Absolutely terrible. Going on day 4 they somehow lost my package. Been calling for 4 days and keep getting the run around. Had to file a claim and they still cant find it. Ive been told the driver forgot it, Ive been told it was on the truck still. Last night they didnt even give a good excuse just said were looking for it. So somehow they lost a package that was scanned out to be delivered and never made it to my house. I dont ever leave reviews for anything but Im going to make sure none of my packages ever have to come through this place again fire everybody.
UPS workers were so very helpful. The area is bright and clean and easily accessible. I rarely have to wait and yesterday was no exception. I walked in and got the package meant for us in less than 10 minutes. I didnt even have a tracking number! They found my name and address on a manifest, and then got my package. So friendly and courteous. I really like this center for shipping and receiving.
I am having a horrible time with this UPS for the past two weeks. For some reason my packages arrive in West Carrollton and then get redirected to an access point I used ONCE 16 months ago in Florida. I tried changing the access point to Far Hills in Oakwood. Packages still redirected to Florida. I called customer service, they transferred me and I was disconnected. I tried online to change my address and it said I would get a pin to verify my address in 5-7 DAYS! Anyone else can do that in seconds.My first Wayfair package was redirected. I called them and they said the access point couldnt send it back to me. Wayfair sent a second replacement, and when it arrived yesterday in West Carrollton, it was AGAIN redirected to FLORIDA!! (I tracked it online.)I completely deleted my UPS account. Then another package was redirected to FLORIDA!Thats at least 3 packages in the last week. What has changed? I had no problem getting my packages sent to my Kettering address before.West Carrollton is closed over the weekend. Terrific. Cant reach anybody anywhere to get this fixed.
My package requires signature due to the medical & sensitivity needs. Was given a 4.5 hour window of delivery time so I signed up for text/email alerts, but never received. I understand things happen, but the uncertainty of not knowing when your daughters climate sensitivity medication will be delivered on a 90° day is scary, especially on a Friday night, as it has been left on the truck on a past encounter. However, thank you for the safe delivery of my package.
I usually have no problems with deliveries. They are usually on time and accurate. My last two encounters within a week the same driver has misdelivered my packages to homes next door to me and I’ve had to retrieve them from my neighbors. However when I gave this store a call the associate McKayla was very friendly and helpful.
My package was never delivered, even though the tracking info said it was...I put in a complaint to UPS, it came from this location,guessed they track the Truck GPS that it was not delivered to my street/apt...and ups told the seller it was not delivered to my address and the seller refunded my money...the ups driver needs to pay more attention to the right street and address number because the area where I lived the streets and apts. Look similar...also UPS sign up for tracking is awful, you sign up but get NO text alerts , totally useless..plus everytime I tried to log in says wrong info,even though it worked the first time.
UPS is a Global empire. Extremely well adapted. Most people have some interaction with them as I did today. Let me give you some advise about dealing with UPS. They DO NOT have to leave something at your door on the first attempt. I realize that. I went out for dinner and missed my delivery today. So I grabbed my ticket I called first and they offered me a hold for pick up. I took them up on it. They said to please wait for them to call, but I headed over anyway. The office closed at 6pm I got there at 7:30. He went out of his way to make sure I got my parcel. Word to the wise, do not go in there with an attitude. When it comes to UPS they live or die by the clock ..their clock not yours. They deliver 15 million packages a day. UPS isnt going anywhere. If your polite you might even get customer service after hours.
Absolutely terrible service. I am a college student and live 8 hours away from home. I broke my foot and my mom shipped my walking boot and it was very important for me to get that boot. It did not arrive on the day it was supposed to and so we called and said “for some reason it couldn’t get dropped off” and that they’d try tomorrow. Well the day after still no package. Finally going through horrible customer service they said I needed to be 21 to sign for the package even though we specifically were told by the sender that I would not need to sign for it. They didn’t even leave a note or expressed that information to me when I called the day before. Called them back and by the 3rd phone call we finally we’re getting somewhere when she said they would call us back within the hour... it is now the day after and my foot still hurts. Very disappointed and they are still holding my package
I received a package from UPS today 1/30. I have just been released from 22 days in the hospital. The delivery person waited at my door until I could get their, he then brought my package in and put it on my counter for me because the box was too heavy for me. UPS is awesome and are so customer service oriented. Thank you so much. I live in West Carrollton, Ohio.
