Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park in other cities:
I find it ridiculous after paying almost $100 for 3 kids to play for 4 hours that all of the attractions are not open. If there are not enough workers and attractions are closed then it should be posted before we pay! Also, my granddaughter wanted to play in the climbing wall attraction and the worker said she was not tall enough. Her cousin, who is the exact same height, was able to play.
Lack of training to employees, when attending a birthday party. Charged regular fees, when one child was already paid for, and management was called for refund, but employees were afraid to call her, she was not professional at all, wanted to get attitude with kid and a parent. This is a place for kids, so or at least this particular one, is in need of training on how to speak to kids and or adults. Never had this problem before, but in future will find another trampoline place to attend. Horrible experience. My star goes to one lady at the desk, and for the food.
Small place overly priced. Kids have to stay extremely long in que asany attractions have no timeout. It works as first cum first serve. I saw spitting all over the place. Toilets are unhygienic. When told the manager of the place she said you can enjoy of I might have to make you send you out of place. Shameful manager. Not recommended at all.
This place was horrible. If your kids are not 10 and above dont take them. Its ran by teens basically. The only 2 kiddie areas for younger kids under 5 is the trampoline area and little kiddie area that was filled with kids who were too tall for the area. No staff inforced the rules. ADULTS being rude and trying to jump on the she square as my 3 year old when it says one person per trampoline. I will never be back.
Urban Air has become the #1 field trip that the children at our childcare care center always want to do, no matter what age they, ALWAYS have an absolute BLAST!!!! We absolutely love everything from the cleanliness of the adventure park, the party rooms are awesome, the food is so delicious, and of course the amazing staff ( Ashley the manager is fantastic hands down and her staff from Karly, Mckenzie, Genesis, Nevaeh, Malachi, Landon worked great with our kiddos) We highly recommend Urban Air, its definitely a wonderful Adventure for all ages, it has never disappointed our kiddos and they are always super excited to spend their breaks from school there and then some!!!!!!
Urban Air is okay- the amount of stuff for kids to do is adequate to play for the 2 hour limit. Food prices are fair and they have canned beer but at a very high price. The price for the base ticket is not bad, however very little is actually included with the base price. You must pay for the medium bundle at a minimum to have access a majority of the attractions. We paid for the top tier tickets. 2 adults and one child ticket (one adult ticket was half off with the purchase of a child) with socks was $90. Not exactly a cheap event. The socks: the socks are fine and they require their own special socks with grips on the jump pads and other attractions they have. The issue I had was the largest socks they have is XL (size 12-14 apparently). I am a size 13 in a mens shoes and the socks were extremely tight. It took approximately 7 minutes of fighting to get them on. The heel was too short and compressed the skin around the ankle. After two hours my skin had indentations and burns from the socks. They are not true to size. And are cheaply made. The attractions are okay. Few are for adults, most are for kids. The biggest issue we had was the issue of sharp edges on a few of the items. One is called the Leap of Faith (photo attached). The idea is that you jump off (with a harness) and grab ahold of a padded cylinder, then jump down. There was something extremely sharp that caught one of our attendees skin causing black and blue bruising, cuts and scratches. There is a waiver you sign so they are not responsible for any physical harm, but this is not acceptable. The waiver should not also allow staff and management to not service and monitor the condition of equipment.I will not recommend this place as there are other competitors nearby with more space, more things to do and a similar price.
Really nice place but I’m starting to think they don’t clean a thing up in there. I’m the ball out there was brown stuff which had a very nasty smell on the balls and other parents including myself noticed. I notified the workers there and they claimed that they were going to tell the manager but 30 minutes went by and they didn’t even close the ball pit down to clean the stuff up. VERY disgusting.
Absolutely love Urban Air Hamilton!!! The clean facility and amazing staff have us back time and time again. We have hosted birthday parties, friend days, and even large events. With each occasion we are more in love with this place. Thank you to the kind staff and amazing manager Ashley for quality service and friendly atmosphere. We bought memberships because we are always here!
