USPS is against recycling and reusing. If you come in with one of their boxes thats been through the system already, with a new paid for label, they will not accept it. So much for caring about the planet.

This is a great post office that is super close to where I work. Its really nice to be able to take a package on my lunch break to this post office. The employees are all professional, helpful and kind folks!

This post office is great. I will admit that my opinion might be a little biased because I am used to dealing with the post office on E DUBLIN GRANVILLE RD. Whenever I visit this post office, the employees plus the manager are always helpful and polite, they are fast while inquiring about your day. I have had nothing but good experiences with this post office which is the total opposite of E Dublin Granville Rd Post office.

This post office is incredibly slow.The staff at this location perform their duties with the absolute least amount of work possible and with zero sense of urgency. Its not unusual to have a line of 8-10 customers at any given time and only one staff member assisting them.Staff acts like they are doing everyone a favor to do their job. Dave acted like he was the one put out when he had me waiting over 20 minutes to process a refund. Then, he yelled at me because had to wait for a supervisor to complete the transaction. As if that wasnt enough, he then left the counter unattended for a good 5 minutes and left 18 (I counted) standing in line because he didnt want to deal with me. Only after a supervisor returned and finished the transaction for me did he come back... moving even slower than before.Zero stars would be a generous rating.

The woman in there is absolutely ridiculous. Went in for a simple favor because I lost my tracking number and told me that without the exact date, time and who was working she can’t help. I had the exact time and date but not the person working because how am I supposed to know that. She specifically told me there was only two women in there and I knew for a fact it wasn’t her so it had to be the other woman. She refused to even look or help me even though she had all the information. Super rude and not very understanding just didn’t want to do what she could to help or take the time.

Personally, I think chatter between coworkers should be saved for when there aren’t any customers at the counter. However, the gentleman that helped me at the counter was polite, and got through my transaction quickly and efficiently.

1 employee.. over 20 people waiting in line.. how can they only have 1 person on a Saturday in December? ?? Over 40 min wait :(... just to clarify that 1 employee was great.. I give HER 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Seriously waiting for a package for a whole month that was out for delivery and now saying held at post office at customers request .. I didn’t pay shipping to have to go up there and pick my package up
