Very slow service the ups attendant was unprofessional and slow moving even when it was like five people in line. Its mainly one older lady there and she moves slow and doesnt greet her customers properly, she acts like she doesnt want to be there just saying. After I close my services there I am moving to a different ups location due to the bad service.

I have been to this facility several times the lady who works is consistently not there . When I did finally see her (1 time out if 5 visits ) she then said they only take 3lbs max??? When I told her I never heard and never even saw a note saying so she tried to school me on rules!!!! I go to break from 10-11 then from -1-2 and when I have dr appointments I am not here???? Listen I just want to mail my package without a employee schedule and I can do without her tone !

Like other reviews, I want to emphasize how much the lady who works here... is NEVER here. Her lunch break is around 1-2 so I made sure to come before that, but I came around noon and a staff worker told me she wasnt coming until 2. Its very frustrating. Her schedule is basically non-existent and is just whenever she wants to come in.

I went here here a few times. As others have stated there is usually no one there. The last lady that was there was helpful. But the second time I think I visited when I actually needed to buy stamps there were two people sitting behind the counter. I asked if I could purchase stamps there. She said yes. I get out my wallet...if we were open.You are officially a waste a space. Give you job to someone who wants to earn their paycheck.

Very limited hours. When I visited they dont accept debit or credit card. When I finally got some cash the lady told me she has to close ONE HOUR early to catch a play or something. Unbelievable. Go to a real USPS store instead.

Go to a real post office instead. I’ve been to this place 3 times. I had horrible experiences. Like other reviews mentioned, the person who works at the place is rarely there. When the person finally showed up, she said they don’t accept items over 3 pounds. I went there this week, an old lady was there. She got a very bad attitude. Stop hiring incompetent people!

Absolute worst service Ive ever had. Lady took her sweet time to get up and waddle over to weight my package then told me we cant take this. Dont EVER come to this location expecting anything better than the worst.

Worst experience at a post office ever. Came in to mail some medical supplies home after being at the ronald mcdonald house and the cleveland clinic for awhile. My daughter is on crutches and I was struggling with 2 heavy boxes. The woman working literally couldnt be bothered by getting out of her chair to even hold the door to the back while I managed the boxes. She barked orders at us while Im trying to get the boxes into the back. Lord dont help in any. Now go out front and pay me was the final comment. What an ugly human being.

Staff ok. It was hell parking & finding the entrance.I drove round, then lurched round. I use a cane at times & i almost threw myself infront of an oncoming bus to make it stop.

The worst place I ever know. Staffis here at 1pm, but ask me to come back at 2She said she is on break.