My daughters 12th birthday, we spent $300 in 2 hours. The policy of not being able to bring in a cake is ridiculous. We spent a lot of money on admission, food and drinks. We simply tried to bring in a birthday cake in for the 3 girls and they immediately sent someone over to tell the birthday girl to take her cake outside. Ridiculously slow service at the concession stand and a very PETTY staff. Would not recommend, not a kid friendly place at all.UPDATE: Again, this shows exactly how petty this place and it’s staff can be….and thank you for the unprofessional and argumentative response towards my review. We were not being rude towards the employees. It is actually rude and disgusting to ask a 12 year old birthday girl to eat her cake in the parking lot. You should be embarrassed and very disappointed in how you conduct and operate this so called “child-friendly business”, especially during the holidays…. It is now a a half star review, CONSUMER BEWARE.
We love bringing our kids here but I won’t give it the full 5 stars. Some of the attractions go by height and I’m ok with that however when some employees allow kids are just to the line they will allow them to ride the zip line then after going a few times and they switch employees the next one won’t allow it. Not very consistent from employee to employee which equals confused kids On why they could zip line in the beginning and then they can’t. Which is hectic for parents trying to calm multiple kids down when they been riding nonstop.
For the size of the facility, it didnt feel terribly crowded. Coming from Dayton, my children had a lot of fun and enjoyed the experience a lot. The pizza is a good tasting pizza also and it didnt skimp on the toppings. Like most trampoline places, trying to bring your own socks before going. 😉😉
Not satisfied for the money I spent on an ultimate party package... over 400 dollars spent and I had to chase down my host everytime i needed something because they had to many parties at one time, didnt have down for the extra pizza I paid for, brought one pizza out that hadnt even been cut, celery on my sampler platter was slimy, hot dogs over cooked and even had to go ask for a knife to cut our cake! Best believe when it was time to pack up and pay they were following me to the counter! For a place for kids to have a good time absolutely but to have a party there... Definitely not worth the price
Overpriced everything. Nachos? More like a generic bag of stale chips. Youre given maybe 2 handfuls. if you want jalapeños Youre in luck, the cup holds about 10 small ones. the cheese is given in small cups.Domestic beer vs craft beer.....20.95 for 5 cans of Domestic 24.95for craft Bud light is domestic, right? Charged for craft so $5 a can of bud light. When I asked about it he just ignored my question and walked away. 2 stars is being generousThe pizza was good and having the private party room was nice
I had my daughter a birthday party on a Sunday and when I say the staff was nothing short or amazing, they accommodated my every expectation ‼️ The mangers where beyond nice and respectful they literally fixed everything to my liking the staff and crew members continuously checked on the party to make sure our needs where met. I would definitely recommend this location they where amazing and me and my family will definitely be back again ‼️💖 the kids had a blast of fun
My daughter attended a birthday party here. She had so much fun we decided to stay for an hour after the party ended. She loved everything she did.The wall climbing section was always too full for her to play there, but there was so much else to do she didnt mind. The staff were friendly and helpful, and did their best with making sure everything was clean.
Horrible long lines to get foo n drinks paid alot of money for party room only got 2 pizzas it was mass of us no drinks but warm bottles of wata afta 2 hrs we had 2 move out of room paid 350.00 fo that dnt rent out party rooms jus go n play wont be back i will stic to skyzone instead bro
We brought a group of 11 children ages 2 months-14 years and 6 adults for a family outing. We went on a Monday and spent about 4 hours at the facility.Areas that need improvement:1. The area where the younger kids play is right by the front door, with a slide the comes out directly in front of the entrance...and the entrance has AUTOMATIC doors. Meaning that the parents had to be very diligent to ensure that the 1-2 year old children sliding out of the slide didnt walk out the front door into traffic when the door literally opens right up for them. 😐2. I also prefer taking kids places that use some type of hand stamp method/numbered wristband to ensure that all kids leave with the adults they come in with. There was no such safety measure in place, and the layout of the facility is very boxy/closed off so its impossible to see different kids in different activities at the same time, so if you bring multiple kids of different ages you may just find yourself running around doing head counts the entire time making sure everyone is still in the building.3. The labels of what is included at each ticket level arent clear and only a couple of places is it actually enforced. In our case, we had paid for a 5 and under ticket for a 5 year old who was tall enough to climb and rappel off of various structures. They let her climb in that area 3 different times before finally telling us the 4th time she came that it wasnt included in her ticket. With only 20 minutes left on our time, they wouldnt make an exception or apologize for the confusion...they said wed have to pay $10 to upgrade her ticket for the last few minutes.A color coding system or some type of simple labeling would make it much clearer for the kids to figure out what they are and arent allowed to do without causing issues.4. The $3 socks fit poorly - the size XL isnt proportional and is too tight on ankles - and are very low quality. I doubt theyll survive another trip there. Strings were pulling and unraveling while we were there.5. It was not cheap. I would not pay those prices for a 2 hour time limit, or for a birthday party. It was only worth the price because we came on a day with no time restraints. One adult, 2 kids and 3 pairs of socks was about $65.Things that we liked:1. Most of the staff members were friendly, and those working the zip line were especially patient with our first timers.2. All the kids had fun. There was something for all ages and stayed busy the entire time.3. Music was family friendly and a perfect volume to enjoy without being over-powering.4. Food was good and decently priced. They gave out free cups of water.5. Overall everything seemed clean and well maintained. All the harnesses and equipment were in good condition and bathrooms were well stocked6. There were plenty of ramps, tables and seating for strollers/wheelchairs etc.
