Solid place. Large dealer services with small shop deals. David did a great job of setting us up with what we were looking for and followed thru on every promise. Honest and straight forward. Mechanic on site.

First I will start by stating that the salesman told me not to leave this review and I was going to leave it alone. It just got to me. So I bought a 2012 GMC Acadia from these guys for $10,500 with down payment of 3000 and I payed it off in a year but in that years time I put in $10,000 of work into the SUV. NEW ENGINE NEW TRANSMISSION NEW POWERSTEERING NEW BATTERY NEW STARTER NEW EVERYTHING UNDER THE HOOD!! I have receipt’s for all the work and I showed him too. I was told it was a great vehicle by those guys but I ended up paying so much to get this car into tip too shape. This is UNFAIR TO THE CONSUMERS. No one should have to go through what I went through with these guys. Then he told me not to leave a bad review.

Dont buy From Here they will sale you a lemon.Got a suv from here put down 4000 with a 300 note every month and had it for 8 months I kept up with regular maintenance and paying on time and Out of no where my engine went out . I kept calling asking them is it anything they can they said no. I decided to talk to him in person and that didnt go well he instantly had an attitude when I told him my engine went out and was talking very aggressive . Told me he couldnt do anything for me. Be careful hes a scam

I am Eugene Wilson. I purchased a 2008 Ford Fusion from USA motors a few months ago. I put a down payment of $3,000 and I carry a note of $300. After a few months my engine went out. I returned the car to the dealer with a promise of an engine for $750. They were holding my check for $750 and after a month of waiting they kept coming up with excuses and not finding a motor and decided to give me my check back and made a statement about trying to sue them like others have and it wouldnt be successful. My car is now at another shop and I will be paying $900 for an engine and $900 for labor to fix all of the things including the engine that they never did. I still have a balance of $1700 that I have to pay USA Motorcars for a non working vehicle. Cant believe I was scammed like this. I am on a fixed income and recently had two open heart. surgeries. I am trying not to let the stress of this dealership selling me a lemon affect my heart again. I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as any other outlets that deal with lemon law. I know this is a violation of consumer rights and they have to be held accountable for taking advantage of customers that were lied to and disrespected by both the owner and the team. It appears from the reviews that this has happened quite often. DO NOT SHOP at USA. I cant even drive my kids to school and this is getting to me.

Terrible experience. Dave is the person you always have to talk to, but, he is NEVER there. Even if HE tells you the appointment time, he still will be late. Only had the car around 3 months, when it just locked up and stopped running when stopped at a stop sign. Called up, took about a week for them to even allow us to bring the car back to them. The car gets there Friday night mechanic says he knows exactly whats wrong and hell check first thing in the morning. Dave 2 minutes later tells us itll be checked by Monday. Fast forward 10 days later no call, no update. We call, they say they have the part and itll only be a 2 hour fix. Now it has been 2 weeks and they say they have the part but continue to come up with excuses with every interaction. You pay bi- weekly, we thought wed have the car back within a week, now we just paid them to hold our car without any type of utilization. I recommend anyone to stay away. Poor vehicles, poor communication, poor service. Four thumbs down.

I never in my life experience anything like I experience here, did a trade in for truck which didnt work no longer then a week. They fixed a couple things and it still didnt work properly brakes where very bag almost had a car accident with my kids in the car. Four months after I went back and gave the truck back because I no longer wanted to put money in it. He turn around and traded me another truck and not even 7 months later the transmission is going bad the worse car lot ever been to I dont recommend this car lot to anyone.

This is the second car we have purchased from them! I love the staff..... Dave was so helpful and polite..... They are completely REAL with you, down payment wasnt bad at all and I must say I love my new car! My credit is not good and they were willing to do whatever it took to get me into a car within hours. I highly recommended them to anyone! I certainty have told all of my friends who are in need. I bought my car on Saturday. All the staff were friendly. There prices were reasonable. They let me pick a vehicle that i wanted at the price i was able to afford. I was not pushed to test drive. They were more then happy to help me in any way they could. They set me up with a payment that i was happy with. I went to many dealerships before i went here and this one treats you like family. I was amazed on how well they treated me i am grateful and my next car will be from here also. My salesman was Paul he made the test drive fun