I would give 0 stars if I could. This location is HORRIBLE!!!! Tracking keep saying my package was delivered but I never got it. I tried to make a claim an everything was ok til it was time to send it off an my screen froze an wouldnt send it, EVERYTIME!!!!. It didnt do that on anything else but this site. Cant get anyone on the phone. I know they delivered it to the wrong house. Those idiot drivers need to pay more attention.
I have had nothing but good customer service when it comes to walking into this location to either pickup a package or to drop one off. However with that being said, the drivers at this particular facility are either the laziest Ive ever know or they are down right stealing my packages. This evening marks the 2nd package that has been delivered yet was no where to be found at my apartment. Yet five days prior they delivered a different package just fine. Im getting sick and tired of this. Between the two packages that have been lost/stolen it totals up to almost 1,000 USD. Absolutely absurd.
Thank you so much Brian at the West Carroton UPS branch and a driver whose name I did not get! When I could not get anywhere with calling Customer Service (in the Philippines) I went to the West Carrollton UPS branch. Brian did not hesitate to help me with getting a message to the driver who had my package. The package had something of value in it and with all the thievery going on stealing packages, I was very concerned. Brian helped me without hesitation. Thank Brian! I got my package safely. Youre the best!
I didnt have a bad experience with this location, but didnt realize until after I had already filled everything out on the computer, that they couldnt help me. I went there with a shipping label already ready, and just needed them to scan it, print it, and send the package. But theyre not online so they couldnt do thatI was redirected to the UPS store on Miamisburg-Centerville Rd. who was able to help, but charged me to print out the label.
They have lazy drivers! Claim that they have the wrong address which they dont. Then they want to tell me that they couldnt find my house! Which is funny because everywhere else never has any problems with this. Only UPs this is the second time theyve done this! And they wont deliver my package like theyre suppose to. A year later and guess what the same problem!
I walked in to the customer service area and was “greeted” by an obviously disgruntled man who asked what he could do for me. I informed him that picking up a package that tracking information said was at his location would help with some stuff I had going on today. I wrote down the tracking information for him, and he read it to a woman at a computer who old me that the item still had not left Columbus. She told me that my tracking information was simply wrong and would not provide any attempt at an explanation. I realize that is not their primary duty in the customer service area, but perhaps they should start with learning manners before being allowed to deal with customers unsupervised. I’m very disappointed in how I was treated in this relatively short interaction and am likely making a complaint to the better business bureau.
I filed a claim with their customer service because of a package that did not get delivered. And they denied the claim. Delivery drivers are lazy and incompetent. I sat on the couch 3 foot away from my front door most of the day waiting for the delivery and then I got an email saying that it had been delivered when I open the door there was nothing there but the sign saying please put packages in box and an empty box.
Ive gotten screwed over by this place . First i payed 10$ for expedited shipping and its took now 4 days instead of 2. The driver cane to my complex did not call me or the apt number or leave a sticker .I went on website to see options to set a delivery window and there site messed up and now has it to go to access point to pick up so i changed my other one over too to just pick them both up and it said out for delivery at 457. In transit for drop off at 915 by end of the day and then next morning it arrive back at former location and then 5 hours later out for delivery again when the places are maybe 20 minutes apart and if you call the ppace its going too they cant do nothing and if you call them all you get is a computer that cant help your actual problem.
We had items we were shipping internationally for our upcoming destination wedding. I walked in after messing up the label (myself) twice and asked for help. The front staff and Jeff Pedro took an hour out of their days to ensure our shipment was done properly. It was a complicated shipment but jeff took the time to get it straightened out. They all seem to love their jobs. We felt like a top priority which is rare in a company as large as ups. 5 stars!
Highly disappointed I was suppose to have a package delivered today now they say the can’t deliver it till tomorrow do you there part on a failure to have the correct address ask to see if I can pick it up today and they said no not possible for a pick up makes no sense unprofessional
This business is very unprofessional. The drivers lie about their attempts to deliver. They have a double standard about their delivery methods. You can choose to have them leave the package without a signature but then they still dont deliver because they say its up to the drivers discretion to leave a package without a signature. Which 9/10 theyre going to choose not to leave the package. They are winning all the way around the board. This company DEFINITELY needs the president of the company to appear on a episode of Undercover Boss. Im sure they would be seen as a fraudulent business. All in all UPS sucks!! I am very disappointed!! This is my third experience with the West Carrollton store in Ohio. Poor service all together. I will not order from any company who has UPS as their third party service provider.