Today was our first time here. My nephews had a lot of fun and there is more than enough to do!!I think $2 for a bottle of water is a little much.My only issue is the amount of staff. It was really lacking. I rarely saw anyone up on the main floor where everything is. There were a lot of kids not playing nicely from a summer camp and the adults with them weren’t doing anything and there was no staff to tell them to follow the rules. We will be back for sure, but hopefully they have more people working that day!
Worse Birthday package experience. Not worth the money AT ALL! Upon arriving I felt the information passed to my guest when they came to the front desk was lacking. I suggest when guest come for a party the front desk ask if waiver have been signed so that parents arent walking back and forth. Also my party host was boring and not super attentive. I have had parties at other places and the host were very verbal and lively and attentive. I did not feel like my son was an honored guest. His shirt was also given to us as a afterthought. For the amount of money spent I was completely unhappy with the lack of drink inclusion and I felt as if I was being asked to pay for every little thing while there. I suggest including a certain number of soda pitchers with parties and pizza. ALSO water should be included and refillable. Receiving exactly 10 water bottles is a bit ridiculous for the price. I also was unhappy with the manager working on 8/14/2021 around 6pm. We decided to stay longer after our room time and I purchased an icee for my 3 year old nephew. Realizing I just spent almost $400 with urban air I had to split the icee with my 4 year old son, the birthday boy. We asked for a extra cup and received a lot of hesitation from the cashier. I knew immediately she did not want to give us the cup. The whole time this is happening the manager is standing with her back to us only addressing the cashier in a whisper. We are informed that if we want another Styrofoam cup we will have to pay for it. Im annoyed at this point because I have spent $400 and another $4 for an icee and I cant get a cup. I have stated that we had a party today where I spent $400 and that clearly meant nothing to anyone there. I had to physically say manager several times to get her to turn around. When she finally did, she seemed annoyed with me. I asked her can we just have 1 of the tiny clear cups for water for my son. She states itll cost you 25 cents. I say cmon I just spent $400 on a party here and the host brought us some of those cups earlier for free so whats the difference. Finally, after a total of 10 minutes of unnecessary back and forth the manager says Ill give it to you this time but next time youll have to pay. I will not be coming back to urban air. I wouldve been more satisfied if I just paid for all the kids to get in. The party room was wack.
Took my son and his two friends here on a Saturday to just have some fun with a few of his friends to celebrate a early birthday for my son. The place was packed, I did see a few workers cleaning at times. But its really not much cleaning you can do when you have a place filled with many people. I mean lets be honest.. before the Covid...were there any places really cleaning throughout...most likely Not! So I wasnt even really thinking about all that. We can get germs just by walking outside...my boys had fun and thats all that mattered! It was plenty for them to do and we will definitely be back!
Today was my first visit to Urban Air. We were a group of 6. Jordan was AWESOME! He was very helpful and thorough. He explained everything to a T. The children enjoyed themselves. The food was amazing and fresh! We ordered pizza, angus cheeseburger, waffle fries, buffalo chicken wings, nacho chips with cheese/salsa/ jalapeños and popcorn. Everything was good except the nachos. They seemed to be stale, however, all of the other food made up for it. Our visit lasted 3-4 hours. We will definitely return!
Good place to spend with the children. But they definitely have to explain to their employees how to treat people. Even if they are minors they have to teach them that they cannot be giving people a bad face. They are working in a somewhat difficult city with people of little patience. And things like today happen 06/26/21 a client had a problem with an employee for the same thing. Previous to that person there was another problem with another client for looking bad at the visitors.
