2022-04-24I have used them in the past for a cruise for husband and myself and then again for a all inclusive out of the country for my family, Because our past experiences were pleasureable this last one was not..I contacted Jill for a 8 day stay in Las Vegas and California and after our first conversation which went well and then I tried to follow up with her with no response at all and then after weeks I only received a flight that wasnt even for the dates I gave her. I again tried for weeks to get ahold of her and when she finally responded I was told it would be better to arrange everything myself..we were looking to fly into Vegas for 3 days and then continue on to California for the remander of our vacation, there were no Casino arrangements, rental car, or hotel while in California, the only thing I received was a flight that was not for our dates with a 7 1/2 hours layover. We are not happy to say the least!!

2021-12-22Uptown Travel helped make the arrangements for my son’s destination wedding. It was amazingly memorable. From start to finish they were on top of it.