The hours for this center are TERRIBLE. Why isnt this location open at all on Saturdays? It seems like UPS doesnt really care about their customers schedules. My package wasnt delivered because I wasnt at my house on Friday. They had my number and never called to see if they could leave it at my door. Now I have to wait until Monday to even get my package and I needed it this weekend. Incredibly inconvenient.
Zero...I used UPS service for the first time .This is the first and last.I was supposed to receive a package with overnight Air service, which was shipped on a Thursday noon from NY.It didnt come on Friday and they said it will be rescheduled to Saturday.I was waiting on Saturday and made a call.A women said it will be delivered today.It didnt come.I called again and a man said it will be delivered next Tuesday.They have lame excuses, severe weather location is closed on Saturday etc.Weather was completely fine on Friday (Was a bright Sunny Day) and Sunday(Cloudy but no rain).No bad conditions existed for air or ground on both days.I have never seen such an inefficient lying bad service company.Why did they take money for overnight delivery in the first place if they cant keep their promise? If they dont know their locations are closed on Saturdays why did they commit overnight delivery? Cheaters!! Stay away from them. FedEX by far the best service I have been using and will continue. Best example for a service company who take your money and walk away with zero customer satisfaction.
Took the day off to wait for the pkg and then I get an email on my phone saying they attempted delivery ... irritated that ive been sitting around all day waiting I call they said that I can pick it up tonight and someone from the local hub would call within the hour. Waited and recieved no call or msg ... called Sat morning and they then inform me that someone tried calling to tell me I could pick it up. Its my fault I missed them at the door and didnt answer the phone ... now I have to wait until Monday and go pick up the package between 1 and 6 ... We pay for a service and it is so incredibly inconvenient! No one is at the UPS hub on the weekend ... I find that hard to believe. Give us better hours for pickups ... a six hour window between Mon and Fri is not convenient and customer friendly.
Sometimes I get the useful deliveryman, and other times I get the idiot who enters attempted delivery, no one home when he didnt even bother trying. Today, I waste an hour of my day tracking down a package after the delivery that was supposed to happen Saturday when I was home and waiting anxiously for it. Guess what? No package. Yay. Id stop using UPS altogether, but I cant control where the places I order from choose for shipping. When I can, I will select other options, not that USPS is much better. But at least the post office is closer.
Was 3 days late delivering my daughters school materials which caused her to miss the 1st and 2nd day of online school. Then every time I called customer support they would just keep me on hold and never answer the call at all. If it was up to me I would have used FedEx
I love dropping off my packages here because they have an automatic door unlike the UPS Stores. They also have a dollie if you need to use it to bring in a bunch of packages. I have a UPS store mailbox but I always prefer to drop of packages with the UPS Customer center. That way I know for certain that my boxes are taken care of.
Ive lost a total of three packages through ups shipping supposedly delivering them to me.The only reason I held them at the hub is to make someone more accountable for my package, instead I get piss poor employee attitudes and a pathetic excuse for a time slot to pick up my package
Ups is a joke sometimes. Said dropped off package and i was home. Had set for them to deliver to management office due to thefts in city. No they left outside acvording to driver with no knock nothing. I was home amd now im out off 900. It was a sig required. They delivered to wrong place but somehow not their fault. Now had to file police report and file claims on them and with sprint to get another no charge. 3 week setback. Cant even give a correct answer on next delivery on new one. Tells me to house and get a randomw text saying had to pick up? Seriously get your info striaght. Getting worse than usps is umacceptable.
Odd hours for sure but staff is friendly and they do their job well. I have never had an issue with this location. Sometimes they do get busy and dont have time for real one on one questioning but if it is slow you can bet they will do everything in their power to track down your shipment or find you the best rate.
The described my package as undeliverable. I dont know if it was a different driver but I do receive packages regularly. This particular was returned to sender. The supposed attempt at delivery was on the 18th. They sent to me a postcard stating that the package would be held at the facility until the 28th. I received the postcard on the 29th. Now I have paid shipping on this package a second time and it is to be delivered today. Fingers crossed.
This facility has top notch customer service! I had ordered a carry on piece of luggage to replace a broken one I have at the last minute. I paid for 2 day shipping to make sure it was here in time, however, the delivery was delayed due to weather.I called the main branch of UPS and they said there was nothing they could do. I continued checking the tracking information and saw it scan in at west carollton. I called back to the main branch and explained the situation and they made a special messege to the west carollton facility asking if it would be possible for me to pick it up before the store opened at 1pm.Unfortunately the package had already been put on a truck. This team did not give up. They continued to check every option available. They called the truck and the driver said he would try but the package was pretty far back and was blocked by many other packages.I ended up receiving my package from the driver with more than enough time to pack it and leave on vacation. He had made a special trip to deliver it early.If not for every member of this tream and their customer service I would have carried a gimpy wheeled suitcase into the airport. I could not be more impressed by UPS and the West Carollton facility.