Me and my wife Allison was super impressed with Devin, and Urban Air Hamilton. The staff were very friendly, the attractions line was fast for how busy it was. Ashley the manager was very nice, and understanding. She and Devin really care about their guests. The cafe wings (lemon pepper) was good, and they have a good alcohol selection. Only issue is you can’t jump after buying it.I highly recommend Urban Air Hamilton.
Not only was the place kind of boring, it was an absolute dump. Popcorn, trash, and empty drinks everywhere. The balls in the ball bit had some sort of dirt or gunk on them, and there was dust around the eating area. And the womens restroom was disgusting, there was menstrual blood smeared in one of the stalls and the whole room smelled horrible. The staff was negligent, they rarely monitored jumping areas and werent very friendly. My sister bought a bag of candy, paid with a ten, and only got 54 cents back. When we went back to get the rest of her money, the worker handed it to her without a word. And, since there wasnt anyone monitoring it, there were a bunch of kids playing in the ball pit beneath the obstacle course, so you couldnt complete it most of the time without risking hitting someone. We wont be going back.
When I called to make reservations I asked if they had a policy in place for covid. They ensured me that they did. They told me that everyone not participating had to wear a mask and they took temperatures at the door. None of that was true. What I asked the hostess about nobody wearing a mask she got a manager. The manager was very rude and said that she could not do anything about it. Even some of the workers were walking around with a mask around their neck. Another thing that is really nasty is that They have tables where people have parties and eat under attraction where kids have dirty socks above you. This place is way overpriced. Very rude and not very clean. More fun anywhere else
Went this past weekend. Took my two oldest nephews and my small niece. Place is really nice ! However, in the rock climbing area. Parents make sure you’re there with your little ones, a lot of the older kids were cutting in front of the smaller kids waiting their turn in line and were let in, totally disregarding those that were waiting their turn. So stand there to defend your place in line. Not only that! WHY ARE CHILDREN UNCHAINING OTHER CHILDREN FROM ROPES AND HARNESSES ? one of these small kids even tried to unchain my 4 year old niece from the rock climbing I said no ! This same small girl went to the other punching bag climbing station and chained herself and started climbing. She was no more than 6. The guy was not paying attention and he was the only one stationed there. A lot of kids were doing it so I guess it is allowed by the company. Concession stand wait was 40+ minutes wait. This is not ideal when you only have two hours to play. We just left and ate elsewhere. Lastly, They have these massage chair when I tapped my card to use the machine It started processing.... And processing.... then finally error sign pops up and never went away. I got up and let it go. I did notice a few other massage chairs had the same message so I’m pretty sure others had this problem. Then they had the nerve to charge me the $4.00 for no service !!! I would be leery about using those massage chairs.
The place is nice. But they only allow outside cup cakes if you book the birthday party. So only if you are willing to pay for the whole package, which is significantly more. It’s not the place to celebrate a kids small birthday party if you only have 3 jumpers or 4 jumpers which don’t qualify their birthday package.I understand if everyone can’t have cupcakes but that’s not the case. Will not come again for birthday parties or any other activities, there are so many other similar places in the area.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BIGGEST INCONVENIENCE. SAVE YOUR MONEY !I had my sons birthday party here on October 16th, I paid for the Deluxe package at the Hamilton, Ohio location and it was the WORST experience. It was our first and last time there. The party host was on break 90% of the party. I was served FOUR pizzas that weren’t cooked and had RAW dough. When I went to let them know they said, “I don’t know why our oven does this all of the time”. This place knows they have an ongoing issue with their oven and still are serving people with raw pizza. In the picture circled is a piece of PLASTIC that was in a piece of the pizza. My guest left hungry after expecting to eat. I spent over $450. The staff were beyond rude, the manger was rude, it’s a bunch of kids that work there and DON’T care after I spent ALL of that money and expected my son to be able to enjoy his day on his birthday ! Despite the inconveniences I dealt with during the party, they only took 2 pizzas off of my bill and added a $20 credit. I would recommend you to NEVER have a birthday party here. Please safe yourself the stress. ( I have a video of the pizzas and you can see the raw dough as you tear the pizzas apart!)
