United States Postal Service in other cities:
One of the worst post offices in the Dayton area. They hang up the phone when you call or just dont answer. They mark mail as delivered when it hasnt been. They let mail sit in their building for days and the new thing I am experiencing now is, mail will be sent off to another state somehow...
I get numerous small packages that are envelope size and fit in mailbox, but starting a month ago half get delivered and half get returned to post office. (Automated systems says they were delivered and on-line says returned to post office) a few times it says there was no one to receive package when someone was home. Heck, even claim to have attempted a delivery on Sunday a few times and as far as I know they are closed on Sunday. Have been helped by a super nice employee once about 2 years ago and it made my whole day, because going to this post office is usually a absolute, complete, and total nightmare.
Have had 2 packages mailed to my current address that required a signature, the first time with the first package I got to the door within 5 seconds and the mail carrier had already managed to get back in there car and drive off, I went to the post office to complain and see if there was a way I could get it there or schedule another delivery and the person at the counter repeatedly interrupted me and talked over me making excuses for the carrier and there behavior, 2nd attempt at delivering this package I had the day off work so I sat at the door and watched through the peephole for them to come, they then put a prefilled out sorry we missed you slip on my door knocked once and proceeded to try and run off before I opened the door and yelling excuse me to which they immediately started talking about how long I just made them wait how much they knocked. The 2nd package they didnt even bother knocking and just left a slip saying I had to go pick it up from the post office. On top of this they have repeatedly shoved packages to big to go in our mailbox so bad that it damages all the mail and we have to use tools to open the mailbox; and have also repeatedly delivered us other peoples mail that dont even live in our complex to the point we have brought the same piece of mail to the post office 3 times because they continued to deliver it to us.If I could rate 0 stars I would.
I guess I dont use the USPS enough to have a bad experience, but every time Ive had to mail a package or buy stamps the staff has been friendly. No complaints there. My post person is named Rick or Rich (Im sorry I cant remember) but I commend him b/c I have a lot of packages coming to me and he seems to be delivering them just fine.
A perfect example of what happens when the government gets involved in business. Multiple times I have Amazon packages delivered on Sundays, a service I pay for, and the carrier marks it as delivered in my mailbox, when in fact they did not deliver it. I call Amazon, and they say their hands are tied and offer me a refund if I dont get the package in the next day or two. Why should Amazon have to be punished for the incompetence of the weekend sub-carriers of the USPS? Heaven forbid this branch be forced to operate in the private sector- theyd be out of business in less than a week.
This is one of the best post office locations in my experience. It is very busy, but the workers are competent, fast and friendly. Usually I can get in and out quickly. Once there was a very long line because there was only one employee for quite awhile. I suspect others had called in sick with the flu. I decided to post a compliment instead of only posting when something went wrong.
I have mailed 3 letters this month at the outdoor box at this facility and only one has ever arrived. Not happy at all about that!!! The people who work here are most unfriendly and don’t give a hoot if you have a problem with your mail. Also, it seems as if I have a different delivery person everyday and I often get neighbors’ mail. Yesterday I received a notice to come get mail at this facility. That small package would have fit in the mailbox. I think I will find a different post office from now on.
This branch sucks! Every time I have any kind of package scheduled for delivery on a weekend, it never shows up. I was waiting for a package this weekend, showed out for delivery at 9:00AM. Then at 5:11 it was scanned as delivery attempted, could not access delivery location. Thats really funny because I was in my garage at 5:11 and nobody attempted to deliver anything! This happens every time. Sounds like there is a mail carrier who would rather lie about delivering a package and go home instead of finishing their route. If I could choose a different post office , I would.
Today is the second day our mail was not picked up and come to find out that our mail was not delivered today either. We continue to get horrible service from this branch. It is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Yesterday the mail didn’t come until close to 6 PM: several times last week the mail didn’t come till after 7:00 and even 8:00 PM. This is an ongoing issue. My rent check is still sitting in the mailbox since yesterday morning! I don’t know why my mail was not picked up yesterday though the flag was clearly up on my mailbox and other’s mail was picked up. Today apparently you were so completely lazy that you just drove by our mailbox because there were cars in the way; you couldn’t bother to get out of your truck and deliver our mail. There are no signs on the street anywhere that say people cannot park in front of the mailbox. Get your lazy butt out of the truck and deliver our mail. Enough already! What do you get paid for?
