I loved my experince here, I will defenitly go back!!! The aesthetic of the place itself its just beautiful. Emily was amazing with my skin (like always), honestly she is the reason my acne has gotten better, her facials are extremely relaxing and my skin loves her for that. Will defenitly recommend Oh and the background music is on top!
Hannah was amazing with my daughter! She listened to everything my daughter was looking for! She was kind and very easy to carry a conversation with! Highly recommend her!

My wife and kids get their haircuts here. Today I took the boys for their cuts because were about to leave on vacation. My wife had been bugging me to get my haircut for weeks, but I just didnt want to. I checked the kids in and asked if anyone would be available to cut my hair while I was there. I didnt have an appointment, but Mary was able to squeeze me in between appointments. I looked like a crazed lunatic when I walked in, but walking out I feel like I just got the best haircut I have ever had. Kudos to Mary!
Easy and comfortable experience. Wore a mask, filled out a little sheet saying I didnt have Covid symptoms and went right in. Their hand sanitizer smells like chocolate! Kathy cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. Great place to relax even in these crazy times and I already booked my six week trim. Reccommend
Ali at the Mariemont Location is amazing! She like a therapist and loves what she does. My daughter, was just asking last night if she can go get her hair done with her. I am impressed with her and the kindness of the facility. The cut and color is real well, grows out real nice.
Valenti is awesome. High quality hair cut and color. The stylists are awesome to speak with, especially Olivia! They remember you and what you like. Olivia takes what I think would look good and steers me in the directions that would work for my hair type. I love coming here. I even booked them for my wedding!
Olivia is amazing! Best color service and salon experience Ive had in a long time. I love that before getting started she asked me what I wanted, all about my hair history, and gave her professional opinion when I was indecisive. She did exactly what I wanted, but better! She even took the time to teach me how to use the products I purchased and curl my hair with a flat iron. She truly went above and beyond to not only give me Pinterest worthy hair, but also an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend her and the entire staff was very welcoming and professional.
The staff at Valenti are outstanding - helpful, patient, and kind. Amy Wright has been cutting and coloring my hair for 8 years, and I highly recommend her. She is a phenomenal stylist. She takes time at the start of each appointment to address concerns, touch base on anything new you want to try, and to make a plan for your current visit. Plus, the salon environment is relaxing and inviting!
I have had both haircuts/styling and manicures at this location. The staff are all professional and friendly. The space is clean and organized and I felt safe going there during the covid-19 restrictions. Will definitely book again.
In all of the years Ive been going to Valenti Ive never had a bad experience. Ever!! Ive had Christine and Olivia both do color treatments, eyebrow wax, eyebrow tenting and hair cuts for me. They are both excellent and creative when I ask them to be. The staff at Valenti is top knotch. They are all kind and helpful from the minute you walk in the door. I moved further from the Wooster pike location, but I will remain a customer there for years to come.Olivia continues to be wonderful. I tell her Im ready for a change and I completely trust her to do her magic the way she knows best. Im still a very happy customer.
I was so excited to experience Valenti especially considering the circumstances of my need to have my hair done. This was meant to be a treat for myself. I have never done anything like this for myself and will never after the experience I had at this Salon. Essentially I paid 250 for the effect of a box do it your self dye job with a colored temporary tint. The effort was minimal and it showed in the final look. I do not feel as though I received what I had hoped I would pay for, especially for 250$!
I went to Valenti for the first time after moving here solely because of the existing Google reviews and had an excellent experience getting my hair cut by Ashley Wagner. I took my best friend Memorial Day weekend for a pedicure, and tonight I am going back for another haircut! Everyone there is so friendly, and no one pressures you to buy all of their products if you are already happy with what youve got. They offer great service, a nice referral program (you and each person you refer receive $10 off!), and delicious tea! From my experience and the fact that they have been voted a top workplace in Cincinnati, I highly recommend them!
I received a $100 gift card to get services of my choice at Valenti. I have long hair and have been jumping stylist for the last year after my regular hairdresser moved. I was very pleased by the service and outcome of my hair color! Ashley Wagner was my stylist and she listened to what I wanted, made recommendations of her own and I left feeling bright and ready for my spring vacation! I have been asked multiple times since I got my hair done, who my stylist is and I have been referring them to the Mariemont Valenti & Ashley Wagner. Great job and I will definitely be back!
I have always had a great experience at Valenti Salon and Spa. Alyson is an incredible stylist and I trust her opinions and advice on what my hair needs. The moment you walk in the door through the time you leave, you will enjoy the Valenti experience. Aveda products are incredible and smell amazing. My time spent there is an escape to relax and take care of “me” and I enjoy every minute!