Great place but highly disappointed that we stood in line for 35 plus minutes and when we get to the front to check in thats when you tell us about the wavier we have to fill out and wont let us back to the counter when we did fill it out we had to go to the back of the line so another almost 40 minutes with a 5 year old. I dont mind being in line but that was WRONG!!! Get your stuff together that was a completely UNNECESSARY bad experience for our first time and we were just one of several groups that went through this. That being said great time he really loved it and we will come again.
First off let me say, Im very disappointed. My daughter was so pumped to have her birthday party here and I was all for it. I purchased tickets for my her birthday because there werent enough kids coming to pay for the birthday package. There were only 4-6 kids coming. I was surprised to find that you cant bring cupcakes/cakes into the park unless you book a birthday party AND there is no refund on the tickets that was already purchased. HOW ABSURD?!!!! I saw the owner respond to a previous review stating this isnt true, well kind sir, if this isnt the policy for your parks someone needs to have a serious talk with the folks at this location because that is the information they are relaying and this will definitely cause you to lose customers. That being said, this place is a RIP OFF and will NEVER see another dime from me. I wish Id read the reviews first because I would have saved my money and gone to Skyzone!
The manager let us stay WELL beyond our allotted time due to COVID policies but we had bought the most expensive package and she was being WAY too nice to us. She’s very understanding and is committed to making customers happy so she makes it well worth a visit alone. On top of that, my child had so much fun she didn’t want to leave. If you plan to visit more than once, just buy the membership. It’s wicked cheap and well worth it. I love this place and visit more often than I probably should.
Great obstacle courses for young and old. I weigh in at around 340lbs and their ceiling course held me! Their pep pizza was kinda plain tasting. The socks only come in one size meaning they were squeezing the life out of my feet and you cant wear shoes while doing stuff there appearently, but otherwise i had a great time. They are not repeat not super strict on the mask rule by the way take that as you will.
Teens run it and they were extremely rude to my kids. they placed my oldest in a harness charged us 15 dollars to go on the high rope and after she took our money she measured my daughter says shes a half inch too short and refuses to give a refund. After I complain they spend the next hour harass me and my children not letting them jump or play together telling them they were not allowed to jump on trampolines together or pretty much do anything together and my youngest is 4. She can not even jump really. It was sad the way they treated me and my children but then again its ran by rude teenagers.
My husband and I took our grandkids to the new facility in Hamilton, Ohio. The kids loved all the fun things they could do. Unfortunately, we will not be back anytime soon because of the lack of regard to the mask mandate that is in place and not enforced. I was in disbelief that adults and employees were allowed to walk around freely with either no mask or it was below their chin.
My one star is for SAFETY REASONS ONLY! Theres been multiple fights at this place and now tonight after yet another fight, a customer pulled a gun on an employee and put the gun to the employees head. ARE YOU SERIOUS, AT A CHILDRENS TRAMPOLINE PARK??? I know its not the owners of Urban Airs fault what kind of ignorant people come in and what theyre bringing in with them, but giving the history of fights and now this latest incident I really hope the owners realize they need to take their employees and customers safety more seriously and install scanners that scan for guns along with having a visual police presence.***IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE*** Im not sure what misinformation youre referring to because it has been multiple fights and the incident last night involving a gun being pointed at an employees head DID in fact happen. However I am now finding out that the incident initially began with the individual with the gun actually pointing it at another customer first. AGAIN, I want to stress that Im not blaming the owners and I for one love the idea of having a place like Urban Air in this area so that kids have something positive and fun to do. I just hope that more can be done security wise so that I feel safe sending my child there, because I do want my child to still be able to go to Urban Air. 😊 Its just so unfortunate that there are so many selfish people in this world that ruin good things for others.
My 3 kids are current membership holders. My kids love the activities and have fun the 2+ times we go per week. The workers are pleasant with the exception of a few circumstances. That being said, this place lacks serious management. From the front door to the concession stand. Almost all the staff is 20 or younger. The Front door is always a long wait. On more than one occasion, my family has waited in line just to be told to go to the back of a different line. its usually packed. Fridays and saturday... Forget about finding a seat. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. If you can find one, tables are never cleaned. Ever. In the 4 months weve been going, i have yet to see bathrooms cleaned during working hours. Concession lines are 45 min most days. The food is overpriced and undercooked with the exception of the pizza (actually quite good if you like cheesey greasy pizza) but on most occasions, the food is cold. Ive ordered fries at 7 and food pager never went off. At 815 when i enquired, i was given the plate that had been sitting out the whole time. After trying a bite i asked for a new one to be made but the kid wanted to argue that i was paged when it was ready and that there was no refunds on food. It really is a shame this place is ran the way it is. There is big potential there. All this being said, well be cancelling our membership as soon as it starts to get warm outside again.