Wow! I seem to have the same problem as everyone else here! I live around the neighborhoods off of Centerville Station and I buy a lot online. Ever since I moved here from close to Sams Club, I get my neighbors mail, or I dont get mail. Twice they have said I requested my mail to go to Cincinnati and to be picked up at the post office. Yesterday they said no one was home when they attempted to deliver my packages and they didnt want to leave it unattended. However, my house was full and my lights were on... I saw the UPS man deliver my package today.... but no sign of USPS with my packages from yesterday AND today. I even called yesterday and the girl in CS said she would reschedule it for today. Its 4:50pm. Ive been looking out my window ALL day... nothing yet.... I doubt they care what we think or how we feel. I dont pay for quick shipping for nothing!!!!
To the guy at the check out counter who was super patient with me today, the post office had already closed but I was the last of the line that was there before close. I had to document my shipment more than usual and this took much longer than I would have liked but he was super patient with me. Thanks so much!
This office will regularly refuse to deliver your packages, holding them at the office for pickup. They do this, while continuing to deliver your regular mail, and NEVER provide a delivery exception slip explaining why the package was not delivered. (most likely because it never left the post office)
If youre reading this it means you have or are thinking of using USPS as opposed to FEDEX or UPS. Ill save you some time ... a lot of time actually; dont bother with the Washington Township branch. The customer service reps, phone calls, and emails are unresponsive. I moved here 5 months ago and have since had 3 packages delayed for over 2 business days each and 2 completely lost and never delivered. If you do have an issue, good luck getting a useful response aside from a canned statement on how they are sorry and an apology is no substitute for poor customer service.
The Washington Township Post Office used to be a decent place to go a few years back. Now, there are a couple employees there that have been working there for a few years that just make it so unpleasant that I avoid that Post Office whenever I need to ship something, which is often since I sell online. I actually thought there would have been enough complaints against them by now that they would have gotten the boot. The two employees are Tammy and Gloria. They are both extremely rude and go out of their way to make any transaction difficult. I would go into that place in a great mood and if I got one of those two employees, I would always leave so upset and feeling angry. I absolutely have come to hate that post office now and avoid it even though it is closer to my house. I now drive a few extra miles to go to the Miamisburg Post Office. They are so kind and helpful in there and I dont feel like I am being judged or abused as a customer as I do when I deal with Tammy or Gloria at the Washington Township Post Office. I would love to see those two relocated or fired. They dont know how lucky they are to have a job these days. There are plenty of deserving people out there that would be very grateful to be working there.
The Friday before Christmas and I went in with low hopes. After only about 10 minutes, Gloria greeted me with a huge smile. She helped me get a right postage to maximize value and ensure my packages get there before the holiday! Shes a star and Washington Twp branch is my favorite!
My mail carrier throws packages at my front porch from 10 or 15 feet away. Hes too lazy to be bothered to huff his way all the way to my porch and set it down with anything resembling even an ounce of respect. Ive called to complain a few times and the people answering the phone couldnt be more clear that they dont care.It used to be that mail carrier was a proud profession. It used to be that youd see the same happy face month after month and year after year. We were friends with our mail carrier when I was a child. These days, and with this office in particular, your average mail carrier is someone who could barely graduate high school and has little to no redeeming social qualities. My children come inside when they see our carrier coming. Hes disgusting.Im looking forward to when the postal service goes private and these people dont have jobs anymore.
I was always under the belief, that nothing stops the delivery of the mail.NO MAIL WAS DELIVERED 2 Feb 2019. I had two letters for pickup in my mailbox Saturdaymorning. The weather was not an issue.Other than Gloria, this Post Office needs to start over with a new crew.Starting with a manager that is rarely in or returns phone calls!
