Not a good shipping company, bought a product a week or two ago, got shipped to Iowa then backed and the packaged still hasnt been delivered. Id advise using FedEx for fast shipping and not losing your product
Ahhhh, the post office. Well when you arrive you will hate the parking lot. It is crammed, you can only exit one way (by law), and space can be limited. So I knocked off a star. The staff here are friendly and very helpful. Over Christmas I overwhelmed them with hundreds of not thousands of holiday cards. They helped me to get the returned ones to the right people. The line is give and take but they work hard in there. There is always one to two people working and they get things done. The mail carriers in this area are also really nice!
Love all of the postal workers in Marysville. Very friendly! My only wish is that the office had a larger drop box for larger packages that have pre-paid labels and that I need to drop off after hours. The slot is only large enough for an 11x13 envelope size.
I really cannot even give one for this post office or the postal service in general. We have had awful customer service and no one seems to care. My son and daughter in law lived with us for a while when having a house built. When the moved out they directed their mail to their new house. USPS then started sending ALL of our mail to this new house, even utility bills for our current address! It was a complete and utter to struggle to try to get it corrected. Finally my husband paid to complete a change of address from my sons new house to our original for he myself and my daughter and it got fixed.More recently, we took a vacation so my husband went on line to put in a hold nail request and indicated we would pick up our mail at the end (today). He went to the post office this morning to pick up and was told it was sent out to be delivered. Mail carrier came and went at our house and NOTHING was delivered. I called and my husband had to go back to the post office again to get the mail.I will NEVER use USPS for shipping/mailing as long as there are other choices and do wish that I could avoid using altogether but I cannot
My husband and I have had many issues with mail being delivered when it says its going to be. I ordered a package that was supposed to be here on Wednesday. On Wednesday it said a carrier delay has occurred. Then Thursday, it said it was delivered at 3:32pm. It is nowhere to be found. We also get emails that show us what mail we should expect that day. Today (Thursday) it showed we should get 3 pieces of regular mail, we never received any of that either. This isnt the first, second, third, or even fourth time this has happened. This is unacceptable. I am very disappointed in our local USPS.
Mailman put my package in the wrong mailbox and lost it. Their phone is always off the hook, so every time I have to drive down there to speak to somebody about my missing package. When I ask to speak to a supervisor some guy upfront acted like hes the one in charge, but still ended up passing me to the supervisor whom I asked for to begin with. Maybe if I was white I would be treated differently? Supervisor cant even apologize for my missing package. Horrible customer service!! I hate this post office!! Now Im afraid to have stuff delivered and it makes me want to move to a different city!!
Very important package was sent to Marysville but was supposed to be sent to NJ our postman looked up correct address sent to customer on his own and now I will have a happy customer. This goes above and beyond and thought outside the box to correct this Thank you Postman!!!!!
Constant lost mail!! Lost for not only my home adress but also business address! Called today and was told they are short staffed and someone would have to call me back. I’ve tried to address this multiple times with no resolution!Oh, I also get my neighbors mail constantly! Something needs to change. This is impacting my families life & now my work in an extremely negative manner
Thanks to the Marysville Ohio Post Office, my paycheck was delivered to the wrong address and i have to wait for a reprint! What a swell location! Thanks for letting the children that live with me go without!
This should be NO stars. This is the worst Post Office that I have ever had to deal with! They lie about delivering packages, they lie about attempting to deliver packages and they will not answer their phone (probably so they dont hear all of the complaints).
OK not once but twice the packages were tossed about 10 feet into my driveway onto the side of the road the first was tossed into a snowbank the second was just tossed in the mud today it was wrapped in plastic so it was safe but it was just tossed on the side of the road I have pictures of it and I really don’t know what to do it it’s wrong
I needed to send out some mailers. They need to be w weighed, they are a nonstandard size. I was working in Marysville today & this was my 1st trip to thus PO. The entrance to parking is NOT marked, there was a large white semi blocking what appeared to be the service parking lot. I drove around the block 3 times, passed the exit twice, tried to go through the parking lot to the strip mall next door but it doesnt connect & its marked parking for the strip mall only, violators will be towed, & finally the semi moved enough that a car could pass it & I followed another passenger car into the unmarked entrance, on a different side of the building than the parking lot. That person entered the PO a few seconds before I did, stood in line, I was told they were closed & prevented from getting in line while they closed the gate. This was the only 10 min I had in which I could make a PO run today. I am very unhappy with this experience. A lot could be done to make the PO in Marysville more user-friendly for non-residents of Marysville.
Ordered a package express mail one day. USPS tracking says it was Delivered, signed for by Agent- S Mills. No package! They are faking their productivity numbers. I need this package now, but of course they are closed.
These guys are all clowns. The last SEVEN packages have taken twice the time and then the lazy mailman doesnt even drop my mail off by maybe twice a week. LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB
I am disappointed in the mail service here, lived here for 3 years and wrong mail, no mail and returned certified letters with no notifications. Need management help. To important of a service to be run this poorly.
Lied to my young son about needing to expedite a passport. Claimed it would not arrive within 60 days.
Packages don’t get delivered and nobody can take responsibility for delivering to the wrong house, let alone read the correct numbers on multiple occasions! Horrible service all around
The times for dropping off packages are as unconvenient as possible, and the lines are always terribly long. However the staff is extremely polite and helpful.

