Glad I found this place on google. After sending a test drive appointment request, Dave the manager called back and it was finalized. I was even able to come in way earlier before my appointment time. They even allowed me to test drive and make sure I love it before talking about money. No credit check if you go through them (highly recommended) What dealership allows payments with no interest?? THIS ONE! They even did the e-check for me and passed with flying colors. They know what theyre doing and they have so many cars in stock! Yall need to go there you wouldnt regret it in my opinion. :)
Weve been to several dealerships in the past several weeks, and no one was able to help us get into a used car. Today we stopped at USA Motorcars and Rick K. was a huge help, with a small down payment, we were able to get into a decent car with everything we were looking for. Took our 16 yr old to buy her 1st car. We had a wonderful experience working with Dave, it was the same great service youd get a big name car dealership. Dave is very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. We are very happy with the car we purchased and the great service we received, will definitely be back when our son is old enough to drive in a few years. Thank you Dave for all your help. USA Motorcars is not a run of the mill car dealership that sells false dreams and hopes. They actually do everything they can to place you in a reliable car even without the best of credit. I received a fair deal that Im pleased with and I dont have excellent credit. Customer Service was excellent and atmosphere was friendly. Before you doubt that you will not be approved because of credit history, I personally advice you give this dealership a try.

Rick assisted me from the initial call I made! I didnt have my title for my trade in, I left my license at home and he worked with me with my down payment. Very helpful! He even got my insurance dropped $100 !! I drove off the lot within two hours. Come to USA Motorcars!! Drive from boring to foreign :)
I bought a 07 Honda Accord from them and the car was in excellent condition. Had the car for almost a year and got behind on payments and the car was repossessed for a whole month. They stored the car at they’re repo lot just down the street in Lorain and in order to retrieve items out of my vehicle I had to give them the keys ( which I did) and I met them at the locked and gated lot. Well, I payed 2800 to get my car back this February, that’s including over $1000 in storage fees and the rest in my remaining balance and repo fees( which I did as well). They informed me that the gentleman with the key to the lot leaves at 4:30 and I arrived 30 minutes too late ( 5pm) and they no longer had access to the gate. I was offered a new car for 2500$(with a new note!!) and I declined because I’d rather pay my car off( smart decision, i thought). Well After asking for my car for a whole hour they explained to me that I could get my car after they closed (6pm) & around 6:30 I followed Dave to the lot. Upon pulling up to the lot, the gate was WIDE OPEN! No lock, no chain .. just open to the public. I jump-started my car and noticed my car was louder than usual. I quickly noticed it was my catalytic converter and Dave looked under the car and noticed it was GONE! Because the shop was now closed I could not dispute with Scott and Dave told me that he couldn’t help me.! If you’re charging me with storage fees I would assume the storage was safe and secure. I feel completely ripped-off! I could have purchased another vehicle for 2,800 if I wanted a car I knew wasn’t in sound condition. I went and got MY car that I knew was a good car and instead what I got was a car that’s been ripped apart and very careless customer service. Dave told me “ well it’s your car now” but that is not the car you came and got. My car was perfectly fine now I have to come out of pocket because your lack of security?? I’ve paid my dues on repo reimbursement and “storage” and the least USA motor cars can do is pay theirs. I will never return to this car lot again. They said the lot was not their responsibility.
At first had problems with a salesman, but then Dave and Shane stepped in and made my whole month Def will go back to them when Im done paying for the new one I got! Make sure to ask for Dave he is on top of everything and quick if u have decent credit or even bad credit they will work with u n help you find what u may be looking for!
They worked with me on finacing, They worked with my down payment, They even worked with me with my trade.I didnt think Id be able to drive off the lot in something Id like and could afford (with a very limited budget) but Rick worked with me thru every aspect and even when I found nothing that worked for me at that location he took his time to drive me to another location to find me the perfect match in both style and affordability!!!!If you dont think you cant get approved give USA Motorcars a shot, Ask for Rick!!!
Rick was a very big help with the application process and choosing a vehicle in my price range. Everyone was very kind and considerate. I would recommend this to anyone that is in need of a vehicle the same day.
The experience was THE WORST, the salesman are not acknowlegdable, they put up false advertisement. they take reposessions but when they ran my credit they told me the repo is breaking me, my concern is if you take repo then why should it be a problem that i have repo, FAST ADVERTISEMENT. The lazy salesman name is ROB, hes very unprofessional and lazy also rude, he was not at all by any chance helpful or eager to work with me. Little did he know i may i had money to put down and get the car of my choice the same day but he didnt provide the best customer service to me. I recently got in a car accident and im on crutches i was trying to sit in the chair an i almost fell on my injured leg, he didnt even get up to help or nothing all he did was watch .. I reccomend NOBODY goes here for nothing, if you see this place keep driving because its not worth it. If you get a car from go to RICK and have him be your salesman but ROB HES THE WORST.

