For years now we have dealt with drivers claiming they attempted to deliver a package when they hadn’t. It says out for delivery until the very last second, then all of the sudden it’s back at their terminal saying they attempted but no one was home. I work from home, my computer is in The very front room, my screen door locked but my main door wide open, and we have 3 dogs that bark at the smallest of noises. Sick of this.Edit in response to UPS reply: I DID contact customer service, they made ME pay 7.00 and drive to their facility to receive the package. Real nice.

They literally lost my package and won’t allow me to file a claim! Said it’s ready for pickup but when I got there nobody can find it! Can’t get a straight answer from the locals or the 800 numbers!HORRIBLE!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Was waiting for an Amazon box (62 lbs) and it was held at this facility because customer requested it be held there which was not true. This was the 2nd time this happened so I called and was told the driver didnt feel safe, they would no longer deliver to my house. She made it sound like a bloods/crips situation. CSR said it was because I filed too many claims. My son said if too many theft claims are filed, the driver will not deliver which I understand. However, the last theft claim was in 2019, 2 (maybe 3) claims were recently filed due to YOUR mistake, driver left at wrong address and I got someone elses delivery confirmation. The 62 lb. package was returned to Amazon but they cant send it Fedex. Now I have to go to UPS and pick up packages or ensure the vendor uses another courier. My daughter is being treated for Stage 4 cancer and doesnt have the energy to be standing in line and I dont have the physical strength to carry oversized boxes. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with UPS, youre worse than the postal service and I know because Im a retired USPS employee.

Service has went downhill. My items were scanned business closed when the address is clearly residential. I called and inquired about my items and I was told different things (from reps & the website). What if an individual is handicap/disable? Your response is come pickup your items. UPS needs to be posted on the wall of shame. Also, I never asked them to hold my items, that was another lie from UPS.
