After reading all of the negative commentary about this location I tried my best to avoid it by trying the UPS location on Memphis. After driving around for 15 minutes or so with no luck finding this phantom UPS location I finally caved from frustration and decided to try this place despite all of the negative reviews. I was greeted pleasantly upon entry and assisted immediately with my Amazon return. It has been inferred, that things are stolen here and that some nefarious things go on but I was completely ready to pay the postage when I was informed that postage wasnt necessary and I was all set to go. A perfect opportunity to pocket some cash if things were really shady here. I can only go by my own experience and I was completely satisfied with my visit and with the honesty and efficiency I was afforded. I will come again and I would recommend this location to friends in the Brooklyn neighborhood. Thanks to the young lady up front for your help!
