They won’t deliver packages to the house, they make me do a redelivery back to the house the next day or two. Driveway is fine and fedex and ups deliver with no problems every day.
Service at this post office is horrible! Attempted to have passports processed at this location, waited in line, was then told I was late for my appointment, waited again for the postal worker to get off the phone; when I needed to make changes on the application, I was told by the supervisor they could not service me today as I had been late, the changes would take too long and the postal worker had to go to lunch: at 10:15AM! Go elsewhere was their message to me and mine to you! Go elsewhere for postal and passport services!
This USPS office is one of the best if not the best. They are always eager to help and the wait time is minimal. I am really happy with their service to our community.
Wonderful, friendly, relaxed staff and atmosphere. I moved offices and have to go to a different post office now, and I miss the Hudson post office. They spoiled me with great, simple, relaxed customer service. Thanks!
Dropped off 100 Christmas cards two weeks ago today. Dropped them in the mail slot in the lobby. Not one of them has been delivered yet. Where on earth could they be?
Had an issue with mail delivery, and I was incredibly disappointed by their response. Very rude to my husband in person and to me on the phone.

I have always received great service from the staff at the Hudson PO ,of course there are times they are very busy and you have a wait but staff are always diligent and patient with patrons Bill Carroll
Go elsewhere. Only at the Hudson Post Office would a package shipped within Summit County have to go to Pennsylvania in between.
Packages are not delivered. The help is slow. Long lines. Don’t bother. Go to Peninsula.
They refuse to recognize that our address is in their city and they keep sending our stuff back
Pathetic! Can’t deliver packages to my address to save their lives!
The supervisor who was here 2-3 months ago was very helpful........

2018-11-14New self service 24/7 kiosk down for over a week with same message every day. What a botched and failed attempt at rolling out the new improved and more convenient kiosks. Major disruption in my workflow and loss of revenue to USPS because I am now required to ship with UPS or FED EX outside normal business hours daily. Bad job on your new kiosk installs USPS. You got it wrong. And just in time for the holiday season. Good luck with the oncoming fiasco that awaits...

2022-08-08This is an edit to my 5 star review included from 3 years ago: Whoever is there now gave me five different stories that do not make sense, lost 3 checks that were never returned to Zazzle, and I have had a 6 month battle with the them which will result in reporting them to the authorities for lost checks, misappropriation of mail, and more - punishable by fines and prison. This was my review from 3 years ago, and I wish the people were still there: The Hudson Postmaster, Postal Employees, and all have helped me tremendously in 7 years of me trying to deal with repeated tragedies between here and 12 hours away. Thank you so much!

2021-03-29As far as Post Offices are concerned, this is the best one I have encountered. I ship several letters and small packages daily, and I have not had a problem with this post office. I have had problems down the line, but things are always scanned in and on their way the same day. The staff there are generally polite to me and helpful if I have a question or concern. It is a busy post office so if you need help, there will be a wait.

2021-04-03So when Im watching the tracking for a package, and it says it was delivered in my mail box, but theres no package there. The quality of the post office is becoming a joke. Amazon has done great, ups and fedex too. This is the second time the post office delivered one of my packages to the wrong address.

2020-01-04A package I had ordered was being delivered late. So, I asked the post office to forward it to my new address. I needed this package ASAP. They assured me this would be no problem, and they left a note for the driver.The package was not forwarded it, and I had to have a friend pick up the package and take it to the post office and send it to me. Since I needed it ASAP, it cost $50 to ship overnight. The lady working at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude and they would take no responsibility. Horrible practices by this post office. They need to re-learn customer service ASAP.

2020-08-05Came in looking for package that contained hardware we needed to get to contractor today before noon. Candace listened to my story then went out back and found the package first thing this morning.Her and Pamela are real professionals who deal with a lot of different personalities every day all day.I for one appreciate the extra effort and thank Candace for starting our day off right!

2021-12-24I have a video of the post office delivery person literally throwing a box marked fragile. This is unacceptable and will be filing official complaint on Monday
