Tim was excellent! There were no unit available and he found me one the same day. I brought a lock but mine was too large but he had an extra one so he loaned it to me at no charge!
Very pleased with our experience with valley storage. Renting was a very quick and easy online process. The units are large and clean and we got exactly what we were looking for. I worked with Tim while signing the lease. He was professional and knowledgeable and made the whole experience super easy.
Tim did a great job helping us get situated with our storage unit, that we reserved online. The slight challenge was due to the Covid-19 restrictions and the inability to go into their offices to complete the rental.Despite that obstacle, Tim was on-top of the situation and he walked us through everything via phone and email. We had the paperwork and reservation completed in less than 24 hours!Upon our first visit to our unit, everything was cleaned in the unit and our gate code worked perfectly! Overall it has been fantastic service the first few days into our rental!

We rented a storage unit for out move recently & Tim made sure everything was taken care of. During this pandemic, I thought we were going to have issues with contacting an actual person to help us & he was very fast to return our call & let us know what we needed to do to have access to the storage space the same day! Clean property & in a very safe area, next to the state highway patrol! I recommend Tim & this facility to anyone looking to rent storage space!
Tim is very helpful took the time and went over all my options took me to my unit. Went to the gate and code to make sure work and that I had no issues entering in my code. Answered all my questions and concerns. Very clean for a storage place.
Best Storage facility in the area! The employees at the North Canton facility are great. I have worked with Tim, and he is extremely helpful and professional! If there’s ever an issue, he is always happy to assist and work with you. I feel safe and secure knowing this is where my belongings are stored.
Mr Betz was very informative and very professional. Instead of me having to drive around to find my unit he took me and showed me where it was at. The unit was clean and a nice size to fit my needs.
Tim was such a big help, and answered all our questions. He explained everything we needed to do, and all charges, convenient auto pay....and made my life easier. Tim has a happy and kind phone voice which helps so much during this online time in our lives. I really wish he was the person I spoke with yesterday, instead of a call center. Tim was efficient and kind. He is knowledgeable about the units and informed me of all the details. I think my stuff will be happy here! Also love the keyring. Those of us who are can always use another tape measure.
This is where we secure our legal documents for our pharmacy. They are extremely sensitive and I must ensure the integrity of the documents. I would not trust to store them with any other location - their location is easily accessible, it is clean and the maintenance is always kept up I regularly see the staff walking and monitoring the units - they even noticed when I had left my lock not completely engaged. They contacted me and remedied the situation immediately! On the weekends the staff is always there and ready to help, Al was great the last time I was there - he had just walked the units and talked with me about my specific locker. I will only store my important business documents here and I highly recommend you do as well.
Highly recommend. We stopped in and Chris was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. He showed us a couple of different size units and when asked about competitors pricing showed us the local comparisons. Not the cheapest but they were all around the same price point. Units are clean and seem fairly new. Security seems good. We returned to sign up and Chris explained all the small print as we signed up.

It’s about time a Self-Storage business caught up with technology. Reserving and paying for the unit were allcompleted online. A Valley Storage rep (Tim) promptly contacted me to make sure everything was set. Professional and courteous. An hour later I had everything I needed to drop off our first load. Never even had to go into the office.
Awesome Contactless help with everything! Did Lease Agreement by email and Tim the Manager went above and beyond to make everything happen. Top Notch Service!!! Would Highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Tim for making this SO easy!
My experience with Valley Storage has been first-rate from the very beginning, when I inquired about available space. The options for different size units were good, and the reservation process easy. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and paperless billing very convenient.My unit was clean and easily accessible when I moved my things in, and I have found it very comfortable to return there whenever I need to take items out or put some in. The recent upgrades in the entry code system and the security fence have been handled well, and I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit they can get to 24/7/365.
Im really happy with the unit I just found today. There arent a lot storage places around here that are priced right, clean, dry, AND really close to the highway and Belden Village. Al was really helpful too and hooked me up with exactly what I needed. I think its going to work out great for me, and I definitely recommend taking a look.

It was very easy to rent a storage unit online. The rental price was very reasonable. Going into the office and signing the lease couldnt have been easier; its done electronically with their software. No chance of flooding of units with the way the area is sloped. Were very happy with our storage unit and rental experience.

