This place is a joke! I have a call log of over 250 calls to get stuff fixed. Its been a living hell in the 15 months of living here. Our lease is up in 3 months. We will not renew. Dont rent here unless you want stress, anxiety and headaches!
Have tried taking care of issues with the Land Lord and have been ignored by phone. Went to do it in person and was blown off because it was her lunch break. Also was trespassed from the community center for going there and bothering her on her lunch break. Very poor care for the property and the tenants. Dont rent here unless youre looking for a plethora of problems and headaches and pain old disrespect.
I highly recommend going elsewhere. Do not get trapped into renting at this place. Very unprofessional. Its a headache the week after you move in. If I could give it 0 stars I would. There ARE better places to rent around the area. Stay away!
I have lived here for two years and it has become trash... every time you call the office no one answers.. they have work cars out in the parking lot that makes the place look trashy. This place has really gone downhill, I cant wait till my lease is up. Im out of here..

Have lived here 3 years and absolutely love it. Treats residents very well and maintenance is very quick. Highly recommended
Have called to aquire about the apartments. Two days in a row its been going to voicemail. Dont think Ill be renting from there especially after reading reviews .
I just got a collection bill from this place & Im pretty sure I never lived here & Im sure its on my credit report!!!

2022-06-06Angel is extremely rude and prejudice . I lived here during my last year of college with a roommate from 2019-2020. There were multiple college students on the property. There was a particular group of students that lived underneath me that would often have parties. Somehow, with us both being Black (who knows) my roommate and I were accused of being the ones throwing parties & being loud & disruptive. Which is totally outside of my character. I’m respectful and quiet. These accusations began once my roommate and I decided to break our lease, due to me relocating to my home state. I went on to move back to my home state and applied for an apartment and got denied due to Angel making up some false narrative, Thank God I was able to get into another nice complex. It’s been years later, and I’m going to look Into filing a suit against her for housing discrimination, or for her simply lying on my character. We paid rent on time, and we were always respectful. I believe that Angel took advantage of us being young students & first time renters, she was angry that we wanted out of our lease. She obviously groups all people of color together to have gotten me mistaken with loud college kids underneath me. Refusing to show us a video that she “supposedly” had of multiple people leaving our apartment. My roommate and I were either at work or at school, smh. I’m upset, even years later, because some miserable individual lied on my character. I hope her and horrible maintenance men read this. -Allahna

2020-06-20Large number of dead trees doting the parking lots, cars are lined on the road due to lot repairs but no tree work. Theres branches everywhere about to fall. Not safe to park your cars here. Whats the deal?

2018-07-09I moved in on September 29, 2017. One of the worse mistakes I’ve ever made. My stove and refrigerator were trash, angel told me for months I would get a new set. I finally did in January because I threatened to break my lease and get a lawyer because they allowed me to move in with poor conditions and no means to really refrigerate food. I had issues with my neighbors drug trafficking and always arguing. They swore for two months something would be done. Nothing was ever done to the point where my two year old son and I walked outside and he attempted to pick up a USED NEEDLE outside. I called about that multiple times. I than had issues with my sons dad and he was showing up to my house and harassing me with the police unable to catch him. I broke my lease 3 months early due to protection issues for my son and I. Angel and Janice refused even after having legal documentation about my sons father and how serious it was for us to leave for our protection to allow me out of my lease. They said I would have to pay the rest of my lease out plus a extra two month relet fee. Which mind you the house was left in the same condition it was when I moved except for even better. I done a better cleaning job than they did. I had to take pictures of the place after I left just to make sure angel didn’t try anything else. I repeat DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!

2019-02-04For what we pay its not bad.the landlord has been good to me and my husband. She has been vary understandin of our financial issues and has never been a problem. I always take my rent down to her and she is aleays there, yes it takes some time for things to be fixed but it dose get done. I have been here almost a year. When I had to move from my parents house in a rush she got me in , the unit was old but nothing bad. We go out of town a lot and she is always look8ng out for us. The only complaint I have is that I can hear my neighbor aarguing at early hhours and I work third so I like to come home and sleep but other then that the place is great actualy looking at getting a two bedroom with her. Cant wait for another good year.

