And Saturday, April 30 approximately 5 o’clock do UPS driver drove past my house without stopping then I get a notice 10 minutes later that says sorry we missed you I was sitting at my window the whole time I’ve been sitting here for hours waiting for him to show up but like I said I saw him turn the corner of the street and drive straight past my house so yeah you don’t even deserve a one
Had very bad experience with this location! I scheduled a pick up, because it was emergency. I paid extra to pick up my order, pick up time was until 1 pm, I arrived 12:40 and customer service said We close at noon. If you close at noon-you have to change your hours on telephone system m.fs!!!
I live in a very small house and my front porch has a tiny cover over the door and my side porch along the driveway is about 12x10 covered and for some reason all the delivery companies put any deliveries on my side porch out of the weather but ups puts them on the front even in the rain and almost ruined a title that was sent the other day. Its maybe 20 more steps to the side porch, rediculus. I tried calling to talk to someone about it and nobody can help me to the right department and cant ever get anyone in the U.S. , always a foreigner that I cant understand. I miss my united states
Over the past 5 years the ability to deliver packages has flipped. UPS needs to get with Amazon to figure out this delivery business. I have several delivery addresses with personal and company. UPS is typically unable to get from point A to point B without delays, issues or drivers dropping packages off at Amazon hubs to clean out their truck at the end of day.
During this frenzied absurd time we find ourselves in, the customer service workers handling shipments are always extremely courteous, pleasant, and most importantly helpful. They know what they are doing.The customer care center is also set up well for Covid. Put together, I dont ever mind when I need to go here to ship parcels.
I have been dealing with this location for over 7 years and they always take good care of me. I have a small car audio install business I do sometimes and when I place an order and pick it up, I get nothing but love from these two ladies who work there ( I really need to get their names) lol. But I like it there. The customer service is top notch.
I would give zero stars if I could. The shipping supplies I receive to operate my small business from home are sent via UPS due to a partnership between my supplier and UPS. After waiting all day to sign for my shipping supplies that I needed to complete shipments, the driver never came down the street where I reside, but falsely claimed they attempted delivery and I was unable to sign. After calling customer service to report the driver, I received a case and was the local office would contact me within two hours that evening. No call. I contact their online help, who tell me Ill receive a call this morning. No call. I call back customer service and Im told this customer center not returning my call has been recorded and they are to call me within the hour. No surprise, but once again I dont receive a call. UPS clearly does not value the time of their customers, I dont have several hours each day to spend waiting by the phone when I have work to complete. I am seeking alternative options for receiving shipping supplies as I will NEVER do business with UPS again. Avoid this customer center at all costs.
I usually have a great experience but today was strange. Facility hours different than posted on website so had to return at 5pm. At least 10 cars piled in with me because of compressed business hours. No one, including UPS, wearing masks. (I did see departing package handlers wearing masks.) Had to handover license and handle UPS device. This cannot be a best practice in a pandemic.
Amazing help from the 2 women in receiving. I had christmas gifts that were stuck in a trailer. One of the receiving women actually spent close to 2 hours personally digging through a trailer to find my gifts on Christmas eve. Best customer service i have had in a long time. The 800 number not so much those people are not very good.
I know someone that worked here through all of the lockdown. They was promised a bonus for working through it and never received it. Also They do not furnish their employees mask. They do not always have hand sanitizer and they do not always have soap in the wash area. I would never recommend working here
They are friendly here, and efficient. While it is certainly a No-Frills location, they get the job done with a smile upon their face. I also appreciate it that they were willing to help out when I was having a problem identifying a correct address. Would definitely go directly to the UPS Customer Center when shipping packages, and skip the middleman
Ive been waiting all day for a package. At 6:46 p.m I watched the delivery driver drive by my house. My security camera picked it up also. At the exact time the driver marks my package as undeliverable because the address is wrong. Since I had received a package from the same company but a different delivery service this morning, I knew the address was correct. I checked the online info and the my information was correct. I called the customer service number, and after waiting on hold for nearly 20 minutes, I was told that my information was correct but the driver marked it as incorrect and they would make note of it and Id have it delivered tomorrow. I was also told that I would get a call from the local UPS office. I just got off the phone and was told this driver marked my package as undeliverable because of a dog. A dog! I do not have a dog. I watched this driver drive by my house at the time that he/she marked the package as a wrong address. When faced with the lie, they then say it was a dog, that I do not have. Now, Im told that it will be delivered tomorrow. Well see, since the driver is obviously a liar.