My experience is with Valley Storage is they are FIRST CLASS!! Set up was a breeze, the few times I had interaction with someone things ccx were handled in a friendly and ccx efficient manner. I would highly recommend their Nort Canton , OH facility.
I had my stuff in valley storage from 2012 until 2017. When I first put my things in there, I loved the customer service and safety (since at that time they had a person living on site and it was also before the buy out. Use to be A1 store it all. It became all about their $... Very corporate). I since moved to Florida (2014), came back to Ohio for the birth of my grandson in 2016...went into the unit at that time discovering all my furniture was molded and many other things. Decided since I was only in Ohio for a short time to move units and down size getting rid of all the destroyed things. Ended up with a unit not even half the size! So fast forward to 2017, when I went to finally retrieve my things to relocate... Again with the mold! The worst part is not only did the customer service suck but they wouldnt even get rid of the 4 or 5 things that were to moldy to try to save, they were going to charge me for another months rent plus $50 per item that was left if I didnt move it out... In the freezing rain btw! I give them Two thumbs down!

What can I say, they keep your stuff safe and as a truck driver who delivers to smaller or newer companies that house here, they are always helpful with any questions.

We got locked in the facility because they let us in but didnt set up my passcode properly so we couldnt get out. Called customer service twice just to get out. They didnt have the right emergency code apparently....My girlfriend almost peed herself, luckily there was an opening in the fence and she was able to go to a nearby gas station with one of our helpers.(Yes an opening in the fence. Which anyone could have gotten through.) After an hour of being locked in and our stuff sitting outside the gate with someone else waiting with it, someone has to call my number and give us a passcode to get out of this place. And Im pretty sure he wasnt even in this state. Sad the lengths that you have to go through to get help with something they messed up in the first place. I had to drive all the way back out there just to create a whole new passcode. Which should be an option over the phone! And the manager didnt say a word but sorry and have a good day. Poor CS all around at this place. (at least the hole in the fence was fixed that day) I would take all my stuff out and go somewhere else if I could afford the moving help. But after just having back surgery and with a toddler, money is very tight. Would not recommend.

Felt very safe here. Gate needs a personal password to enter and leave. Security lights and cameras. Very close to state highway patrol headquarters.
Facility is nice. I liked it better when it was A1 Storage management was better and you could get a hold of a real person at the site instead of in a call center.

2022-06-18We had an emergency and needed a place to store belongings quickly, due to flooding. I called and had a unit the same day. Everything was done quickly and conveniently. I am very happy about my experience and would absolutely use Valley Storage again.

2021-10-06UPDATE: I emailed at the address that was provided below for a resolution last week. I have not received an email or phone call. Assuming the response was just for show and they do not want to have a resolution. Very disappointed!Clean units. There was water in the unit which they said they fixed before I moved in. I rented for about 5 months. When getting my items, there was water again in the unit which damaged my curio cabinets that were my grandmothers. When I told the office, they said sorry, you didn’t get the insurance. I had renter’s insurance through my insurance company with a $500 deductible, so it’s not worth filing. Highly disappointed that they said the water issue was fixed and it obviously wasn’t. BEWARE…I was not the only renter with water issues. If you want to rent, you might want to check on your unit often and purchase their insurance.

2021-12-29I was very thankful it was one available at the last minute I didnt know how much furniture I had to pick up I called around and it was it was a blessing to have cost was a little steep for me but you know I still did it great units I love the size of it not sure which one I had but it worked what I needed to do

2021-03-08I wanted to take a minute to recognize Tim Debos at the North Canton location. My mother passed away in November and we didnt realize she had a storage unit or that it was behind on rent. He knew something was wrong as she always paid on time. He found her obituary and saw my name as her daughter, and where she had passed. He contacted the hospice center and was able to obtain my phone number, to which I was beyond grateful that he went above and beyond to find me and let me know the situation. He was extremely professional, kind, and compassionate. He let me know the options for acquiring her belongings and kept in contact with me regularly. After I had decided it was in my best interest to allow it to go to auction, he was good-hearted enough to let the winners of the auction know that there may be family photos in the unit. They later dropped off the photos. Our family is so grateful for having them, as that would not have happened without him. He quite literally helped me through an arduous time, and I am so happy to know there are still extraordinary, caring, competent people representing a business in todays world. I will highly recommend Valley Storage to anyone in the future. Tim is an incredible face for your company. Thank you

Working with Alan initially then briefly with Tom and most recently Tim assisting my transfer to another more suitable unit - every interaction was Positive, solution driven and very courteous/professional!Nice Valley has remained a people interactive business when so many have gone to ridiculous automation - nothing but problems for tenants. Smooth process getting set up and amending needs as circumstances change. Clean, well kept units with easy, secure access and security. Best rates by far for options available. Thank you!!