LOVE urbain air. Such a family friendly place. The staff are amazing and keep the place really clean and hygienic! The Cafe has a ton of selections at reasonable prices!!!! The general manager Ashley of the Hamilton Ohio location is AWESOME and very friendly. My kids love the rock wall and parkour courses!!! We visit frequently as members and every visit has been GREAT!!!!
Rating is strictly for the kids enjoyment. Lots to do when its cold out and the kids cant get outside. I guess Im getting old but the music is just too loud. I felt sorry for the familys having parties out in the chaos, we had a party room which muted it enough to hold a conversation. The staff was extremely nice which was refreshing. Masks arent strictly enforced which seemed strange but this isnt my business.
We got a family night pass for four, including my wife and 3 kids. I was told I had to pay yet an additional admission because I’m helping the toddler (one of the four guests in the pass) not to drown in the ball pool, and that I cannot stay in or on the attractions. Way to go.
I just left here for a kids birthday party. This place is absurdly disgusting!!!! The bathrooms had no soap or paper towels and kids are using it and coming out with dirty hands. It is overly crowded and no one are made to wear a mask once you enter through the door. My granddaughter got stuck in the ballpit and no one would help her out and just kept pushing her out of the way. Her cousin had to come get us to help her out
My nephew loves going Urban Air. The employees and their manager (Ashley) are helpful and courteous. We appreciate all their effort to keep the park a clean, pleasant environment for the little kiddos.Be aware, some of the negative comments directed at the manager in these reviews are being made by parents of teenage employees (upset when they didn’t get their way or upset about being held accountable).
This place should be shut down seriously!! I visited last weekend and the staff barely paid attention at the jumping stations and were not wearing mask. They dont clean (as told to us by one of the staff members at the ball pit obstacle course), 0 social distancing even at the concession stand, and I saw so many guest walking around with no mask. Im not sure why they are open if they cant follow rules during a pandemic. I will never patron this place again, even post Covid. This place is filthy... do not waste your time or money.
My daughter and her friends had a lot of fun! They have more things to do than other places. Ashley the GM and the staff were very helpful with the kids and showing them around. We had questions about birthday parties and Ashley explained everything in detail. Highly recommend!
Barley anyone was wearing a mask including employees. even worst was the kids running around doing what every they wanted because the staff did not want to tell them to stop barley any of the rules on the signs were followed like 1 person per trampoline and one person per section. Also below the ninja worrier Couse there was a ball pit to fall in and there was little kids in it playing, if someone fell the would hit the little kids and the parents were not helping by sitting in the ball pit too.Lastly I love how the owner is replying to bad reviews saying the their employees wear their mask which is not true and everything is false Im 13 years old writing this just because of how badly this place is ran.
First my son had a blast! Which most important part.. We visit all the local kid spots, somethings I noticed. Lots of extra staff standing around but not helping the kitchen line was really long and staff was confused on prices refills ect, my food came out bit burnt and small servings compared to cost! Party rooms look awesome and I enjoy all the tvs for adults we will give it few months to work out new business kinks and than try again!
We had a scheduled birthday party at Urban Air in Hamilton, OH. It was Horrible, do NOT waste your time! They didnt give us the room we booked, only gave us a table. Food was 20 minutes later than it was scheduled for and then they only brought out half because they forgot to cook the other half of the order. Then they charged us the full price of the event despite half being prepaid a week prior.
Had a party from 5 to 7 this afternoon, and man was it a blast. It was a little packed, but Covid polices were in place, sanitizer is everywhere and it’s purell the good kind. Thank you to Cara and Devin who really helped us out and made sure we were highly taken care of. I felt like it was my party I was so pampered. If you’re coming here for a party, my recommendation is DO IT. You won’t forget it!
I highly recommend Urban Air Hamilton. Devin D is one of the nicest employees I have met from all the bussiness I have been too. He knows this place well, answered all my questions, was calm even though it seemed like 4 people wanted him at once. I could tell he looked stressed, but he really remained calmed. He helped me out, and explained everything well. Give that boy something.