Worst customer service and services period I ordered somethings from eBay seller used ups and I havent received my items they said they tried to deliver but I wasnt available which was a lie because I always have someone home and I watched my servalance and they never came nor knocked

I usually I use your location for my shipping but today 1-16-2015 I checked your hours online and it showed that you were open from 9 to 5 pm.. well then i packed my stuff and put my children in car then drove there, after i arrive the sign on the door said that you are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.would you please fix the online Days/hours? I was so disappointed after i got there that;s why Im giving it 1 star... I wasted my time for nothing.. Thanks in advance for fixing the problem..
Horrible service! Refuses to deliver package even though signature and drop off place identified. Called repeatedly and even though you do what they say...same thing over and over...they still refuse to deliver package. Im not driving an hour to their facility. How do you get your package from them????
The supervisor Kim is what she said her name was, she is very rude I asked for her id/badge number which I’m entitled to ask for if I need to file a complaint and she REFUSED to give it to me she also called me a liar when I said I’ve had experiences with drivers marking my items as delivered and they weren’t in fact delivered! I do not like getting packages from them! If I could choose I would never pick them!
They say they dropped my daughters college books at our front door. She was home yesterday and NO ONE stopped at this house!!! Now she is out her books she needed tomorrow and $300!! SO upset at their answers to us....sorry, it says he left at front door!!! Liars!! Now what does my daughter do for class??? So upset! Need answers!!
I ordered a item that I had to sign for I had a doctors appointment at the VA and couldnt cancel they left the sticker on my door saying theyll deliver to next day they didnt deliver didnt deliver the next day I called they told me I could go to the UPS store or outlet whatever you want to call it on Alex road went there wasnt there was a tail like a grocery store so I got the runaround andso I got the runaround and they were very apologetic but still that is unbelievable when they say will delivered the next day and then dont do it

2022-08-18Driver threw my packages on the ground down by the road. If I wouldnt have been home Im guessing my packages wouldnt have been waiting when I returned.Update countless more issues with the driver and hub location. Called customer service spoke with people over 20 times still no resolution. Im just going to have to see if every place I shop online will use FedEx

2022-03-03Three stars because the people who work the front desk are phenomenal. They are very helpful and go out of their way to fix a problem.However, there wouldnt BE A PROBLEM if the driver who delivers to the Woodhills Apartments wasnt lazy and actually did his job. Twice now Ive had $500 packages that werent even attempted to be delivered, yet they walk up our stairs to put a sign on our door saying it will be at the access point. Last time it was at the access point, it was marked delivered before the driver even brought it inside, so I spent an hour running around town trying to find my package, and now it looks like Ill be doing it again, because instead of carrying my package upstairs, the driver walks up our stairs just to put a sticker on our door. I wont be doing this a third time. At this point I will just pay extra for FedEx delivery.

2022-02-08Due to the weather of last week. Packages that were due last week are all behind. You try to call ups and cant get through and when you do .You have a total of 3 people telling you that your packages arent here they were put on a truck? Then you go to ups and they ask if you want to just pick up packages? You say yes then you are told well I will call you tomorrow and let you know if they are there. Packages were there then moved somewhere else to come back to west Carrollton. Not only now you have waited a week for your packages packages you still cant get them. Another lady in front of me was complaining about the same thing. Ridiculous

2021-12-14Recently sold my house and moved out of state. A back ordered item was sent out and I tried every method available to have the delivery held or rerouted. Finally, day of delivery, an option is available to have the package held for pickup at a facility. They still delivered the package to my old address. Worst parcel mailing service ever. Screw UPS.

2021-06-17So disappointed with their customer service. I was told our package would be delivered in the evening hours and a phone call would be given to myself when they were close. The package was time sensitive medication which needs to be refrigerated. It never arrived, & after reaching out to customer service again I was told it was being held at the West Carliton location with hours of 9am-6p. We went to this location which was not open, opening hours of 1p.*Update* the sender of my package sent a private provider to this location to pick up my package which was unable to be located by staff. The private provider returned the next day and was able to deliver.