I went in USA Motorcars looking to buy here pay here a car while weighing my options the owner Scott mention he had trade in in for $1200 in the back of the building this is my second car purchasing the car was filthy in the inside one of the workers offer me to detail during the detail he cracked the rear taillight but he offer to pay for it or get it off an alike vehicle on the lot, literally into 4 hours of owning the vehicle the car broke down I didn’t even put 20 miles on it since I bought it as is he couldn’t return my money that I worked very hard for I understand but the agreement but I didn’t have the car but 4 hours with probably 30 minutes of driving time that’s including the test run I should of took heed the angered 2 ladies coming into the business enraged claiming Scott sold them a piece of junk where there was actual yelling festivity going on the between them and Scott which was not professional at all yes this is a huge run on sentence but I am in the distress behind this $1500 lost I could of went elsewhere and got something better or actually lasting for my buck I’m a young working man and he made it seem like $1500 is easy to come out of pocket with he basically just took my money and handed me some junk and it really hurts because he threw a great sales pitch really convincing my young head I’m taking this as a lesson learned be careful walking into these doors
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!Firstly, I understand my credit isnt the best (but i mean, its a place where they work with you to help finance a vehicle to increase your credit, understandable,) however, I was by myself, went in thinking that they would help me get the car I wanted, but i felt like i was cornered into limit options I have. MY biggest mistake was going there without having a knowledgable MALE with me that knew about cars and car sale, because they got over on me completely and I cant believe I allowed it to happen.The car was a 09 Ford Fusion, Blue Book Value is about 5,500, they wanted 7,900 for it.. ok. Whatever, I was willing to pay, but my biggest issues is that I dont negotiate and the reason I didnt was because the guy talking to me man it seem as though I had 3 options of a car to choose which is ridiculous. Trying to be very hasty, kept leaving me in the lot to go back in the store to tend to other customers. It was SAD. Me being in a rush because I dont live in Cleveland, needed to make a purchase THAT weekend or I would have to wait a month and my old car would give out any moment.I purchase this vehicle and they guy is talking about yeah, its cool, ill get your payments to under 300 and youll have a warranty (as if the warrant came with the purchase) and low and behold my payment is $297and i thought it was a decent deal until my uncle told me it was a scam and theyre charging me 22% interest..all of this ----> HIS NAME IS ROB!!!!!!!!so he added on the warranty (which i didnt know was optional the way he was speaking to me)and all the other hidden fees and crap, they added the 3,500 I put down and it WASNT toward the principle price, and now i owe 9,000 on this car that has transmission issues.Came back and he was RUDE AS HELL!!!!! I would neverrrrr in a thousand make this same mistake again.NOT TO MENTION, im coming up on the 45 day mark of my temp tags and guess whatTHEY STILL DONT HAVE MY TITLE!!!!!!!!PLEASE!!! Do no buy anything from this place, they are hagglers and arent at all ethical in making business with customers, because they sure did get over on me.I WOULD NEVER recommend this to anyone. Save your time and money.

Nice vehicles with pretty decent mileage. None of the vehicles were rusted. The interiors of the vehicles were very clean. Ive seen quite a few people buy vehicles from here.