If I could give zero stars I would. The manager was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. They cancled our memberships and tried to cancle our party 3 days prior to the date. And still charged us for the membership that they no longer offer we were told we could upgrade to a room if one was available and then I was informed that they were going to charge us and we would have to set the tables and everything up ourselves. We were told 2 pizzas came with the party and now that we are here we are told they do not and got charged extra.we will never be ba k here
I really don’t complain much or leave reviews. But this place was over priced and absolutely ridiculous. Everyone was packed in the building elbow to elbow. You absolutely had no room to hardly walk or even enjoy your time. And for the money you spend there your time is limited. You don’t really even get your money’s worth at all. I had 4 kids and 2 adults and we just walked out. I don’t think I’ll be back at all.
I visited Urban air on 11-15-2020 . When I say IVE NEVER been to a place with employees they have. They were BEYOND amazing my 1 year old was running around the desk they were giving him balls to play and he would play with the workers it was just all Love. It was just so inviting from the time I walked in I would suggest EVERYONE go to this specific location. And it’s things to do for every age group including adults
Horrible to get in. Employees are incompetent at the entry while others just stand around watching. Apparently worse managers if any. I waited over 20 minutes just to get in with one person at the front desk and only one person in front of me trying to payout. I feel really bad for those behind me.
They didn’t follow Covid capacity requirements and wasn’t enforcing the mask policy that is posted at the front door. There is no way this place is cleaning for Covid. Nothing was wiped down after use and is a high risk facility for the virus. Also, a fight broke out that night and the manager didn’t care about anyone but the cash he was making.Very disappointed in our first experience to this place.
Absolutely fantastic. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Ashley, Brittany, Rohan, Danielle, Keily, everyone was so helpful and accommodating. I brought my 3 year old daughter, my 14 year old sister, and my wife. We all had A blast!!! We will definitely be back again SOON! everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and very funny, and the cotton candy ICEE was out of this world. Thank you!!!!!
Staff was rude, Noone wearing masks or informing it when needed in designated areas!!! Food was cold after waiting 30 mins for small items. :( Not one staff member was sanitizing ANY areas and we left early because of how crowded it was with no care about the covid risks. Sadly disappointed and will not return!
This place is a joke!! Upon entering we were told that It’s 25.99 plus tax for the “ultimate pass” which I purchased for 3 children (came up to $89.99).We got there at 11:30am and was told at 1pm if it wasn’t at capacity the kids could go to the cashier and get another wristband to keep playing bcuz there are 2hr time slots .... ok... at 1pm the kids went to get new wristbands and were turned away 🤔 ... I asked what’s the reason when it’s literally only 24 ppl in the building (I counted) and the same lady who told us we could get new wristbands said “o I’m sorry that’s only during the week days because there are birthday parties during the weekend” 😐 what!!!!!! I respectfully reminded her of what she told us and then told her she should honor it because I would’ve never agreed to pay what I paid and also purchased food & drinks had I known my children would only be allowed to play for 1.5hrs. She then gave me the supervisor telephone number because she was late getting to work and wasn’t there yet. I called her and she was very rude over the phone and told me my kids could play a extra 15mins and then had to leave. She said it didn’t matter what the cashier said because “she’s new”...... I’m so mad right now!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER go there again, they won’t get another dime out of me!
I heard so much hype about the place I wanted to check it out with my family I just wanna say Worst place I ever been in my life today it was over crowded Nobody disinfected anything nor took safety precautions due to COVID-19 while I was there. There was No place to sit. The food was terrible like I really wasted $60 bucks on food and it’s a No refund policy on the food it was burnt & cold we waited over an hour for nothing. My kids could barely do anything they was so busy and it was so much going on I walked in that place with an alright attitude ready for excitement but instead I came out Irritated Annoyed & Super stressed out the whole environment was overwhelming the staff had No Control over anything. I can honestly say Game works or Going to the children’s Museum got them beat by far especially Sky zone. I don’t know if it was me but everything just seem too close together and to bunched up. Sad to say but I most definitely in fact absolutely WILL NOT BE BACK !!!!!!!!!!! ZERO STARS
I visited the location in Hamilton (45011). Worse experience ever. Rude employees. They have no respect for others. I watched various staff yell and degrade kids the entire night. When going to the manager with my concerns, she said her staff were over-worked. Continued to tell me, she was busy and needed to clean this place (at closing time) and even she was yelling at her employees. Manager could care less about valid concerns I had. She went as far as to walk away from me as I was speaking to her and rolled her eyes. Will not be returning to this place. After paying $40 (for myself and one child) we were told seveal times an area was closed or suggested not to wait to go thru an area. Employees told kids they couldnt slide down the slide for no reason at all. After going up to do the ropes and coming back down, the door was shut and locked (from the outside) requiring me to call for help. No organization or structure. Some of the older kids where running wild knocking over little kids.
