Just got off the phone with Kyle. I told him you probably know what I’m calling for… He replied, “probably a 12 foot 3500 Chevy box truck.” We’ve already purchased eight from them and we are very pleased with all the vehicles. Really good customer service and very accommodating. If you are a small business looking to upgrade your fleet then Valley Ford truck is the place for you.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!I was looking to buy a silver 2013 Ford Fiesta with 53,000 miles this past weekend for my daughter’s 16th birthday. My wife and daughter met the Salesman, Mitch, to see the car Friday 11/13/20. They liked the car but the radio wasn’t working. Mitch assured my wife that could be fixed if we wanted the car.I drove to the dealer the next day to look at and inspect the car and noticed white milky substance on the oil dipstick. I informed Mitch that this was likely a head gasket blown. He said he would talk to his sales manager. I told him if those things could be fixed we would buy the car. He said they would make sure it was taken care of since it was going to be my daughter’s first car and knew it needed to be reliable. I asked if he needed a deposit to hold it and he declined. He told me their other salesman was aware that we wanted this car and it would go to service on Tuesday.Tuesday, I called in to check on the car. Mitch told me the service team didn’t see anything in the oil. I checked it 5X on Saturday. There was clearly an issue. He said he would call me later with the service records. Guess what? No call came. The next day (11/18/20), I got a text saying the car was sold. They knew I was on to them and pushed a car off on someone else that will need a $1,000 - $2,000 repair soon. Or they just lied to me to get me to go away. I never would expect this from a Ford dealer. Maybe a small mom and pop shop or auction.
We have been taking my vehicles to Valley Ford to get serviced since 2002 when we purchased our first Ford from them. The service department goes above and beyond. Recently, my 2003 Explorer needed a new battery and the hood would not stay up anymore. Ken knew I needed my vehicle back the same day. Instead of waiting for the parts to come in, he sent someone to pick them up. My vehicle was ready earlier than expected. I highly recommend Valley Food Truck!!!
Came here to buy a Transit cargo van, talked to the salesman on the phone and offered a price, made it crystal clear we were traveling almost 2 hours to come look at the van and wanted to be sure we were in agreement on prices, asked specifically for CLEAR photos of the van, what he sent me were blurry images that were basically completely useless... he also told me I just test drove it a few days ago and its perfect.. after I showed up I realized the van had aseveral issues that the salesperson just completely neglected to even mention to us such as a HORRIBLE rattle from the rear doors, a huge crack in the windshield and broken gas door. They tried to get me to pay them full asking price if I wanted those things fixed... yeah I dont think so. After enough back & forth and basically bait & switching us, we finally agreed on a sale price and they would fix all 3 issues. Well over a week went by and when we finally came back out there to pick it up, they STILL didnt bother to even fix the rear door rattles even though they clearly said they would, and they were kind enough to send us home with a completely empty tank of fuel. Overall I was NOT satisfied with my experience and would NOT recommend this place.
I called the dealership to look at a 2014 Mercedes Sprinter van on Friday November 27, 2020. The salesman, Connor Rosselot, told me I couldnt come to see it as it was in their service department because it wouldnt start. I called again early on Saturday Nov 28th to see if it was out of their shop and Connor said it was. So, I drove two hours (from Columbus) to see it. I started it, took it for a drive and came back to the lot to ask Connor if there were any issues with it. He mentioned the rearview camera was not working properly and we negotiated a purchase price.Exactly 13 days after purchasing it, it would not start. The key would still turn, but nothing it wouldnt start and when taking the key out some interior lights would stay on. Later, the key would even turn at all. I had to have it towed to a Mercedes dealership to get the whole ignition and battery replaced. The cost of the repair was $1491.65 and the towing charge was $161.25 for a total cost of $1652.90.Before I took the van into the shop I called and spoke with Connor about covering half of the impending expenses related to this issue since he and his service dept obviously knew there was an issue and did NOT mention this to me prior to purchasing the van. I do understand that they sold the van as is with no warranty, but Connor never mentioned this issue when I asked him about known issues prior to purchasing. Recall that they had the Sprinter in their own garage working on it because with wouldnt start just one day prior to me buying it. They knew it wasnt starting properly and sold it to me without disclosing this known issue. After calling Connor multiple times with promises from Connor that he would see what he could do, he finally said they weret going to do anything. To me, this is just very shady behavior. Connor was not up front with me regarding this known issue and once I found out about it, I went weeks without this work van for my small business AND I was out $1652.90. Buyers beware when dealing with Valley Ford Truck or Connor Rosselot. As a follow up to this earlier review, the day after I posted it I received a call from Phil Salem, the Parts & Service Director. He listened to my side of the story and checked it out on his end and agreed to cover half of the the costs I incurred. I just received the check today. I appreciate the great service and it was exactly what I had requested from the start. Im really thankful for Phils quick response and for meeting me half way. With this level of commitment and can-do attitude, I would do business with Valley Ford again for my next work truck.
Yesterday I really needed help. I called Mack in parts and he was able to get a new mirror and it installed same day by noon. Our company uses Valley Ford for a few things but this was amazing customer service. Mack also stated that Bill in service was informed and they would put a rush on it. Great job Mack and Valley Ford!
Worst vehicle servicer in town. They absolutely trashed my car after getting it out of service. Check engine light after check engine light. Management doesnt return phone calls and your vehicle will be stuck there days on end as no urgency is taken. Go anywhere but here.
We just had new tires put on our SUV and we also had brakes and rotors replaced at Valeey Ford. Everyone there is fantastic! We had a great experience from start to finish. The Service Manager, Phil is outstanding.Roseanne, the woman who helped us with our bill is absolutely amazing. She signed us up for the owner advantage plan and went over all of the great benefits. She also signed us up for their credit card and reviewed all of the incentives associated with that. She was very patient with us, and she answered all of our questions. I cannot say enough good things about her.We will definitely be taking our cars to Valley Ford again! I highly recommend them!
Update: On my second vehicle from Valley Ford. Our salesman Craig is easy to work with and this is the second vehicle I have bought from him. I highly recommend Craig. I still enjoy paying my service bills as Roseanne still works in Service for the sales portion. Its always great to hear her friendly voice. Our new 2020 Explorer ST is fantastic and sporty like the name suggests. I still give them five stars. Here is my old review: I purchased a new 2010 Ford Flex from Valley Ford back in 2010 so this isnt a knee-jerk reaction to one bad or good visit. First off let me say that the Flex is the most underrated vehicle ever made. I love my Flex. It is like driving my living room couch around town... handles like a station wagon and is all in all everything I wanted in a crossover vehicle. I have taken my Flex in for service every time it was due and have had only one issue in the last 7 years (it took longer to get my oil changed than expected but only one time). The service department is fantastic and I always look forward to dealing with Roseanne (I think I spelled that right). She makes it much better when I have to pay my bill. If I had it to do all over again I would buy another Flex from Valley Ford.
