I been trying to call them for Hours nowTo see when my cab will be here to pick me up and it keeps saying that they cant take my call right now call back later. This is definitely no way to run a business
I had a ride scheduled today for follow up after cancer surgery. When there was no sign of my driver 30 minutes after the confirmed pick up time, I called my insurance company to have the investigate whether my driver was on his way. I received a call from dispatch stating that they would be picking me up in 45 minutes, which would mean I would arrive at my appointment an hour or more late. I called the doctors office and the appointment had to be rescheduled because my doctor would be gone for the day by the time I arrived. I called my insurance company to cancel the ride and had them note my file not to schedule any rides for me through Valley Transport ever again as this has happened to me many times over the last couple of years. I also asked them to file a complaint. Please take note: if you MUST get to your appointment, DO NOT get your ride from these people. You very likely wont make it anywhere close to your appointment time.
Driver had radio blasting during entire ride. My appt was scheduled as a wait & return but when i asked, she opened the door & said have a nice day. I had signed for a return so Im calling insurance co & advising. I waited 3.5 hours for return pickup. The man who finally showed up did what all the drivers do - he made it my fault for not scheduling correctly. I take this trip weekly, i know how to request a ride. Both vehicles smelled. Im going to ask insurance not to use Valley transport.This also happened the week before, when a driver showed up after i cancelled & he demanded -demanded! - that i sign so he could be reimbursed. I refused but he didnt stop harassing me until i said what he was doing was illegal. Again, i was told that there is no one there who would act that way. Silly excuse! If your insurance schedules them for you, i advise you to switch to another transport co.
Very unprofessional business. I just witnessed them launch a whole bag of trash onto the needmore off ramp on 75 south bound. It doesnt look very professional when you do that in a vehicle plastered with business advertisements.
Call center call a an says driver will pick up at 415am. At 4:30am no driver, called call center. They said driver would be there by 4:45am. Time comes an still no driver. Dialysis appointment is 4:59am,. Driver to pick from appointments at 8:45am 10:30 an still no driver. In 8 treatments they have yet cti show up on time
I had a confirmed interview with this company at 10:00 a.m., in which I took off of work and also arrived 15 minutes early. Their HR department couldnt be bothered to show up for the aforementioned interview. This is absolutely NOT a professional company.
This place is the worst I have ever dealt with a client I have who’s ride is never scheduled for the right date or time and then can never find the client on the books when is supposed to be and they are rude just the worst company ever
I am new to this company and so far I have had to reschedule my first 2 appointments for this year. I hate too miss ant appointments and I am truly disappointed in Valley Transportation
Horrible service.... insurance pays them to transport patients and they leave them never going back to get them..Id give negative stars if I could
I would give 0 stars if i could. The vehicles are not clean, have cigarette smoke/mold/mildew smell. Passenger seatbelt didnt work. Drivers speed and even with scheduled rides the drivers dont arrive on time. I wish Caresource would stop using them for transportation.
Dont work here they have bed bugs and treat their employees like throw aways run dont walk the indian couple that owns the place let unqualified mangers run the place dispatch is a headache as soon as you speak up your out dont work here
I have used many transportation services and all the drivers seem unfriendly. I had the pleasure of meeting a sweet driver for Valley Transportation her name is Deana Robinson. She was on time getting me to my destination and very much personable. I just love her personality. All transportation companies need someone like her. Kudos to Deana...she is a keeper. I would request her for my next service call. Thanks
I wish I could give this company negative stars. I scheduled a ride to my doctors appointment through Caresource. I waited for over an hour and the driver never showed up. Thankfully, my neighbor was home and took me to my appointment or I would have missed it.

