I, Roosevelt Trotter III and my mother is Clen Trotter from ... we returned unopened Spectrum Equipment and they refused to use the boxes they came in, they said it was policy they had to do it so then we were left with boxes we did not need. Therefore I, Roosevelt Trotter, asked if they could recycle or trash the boxes they said no they cant take it due to their policy however Bianca called today on June 24th and rudely spoke to my mother and I about how a UPS truck could not move the empty cardboard boxes, mind you it rained a lot and was windy Tornado weather, and it impeded their ability to do business mind you that was like a week or 2 prior to today as well so yall hired people who dont know what to do with a box? An empty one at that?!!! I am utterly upset that anyone called to chastise me about policy I do not get paid to know or execute and would like to know how this will be handled because I do not appreciate the tone and the rudeness and if yall cant figure out how to move a box yall working for the wrong company get yall policy in order I FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS and trashed as I said I would in the back