This place was so awesome, Bri really made a great impact on my daughters time spent there it was not made possible with out her and Amavri and the manger Jordan these people really went above and beyond for my self and family while we wear at Urban Air and made there time special and lots of fun! Ill never forget you guys!! Thanx so much !!!!!!!
Zero regard to the pandemic that’s going on right now. Rarely saw anyone with a mask on. Waaaaayyyyyy over crowded!!! Capacity was tripled the amount when it comes to following CDC guidelines. Lots of fun things to do but couldn’t do them because of how unsafe it was for me and my family.
I only came here cuz I had to and man did I hate it I just sat in the corner of this devils playground remake, but man when my brother in laws went to play dodgeball they got into a fight with some highschool kid and then one of them tackled said kid I lost it I cant believe how funny this turned out to be anyway he got kicked out and man I cant stop laughing while typing this
We want to go on Friday since school is out but it opens at 4pm and that’s probably when it will be the most packed 😢 I suggested them to start opening at noon since it’s no longer school season***edit** thank you for quick response I look forward to the June 1st times and possibly coming out today @4 thank you!!!

2021-12-27We have a membership and we love Urban Air. Most of the staff is very kind and customer friendly. It’s always extremely clean and music level is manageable. My daughter loves the variety of options of things to play on or with. It’s packed full of fun activities. We had her glow in the dark party this past August and the birthday helper was a gem!

2022-01-24Had a great time! We went for a bachelorette party because the bride wanted something that was chill and fun before we went bar hopping and we found it! The ropes course was a big hit! The girls in the party were ages 18-27 and we had a great time. We used a party room and the host catered to our every need. 2 hours isn’t enough! I already want to go back!P.S. most of the attractions have a height limit of 6’2” and a weight limit of 220lbs if this helps anyone.

2021-11-04This place is great for the kids. The parents can even get in on the fun to. There is a lot of things to climb and jump around on. A great way for them to burn off some energy.

2022-04-06Great place to let the kids burn their energy. Lots of activities to keep them busy/occupied and having fun. The ninja course is designed for smaller kids as are all of the trampoline activities and the high ropes course. We take our 10yo every weekend as they offer a very cost effective membership program for the whole family. It was great for watching football during the playoffs and basketball during March Madness as they have TVs throughout the facility that are tuned in to a variety of sports.

2022-03-13Do not recommend this place unless you desire to have your child bullied especially in the dodge ball area. Bigger/older children picking on smaller/younger children. My child is an older child, but was defending the younger ones in the dodge ball area. Lot of trash talking. You cant defend yourself when it is multiple against one. There is little to no supervision of staff to ensure that this does not occur. For the cost of admission, there should be eyes on the floor at all times. I was there, and was saving seats and watching the coats, etc. so its not like I dropped and ran off. I thought this would be a safe and fun place, but its not. So, dont take your children there unless you can have eyes on them at all times. Will not be going back ever! Im rating one star because I cant post unless I rate. Really would give it a big 0.

2022-03-21Excellent experience and great Customer service. Very clean and welcoming to all ages. I recommend EVERYONE not to keep anything in your POCKETS that you could LOSE. Who needs a cell phone anyways when your having this much fun. Get ready to burn energy and laugh until you cry. Will be sharing with friends and family loved every bit of it.

2022-04-04My mother and I went there on a Sunday and they weren’t that busy at all. The staff was nice and kept it short and left lots of time for me to do all the attractions. The price is worth it for sure. Some of the other comments made me a little hesitant but other than the food not being the best everything was great. There’s a lot of things to do and I didn’t wait in any lines for more than 5 minutes. I would recommend going on a weekday or Sunday.
