Since we did not have any luck with fertility clinics in the states because she was over 50, Baby Girl decided she was going to fly to Zürich and try the 360 center. In a rush she forgot the documents she needed, the post office went above and beyond and got the exact postage and assured me the documents would get there safe. I can’t thank them enough highly recommend this place.

Horrible delivery. How they can lose and incorrectly deliver so many items is mind-boggling. About a week ago (April 30, 2021), I got my weekly Granville Sentinel in the mail. As I was reading it, I was confused about the police reports from September and October. Then an article about local pastors and their Christmas Eve sermons. What???? So I checked the date-December 24, 2020. Delivered 4 months late from literally a mile down the road. I’m incredulous.

The mail in Granville is rarely delivered in a timely fasion. Things are just lost in the mail constantly. It takes months to get important mail like checks, bills, renewals, etc. AVOID USING THE USPS IN GVILLE AT ALL COSTS RIGHT NOW.

For 27 years the PO delivered our packages to our door. The most recent carrier stopped doing that, citing danger in turning around on our dead end street. Mind you, UPS, Garbage trucks, and FedEx all use our road daily with no problems. On Sundays, the mail truck comes down our street with no problem as they are required to by a contract with Amazon for weekend delivery. I am temporarily handicapped and have great difficulty getting to the actual PO to pick up packages, which arrive almost daily as I rarely shop in the store due to knee issues. I have talked to the Postmasters until I am blue in the face and there are never any changes. I was told that the old carrier was retiring in Feb. so I wrote a letter to the postmaster asking for a change in delivery policy, asking him to follow up as any professional business would do. I have heard exactly nothing back. It is now March. I have been told by clerks to go higher up the food chain, but have had no success. I now understand why the USPS loses business and revenue to other carriers. They are impossible to work with in Granville and my only resource is to invest nearly $400 in a large parcel Dropbox sitting by our mailbox out on Burg st. This is so unnecessary and such a complete waste of my time and money. I am so over dealing with Granville PO after 2 full years of this. Shame on them.

Cant say enough nice things about the crew here. I recently began an online selling endeavor, and was totally clueless about the shipping side of things when I started. Their staff has been helpful, friendly and are always welcoming and happy to answer any questions I have. Even the ones Ive asked ten times already! If you want courteous service without a wait, stop in and say hi.

Very efficient. No lines, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I mailed 3 packages, and picked up a passport application. Nice knowledgeable staff. Nice building too.

It’s a pandemic. Everyone is home. Received a message in our mailbox-so sorry to miss you. Called. Carrier couldn’t deliver because they can’t back out of drive. Umm...we have an extra wide driveway with a basketball court at the end. I took pictures to show them we can fit two large SUV’s side by side. Now we get to leave the house and pick it up at the post office. Seriously. No barriers in the driveway. Totally empty.

For YEARS now our carrier has been a dolt of imminent proportions. He doesn’t sort the mail ahead of time and easily makes 3 trips a day up and down the road. He delivers mail to the wrong addresses continually, but most abhorrent is his LIES. He writes online that he tried to deliver a package and no one was present and he left a notice; each time this has happened I’ve set vehicles in the driveway so there’s no question we’re home and wait all day—and there’s never a notice like he claims! This happens year round when he makes the decision his job is just too much to drive up the way and deliver a package, but doing this right before the holidays is disgraceful. It goes back to Granville because every neighbor has complained and they do nothing to rectify his awful service. I now complain to Amazon, who uses UPS and has a relationship with USPS, I’ll take my packages Fedex thank you and my regular mail electronically.

I really wish I could give 0 stars. Rude, rude, rude. Worst service ever!! They will not bring pkgs up my 50 yd driveway. Postmaster should be fired, for running a sinking ship.
