 Marshall Rd in Kettering.
Ive been going here on and off for a year+, and generally I have a pleasant visit every time. The inventory is good, especially in the juices. Tunes are appreciated.Im sure Ive not interacted with all of the salesmen and saleswomen whove worked the store in the time Ive been a customer, but in my experience, with multiple visits with the following staff--Frank, Chris (T.), Twan, and Haley (I believe) have always created nothing but positive (and sometimes very informative) memories. There are a couple of other guys I enjoyed being around, too, but I forget their names totally.On the flop side, Matt or Mike (I forget--shorter middle-aged gentleman) needs to check his aura and tone if he believes his job is in customer service=sales, and Reese could stand to be a bit less casual, so to speak. Nothing is more professional in customer service (and sales) than listening, being accommodating, informative, and, last but NOT least--downright pleasant. Everybody goes through some personal times, but thats one value that should be engaged as best as possible at all times in such a workplace.GO CAVS!(jk)

This was my main store after leaving JoJo vapes until I realized today after three or more incidents this particular Vapor Haus never NEVER has the replacement parts I need which leaves me feeling like they expect me to buy a whole new tank when a two dollar piece breaks they refuse to carry. Going to the Fairborn store or Vandalia from now on. Lucky I don’t go back to JoJo’s in all honesty. Though they suck they have any piece I ever need. Yes very polite and a nice environment. But that doesn’t get my tank fixed. That isn’t the reason I shop. I shop for what I want. They never have.

Ive been to pretty much all the local vape shops around Dayton and Vandalia and a few other places around our area, and hands down Vapor Haus is the best. They have all the best hardware that a lot of the other shops dont have. They have the best juices period!!! Most other shops only carry crap brands and a house brand that usually sucks. The staff is generally very helpful, most of them anyway. The only bad thing I can say and this applies to all Vape shops, is the hours, I cant just run out at night and get what I need, if you run outta juice or need a part in the middle of the night you just have to wait. Hopefully the format of these stores changes over time to be more accessible to people who are only available after normal business hours.

Vapor Haus is a great store, I struggled for two years to find a good e-cig that worked for me, Then i found the perfect one the first time walking in, Chris and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional about their product. Overpriced. Superior staff who thought I wasnt trendy enough to shop with them because I wanted tobacco flavored e-juice. Thick haze of vapor with no ventilation or fans. Couldnt taste the e-liquid I tried because of the stench in the air.

2022-09-02The people here are really relaxed and well educated with the products in the store. The workers are very polite and I always have a wonderful time there. I give them a perfect 5 stars 🌟 if u vape on salt nicotine and like Spearmint I recommend the black unicorn salt ejuice. Its really smooth and tastes awesome 😁

2022-06-04Normally a good store to buy vape supplies( other Vaper Hauss). Today was a very different experience .... not a good one! If I return at all I will go to one of the closer ones to me . There are many other places that have nice employees. In the future unless absolutely necessary I will take my business elsewhere! I really wish there was a ½ star option!

2022-08-26I absolutely love going to Vapor Haus. Especially this location! I am always greeted with smile, a big hello and knowledgeable staff that has always been extremely helpful and honest. Not to toot my own horn, but I guess you would consider me a very LOYAL and FAITHFUL Vapor Haus EXTREMEST! Usually I plan a HUMUNGOUS HAUL when its time to update and RESTOCK all of my vaping supplies. Typically my single Haul Purchase will consist of 12-14 various juices, tanks, several boxes of coils for the 5 different tanks that I carry daily and often times a new full mod kit that has recently hit the market. With that said, might I suggest the new FreeMaX. It is my new favorite mod kit and it is AMAZING! As a matter of fact, I bought another to add to my collection when I did my last HUMUNGOUS HAUL this week. Folks, the Flavor and Chooch that this mod produces is absolutely SMOOTH and FANTASTIC! You have your choice of three different coils, that will definitely please your vaping experience. Another awesome feature is that the tank is plastic, and that means no more broken glass. Plus, the fire buttons ergonomics and design means that it will not easily fire without your permission😉Usually when its time to restock my supplies I never walk out of the store without spending less than $650.00.Yes, that in itself, should tell you just how much I Love Vapor Haus and especially this location! Each Haul usually lasts me about 2-3 months. I typically carry 5 mods and 3 extra tanks with me at all times. Thats because you never know when something unexpected may happen. Every tank is filled with their own pleasing and distinguish flavor🍓🍉🍌🍰🍭🍪🍨🍬🧁Nonetheless, Ive been vaping since 2016 and Ive learned alot throughout the past 6 years. Yes, admittedly Ive frequented many vapor bricks and mortor locations. Ive also utilized online websites as well. However, my heart stands with Vapor Haus. Especially this location. The manager, Tyler, has always been very upfront, honest,extremely accommodating and very kind. Throughout his tinure, hes learned which flavors that appeal to me. And hes never let me down! Everything hes suggested, rather it be tanks, juice flavors, coils, Vapor production or a mod kit suggestion, hes always been*SPOT ON*🤗 Tyler is a pro in the industry. Hes great at upselling tasty new vape flavors and top notch vaping brands and supplies to add to my inventory. I take my Vaping Hobby seriously and I hate wasting money on a product that does not meet, or supercede my expectations. So, if youre new to the vaping world or a seasoned pro, please visit this location.In conclusion, I can vouch that you will not regret your experience when you walk through the doors at this Vapor Haus location. 2022-04-18I think I may have been the unfortunate victim of the manger, Tyler’s, strange power dynamic today when I tried to bring back a Vinci device I had just bought on Friday (three days ago, with the receipt and the box). The device was misfiring semi-regularly, and the pods wouldn’t stay in place. I just wanted to exchange it for the exact same one but he told me I needed to take a video of myself hitting it and it not working for me to get an exchange.I don’t know if Tyler just wanted to like, be able to tell his friends he made some girl take a video of herself vaping for him or what. But, I called the vapor haus on north broadway and the guy there replaced it without giving me a second anxiety attack that day. Thank you so much to him. I’m so glad I now have one that works. That was among the strangest social interactions I’ve had in years. Please go to a different location to exchange your devices so that doesn’t happen to you because that guy is now the manager, I guess.

2018-09-29I came here twice today it was so awesome. The guys working this weekend were very helpful and nice.They have an awesome selection of mods and kits. Tons of juices. I requested something outside of their normal purchase policy and they were understanding and made an exception for me which I really appreciated. 10/10 will be back!

2018-03-07I love this place! I’ve had extremely good luck with my coils, they’ve lasted 3-4 weeks!! The staff, including one of the owners, Chris, are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about everything. I’ve bought my last two vapes here and will continue to buy my vaping needs from them!
