One staff at this Location is Very Rude and Attitude, This USPS location would have been excellent if that guy would have been retired or left from that place. Never seen him smiling and greeting customer in my visits any time. He thinks he is the one who is running USPS and with him USPS would have not existed.
Absolutely worst post office ive ever been to. I went in two different times to get the keys to a PO box I purchased online only to be told the 2nd time that I shouldve went to the Emerald Pkwy location because I wouldnt be helped here. Eric is extremely rude and unhelpful. The hours are horrible. They close before most people even get off work.
I have called 3 days in a row for a total of about 10 times. Have yet to have someone answer the phone, let alone help me track my package that arrived there 10 days ago. Dont get off work till 5 so its impossible for me to even stop in because they for some reason close at 4:30.This post office is honestly a joke.
Is no stars an option ?? Had to make 3 trips to this location to send a package that was returned to my house. What a waste of time. Eric the employee that “helped” me seems to have issues keeping his temper in check and he’s frustrated easily. If you are not a people person maybe you shouldn’t work with the public
This place is amazing. I was a little bit concerned cause of all the bad reviews. I went there in lunch time, it was a little bit busy and there was a line in front of me but the guys at the counter were very helpful and fast. I got out of there very quick. Great job
Since their hours dont allow anyone to go before or after work, and during lunch they always have one unpleasant employee serving a line of 20+ people, you better be ready to give up your entire lunch hour to get anything done here. This is the worst run establishment I have ever seen.
One of the worst Post Offices in Columbus. Take the five minutes and head to the P.O off of Emerald Pkwy for quicker lines. The five minute drive will end up saving you time, as shawan falls post office loves to employ the worst lady in all of columbus.She is what makes this Post Office unbearable.The short, fat, blonde lady - you cant miss her, as shell often be the only one at the counter, because Eric (the one good employee there, and the reason the rating is 2 stars), is often in the back avoiding her radius of unpleasantness.From her unneccesary small talk (were talking 15 minute conversations) with the blue-hairs after theyve already paid for their 2 stamps with pennies, to her condescending tone with people who thought USPS would be a better courier option, she routinely finds ways to ruin your day.Her favorite options for inducing suicide include: Untimely breaks, general ignorance of her position, infrequent compliance to procedures, slow walking speeds and how could we forget; the general apathy that appears in the form of patronizing sarcasm.I am 99% sure the Federal Government used her in Psy-OP campaigns to encourage enlistment in Mujahideen, as well as enhanced interrogation techniques in Guantanamo Bay. But due to budget cuts, her pensionless, unfulfilled self still needed a form of sadism and income in order to survive.She is the human form of waterboarding.She is Chumbawamba on repeat.

You have to call 20+ times just to talk to someone. Office is closed before and after work making it very difficult to go in to the office. Worst post office in all of Columbus and its surrounding areas.
I had a great experience.Both gentleman at the front desk were very polite.The person who helped me was super nice and informative.

2022-04-05Complete incompetence as usual. Third package marked delivered and never delivered. Amazon delivers never lose a package! USPS complete waste! Even worse go to the post office to complain about their incompetence and the excuses are endless. Privatize already!

2021-12-03Rude, cold, very dry customer service today at 715 Shawn Falls, Dublin. Expect bear minimum from Vijay and a bully from the man in the back. Post office employee Vijay was very annoyed with helping me renew my P.O. Box. I ended up paying $35.00 extra after all was completed. And that is fine. I was late. I will own that.$25.00 Lock Change fee$10 Key depositI am given no new keys and told my old keys may still work. (Then why was I charged??) Then he tells me to check bc they may have changed it. Why doesnt he know these answers? I dont work here.I try my key, it doesnt work. Why didnt Vijay give me keys the first time I waited in line, again, he should have checked....bad customer service. I get back in line and tell him the lock has been changed, and I need my new ($35 dollar) keys to my (beautiful) new lock.This man tells me I am going to need your old key. Why? Didnt I just pay for all that to be taken care of and covered?No, I will not be giving you the key. You have gotten enough money from me and you are rude. Make a new $2 key and charge another customer the same money for my old lock and they will think its a new $35 lock tooIf they want the old key, then am I to assume they re-use old locks when they change them out for customers and charge them $35. That doesnt seem right to me.After Vijay finally cknowledges I am NOT giving this rude man anything, he tells me to wait by the door and the guy in back will bring the new keys out. This guy (didnt get his name) comes out all puffed up, has my new keys in his hand. Holds them while standing in front of me and says Im going to need your old key, in a dominant, I mean business kind of tone. Didnt I just pay for that technically?How about, no. How about I will NOT be bullied. How about YOU cant make me do anything. No. Any other approach, Id of happily given a nice employee the key. Very disappointed. I would have gotten better treatment on Parsons Ave in the Ghetto.I did not expect that from here. I miss the old manager.

2021-12-02Seriously the absolute worst. Every day I go to mail packages for my small business, and somehow the drop box is always overflowing. How hard is it to walk outside and clear out the drop box a couple times a day, when you know it is regularly overflowing bc of the holidays?

2021-05-16I detest this post office and suggest you drive out of your way as I do to avoid. Two of my packages have been delayed and a third was returned months after shipping. I have never had any kind of experience like this with the one I have been going to for years now.I do not know how it is able to stay open.

2020-04-27Both of the team members working this location were very kind and helpful and they kept the line moving efficiently.*****Note for package pickup*****If you track a package and receive a notice of attempted delivery/must pick up at PO and it lists the post office as Dublin, OH 43017, you are NOT supposed to pick it up at this location. All packages for Dublin are to be picked up at Emerald Parkway unless you have a post office box at the 43017 location. You cant seem to call and get an answer, so Im hoping to save some people a wasted trip.I did mention the USPS tracking site told me to pick it up at this location and showed them my phone and they said it has said that for 15 years and they wont change it. I still give the location 5 stars because they handled the system the best way possible.

2020-11-06This is by far the absolute worst USPS location I visit. Eric, or Erik the middle-aged white guy, is rough with the packages, has used profanity behind the counter and should not have a job dealing with the public.They have sent my packages to the wrong places taking them forever to get to their proper destination. The front doors barely work, and the outside is pretty ghetto. And in Dublin, Ohio. Do NOT go there. The Emerald Pkwy location has friendly staff and gets your packages in the proper direction.

2015-05-02This is the post office that delivers to my house. The regular mail service is fine, but when it comes to delivering packages, this office is horrible. They like to mark things as delivered but then dont show up for a day or two. My fiances wedding ring that I custom ordered was out for Saturday delivery, and it required a signature. I waited around all day and no knock on the door. Wasted a weekend day, sitting around for nothing. And the USPS wonders why theyre losing to FedEx and UPS. I cant wait to move next year and hopefully get postal workers who at least somewhat care about their jobs.

2016-12-06Worst post office ever. I have been to many USPS offices but this one is the worst one for sure. There is always a long waiting line. The old woman clerk has a very bad attitude toward customers and shows impatience all the time. Oftentimes you waited half hour in line but just got nothing done. Would rather go to another USPS that is farther from my home. PS, I just read other reviews and found many people had the same terrible experience with this old woman. Worst ever.