I usually never have an issues with Valley Transport. The only problem ive ever had is having to wait about 20-30 minutes for a ride home. My FAVORITE driver is Ronnie Jackson. I love riding with him. He is very friendly, he always comes on time and I just love having conversations with him!! Thanks A Bunch!
If I could give them a no star rating I so would. This will be the 16th appointment I have been late to because they are so slow. I am not at all satisfied with them. The one driver they have is amazing named Linda. If I could request her every time I would. This company sucks and needs to be shut down. I feel bad for Linda. She deserves a better company to work for.The driver has picked me up but is not using his turn signal nor following the speed limit. He has swerved twice and I will not be happy if I am late getting home .
Excellent service getting you TO your appointment. Return trips need alot of help. They always tell you that they will be there within an hour but Ive never waited less than 2hrs. Currently waiting for them and have been for over 2hrs
I would like to go to work for that company and turn it around So people would have better reviews of that company I spoke to the owner a few times really nice lady I hope she reaches out to me and let me make a difference for Her and her company, I Have work for trucking companies and got the ratings up, thats what I would like to do with this company. There are some good people that work at that company. Just remember It took God 6 days to create the world sometimes it takes time to turn a company around and make it a good one.
Great time with picking me up and getting to my appointments quickly. Ronald Jackson is a great driver I have been picked up by him several times. Hes friendly and helpful.
They are hard to work with. Had a client who was older trying to get a ride back home, and because it was past 530, they said they were not able to provide a ride...My business closed at 4! I stayed with the person and had to search again and again to find them transportation to get to the nursing home...They do not communicate to older clientele efficiently...And resulted in a stranded client. I would not recommend them. They also dropped her off for her appointment, but would not come back and pick her up? When it says they close at 7? No acceptable. Very unprofessional. Very rude. And I was basically told to figure it out. For older less independent clients, THEY need to designate specific drivers to take them AND pick them up...Period. Will not recommend. Terrible service.
This place is ridiculous. Never on time, always rude and just super UNhelpful. From sending a car to pick us up (my son is wheelchair bound) that there was no possible way to transport my son in, to just being late to pick us up (have been completely FORGOTTEN in the past so it makes me nervous when theyre late now..) I would hope that a medical transportation company would be more in touch with the needs of patients and families. So disappointing.
I have not used their service, however be wary. At 9am on a Monday I was driving behind one of their vehicles that couldnt stay in their lane. I dont know if they were falling asleep or drunk however it was very reckless and dangerous. I called the company via the number on the vehicle to tell them of this issue and as I started talking about the problem they hung up on me. I tried calling back but no one answered. The licence plate on the vehicle was HIM2076. BE WARY!!
One of their drivers almost hit me at the corner of Ledbetter Rd in Xenia. They didn’t stop at a stop sign. I was going the speed limit and had a turn signal on, but they pulled out in front of me and then when I proceeded to continue my turn again after they braked, they cut in front of me again. Reckless driving and very unprofessional.
Not sure what kind of professionalism you guys are trying to achieve. But its certainly not very professional to have your drivers almost back out of a parking spot at a McDonalds into another car. Then proceed to pull up next to said car to try and cuss them out over them using their horn to warn them that an accident is about to occur.

As a former employee I felt as if they did not care about me as a driver for the company. They sent me to work early and o had to stay in my car because they did not give me the door code. The gas card I was issued did not work. It just kept being things that turned me off about the whole situation. The one person who I really appreciate is Alex. He helped me no matter what.
I have not done business with this company, but I felt inclined to write a review after witnessing their reckless driving. One would hope that a company whose purpose is to drive people to and from hospitals would do a better job to ENCOURAGE THEIR DRIVERS TO DRIVE SAFELY AND GET OFF THEIR PHONES.
I got a ride from them which cist me 250 dollars and the guy was african and he was purposely playing the mysic so loud to wvete i couldnt hear myself think i asked him to turn it down and. He cursed me out this olace is terrible
This transport company has poor attitudes and not very friendly, the driver didnt give his name, while on the high way he kept switching lanes speeding the passenger seatbelts didnt work and took us thru a sketch neighborhood and let my mom out slammed the door and sped off.
On Feb 22ND me & my service animal was to be picked up and taken to a doctor appointment . When the driver showed up to pick me & my service animal up the female driver told me I couldnt take my service animal . I informed her he was a service animal and she couldnt refuse him to ride with me . She said that I would have to wait on someone else for a ride to my appointment which was going go make me late ! So I called care source and they got someone else to pick us up but I was over an hour late which caused my to have to wait for another 45mins to be seen . I will be contacting a lawyer about this as discrimination & whatever else they want to file against them !...... I also found out this company is NOT BBB accredited either !!!
Everybody is friendly when picking up, they get you to your appointment on time, but once it comes to get picked up they always add more time. Had to wait for 2 hours and 30 minutes just to get picked up. Definitely do not recommend.
If this place is hiring dont apply they only pay $40.00 a day no matter how many hours you work and on top of that they dont take taxes out so you have to pay the taxes at the end of the year. Their cars and vans are old and dirty and shouldnt be fit to transport the ill and elderly! And most of the employees are rude!

