Pretty sure they stole my Christmas gifts i sent out. Dropped it off. man with grey hair said policy is to scan. i told him that did not happen. he said file a claim online if i mailed it. told him i did and i drop it off here. ask to speak to a manger he did not provide one and said i had to go online. I do not have 15 days to wait to find another set. $200 down the drain. DO NOT DROP OFF Packages at this post office with out a receipt.

Theres a Grumpy, Middle-Aged Guy with grey hair who works here. Well just call him G-Mag for short. Hes working the front counter almost every time I go in. If you say Hi, how are you?, dont expect anything back besides Yeah. One time I just got a grunt, but maybe he was just trying something different for once.If you have any questions or problems with your mail, G-Mag will not be helpful. That shouldnt be a surprise, since he cant even answer a simple question like How are you?.A few weeks ago, I went in to check on a package, because the tracking number said it was being held. When I walk in... guess what? Big surprise, theres G-Mag working the counter. Wonderful.After the usual greeting, I tell him Im checking on a package that says its being held here.He asks me for the delivery address, and then promptly tells me they dont handle that address. Wait, what? I get all my packages held here at this specific post office.G-Mag didnt even bother to check, let alone look up the tracking number, which I gave him. He told me I need to check with another post office. Did he make an attempt to contact them about it? Nope. Did I have to drive all the way there to find out they didnt have it either? Yep. Itd be nice if they would give you the direct number to a post office.Typical G-Mag. Im sure his hero is Newman from Seinfeld.

MARK is literally the worst. Im not sure how he holds the position he does, his customer service skills are non existant, especially for a government employee. Rude. Disrespectful. Unwilling to help anyone with an issue. Any time Ive had an issue I felt I was inconveniencing him, even when my MAIL WAS BEING STOLEN AND ASKING FOR HELP. He needs retrained or fired.

If i could give a -0 i would, One of the mail worker ( the older one with grey hair) that helped me today was so rude to me, I asked if I could borrow the tape really quick so I could just tape up my box, I was in a hurry so I didnt want to have to wait in line, my package I can just drop off and leave Ive done many times, I have a prepaid label i print out, I dont have to pay anything, already did, he was rude in front of my children and I dont appreciate that at all!!!! so guess what? I had to stand in line, when my issue was so simple I could of just taped my box, dropped off and left, wow he needs to find another job, he does not represent usps well at all, Im very disappointed, now if my package doesnt get scanned Ill really be pissed off!!!!!!!!!

I called to inquire about the cost of a p.o. box. I got a stupid computer that did me absolutely no good. Obviously, I wanted to talk to an actual person in order to ask a simple question. I called the main post office in Newark, and was able to talk with an actual person.

Wow. Is anyone happy with their job/life in this trash town? Guy behind the counter is extremely rude. Glad to know to never return here.

Heath, OH...nice little post office that is usually pretty quick to get in and out. Employees here are always friendly and most helpful.

I have yet to be able to speak to someone on the phone. All you get is runaround.