This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. We used to have our buses services here, but we would be overcharged and often any issues that were supposedly fixed would happen again within days. The service department would hardly ever return calls and sometimes when I would call in the service department would claim they had no record of my bus in their department. The worst incident was when we had a bus in for AC issues. After a week of leaving the bus as Valley Ford I never got a call regarding the bus. When I called in they told me they were ordering parts for the bus and they asked for my approval which I gave. I asked them to call me back as soon as they got the parts in stock and had a estimate of completion. A week went buy and I called and the person I spoke to said he did not know the status and the mechanic working on our bus was not in. I asked him to have him call me back asap. Another week went by and I called and I was told that their system had no record of our bus even being in for service and that no parts were even ordered. I talked to the manager and said that I needed to get the bus back immediately and take it elsewhere without being charged for anything. He told me I had to pay a fee for leaving the bus for service. On top of this I never received any apologies whatsoever.NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!!
Nice people but had my truck in for a Def issue.. needed a new heat pump and some wiring and it cost 1500$ only to find my engine light coming on again and all the warning on my dash to follow that brought me in there in the first place. Turns out they missed a crucial step after doing a manual regen so it cost me another 440$ to fix that back when I got home.
My husband took his truck in to this location before Christmas as he was working in the area. He has a f350 diesel and doesnt just let anybody work on it, weve only had one mechanic work on it since purchasing it. That is until we had valley ford work on it. We had them run a diagnostic on it. They ended up replacing injector 8 which they had told us they were pretty sure thats what it was. It did not fix the problem 1200$ later. We hauled the truck home after they wanted another 900$ to tear the top half apart just to LOOK!! Our truck has been sitting in out yard for almost 3 months until we had the funds to get it fixed because our mechanic ( a certified diesel mechanic that specializes in powerstrokes) thought it the lower half of our motor. He took the motor apart and found TWO pieces of foreign metal in our pistons. One still has the spikes of a torque bit. Obviously their mechanic dropped it down into our motor and did not own up to his mistake. Called valley and they will do nothing because we wouldnt let them tear it apart further when it was in their possession. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody.
J.J and the Finance manager (Sorry, his name is escaping me,) were a pleasure to work with. We made the first call at 9 or 10am and by that afternoon we were picking up the truck. Was an extremely easy process. We will buy all of our trucks in the future from here. Thanks guys.
I dont know what that last review was about with a low rating, it seems to be the only one....Because this is THE BEST place to shop. By Far, buy your vehicle here at Valley Ford. JJ our salesman listened to what we wanted and delivered. I did not spend hours in the dealership. They had my Escape in the color I wanted and the whole experience was delightful right through finance, no surprises....... My husband and I both enjoyed our buying experience with Valley Ford. thanks Valley Ford!
I flew from Baltimore to Cleveland to buy a 2015 Ford Transit 250 Van. Glad I did. I checked up and down the east coast and couldnt find a better deal. Had the deal done on a Saturday and drove home to Maryland on Sunday. Had a few minor issues after the sale that Valley Ford promptly fixed. Thank you to the entire sales staff for making my trip successful and worth the extra cash. Now Betty is home with me, and shes the pride of the neighborhood. Thanks again, Bob
Worst service I have ever received EVER! Mechanic* fixed my truck. I asked to have them save the parts, and they didnt save the parts. Three weeks after they fixed it, I had the exact same issue. They charged me over $200 in labor and parts. I later learned that it was an inertia switch, which is fixed with the push of a button. Thanks for nothing Valley Ford.
Took car in for a 9am appointment. Due to car randomly not starting. At 1 my car had not been service yet. At 2 they told me i can just come get it and bring it back tomorrow. Yeah i want to come jump my car take it home, jump it the rest of the day. Take another day of work. Find a jump in the morning and come back again. No thank. Worst service ever...... whats the point of making a appointment! OCT student, so theres no good excuses. After 7 hrs all they did was change my battery.
This is a mixed review I came in a few days ago and worked with Rick who was very knowledgeable about the product if so if i buy a Ford Truck it will be from Valley. The downside was how loud the store gets it was hard to speak with Rick at times over other people yelling and/or speakerphones. I hate to give 2 star when it could have have just been a fluke. thank you for response
After giving several hours notice that I would be driving 50 minutes to look at a particular used truck I get there and the truck is at another dealership.Even though I was talking to a manager and a sales person no one bothered to see if the vehicle was even there. Its probably my fault, I assumed I was dealing with professionals.
My sales guy J.J. was extremely great! I was in the market looking for a little cargo van and he had several in stock. He was very easy to talk to and help get me in my new transit connect with ease!! J.J. at Valley Ford is one heck of a salesman! Thanks J.J. and Valley Ford!
Finally!! A shop that can fix our trucks! We own a small landscaping company. Since there is plowing invovled, its important that our trucks stay in good working order. We have tried several shops in the area, to no avail. The other shops had horrible hours or didnt understand the problems with our trucks. Valley Ford absolutley does understand and know how to fix trucks. We take our entire fleet in for service and will be looking for new trucks next year and I know that Valley Ford will be our supplier.
DAN KORZAN- AGREES ON PRICE WITH SHIPPING 14 VANS --- THEN AFTER he AGREED ON PRICE AND HE SENT BUYERS ORDERS< HE PULLS THE DEAL EXCLAIMING HE NEEDS MORE MONEY. DUDE IS WAY UNORGANIZED - ONCE HE REALIZED WHAT HE DID> HE PROCEEDS TO INSULT AND ATTEMPT TO DEMEAN THE CHARACTER OF A BUYER? EVEN SAYING DO YOU WANT TO FIGHT?!STRANGE WAY TO DO BUSINESS.ESPECIALLY WHEN HE SIGNS HIS EMAILS : SENT FROM OUTER-SPACE:CLAIMS YOU DONT BUY, THAN SAYS STOP CRYING.JUST BUY DIRECT FROM UHAUL< ITS EASIER> SAME PRICE> NEVER TRUST HIS WORD IN EMAIL. ASSUMING HIS MANAGEMENT ALLOWS HIM TO SPEAK THIS WAY SHOULD GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY YOUR DEALING WITH.
I knew that getting 2 new keys at the Ford Dealership would be expensive and time consuming but the microchips need to be programmed there. After $150 for 2 keys the Ford symbol on one had already fallen off. The parts guy tried to convince me it never had one and I did not know what I was talking about despite the fact I had the other, complete one, in my hand. Never going back there.