The workers here are the nicest and every time Ive walked in and needed help they were quick and knowledgeable they dont deserve 2.8 stars they do a great job 5/5
Hope you dont have any problems with this office, if you do and have to talk to the post master, he will not even apologies, he doesnt care one bit.

2022-07-06Ive had great experiences here until today. A younger man and younger woman working together behind the desk either have no experience in customer service or just plain dont care about the customer. What a disgrace to the rest of your wonderful employees.

2021-04-19The staff is really friendly and helpful. Rose is always great to deal with. Our carrier is always on time and always delivers our mail correctly, not once have I had an issue with our mail being delivered to the wrong address.My previous Post Office was the one at 2200 Innis Road (check out the reviews), so its like going from a roach motel to a 5 star resort!

2021-04-15Rose and the other older lady are as polite, energetic and outgoing as can be. Be forewarned if you get Don, just come back another day. Was rude to the lady in front of me and rude to me, as well. Through a tantrum because there were 5 second pauses between answers to confirm which package was which. Seriously, just go back another day if hes the only one there.Edit: I am now 3 for 4 with Don. He was very helpful, energetic and great to work with. As most individuals in the post office, I would imagine he was just testy that day because it was packed and people werent listening.

2019-12-16I havent had any issues with this post office so far myself. They found a package for me very fast, that wasnt forwarded correctly by my old addresss post office. Made sure everything was fixed and worked out. They seemed very friendly in person, email, and on phone. It is a small post office, with weird parking lot. The wait can be very long, but nothing that seemed to really be their fault, at least while I was there anyway. I did hear a few people to the side complaining about package issues when I was in line though.

2019-04-02This office gets one star because when I do go into the building the staff is pleasant and willing to help. However, getting our mail delivered is another issue all together! We constantly get mail for our neighbors and our carrier has decided that they just arent interested in delivering any packages that cant get shoved into our mailbox. Weve had to send multiple things back because theyve been damaged by being folded up and crammed into the mailbox and weve had to call to schedule re-deliveries because they dont like the size or weight of a package so they dont deliver it. Plus, trying to get hold of someone to remedy is near impossible. I cringe when I see that my delivery will be made by USPS.

2019-08-20We have lived here for a year and we often get other people’s mail, sometimes off by a few numbers other times off by a few streets. We either hand deliver ourselves, or send it back if we have no idea where it’s supposed to go. Others have been receiving our mail and have thankfully delivered it to us, especially medical bills and insurance paperwork.And today, I put the outgoing mail in the mailbox with the flag up. When I checked the mail in the afternoon, the flag was down and today’s mail had been delivered but the outgoing was still sitting there.Who knows how many pieces of our mail are still out there or others not getting to where they need to be.

2019-02-01Ive lived in my same apartment for FOUR YEARS and still constantly dont get my mail. My neighbors constantly are getting it, and some of them never even give it back. After lost Christmas packages, lost birthday supplies, and lost IMPORTANT documents, the entire delivery staff just needs fired and replaced. So sick of my mail that is CLEARLY marked with my address being put in other boxes, and the staff doesnt even care. So over the negligence of this branch.
