They STOLE my package! It came through there and it is lost. Sure it is! Stealing my son’s birthday supplies. Shame on you.

Take 5-10 extra minutes and go to the Post Office on Broad Street and avoid this one. Lady that works at this one is incredibly rude, despite any customer being 100% respectful. Has overcharged me before saying something weighed more than it did (I have a postal scale at home, it weighed a few ounces., not 2 pounds)Looks like the previous review I left was somehow deleted. Thats okay though. Here it is again.

I’m pretty sure they stole my package that was traveling through this Post Office. It arrived at Etna post office and that was the last place it was updated. I hope whoever took it needed the masks and lanyards I bought for my 3 year old grandson as much as I did.

Would give Zero stars if possible. The rudest lady in the world works here and has THE WORST attitude whenever you ask for help. Not to mention she has lied about the weight of a package before.Oh, and by the way, i see that my previous review from a few months ago was deleted. suspicious.

Seriously every single time Im here its always the rudest people working. Ive tried so many times to be nice and friendly and just figure their having a bad day. But after a year of this, its pretty clear thats just how they treat customers. Would definitely rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Pataskala Post Office.

Always friendly and very helpful. Happy to answer question regarding postage. Never crowded. You want rude, try the Pickerington office.