2022-06-28Valley Ford Truck is an exemplary dealership. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowlgeable. I trusted everything they did. They patiently explained paperwork and apps. They also helped us to understand features on the new vehicle that we were not familiar with. The experience with Valley Ford was awesome.

2022-04-11I ordered a part from their online wholesale site.Despite the part showing available online, the part is on National backorder.Christian Keith contacted me via email BEFORE completing the sale to notify me of the above. This gentleman went above and beyond what you might expect from a dealership and earned my trust by telling me that. Kudos to you! This man deserves a Starbucks on the Dealership! Thanks again Christian and the team at Valley Ford Truck!

2022-01-14Great communication while waiting for supply issues from Ford to get my bronco. Connor always worked hard to get me any available info on my order. Once things got rolling I was extremely satisfied with the speed and care Connor took too get me in my new bronco. After delivery he kept in contact to make sure everything went smoothly. I also liked that Connor was as excited about my bronco as I wasI would recommend valley ford trucks for all Ford purchases and orders

2022-05-24I was shocked and disappointed that Valley Ford refuses to service a Ford manufactured F-53 chassis with a V-10 Triton that is the base for many motorhomes. I cant believe that Ford allows this. The only other truck center is Mike Bass Ford...

2021-11-26I am a business owner and I had the pleasure of working with Joe Dawson over here at Valley Ford. We’ve purchased dozens of vehicles from them, and they have always come through exactly to specifications. Even during the supply chain back up and supply order times were lagging, they kept me informed and up-to-date on the latest. Couldn’t ask for a better provider for my commercial vehicle fleet!