One day my package was out for delivery. The next day my package was in transit.Now its in exception and the delivery date is unavailable.Filed a claim- now my package cannot be located.What happened? How does a package go from out for delivery to lost in one day.Somethings not right.
The management staff here and the drivers all need to be retrained or get new employees. My driver who delivers to my home( which I’m subscribed to ups my choice) is by far the most hideous driver and should be fired. I WAH and I’m here all the time. Yesterday I sat and watched the driver pull up to my apartment building. He sat in his vehicle and filled out a “sorry we missed you note”. Got out of his truck placed the sticker on my door. Never knocked what’s more jacked up he never pulled the box from the truck. I run out of my apartment to try to catch him and he sped off. I call the ups post location they said their contracted so I get In my car to drive to the canal street location to wait 46 minutes for a supervisor by the name of Gloria whom refused to come to the front to take my complaint. I was given her manager number and name of Mike Edwards. I try to call him today and was told by Evelyn that he’s stressed and have other things on his plate. The audacity we’re all stressed and that doesn’t stop me from doing the job that I was hired to do. I hope corporate see this post and reprimand these horrible employees. We paid them for a service to have a package delivered and they are failing to provide a service that was paid for to keep revenue coming to their business. Beyond appalled and disgusted with this business. I will never order from any place that uses UPS.
I purchased a few items from Amazon with one day shipping on 9/21. The order was placed after 5pm on that day and delivery was guaranteed by 9/23 by 8 pm. At 8 pm on 9/23 my packages still had not arrived so I called to find out where my items were. I was told that the driver quit mid shift and my packages were at this facility. I was offered no other remedy other than to come to the facility myself and pick up the items. Today is 9/25 and my items still have not arrived. My tracking info shows that my packages are now expected by 9/27, six days after my order was placed!!!!!😠😠😠 I am not happy. I would choose USPS over UPS any day.
The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life they where suppose to leave my package on my door step! Didn’t leave it! When I called customer service trying to express the importance of the package (it had medication in it) they hug up on and gave me the run around !!!!!!! I spend a total of an hour and 30mins trying to all back and actually get a person who cares and then they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor! Finally they told me I would not be able to pick up the package because the center is closed !!!!
I use this UPS center when I need to ship something today and all of the UPS stores are closed or UPS has already picked up. Being open until 8 PM allows me to go home, have dinner then drive to Mosteller Rd.and drop off my shipment.Service has always been fast and courteous and they have even helped unload my vehicle when I have had multiple items.
This distribution center has it together. Here it goes from the counter, to the truck. When I ship from this location I do not experience the damages I encounter when using pickup locations. My shipments are handled less. And tend to arrive at their destination without damage
I’ve been waiting on my package since the 22nd of this month and it still isn’t here. The delivery man skipped my house twice and every time I call uPS I get the same answer “I assure you you’re packaged will be delivered just give the delivery man time” I was sitting up for hours!!! Waiting on the delivery to show and he never did, literally waisted a whole weekend looking out for my sectional couch. Worst experience I’ve ever had, I hate UPS
Poor communication between the driver and this site is at fault for this rating. I was at work when my delivery arrived; I called the facility and was told when to pick up my items. Although the employee was polite, I was told the items were droped by the driver and loaded onto a trailer there... cant be pulled for pick up until Monday, despite Saturday hours! Waste of time, lame service at best.
Not using ups to ship anything ever again, Looked online and tracking said out for delivery at 8:55 am 6/24/47 waited all day for package till I called in at 730pm and was told package was still out for delivery, and that driver is still making delivery and I would definitely get it by end of night, so after calling off work so I could be home to get it and waiting around till 1am 6/25/17 I called in today and now being told it was never out for delivery and that their is no record of it being out for delivery and wouldnt get it till 6/26/17. 3 days after tracking showed out for delivery. Whats the point of having tracking for it to be this far off and how does a company this size tell lies and make up stories to try and make up for screw ups.
Zero accountability. Package was to be delivered yesterday. Out for delivery since 6:47 a.m. Driver LIED saying that a delivery attempt was made and that the recipient (ME) was not there to receive the package. YET, I was here all day (14 hours!) waiting for the package and no signature was required for delivery. After numerous calls and an extended chat w/ online customer service, I was told that a supervisor would call me. A call was received from RUSSIA from an even less helpful supervisor only to promise someone from Sharonville would call me today at or around 10:00 a.m. It is now almost 4:00 p.m. Another call had to be made, just for Matt from Sharonville to call and say that the driver and the drivers supervisor would have to call me later TONIGHT because neither is available. This makes TWO DAYS taken off of work waiting for a very important package that still is not here. I PRAY this same scenario happens to everyone involved - at minimum. There has been ZERO accountability and the worst customer service I could imagine. I was most update about the driver LYING about attempting delivery. Now, I cannot describe how low my view is of UPS as a whole. Unreal! I am traveling and had to had my shipment sent to where I am traveling. It has been TWO DAYS and it still is not here. Also, I could not even pick it up because it is on the truck before the facility opens and I can get it off. Now, I have to wait until TONIGHT for someone to call me. Completely unacceptable. Completely.
