Used to be a weekly visitor. Not anymore after today. My wife bought me an Escobar disposable vape, tested it in store and disposed of the box in their trash can. Came home and gave it to me and it worked fine. This morning I woke up, put it in my pocket and heard clicking and hissing coming from my pocket. This thing was auto firing for no reason, didn’t stop and was getting blazing hot so we dumped it in water to prevent it from exploding. Called the store and they had zero interest in remedying the situation saying “I just have to take your word for it” and it’s out of their hands since it worked in the store, the person on the phone wasn’t in the store yesterday so couldn’t verify she threw the packaging away there and they’ve never had an issue with this product before (apparently there isn’t a first time for everything) at this time the vape was still auto firing even after taking it out of the water. Had to break the thing open to disconnect the battery otherwise we would’ve had bigger issues.Unwilling to take a ~$15 hit to help a customer with a faulty product that could’ve done some serious damage. You need to retrain your staff on customer service and that it’s just not about selling products but also taking accountability for said products when “things they haven’t had issues with before” come up and could potentially injure their paying customers.Edit:Owner seems to think testing products in stores prevents them from malfunctioning after the fact. Instead of turning your nose up to the problem, maybe look into the issue to ensure it doesn’t happen to other customers.Also, please locate the H in my name for me

Just moved here from out of state and was calling the shop to ask about a juice company I used to buy back home. The man on the phone said they did not sell it so I asked him if he had a minute so I could read him off the description of one of the bottles I still had to see if maybe they sold something like it here. He told me, “actually a customer just walked in, could you call back later?”. Not sure if the managers ever told this man that your callers are customers too but whatever, their local competitors just gained another weekly buyer.After response from owner: Not once in my initial review did I say or imply that a sales associate should ignore walk-in customers. It bothers me that the owner of this establishment is telling his/her employees to brush off phone customers instead of placing them on a brief hold to greet the walk-ins before explaining to them that there’s a customer on the line and they need to finish up with them quickly. Maybe I am wrong and customer service/sales training I received is incorrect but I don’t think so.

Very helpful and amazing staff. Was in today and a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic employee helped me with a new tank and some new juice. My go to vape shop for sure!

I walk in with my 11 year old child and the man looks at my child and says she cant be in here because she isnt 21 she has walked in multiple with me and havent had a problem she even goes in the on in Lancaster

Stopped in today. I wouldn’t ever go back again. Sales associate was not helpful. We were not allowed to smell any of the flavors and the sales associate wouldn’t even offer recommendations. We purchased a flavor we know we liked. Not only was it extremely difficult to open (we literally had to use a Pocket knife to open it up) but it tasted HORRIBLE. Not even distinctly like the flavor it was named after (captain crunch). And to top it off the juices were overpriced. The same size for much better quality is literally $15 at other shops and it was $30 here for 60 ML. I’d recommend going for a different shop.

Uprite Vapor has always treated me with respect, that very important to me. One store I give my business to, they have the juices with the most amazing flavors, if they run out of the juice I want they do everything to get it in fast. Even contacting their other stores to see if they have it in stocks. Will always do my vapor needs with Uprite

Went in and got two smok novo 2 vapes and a bottle of juice that he recommended based on telling him I like fruity flavors. Got them home, filled one pod from each vape and waited a few minutes. They come somewhat charged... one worked and the other blinked.... I thought maybe it wasn’t charged enough so I charged it a while and still wouldn’t work... nothing I could do made it work. I called the next day, he remembered me and told me to bring the defective one back for a refund. So I did, no problems, now I have two great vapes and an awesome new juice!

The owner found out about our trouble with the a tank we bought there. He went out of his way to call us personally and have us come in and make it right. We will definitely be back and I’m so happy they stand by their products and were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely be back.

Great juice selection they have something for whatever tooth you may have. Sweet tooth. Fruity tooth. Desert tooth. Try Country Clouds juice line. Sooooo good
