Seems like the quality of service is all 1 stars in Toledo... why is everyone in toledo so bad at providing good service? Anytime I call its an hour wait... exactly how I want to spend my day off... best part my call back got disconnected... now I have to wait another hour... all because the carrier marks my package as delivered to the right address... I sure dont have it... and at least 3 times a week I receive mail from the wrong address... do these guys even read? Isnt that a prerequisite?
The lady working customer service acted like I was interrupting her conversation with someone in the back. I walked out and bought my money order elsewhere. Maybe thats no big deal to the mighty postal service, but polite and friendly customer service should be required.
Horrible customer service. I called about an ongoing problem with the carriers putting our mail in the recycle bin and not in the mailbox. The woman that answered the phone was combative, extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked for her name. Our tax dollars at work. 💩

2022-02-17I am shocked when I receive a phone call from the actual “Post Office location” Ramone J. answered all of my questions. And explained what could have happened to the package. PLEASE TELL HIM THANK YOU Very much! He went above and beyond! His kindness was “Appreciated” keep up the Great Work!

2020-09-10I have had packages left outside all night in the rain. I didnt know it was there because they never rang the doorbell or knocked. I was home ALL DAY!!!Two packages were delivered today and one is still at the post office. The tracking claims they attempted it. I WAS HOME during their. attempt. When the mail person delivered my mail today, she/he scared my kids because she/he was talking on his/her phone when she/he opened my mail slot to put the mail in it.

2019-10-02To lazy to hand key tracking numbers.(enlarged label to 130% as I always do and this time it wouldnt scan) Excuse we can not hand key because continued tracking will not occur because the rest of the line wont hand key. What if I drop the item in the mailbox then what? I want a receipt that says you have the item I am dropping off. If everyone else does their job along the way then we do not have to worry about the customer lying and saying they did not get the package when they did. I am not putting my packages in your lobby rolly cart for someone else to pilfer and take!

2019-08-13This post office has gotten much better over the years that Ive lived in the area. Wait times are much lower than they used to be, and the few times that Ive had to call, the employees have been responsive and helpful. There are still the occasional mistakes and misdelivered packages, but about 99% of the time there are no problems. It would be nice if they would put an APC machine in the lobby, or at least a vending machine for stamps, but other than that, this branch is pretty good these days.

2019-07-13Very terrible service in this location. I want there one time and the lady that was helping me did I huge mistake. My package was supposed to be emailed via first class but guess what she did!! She made it for priority which is almost 30$ more different! When I told her about what she did. She was not respectful to me. Also, when l go there l did not want her to help me, but she was talking unprofessional way. I highly recommend you go to different location even it is far little bit.Must improve the service guy!

2019-03-21Warning: This is a long winded story.Never in my life have I ever had such a terrible experience with my postal service. I was HARASSED by a postal carrier while I was home alone. He was honking and yelling while sitting in his vehicle, then proceeded to back into my driveway (continuing to try and coax me outside). Obviously I didn’t go out there because this was a terryifying experience, and I had no idea what was going on.Fast forward to the next week: I get a letter stating that my mail is being suspended due to the postal carrier feeling threatened by a dog (supposedly my dog). Mind you, I have four dogs and they were all INSIDE my house with me, with all the doors and windows shut, at the time that the postal carrier was in our neighborhood. The letter also stated that I need to go into the post office and sign a statement about keeping my dogs away from the postal carrier.After all this and the letter, I am still receiving mail and packages to my house EXCEPT for important pieces (like important legal documents). Due to my frustration at this point, I decided to email USPS to try and get this resolved without needing to physically go into the post office to receive my mail. I work an hour and a half away in Michigan and there is no way I can make it to the post office during their hours of operation.In response to my email, I received a call asking that I repeat the details of everything that has happened. After I lay out every detail, the woman assured me that nobody at the post office was holding my mail and that the issue was possibly due to us not having a “regular carrier on our route”. I explained to her that this hasn’t been an issue until this letter arrived and that I KNOW my mail is being held because I receive the daily digest and I have ALWAYS gotten my mail after I have seen it in my email.She had the AUDACITY to tell me that I may not be receiving my mail because I “recently moved”. Let it be known that I moved in November and I have gotten EVERY PIECE OF MAIL since the move up until this point.To say I am frustrated would be an EXTREME UNDERSTATEMENT. If I could rate this post office negative stars, it would be the only honest thing about this place.

2018-11-02I really dont know why there are so many bad reviews for this office. The ladies inside were very friendly today (about 230). So most of the day was gone for them and they still were nice. Ive been inside like 3 other times and never had an issue. My mailman is awesome too. Ill be moving to the other side of town soon and I hope to get decent service from there as well. Fingers crossed 🤞

2018-02-24Its a great place to go for the best information on shipping packages. Very informed crew that works here has the knowledge you need to get your items shipped the way you want them. Also provide ways in which you can track your packages if need be. All and all it was a great experience for me here and I will be back. The place was very clean and appeared to be well taken care of. The staff was very helpful and nice. Thank you all for the great experience !!