My experience was horrible I recently bought I car everything was fine until they lied an told me i was approved an then four months later they told me they repossessed my car but they didnt I still have my car an had me making payments to go financial an they denied my contract an now Im getting the run around I wouldnt recommend no one to these scam artist

2022-04-06First I will start by stating that the salesman told me not to leave this review and I was going to leave it alone. It just got to me. So I bought a 2012 GMC Acadia from these guys for $10,500 with down payment of 3000 and I payed it off in a year but in that years time I put in $10,000 of work into the SUV. NEW ENGINE NEW TRANSMISSION NEW POWERSTEERING NEW BATTERY NEW STARTER NEW EVERYTHING UNDER THE HOOD!! I have receipt’s for all the work and I showed him too. I was told it was a great vehicle by those guys but I ended up paying so much to get this car into tip too shape. This is UNFAIR TO THE CONSUMERS. No one should have to go through what I went through with these guys. Then he told me not to leave a bad review.

2022-03-24Dont buy From Here they will sale you a lemon.Got a suv from here put down 4000 with a 300 note every month and had it for 8 months I kept up with regular maintenance and paying on time and Out of no where my engine went out . I kept calling asking them is it anything they can they said no. I decided to talk to him in person and that didnt go well he instantly had an attitude when I told him my engine went out and was talking very aggressive . Told me he couldnt do anything for me. Be careful hes a scam

2021-09-28I am Eugene Wilson. I purchased a 2008 Ford Fusion from USA motors a few months ago. I put a down payment of $3,000 and I carry a note of $300. After a few months my engine went out. I returned the car to the dealer with a promise of an engine for $750. They were holding my check for $750 and after a month of waiting they kept coming up with excuses and not finding a motor and decided to give me my check back and made a statement about trying to sue them like others have and it wouldnt be successful. My car is now at another shop and I will be paying $900 for an engine and $900 for labor to fix all of the things including the engine that they never did. I still have a balance of $1700 that I have to pay USA Motorcars for a non working vehicle. Cant believe I was scammed like this. I am on a fixed income and recently had two open heart. surgeries. I am trying not to let the stress of this dealership selling me a lemon affect my heart again. I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as any other outlets that deal with lemon law. I know this is a violation of consumer rights and they have to be held accountable for taking advantage of customers that were lied to and disrespected by both the owner and the team. It appears from the reviews that this has happened quite often. DO NOT SHOP at USA. I cant even drive my kids to school and this is getting to me.

2021-12-15Terrible experience. Dave is the person you always have to talk to, but, he is NEVER there. Even if HE tells you the appointment time, he still will be late. Only had the car around 3 months, when it just locked up and stopped running when stopped at a stop sign. Called up, took about a week for them to even allow us to bring the car back to them. The car gets there Friday night mechanic says he knows exactly whats wrong and hell check first thing in the morning. Dave 2 minutes later tells us itll be checked by Monday. Fast forward 10 days later no call, no update. We call, they say they have the part and itll only be a 2 hour fix. Now it has been 2 weeks and they say they have the part but continue to come up with excuses with every interaction. You pay bi- weekly, we thought wed have the car back within a week, now we just paid them to hold our car without any type of utilization. I recommend anyone to stay away. Poor vehicles, poor communication, poor service. Four thumbs down.

2021-04-15I never in my life experience anything like I experience here, did a trade in for truck which didnt work no longer then a week. They fixed a couple things and it still didnt work properly brakes where very bag almost had a car accident with my kids in the car. Four months after I went back and gave the truck back because I no longer wanted to put money in it. He turn around and traded me another truck and not even 7 months later the transmission is going bad the worse car lot ever been to I dont recommend this car lot to anyone.

2016-11-13This is the second car we have purchased from them! I love the staff..... Dave was so helpful and polite..... They are completely REAL with you, down payment wasnt bad at all and I must say I love my new car! My credit is not good and they were willing to do whatever it took to get me into a car within hours. I highly recommended them to anyone! I certainty have told all of my friends who are in need. 2015-12-01I bought my car on Saturday. All the staff were friendly. There prices were reasonable. They let me pick a vehicle that i wanted at the price i was able to afford. I was not pushed to test drive. They were more then happy to help me in any way they could. They set me up with a payment that i was happy with. I went to many dealerships before i went here and this one treats you like family. I was amazed on how well they treated me i am grateful and my next car will be from here also. My salesman was Paul he made the test drive fun