Every time I need something else from UPS but “drop shipment on porch” it ends in a lose-lose disaster. Defunct online presence, phone system designed to not let you talk to an agent, incompetent employees who are eager to demonstrate their lack of accountability, poorly designed business processes. If you are looking for an example of failing customer service, this is the place to go.
Terrible service I had 500.00 of Disney tickets left on a bench on my front porch in a terrible storm when my screen door and door were a foot away. I called UPS because I paid for express shipping they refused to do anything about it. The envelope was soaked and could have easily blown away.
Absolutely horrible service. Lost my $300 package and claimed it was scanned and left at the facility..: four days in a row. I offered to pick it up myself but for some reason, I couldnt pick it up when I asked. Someone from the hub called me directly and said the packing was on the truck and on its way, expected to be here today... four days later... Guess what, never received it. I wouldve given ZERO stars if it were an option. Id choose USPS over UPS ANY DAY!!!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Why offer something that you cannot deliver. Charge 8dollars for a window that you never make and then use the excuse heavy delivery day. Then why have the option available. Then leave slips with the direction on the back to sign and leave on porch and it still doesnt happen... because the driver needs your signature as requested by the shipper. But the sheet was SIGNED! Then drive 25 minutes out of your way (at 3:30pm) to go get the package, only to find out, its out for delivery again... and then youre told well you can wait until 6:30pm when it comes back. Now I get to wait for my product to get her tomorrow because the manager took care of me by upgrading it to air... REALLY?! Thats the compensation youre going to give to a customer? HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE ONLINE EXPERIENCE. CANNOT EXECUTE WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. Will NEVER use UPS again. And will encourage others to do the same. If I place an order, if they ship it UPS, then I move on to another dealer. Thank you so much UPS!
3 days my package has been incorrectly sorted....How does that work and it is still in Sharonville seriously.Now 4 days in a rowe. When you call the 800 number you get the Phillipines, my package is in Sharonville Oh. Worst I repeat Worst customer service I have ever seen.
What a horrible experience! I received and email stating that my package would be delivered by end of day Saturday. It never came so I called Monday morning and they (Customer service main number) had someone from the local Sharonville, Ohio location contact me. The customer service representative that called me was rude and disrespectful. I asked her to repeat something and she hung up. If she doesnt like working in customer service or dealing with people then she is clearly in the wrong field! The poor customer service needs to be addressed at this location. Several customer reviews already reported that this person hung up on them, so she clearly has a history of being rude and hanging up on people. I will do everything possible to avoid dealing with this location!
This place is awful. I held my package for pickup and both times i have went down to pick it up they couldnt find it. And the staff was not very friendly, they acted like they could care less. I finally spoke to a ups representative who was able to find out where it was and arranged for me to pick it up. Really terrible experience
If I could give a zero I would. I was supposed to have a package delivered today. at 2:16 they said it was on my porch but it was nowhere to be seen. I have called and they told me it would be redelivered by 4. I have called UPS 4 times now and my package is nowhere to be seen
UPDATE: STOPPED ON WEDNESDAY FOR AN ESTIMATE. ATTENDANT WORE NO MASK AND SAID SHE HAD BEEN OUT SICK. WHEN I BROUGHT MY BOXES BACK FOR SHIPPING THE NEXT DAY...THE FACILITY WAS CLOSED DUE TO COVID!!! NO SIGNS AND A RUDE UNMASKED ATTENDANT AT THE FRONT GATE. UNBELIEVABLE PUBLIC BE DAMNED ATTITUDE!