Scheduled to be picked up arrived 2 1/2 hours late drivers on there phone . dispatch hung up on me purposely. i will contact who sent these drivers out.
Very poor service... Twice I have had to cancel appointments because they did not pick me up. I am giving them one more chance...if they dont pick me up Thursday AM, I am done with them for good. I know they provide an essential service, buy they are not providing it to me.

Valley Transport did an excellent job getting our son to and from a HS Football game. They arrived on time and were on-hand to pick him up right on time. Great folks.
Lol what a joke of a business. One lady hangs up on me when I hear her face time ringing in the background. I call back and some other guy says that I should call some insurance company then hangs up.I decided to call back again and give them the ol whats for, then hang up on them. 🤷♂️
As a employee of a clinic office ive had to stay past 630pm with patient waiting for transport that was called at 4 p. I called 5-7 time and got hung up on at 3 of the times. Posting on fed-4-19 would never recommend this service for anyone

Drivers arrived in the time frame specified. Everyone was very polite and didnt make it awkward that I didnt want to talk. Would recommend.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place is horrible. They do not pick up patients in their quoted time. They lie and also they do not answer their phones. Look else where for transportation or get an Uber.
I will never use this transportation again they are to slow...When u call them they 30 minutes its more like an hour..I called them at 9:38 am and its 10:51 am im still waiting this is totally unacceptable

Was behind a driver this morning in Cincinnati. The driver failed to use their turn signals and was on the phone the entire time.
Had an amazing experience with the service. My granny used and and said they took care of her pretty well.

2022-08-03I gave a one-star rating only because I have had one good ride. This company is very poor in service. I missed a doctors appointment for my eyes due to the driver never showed up. The rides after that have been rides from hell. One driver was on his cell phone the whole trip. One driver showed up an hour late with another person in the van that made me feel uncomfortable. I feel that with all the complaints against them, my insurance company should drop them. There is no care or concern for the riders.

2022-06-08My insurance company arranged the ride. The driver showed up half an hour early, no complaints. But after that, things went down hill. His driving skills are questionable, but he then put on a political talk show at that was at an unbearable volume level. We made a comment but he said he couldnt hear it with the windows down. You are not supposed to talk politics in public. Then he had to stop and get gas. So a normally 45 minute drive took an hour and a half. How sad.

2022-08-05This company is HORRIBLE!!! They brought a patient to the wrong Doctors office and left him there. In a wheelchair..... didnt care that they were at the wrong Doctors office.... the driver was very rude to the patient and the staff at the office. He just left the elderly patient in a wheelchair. When we called to have them come back to get him it took over 5 hours!! DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

2022-05-05Should be able to leave a rating of 0 stars. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, dishonest, and should NEVER be used. They do not show up on time, if at all. Their phone reps are rude and downright ignorant acting. When drivers DO show up they are often in vehicles that should not even be on the streets due to the poor running condition they are in - brakes going out, windows missing, unable to be rolled up/down, windshields cracked severely. Drivers are on their phones texting & talking. This lousy place needs to be put out of business.

2022-05-05Unbeleiveable! My case manager set up the ride because I had surgery and cant drive. This was my 1 week surgery follow up. They picked up on time and the driver was very pleasant. It was going home that became the issue. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I called until my phone died - it would be 30 mins, 10 mis, 40 mins, etc. The nurses were calling because I had to go to one of the beds and lay down. I was in so much pain! The surgery center closed.....they STILL HADNT COME!! Nurse called again finally 4 HOURS AFTER MY 1ST CALL they came. I was physically sick from the pain. I could barely walk to my apt! NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!

2022-07-26I was hired on and the lady told me to get with Hunter i have no been able to because shes a very busy person and the reps kept giving me the run around now that im calling to get my training going they say they not hiring no more but i was already hired just need to get training done. The lady claims shes a supervisor but was very unprofessional. BBB will be contacted about this matter cause valley transport has my information i dont trust them with at all so HUNTER be ready to talk to my lawyer because yall discriminated against me be ready all i want is a job to help people get to where they need to go. Yall loss not mine

2022-02-18Yikes. This place is terrible i had an interview there. The job ad is false advertising. Pay starts at $11 job ad says $14-$15. Job ad says you can pick your own hours, when I told him the hours I was available and the days he said he didnt think this was going to work.. So I had to fill out an application online add a paper application in person wasted 30 minutes of my time interview setup is very unprofessional you stand at a counter by the front door and talk to the guy about your application . There was one lady who was professional that greeted me. elseveryone else was cursing and carrying on like it wasnt a professional setting. very unprofessional No wonder they are hiring drivers seems like a terrible company to work for dont waste your time Interviewing for this place