My problem is with mail delivery on my route. Im pretty sure I am on route #83. We dont seem to have a regular carrier, or if we do they take a lot of time off and substitutes who dont know what theyre doing get the route. For the second time Ive left mail out to be picked up and no carrier even came by. Ive gotten bundles of mail in my mailbox that were paper clipped together from apparently being delivered to the wrong address. I have also gotten mail intended for others. I dont know what the problem is with this route, but for the first time in 16 years I cant count on mail delivery. I simply cannot drive to Paragon P.O. every time I have outgoing mail. I dont know what it would take to get a regular, reliable mail carrier on the route, but I cant overstate how much we need one.
They lost a package for my wedding, and I had called a total of 7 times. I spoke with 4 different individuals and left my tracking number, name, and telephone number with each person. There is 0 record of me ever calling, and 1 individual (named Ron) even blamed my lost package on me! There is no concept of customer service. I am highly disappointed by their service and will go out of my way to not have to use their service again. I have waited 3 weeks for my package and for someone from this office to call me back. Needless to say, I dont have my package and no one EVER called me back!
This review is for the washington township location.i never have issues; the people working the counter always take care of me. people, it helps to know how to mail stuff, and you can save a lot of time and money by printing shipping labels yourself if possible. then you can just walk in, drop the package off and youre outta there. simple!usps losing your package is not a reason to close the office / not use usps. the stamp machine not working correctly is not a reason to close the location. the letter carrier not delivering your mail is not a reason to close the location. its frustrating, but it happens from time to time. fortunately, for me at least, its pretty rare.
The substitute drivers keep delivering my packages to different places. The main office seems to not have told the substitute drivers where to correctly send my packages. The office is very rude. Some of the drivers on the route are really good, and I would give higher stars for them. However, the office gets the one star.
The phone rang at least 25 times, then went dead. I tried to call back, but everytime I do, I dont even get a ring. The line just goes dead again.I have an international parcel that was supposed to be delivered to me yesterday. Since I wasnt there to sign, Im guessing the carrier will try to deliver the package today. But the pink slip (I with the employees at the Washington Township office would ALL get pink slips) in my mail box said the parcel is at the post office. That is the reason for my call; to figure out if the package is at the post office, or on the truck for delivery. But since I cant get through, I guess Ill have to go stand in the mile long line, and deal with the surly counter people.I hate this branch.
NOTE TO MANAGEMENT/USPS - I PLAN ON GOING PUBLIC ONLINE WITH THE BRANCH EMPLOYEE/SUPERVISOR NAMES, PHOTOGRAPHS, AND DESCRIPTIONS OF EACH PERSON FOR THE WORLD TO SEE IF THIS PROBLEM HAPPENS AGAIN. DEAL WITH IT.I had to mail something in an odd shaped box. The clerk (I can share her name if I want, but I wont right now) was very quick to falsely accuse me of turning a priority mailing box inside out to avoid paying priority postage. I kindly explained to her that I cut the cardboard myself and made the box...even though her behavior wasnt worthy of any kindness. She continued to pick at me me in a manipulative nagging voice saying ..if they find out this is a priority box, they will send it back.. This is the second time she has been rude toward me. Since when did USPS start cutting boxes open on suspicion that you are reusing a box from a service that you probably already paid extra to have shipped to your own address in the first place? These people have absolutely no concept of quality customer service. Ill be satisfied to use the UPS store around the corner since it doesnt seem like USPS clerks posess any true appreciation of whats left of their diminishing job security.NOTE TO MANAGEMENT/USPS - I PLAN ON GOING PUBLIC ONLINE WITH THE BRANCH EMPLOYEE/SUPERVISOR NAMES, PHOTOGRAPHS, AND DESCRIPTIONS OF EACH PERSON FOR THE WORLD TO SEE IF THIS PROBLEM HAPPENS AGAIN. DEAL WITH IT.