I have been to Valenti twice now and had my hair done by Rachel Todd at the Mariemont location. I am BEYOND HAPPY with my results! She really listened to what I wanted, and then took it to another level for me. I love my hair, and am telling everyone about it!Not to mention, the salon is clean and refreshing. You dont hear a bunch of drama going on. It also says a lot that most of their employees have been there for years.
I have been coming to Valenti in Mariemont for many years and I have always been greeted when I first walk in the door with a smile and always been offered something to drink. And my stylist Andi has always done a great job. When she was on maternity leave I saw Ashley and she was really good too. I recently moved to Kentucky but I still keep coming back. The old saying When something isn’t broke don’t fix it!!!!!
I needed a change, and to blend my grey. Ashleigh Piatt always does a great job with my hair, and this time she did a partial highlight and a new cut/style. It turned out great! Getting lots of compliments. Ashleigh always listens and is efficient, but never rushed. Staff is always friendly and accommodating and never tries to push products or extra services. I highly recommend Valenti in Mariemont.
My mother purchased me a gift certificate to Valenti for my birthday on February 1st and I scheduled and appointment two days later(I think...may have been three) with only one hours notice. It was a Tuesday and around 330/4 pm and Rachel was available. I had been planning on getting bangs soon and decided that was the day! Rachel was so AWESOME! Im normally super awkward and uncomfortable when I go the salon and prefer not to talk. Rachel was not pushy and I think she felt that Im a bit antisocial. Haha. She talked me through bangs and even how to style them. She left them a bit long so I could play with them and then gave me the option to come back and shorten them. Remember I have never had bangs before so she gave options to ensure I liked them. The salon is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Its a really nice mid-range salon. BUT RACHEL WAS SO AWESOME!! I love how my hair looks and feels. She even offered a complimentary facial with my hair wash! Woohoo. Id like to recommend Valenti in general and highly recommend Rachel! What a lovely lady!
Valentin Salon & Spa offers top notch, first class service. I love that they are an Aveda Spa as I love that product line. Though I’ve only had nail services done, I’ve been very impressed with the overall appearance of the salon and the level professionalism of the technicians. In addition, the facility was spotless. Their staff is always friend and very attentive to their customers needs. This is certainly a Salon I would recommend to anyone.
I had an amazing first experience at Valenti Salon & Spa in Mariemont! i was nervous about having my hair dyed for the first time, but Andie made me feel comfortable and I loved the way it looked after my balayage. I also had my eye brows waxed and was very pleased after. Valenti is now my go-to salon!
I have been going here for 6 years since I moved from NY to Cincinnati. I have tried other salons but none compare to this salon. Both locations are great. I usually go to the Mariemont location. They have very low turnover because the girls are so great. I have difficult hair to cut because it is so straight and thick, but stylists like Amy & Melissa know how to expertly trim my hair. All the girls are great actually. I never have trouble booking for that reason. My favorite colorist is Ashley Wagner. They are all fabulous. If you want a great pedicure that lasts Rebecca pays extra attention to detail.
I love coming here! first off, they carry Aveda products (LOVE!), second off, its just so fun and relaxing to get my haircuts here! They offer you a complimentary mini facial while youre getting your hair washed, and they also offer complimentary hand/arm massage while your hair stylist is cutting your hair! My stylist is Melissa S. and I absolutely LOVE her! She always makes me feel like Im the only person she cares about...she remembers details about my life, and I only get my hair cut every 12 weeks! I even moved downtown and continue to drive out to Mariemont for my haircuts because I love it there so much!
I love my time spent at Mariemont Valenti Salon. Ashely Wagner is amazing at what she does and I always love my hair. Everyone in the salon is friendly and accomodating. I love the complimentary mini-facial and hand massage. As a person who is on a budget these little extras make me feel pampered and spoiled. I highly recommend Valenti Mariemont and Ashley Wagner.
This is an excellent salon. Its always immaculate and the customer service fantastic better than any Ive experienced in any salon. The stylist that I go to, Megan Toft, is absolutely outstanding. Shes extremely good at color and cut. From the minute you walk into the front desk to when you walk back out you experience just outstanding customer service from everyone.
My pedicure with Courtney Seaman at the Valenti Salon in Mariemont is always so relaxing. The pedicure and massage she provides makes my arthritis pain in my feet disappear for quite some time. She gives such a nice pedicure, and provides a welcoming environment. I really enjoy the visit during the pedicure as well!
The girls are super nice and very talkative. You get what you ask for and are not pressured into buying products. My bleaching was spot on! Turned out great! The manicure was awesome and worth it. Id recommend anyone who is looking for beauty services to make an appointment.
Annie is a fabulous Colorist! I cannot say enough good things about her. I have had many Stylists over the past 25 years and can honestly say she rivals some of the top Salons Stylists on the East Coast. Plus she is a joy to be around!
Extremely disappointed in this salon! Could of done a better job myself with a pair of scissors and a 5 dollar box of hair color. Absolutely waste of time and money. Management is a joke. Want good service? Consider the aforementioned or the local stylist school.... at least they put some effort into what they consider 200 dollars worth of service!

I went there for my first visit not knowing how I wanted my hair to look but knew I needed a change. Ashley knew exactly what my hair needed and 7 weeks later, I still love the cut. The salon was comfortable and I look forward to my next appointment!

