This store is located across from UC in Cincinnati. It is in an old church. I loved the way they used the space and retained stained glass and original parts of the church. This store is trendy and pricey, but they had a great bargain area of discounted items in their basement. There were lots of people working to help answer Qs or show you to a dressing room. This is an adorable and trendy boutique type store.
The associates are very friendly and the store is in a great location. In general the prices are a bit on the high side but still a great experience. I really enjoyed this place and would definitely be back to look at their products.
This UO location is great, though I continue to hold out hope theyll put one in Kenwood as well to be a little more convenient to those of us who live in the suburbs. That said, a trip to Urban gives us an excuse to get lunch and peruse Clifton which is always a good time. Staff here is very friendly and helpful. Ive been a die-hard, loyal Urban shopper for years as theyre one of the better sources for things that are a little more fashionable/unique in the Midwest.
I love UO but this location is getting bit weird. Speaking of guys floor - selection has gotten very limited. Seems they only have younger hip mac demarco style stuff now. Cant find decent shirt or jacket anymore. They even dropped shoes section.
You can find the cutest stuff. The only downfall are prices. If you have the money though its totally worth buying knick knacks, and apartment accesssories--you may have to SPLURGE. I always shop the clearance first where you can get awesome deals!

Personally Urban Outfitters is my favorite store. They have a wide variety of interesting things from record players to clothing to poloroid camera accessories. It is a great place to buy gifts for people. I would have to say that it is a store more gauged for teens/young adults. For example they have alot of home interior products in the store that are very tumblr. Also I love that its located in what looks to be an old church.
Expensive and always cancel my order. Don’t waste ur time. Spend your money on a small business instead.

Its obvious this used to be a church. but little do people realize before it was the testament to the suburban co-opt of urban culture that it is now, there used to be a short lived thrift store here. i guess CUF deemed it too unsightly for the savvy UC shopper. But hey, nothing says Im hood more than paying $50 for a T-shirt.
Urban Outfitters was young and knew it was the hot and hip place to get your trendy wear however with the opening of H&M in Cincinnati I find the prices at Urban Outfitters to be too high this election to be too little and the convenience to be poor
It was cool I found a bucket hat that Ive been looking all over for so they were golden.

2021-03-30One of my favorite places to shop since college (10+ years). Recently had an issue with receiving delivery for an item I ordered; Urban Outfitters Customer Service is not at all pleasant to deal with. Reps are rude and very unapologetic when it comes to issues with product. For such a communicable company, its disappointing there is no focus on providing adequate customer service. Not good, definitely not great. Just asking for adequate service from a store/company that is as pricey and quality as UO is. Stay awake.

2020-06-20I went to return something at 1:45 pm and there was a sign on the door indicating that they were closed for employee break until 2:15 pm even though they are supposed to be open until 6:00pm. If they plan on taking a break, they should put it in their store hours. It caused me to be late for an appointment because I had to wait half an hour for them to open back up.

2017-04-11First: its expensive $$$ (for normal people like me)Secondly: its very cool. Going just to see the store design and what theyve done to the old church is warrant enough to visit. Their displays are modular and often change. Most of it is made from simple plywood.I go a lot, but rarely buy anything. Great music. Great stuff. Great shop, just expensive. A lot of their clothes are also very fashion forward/retro so there are tons of things that I like but look silly wearing. Be aware of that too.All and all a great place. I usually come to check out the clearance section. You can find great deals there from time to time as they like to unload stuff to make way for new products.Highly recommend.

2014-08-14Ive been to this location a only a few times since I live in Dayton, but every time has been pleasant. The workers are friendly and work well with the store and its atmosphere. I usually always find something in the sale section worth buying, but definitely bring a good amount of money if youre planning on buying stuff for sure. Despite the higher prices, I love it!

2018-01-09Im old, so I remember when this store took over the church building. Its a unique setting and great location. Prices can be a bit much, but if you have patience you can find some great deals on home goods. Its a fun place to browse even if you dont want to spend money.

2019-02-08Love this location. Its located in a huge cathedral in Clifton, and their selection is always new and interesting, if a little pricey. I especially like all the instant photography gear theyre selling. If youre getting into lomography and film, theyve got some fun supplies. Theres a selection of records on the bottom floor, and a lot of useful books and knick-knacks for college students. Basically, if you like vintage styles and hobbies, you can find a lot of new products that cater to those interests here.

2019-11-15Saw a hat online, but i wanted to support the local shop. They only had one left, so i put it on hold. I forgot about it and called back days later. They still had it & put it back on hold for me! Went in the next day to get it. Really cool & nice of them