I was trying to ship something during Christmas and was unfortunate to have three items instead of two so I could not use the express line. The express line had moved very quickly and several people had come in after I had come in and before me. The woman in the middle helping customers decided even though the sign over her head said she was full service that she would help full service and quick service. Not only that but after every customer she helped she had to walk away from the counter and take a couple minute break. The woman in quick service would not help anyone other than quick service so if she didnt have anyone in line she left the counter. When I got to next in line with the full service line and the woman took a quick service person I went up to her and asked her why she took them. She said she helps both lines. I said no I had been in there for much longer than them and that it was my turn and I pointed above her head and said you are full service, not quick and service. Then when it was finally my turn some guy completely cut the line and went up to the window an yelled back into the mail room until someone came up and helped him. Nobody cared that he never waited in line. This place was so disorganized and some of the most lazy individuals I have ever come across.
There are some competent employees working here that are pleasant to deal with. That said, said employees are definitely in the minority! There are too many individuals employed there who act as if you are interrupting their 8 hr. break by coming in. They are rude, arrogant and DO NOT know what the USPS regulations are. SOMEONE needs to get them OUT of there!
Ive been using USPS for almost 2 years now for my business. Both USPS Offices in Columbus and Dayton. I have no idea who could give this post office such a bad rating. Their employees are more attentive, careful, and courteous than any other such office in Ohio or any other store in general. Its the highlight of our day when we make drop offs to this office. Say what you will about the USPS delivery system nationwide, underpaid and understaffed as they are, but please dont negatively rate this office based on the general USPS experience. Wish we werent moving our office out of Dayton. Weve had poor experiences with the USPS in Worthington Ohio almost every visit.
Called up trying to get a package held instead of delivered (It was pretty important I got the package today... Needless to say, the person that delivered it didnt even knock so I missed it, but hey... Its not like I called twice trying to avoid this situation -_-) When I called and spoke to Ron, he didnt even let me finish my sentence before saying Well we get hundreds of thousands of packages a day so I dont know what you expect, your package is going to go wherever its supposed to go and thats just how it is. Well, after waiting since May for my package I guess I can wait another day... But Ron has to be the laziest, rudest person Ive talked to in a professional manner.
So much for guaranteed delivery if you have the unfortunate circumstance of being in this offices delivery area.Ordered parts for a customer via Amazon. Had to open a case because one of their carriers basically stopped doing their job early that particular day (claimed it was due to construction, which in fact there was, except I saw UPS as well as others, making it around...hmm only you huh?) Then communication from the office made things worse. The woman whom I spoke to had no idea where the package was or how to get a hold of the carrier to confirm the package would be re-delivered on-time, this time. Then there was the holding, a good 20 minutes or so of it apparently for absolutely nothing. So, I still have no idea where my parts are, apparently nobody else does either.Complaint also filed with Amazon.Avoiding this USPS office like the plague. I hope you do too.
What a cheerless bunch. So it’s 6:30 and there are 4 people in line in front of me. and Kendra are yapping it up between each other as they tend to customers. Line is moving decently. I’m next. Giona just walks away. No acknowledgement, nothing. Just walked away. As Kendra brings me my package, Giona tends to boxes. Another customer waits in line.I really hate coming here. It’s an 8 mile drive, but I guess it’s better than dropping packages at my door while I’m gone and claiming I signed for it.
I was supposed to have a package delivered on 09/28/2019. I got a notice that says the carrier was unable to access the doors at 10:36am. Ive been here since 8am and I a currently typing this review from the place that it was to be deliver to at 11:05am...mind you both doors to the location are unlocked as were actively seeing clients.
Needed to return a XBOX power supply on a Saturday at the Post Office. After reading all the reviews, I was worried I was crossing into enemy lines! However, Ben at the post office was very friendly, helped me in packaging the power supply, got it shipped out, and left with a courteous -- thanks for using the USPS. Not sure about the other here, however, I have no issues with this post office.
