Was called at 3 and told they were holding my package. Showed up at 3:30 and they were closed. They wouldnt answer their phone; I was unable to figure out any more information or get any help even though I could see people inside and hear their phone ringing. The person that called me could have told me they were closed. The people at the location should have at least answered the phone to help clarify the situation.
I get packages that I have to sign for but never get a sticker on my door nor a knock on my door saying I need to sign for them. I find out I have a package that was being delivered after it was returned to the sender. Then I will get a notice after the sender gets the package back saying last change to get the package by date and that date past. What gives? Also, I never get any packages delivered to my door. The one time a package did get delivered to a door it was to the wrong address. Thank goodness the person called my number to let me know they have my package. I would like to thank my lazy postal worker that delivers my post for never doing their job yet gets paid probably $20+ per hour.
Love this post office, i drive an extra 10 mins to go to this location. the workers are always friendly, efficient, and helpful, and i cannot say enough how convenient the self service postage machine is!
I cant give the Reynoldsburg Postal service staff anything but the highest marks possible. Theyve been understanding, helpful, and always gone way above their duties to me. Their staff are always friendly, gracious, and never belittle anyone no matter how the customers might react to their clear explanations and reasons why! Theyre a great group of service people! This post office is the worst. I live in an apartment and out mail carrier will not bring anything to our door. If the package wont fit in the post box he leaves a slip for you to pick it up at the post office. As of right now they have lost the box of Christmas presents for my kids. He put the slip in the mailbox saying package is at the post office. No one can seem to find it.
I manage a housing community in Reynoldsburg, and we depend greatly on the services of the Postal Office to correspond with our residents, corporate office, vendors, and other properties we own as well. The staff is very personable and patient, i always mail hundreds of dollars of postage every month, and it is a time consuming process. They are always more than willing to assist me in any postal services that are needed, and it is appriciated. Thank you for all that you do!
The ladies in here are so wonderful. They are always happy to see me and I love their company. Sure, the wait might be a bit but its because I think they are trying to give every person their full attention.
This is my least favorite post office to go to. The staff isnt courteous and acts annoyed when you ask them questions. The staff is not knowledgable about postal services (especially passports). Im probably going to look into an online service postage after this because after the 10th time of going into this negative place I think Ive had enough.
Sending small envolpe with a piece of mask and they are trying to charge for a package. Lady worked there was rude and very unreasonable. First time had problem like this.
Been having a lot of trouble getting my mail lately relying on neighbors to drop off whats been delivered to them and it took me four tries to get a small package delivered to me wondering what am I not getting
I have always received excellent service from everyone at this post office. They are helpful and courteous and willing to help me find the best way to ship an item.
Received updated tracking info on a pkg that said, delivered to porch or front door at 11:16 on 8/25/2017. I arrived home at 11:25. No pkg.Tried calling post office and you cant speak to anyone. After 10 minutes of going from one recorded option to the next I finally was able to request to speak to a customer service person. Wait time...50minutes!This either means you need more employees or service is so bad that there are an extreme amount of problems.After waiting 35 minutes the call hangs up!Call back...wait time again quoted as 50 minutes.It would have been much easier to say, all lines are busy , you are SOL today.
A very unprofessional staff.
I have been calling this location for over 5 minutes and no response, more than 3 times. I understand that they are busy, but no one wants to wait over 3 minutes without a phone being answered. Thats just poor management. Hire more people if you cant manage to answer the phone in a timely manor.
Extremely quick to help me and ask what I needed to do in a personable manner, handed me my receipt and I was out the door in seconds! Thanks for this, even on a Saturday when you’re about to close!
Impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Package shows delivered, but apparently not to me. So who exactly did you deliver my package to???

This location has a 24 hour self serve machine which makes shipping small packages super convenient!

2022-02-19This place is definitely a small shoe box. BUT! The service I’ve received is always top tier, from carriers, and all the staff. There’s one particular lady who has been here for years, and through all the changes the world and postal services have seen, she remains humble, kind and wears a smile no matter how rude some customers are she. She id efficient and patient. Give that lady a raise! It is tight in here, a new location is beyond needed.

2021-08-14Took my family here recently to apply for passports for myself and my son. It was my first time going to this location but it sure wont be the last.Shanyell who attended to us was very friendly and efficient, also every single employee within ear shot was all smiles and pleasant.Kindness goes a long way and they sure gave a great first impression here keep up the good work... 👍

2021-08-09Clean and orderly unlike other locations.Personal opinion here, USPS needs to get with the times when it comes to payment methods. Be sure to bring your card, they dont accept digital payment methods. Maybe someday. 🤞

2022-03-14I called & spoke with a gentle man?(guy)name of Erin,regarding my change of address; he was quick & short! But I still tried to be NICE&thank him! I didnt even get a chance! He slammed the phone down in my ear!Also! Ive spoken even to the post master,about all the mail that is STILL coming to my house! After 5yrs?Thats NOT mine! I have followed & done every procedure! But! Still getting other peoples mail to MY HOME ok! So! Im going to start throwing it in the TRASH! DO the JOB yall are paid to do! PlEASE

2022-01-10They frequently deliver mail and packages to wrong address. Now I cant even buy stamps because the machine in the lobby wont accept credit cards.

2020-07-18Package listed as delivered, but there was no package in my mailbox. This seems to be a VERY common problem with this branch. Ive spoken to several people in my complex that have had packages that were never delivered but listed as such. Have your items sent to a PO box in a branch that actually cares about delivering your packages, or go through Amazon. At least they attempt to help you with lost packages....