2018-06-04I didnt read the reviews before moving in big mistake. Cant get anything fixed when you ask. We live in a wooded area and have been harassed for over a month with people in the woods. We get woke up at 2 and 3 in the morning. We have called Fairborn cops and nothing happens they cant find them. Who ever installed the blinds did a terrible job they started falling down as soon as we moved in. The stove is ridiculous we have 3 burners and one the the pan sits crooked doesnt cook right. I was told they would put a screen door up when I moved in but now its not happening because I was told an engineer has to do it not the maintenance prople please really. Angel the lady that runs the place must think were stupid. So do your research on this place before moving in! We now sleep with a loaded gun every night. My lease is up soon thank god I can get out of this place!

2016-01-101/10/2016 - 5:50 AMWe have woken up to the power off in half of the apartment. The fridge, heater, and back section of the apartment have no electricity. The temperature is dropping rapidly outside. This is the second time this has happened in the dead of winter, during a snowstorm. As I sit here and write this, we have called Emergency Maintenance well over 20 times; its a pager and nothing more. No answer.The garbage disposal under our sink started to leak water, unknown to us about 4 months ago. Their maintenance guy installed a new sink, and did nothing to fix the disposal. We still cannot get them to contact us back about getting that fixed, either.This place is a nightmare. Its like living in a 3rd world country. Avoid at all costs.

2018-08-10This place absolutely sucks do not rent here. We cant get anything fixed have been harrass from day one. Angel Lewis is a pos she is at the office at all hours God knows what shes doing and has her family doing everything for the apartments. They were going in my apartment without my permission IIhave videos to proceed this , an who knows what they were doing stealing or being nosey. I slept with a loaded gun the last 2 Months I was there. She never fixed anything and you never got her on the phone you got Janice who tried to charge me for a utility bill twice scammers are all they are. Stay clear!!!

2017-02-07This place is a nightmare! They charged me for a smell in one of the closets having a pet urine smell! I cant have pets due to my allergies. Angel is the devil herself, shes two faced. Lies to your face and talks behind your back. NOTHING WAS EVER TRULY FIXED IN OUR APARTMENT. Everything was always halfway done, it would break again just to have Wiley come fix it again. Too bad the owners dont know how much Angel is running that place into the ground.

2020-06-19I do not recommend moving here at all, the entire time I lived here I could never get in touch with the office nor get a call back. My lease is finally up and I can’t even return my key because nobody picks up the phone and now I live an hour away. Drove all they way up to return the key after getting no calls back and still cannot get ahold of anyone at the office when I knock. Waste of time.

2017-12-06DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT! INVEST YOUR MONEY INTO THIS PLACE! I HAVE HAD BLACK MOLD IN AND ON MY FREEZER SINCE I MOVED IN , IN JULY & ITS DECEMBER! She claims she was going to get me a new fridge for 2 months and every week she says it should be here at the end of the week. THEY PUT NOTICES ON YOUR DOOR THE DAY OF! Stating that someone will be in our home instead of a 48 hour notice. And we come home noticing that someone was in our home! When moving in paint touch ups needed to be done it was sunflower seeds everywhere! ITS DECEMBER AND PAINT TOUCH UPS STILL ARENT FIXED FROM JULY! I have to turn the knobs on my sink backwards to turn my faucet on! And the carpet smelt like meldew for so long i was buying carpet refreshers and vacuuming before she resolved the issue. AFTER I WENT INTO HER OFFICE CRYING BECAUSE OF THE HORRID SMELL SHE FINALLY GOT NEW CARPET! She got tired of my complaining and constant pop ups to her office she called the police and got me and my fiancé banned from ever going to her office. Now i can’t pay my bills unless I mail them down the street! And can only conversation with her over the phone! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND I AM FLABBERGASTED ON THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED! I WISH I DIDNT HAVE TO EVEN PUT ONE STAR! She is never here when my apartment needs servicing but i see her in the office at 2 am with her “boyfriend, or son” car outside who made racial slurs at me and my fiancé! Workers in the office have blown smoke in my face , cursed at me and totally disrespect me. PLEASE DONT DO IT! If you live on the top floor your spending about 6,900 not including utilities a year for an area that will never respect or do the things they need to do! DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY! RUN AWAY! AND ITS A MOUSE OR RAT STUCK IN MY WALLS RUNNING AROUND SCRATCHING THE CEILING NIGHT AND DAY SINCE OCTOBER AND ITS DECEMBER I BELEIVE I CAN HEAR MULTIPLE AND ITS STILL NOT RESOLVED!