I almost always use the Bellbrook post office to handle all my mail going out, and when It came to receiving mail from Paragon, Ive never really had a problem here... until we lost the mailbox key. 3.5 weeks, 12 phonecalls (most of them unanswered because the employees here dont seem to have a concept of answering the phone) later, our mailbox lock STILL has not been changed, and every single person I talk to gives me a different answer on their policies. The first time I called (3/8/17), I was told it would take about 4-5 days to change the lock. 3 days later (3/11/17), they call me back and tell me they dont even do lock changes and that I should talk to a different branch, but was told since we are under their jurisdiction, the lock change is Paragons responsibility. So the next day (3/12/17), I called again, and they told me they would change my locks in a week. A week or so later (3/21/17), no lock change, so I walk into the branch to talk to a supervisor and no one is even there managing the place, and was told ONCE AGAIN that they dont know if they do lock changes. Heres the best part: They have no record of my contact information that Ive given them all 3 times Ive talked to them. This is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!! Weve been without access to our mail (medication, documents, and everything we NEED) for almost a month; It doesnt take that long to change a lock. Compared to the kind and helpful staff at the Bellbrook branch, the customer service and management of the Paragon branch is absolutely appalling. If I could change who managed our mail, I would in a heartbeat.
Generally very slow, and completely unmotivated. Occasionally, youll get lucky and they will be having a good day, and be friendly. Sadly, I think this is often the case at most USPS facilities. Certainly no different here. If you are shipping a package, head over to the UPS Store or over to FedEx Kinkos.
Yes, very low service level, I did not believed it before experienced myself, assistant Kellie on 30 September 2016 continued telling to me that they do not insure paper instead if asking me what I want and to suggest what they can do for me. Well, got it, will visit another office next time. By the way my receipt is saying that it includes up to 50$ insurance - what does it mean? They do not insure paper according to the post assistant...
I sent a certified letter from Centerville, OH to Kettering, OH, about 5 miles away. The letter has gone 65 miles north to Columbus, OH, then 110 miles south to Cincinnati, OH, and after 8 days it is still in transit with no projected delivery date. Calling the Centerville post office results in a phone ringing for 20 minutes with no answer. AWFUL, ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, customer service!Mike finally answered the phone, and provided no help whatsoever. I need to see the next scan, he said. Well, gee, thats nothing more than I can do. When I complained about the length of time it took to answer, he said it was because there were 5 incoming phone lines. If there are that many people calling, and only one person answering, its obvious to me that more people need to be answering the phones. At a bare minimum, install an IVR that lets the customer know how long the wait will be. This is no way to manage a business. Synonyms for USPS: ineptitude, insensitivity, worthlessness, ripoff.
Only postoffice that I drop off prepaid priority mail flat rate boxes and they return 5% of them to sender for no apparent reason. I think the workers are lazy/incompetent when they see paper stamps on a package. If you want to make sure your mail reaches its destination, even with tracking, DO NOT ship it out from here.
If it were possible to give negative stars, I would! I sent out a money order for my deposit for my wedding hall and reception. It was to be sent to Indiana and I was told by using priority mail it WOULD be there within 2 days. Instead, your facility sent it to IOWA!!! Here I am a week later with no one being able to track where the packages current location is and it is no longer in Iowa! Due to the lack of service I am now not going to have to have a place for my ceremony or reception to get married and I am out a substantial amount of money because I was told that I cant receive a refund for my money order until after 30 days. In case your not aware, it is impossible to find a hall ten months prior to your wedding date. I will tell everyone I know to never never never never never go to your facility again. The lack of remorse or reasoning to fix this matter is just unreal to me. Shame on you USPS, I will NEVER use your services EVER again!
They really lack good customer service here. I went in to mail a package for the first time and one of the ladies at the front desk was so rude to me for simply asking a question about mailing a package! Gee, you couldnt just be polite old lady. I ended up leaving because I felt like asking for help and asking questions was too much for this old hag.
Wont deliver my certified mail and wont answer their phone. Never enough help. Even though I have left instructions on my mail box visible from space, they still wont knock so I can receive our mail! They just leave a slip that doesnt state from whom and count THAT as an attempt.
