Theyre open half day on Saturday, thats the kindest thing I can say. Barely civil and refused to give me a receipt for tracking, although every other post office does in this area, she said it was because I didnt buy my stamp there. No excuse for not doing your job.
Wrong mail has been delivered to our address; letters have been left hanging out of our mailbox to get wet in the weather; and mail was picked up and then failed to be delivered or properly handled by this particular postal service. Overall, we’re not happy. A service that cannot provide excellence is not a service worth supporting.
I used the APC tonight and had such a difficult time with it. This is not directed at the staff at this location. Only the APC. It took me more than 20 minutes to mail my one package. I was so very frustrated! And the biggest aggravation is I have been using APCs since they first came out. I have taught others how to use them. PLEASE check on your new piece of equipment. The keys are sticking and you cannot get street numbers logged into your equipment. Thank you.
I just moved to this area and this post office is the absolute worst I’ve ever been to. The lady working there, (Kim is her name I believe) is SO rude. I’ve been in there twice and after the first time, I dread even driving up there because no one in that place is polite. I was told that I had to pay over $2 in shipping on a card because it had a giftcard in it and wasn’t fully flat. I don’t know what her problem is, but she needs Jesus.
Friendly staff. Small and quaint. Gives an old time feel of simpler times. Not usually crowded when I go to get stamps or send an occasional package. (Except Christmas... But thats anywhere)
There some that stealing my stuff it post office. Ever time git lot of packages they be put like received it when did. I dont like engwood post they thiefs work there. Need stop stealing my STUFF I love ups they betterMy stuff never come up missing
I ship packages out on a regular schedule, so I really love the automated machine in the lobby so I dont have to wait in line!
My package was supposed to arrive today and they held it. Ive been waiting all morning for nothing!
Knowledgeable and friendly clerks. Can get a little harried when busy but then I believe everyone does.
Absolutely horrible Im only giving it 1 star because I dont have an option to give noneveryone mail lady is stupid cant deliver mail to the rite address I keep getting other peoples mail and not my mail where is it going

2021-08-31The postal workers at Englewood Post office are great! The post master Jennifer Rose has no customer service style what so ever. When a customer contacts the Post Office it should be a very simple pleasant conversation and answer.

2020-09-24I would give this post office zero stars or negative stars if it was possible. They have delivered our mail to our neighbor more than once, we called and complained to them that our bill was almost late because we did not receive our bill our neighbor did. They said they would address the situation and correct the letter carrier and yet it happened AGAIN!! They have one job to do and they get great government benefits and amazing pay and they cant even do their job correctly! I wish they would get their act together and pay attention not only to the address on the envelope but also the addressee that is on it, its common sense no rocket science. Will call and file a complaint again but I seriously doubt it will help. Terrible service and management obviously doesnt care because you lodge a complaint with them and they say it will be corrected and it isnt.

2019-02-02Very friendly staff & knowledgeable. People need to understand that this PO hasnt gotten any bigger since it was built in the 60s yet Englewood has grown tremendously. The clerks inside are extremely busy yet patient considering how much volume it does on a daily basis. And also remember, they cant move at warp speed even if they wanted to or so many mistakes would be made that nothing would ever get to its destination. They also work 12 to 14 hour days. Coming in at 3am to unload trucks and working up front until 3pm or 5pm before being able to go home just to get up & do it all again the next day. How many of you could handle that at 50 or 60 yrs old & still be quick & chipper by the time noon rolls around? Yeah, I believe they handle themselves extremely well. Most folks would be a sniveling ball curled up in the corner before quitting time. Just have some patience & dont be grumpy. Things will go much smoother & you wont get your blood pressure up! 2019-11-30My bad experiences involve carriers, (not all carriers). Ive gotten mail on multiple occasions, for numerous neighbors. Ive also placed stamped envelopes in my mailbox, for delivery yet the carrier refused to take them. I was told, he couldnt guarantee that there was ample postage. Then there is a total disregard for property and possessions. Those shortcuts taken, arent paved and run across the front of my property, house. As a carrier walks, closely in front of my house... they trigger sensors and MY DOGS! Use the sidewalk, the driveway, PLEASE!

2018-12-24Use this location for ALL our postal needs, instead of going south. VERY convenient, easy assess (thank you for the larger parking lot) and the staff is great; informative and will take time to answer questions. Its a highly used post office. Maybe more staff and a larger service counter area would be nice, but that has nothing to do with the staff doing their job, WELL DONE! The 5 stars!

2017-04-08Havent had a chance to go to the post office. For some reason my package was not only withheld, but shipped back to the seller. I did not receive any kind of note on my door letting me know it was at the post office, or else I would have picked it up. I assumed it was just late. The seller said wait a max of 8 weeks. Okay. Waited. She contacted her post office and found out that my package had been there for days waiting to be picked up and was sent back. I WISH I could have my packages sent through another post office.