First time going to Valenti Salon in Newtown and I will be going back! Went to Meagan for cut and color but after the consultation, she advised against further damaging my hair, so we did a shampoo, cut and style only. GREAT results! I cannot refer this Salon strong enough!
I have had amazing service for the past 5+ years. They are always on time, very personable, not rushed, and the color and cut are of very high quality. The extras that are included, such as the mini-facial and the hand massage, make me feel pampered and relaxed. Highly recommended!
I typically dont like salons-I am not really girly, I dont like facials or manicures or even just getting my hair cut. But, I loved Valenti and Megan! She made me feel at ease and good about myself. I will be back to visit for sure! I appreciate her kindness so much!

I can not express this enough, I get it, I’m weird, I talk a lot, I come in not knowing what I want or I do, and they say I can’t. So I’m always discouraged going to salons. And, I should have just walked away.Just as a previous reviewer wrote, I also paid over 100 bucks to not only receive out of a box from target, hair dye. My shirt was also ruined, due to my stylist not telling me to put on a smock or at the very least, place a towel around my neck. I get it, I’m the wired mother who you don’t want to talk to or even be around. But, not once do I interrupt my stylist after I ask a question. And, to the owner, don’t bother trying to KMA. I’m never coming back. Poor customer service is, poor customer service.

I was never loyal to one spa or stylist until I found Valenti. You couldnt find a place with better service. Im also partial to Aveda products because the entire place smells pleasant and doesnt stink from the nail chemicals like other places.
Tina is great! Shes great with color service and haircuts! She always pays attention to what I want. She is never pushy trying to sell products or services. She is definitely an asset at Valenti Mariemont!

Highly recommend Valenti-Mariemont. I have just started seeing Andie about 3 months now and I absolutely feel like she and the staff are very professional and well trained in their fields.However, I dont recommend Valenti-Anderson. I switched to the Mariemont location after going to the Anderson location due to the staff never running on time and not having the courtesy of informing the customer after being brought back by an assistant, donning a gown/cape and sitting for exactly 30 minutes and not a single person coming and touching base with me on the status of my appointment. All while multiple staff members where in clusters chatting and clearly not working. I was too upset to speak to a manager after waiting for 30 minutes and left. I question the management team that works there.You will not experience this at the Mariemont location. I love it there.
I have been going to Valenti off and on for 10 years for manicures and pedicures. The salon staff are always pleasant and it is clean and comfortable. Rebecca is great for pedicures!

*It should be noted that I completed the requested survey upon leaving, yet my problem didnt warrant resolve so I think that the public should know about the sub-par service provided by this salon.*Scheduled a back-to-back brow wax and haircut at 7:15pm. It was apparent as soon as I arrived that Molly was ready to go home for the evening. My cut was extremely rushed and I ended up with an uneven bob - one side is 1 longer than the other and the stack in the back is more of a jagged staircase. Molly, of course, wouldnt have noticed because she couldnt be bothered to completely dry my hair, let alone style it. Asking for my brow wax after my cut was such an imposition, I should have said, never mind. Im extremely disappointed in the professionalism of this salon, especially carrying the Avdea name and reputation.
I’ve been going to Valenti for years. First at their Anderson location and then at the Mariemont location. Every time I can expect great service and they don’t disappoint. I love being able to go in for a service and just relax since I know they’ll take great care of me!

2022-06-02I just did a walk-in and Grace was able to cut and color my granddaughters hair. It had been lighten and was in need of fixing the color problem. Grace done an amazing job with cut color, and styling. We will be back.

2022-06-03Kathy has been cutting and coloring my hair for over a year. She does a phenomenal job keeping me looking younger. My husband loves that I am no longer staining the walls and carpet in the bathroom and the color is accurate!The salon has recently expanded to offer more services. I had my first facial and it was quite relaxing. My daughter also gets her hair done at Valenti. She has had a Balayage done twice. Grace and Kathy have both provided excellent color experiences for her as well.I highly recommend this salon. From the moment you walk in the door, it is a relaxing experience.

2022-01-18I really enjoyed my time here! emily did a great job helping me feel relaxed and comfortable during the whole process! she has great product knowledge and she helped talk me through the process of what product was being applied & how it will help! i will definitely be returning. after everything was finished my eyebrows looked incredible and my skin felt better than it ever had before. overall wonderful experience.

2022-01-18I had a great experience getting a facial from Emily Coloma. She was very professional while making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. My skin was looking great after. On top of that she is very knowledgeable giving me advice on my skincare and answered all my questions. The spa and service was very enjoyable

2022-01-28I had the best experience with Emily Coloma at Mariemont Valenti! She gave me a facial and let me tell you it was the best most relaxing facial I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of facials in my time. She is so professional and by the time I left her chair I felt so confident in my skin. She also took the time to answer all my skincare questions and even gave me multiple product recommendations. I can’t wait to go back for my next facial with Emily!

2022-07-21I have had both Molly and Nichole color and style my hair. Both of these ladies are wonderful and i highly recommend both of them. This salon treats their customers very well and I always look forward to my time spent here.

2022-05-24Had my hair cut and roots colored for the first time with Madi and she did a really great job! My roots were pretty overgrown but she was able to cover them seamlessly. She listened to my questions and requests and I left feeling great. Will definitely visit with Madi again.