Was waiting for my delivery, not that they noted that they were at my place to drop off the package as i was waiting for them all day and never got it.... also i had to drive twice to the local location to pick up my stuff and it wasnt there Customer Service is awful......and not on same page
They sent my package to Toldeo on fast shipping, its late.. My package which are two 8 foot tall palm trees btw, so how do you not look correctly for the zip code, sad part Im the neighboring town so you have to recognize my zip as a local.. beats the hell outta me, I mean its not a little envelope that can be misread easily, i mean my trees are 8 foot freaking tall, right? lol 8 foot tall man, Freaking palm trees in Ohio, it has to stick out like a sore thumb, who the moron that cant read where they go ... I thought rookie at first but after reading all these 1 star reviews about how bad they are, I dont think so now and if I have to come down there, Im not going to be very happy.. :( ... plus I think the store came on here and gave themselves 5 stars to help out their review score, common sense says all these 1 stars and what they talk about, then you have a 5 star saying they never do that? ok? I think someone helped themselves out by giving themselves 5 stars reviews.... so I say to the 1 star review down below, yes sir, It is pretty shady if you ask me.. specially with a 5 star comment below that says and have never waited more than 2 minutes after so many people are complaining about horrible waiting time... pretty shady indeed...
The UPS store a couple of miles from my home received my package today (Friday) at 7:56am but I cant pick it up, or have it delivered until Monday because that is the delivery date that they came up with when the package was sent to me. I cant believe it, no more UPS for me.
Terrible I bought a new iPhone 6 plus for $800 from Amazon got the overnight shipping and everything and that was 3 weeks ago I was supposed to get it 4 days after paying for it and it never came so I just waited out the rest of the week cause we all know how ups is.....And so I waited to the next week and I called the warehouse for amazon and it said its being shipped but I never got an email or a call or text so then I brushed it off gave it another week then I called on Monday its wensday (xcuse my spelling) 2 day and so I tracked it down n it said it was being shipped but then I called the UPS store were there supposingly have it there and they couldnt find it
Awful experience. Driver couldnt leave package so I instructed them that Id pick it up at the customer center. They told me it would be there at 7 pm. I showed up at 6:55 and waited until 7:45 before they said they couldnt find the package. No updates in the meantime.

2022-04-04Before driving the far distance to the UPS Shipping location, I tried calling to see if they could wrap, box, and ship my grandmothers vintage small rocking chair. Location phone number was not available, phone rep not at all knowledgeable enough, even after I gave complete measurements and weight of item. Finally they gave me an estimated cost of just the shipping. This is why I wanted to speak directly with someone at the store!

2022-08-12So I was moving to the current address that I had a package sent too I wasnt going to be there until the next day and was willing to take the risk of my package getting stolen since I knew it was going to be delivered the day before I moved in, instead of the driver leaving it he took it back to their facility which wasnt an issue but was was the issue was that when I called to figure out l what happened I was told that I would have to come and get it or if I wanted them to deliver like they should I would have to change the address. I should have to change my address for where I want the package to be delivered too especially since I was in the place I live at.

2022-02-09UPS is literally the worst form of delivery. I ordered something from Chillicothe Ohio to be sent to Cincinnati Ohio and I paid for one day shipping... I ordered it a week ago. Theyve rescheduled me three times and its hilarious because on the bottom of it it says our commitment to deliver on time or something untrue along those lines. They excuse themselves due to a severe weather delay although the USPS had no problem getting my order to me from New York on time. Amazon had zero issues filling orders on time. And then really the only way that you can get any information is if you make an account and pay for it. one of my vendors had that and they still told her there was nothing that they could do we just had to wait. yall are the bottom of the barrel delivery company and Ill avoid uses vendors who use you. Youre completely unreliable and thats a small business who is depending on the delivery on Friday and it is now Wednesday Im beyond upset.

2022-05-03I Have tried, I mwan I really tried to work with UPS. On my issues, vbut they just keep dropping the ball.. over and over.. Every time, and I mean EVERYTIME I HAVE A DELIVERY, THEY CANT GET IT RIGHT.... Its sad how there system is set up, because over all the employees are Nice.. But I have tried several times and it has not changed IF YOU CAN AVOID THEM, I SUGGEST YOU DO..

2022-07-09Why always my packages from ups always they have problems when I buy something and they send the package from ups I hate that because they never knock and saying sorry we miss you today I suppose to receive a package I have a hide cámara and the ups delivery never came to my door and said sorry we miss you on the email they send anddddd I call them and today is Saturday they want me to pay 8.99 if I want my package in other locations but the delivery will be Tuesday people don’t use these people others delivering you can pick up your packages at the center or somewhere else same day

2022-02-05My package from Philadelphia pa was here this morning in Cincinnati Ohio and was suppose to be delivered by noon which was paid for almost 100.00 and its now 1400 hrs. And guess what not here. Top the cake the place is only 4 miles away how in the hell it could not be here on time and the money came out my pocket. And you call this dam 800 number for ups and guess what no dam help either.