I needed assistance with overseas shipping and even though the gentleman who answered the phone could not answer my question he placed Kelly on the phone to help me. Kelly was awesome and provided everything I needed to know about overseas shipping to include expected delivery and associated costs. She was very aware of military shipments and all that is required to complete a shipping transaction.Great Job Kelly!!!
I guess these workers dont know how to answer the phone and they dont know how to be polite. I was on hold for over 15 minutes before any one even came on the phone. I decided to hang up and not waste my time. I needed help to track a package that has been lost for 3 weeks. I guess not helping people is part of the job description.
Washington Twp. has hands down the longest and SLOWEST service I have EVER seen at a post office. The line is wrapped around and still, only two people are working. Something HAS to change. It’s 3:15 pm and line is long with people waiting up to 30mins. Either hire more people or put more residents at another location.
Why ever would it take 15 minutes of the phone ringing for someone to answer. Mike was completely unprofessional and unhelpful on the phone. Agree with all previous comments about customer service.....do they all really hate their jobs??? QUIT !!! I sent certified letter a year ago.....supposed to be overnight. Was going to Florida....went to completely wrong side of Florida because clerk at Wash Twp location coding it wrong. Was given my money back...but....the overnight choice was for a reason. Also agree that if there was a option for a negative rating that I would use it.
The employees that work behind the register are unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I have stood in line several times and witnessed customers yelled at and belittled. Its a nice facility otherwise, but I would visit another Post Office if you have to purchase anything from the counter.
Our mail doesn’t get delivered until late in the evening, every day. And when you have to go in the building for service, the staff is typically rude and unfriendly. I’ve started going to the Bellbrook post office now. If only I could get my mail delivered out of a different facility.
The post box says the cutoff is 5 pm on Saturdays. Recently, I dropped a payment in the post box on a Saturday before 5 pm. I depended on the postmark being for that day, but it was postmarked 2 days later instead. Now I have to pay extra. Ive also received mail that belongs to my neighbors and people on another street. Get it together, guys!
Absolutely terrible customer service, the woman who attempted to take care of us told us when we asked for an update on our package that we shouldnt have even called yet, and talked down to us the entire time. since when is it alright to make someone feel dumb just for calling for an update?
Rude employees. Went in to pick up a package that THEY had made an incorrect label of and was hasseled by employee with attitude and lack of knowledge. The same woman this morning had stated I needed to come and pick up the package in person and suddenly couldnt find my item. Will be contacting a manager !
This Post Office is terrible!! Not receiving some of our mail, we receive mail for other addresses frequently and items we have been mailing to the same addresses for years are being returned to us as undeliverable!!What in the world is going on there? Oh yeah, Government employees sothey get paid to do nothing - yet keep on increasing our costs! Ridiculous!
Terrible Customer Service! The employees treated everyone in there rudely and seemed to be more interested in aggravating the customers rather than helping them. All I wanted to do was to pick up a package that was delivered there and was told that they couldnt find it after looking for about 2 minutes and to try again later in the week. Will never do business there again unless I absolutely have to.
The people that work for this office really suck they didnt explain anything they handed me a paper told me to fill it out and then when I was done she like put her hand at me like are you done with that didnt even say anything when I did hand it to her. I dont appreciate the customer service here you guys really need to hire new people that actually greet their customers and explain things properly not just hand you a paper with Attitude behind it.
Ron so called Government Employee..get it you work for me RON supervisors lie they laugh and play with our mail the is a liar the other manger also.went to pick up Heart medical supplies.RON SAID I WORK FOR HIM USPS WORKS FOR NOT YOU OR ANYONE ELSE..OUT OF RONS SUPERVISORS MOUTH.he would not give me my heart BP medication.he said deal with it.This very true and happened this mourning please take hou buisness some place else if you can and are able. Will be filling a formal Government complaint on this is not the 1st time just nasty hateful rude USPS.attendents.
RON IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SUPERVISOR AT THE WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP BRANCH OF USPS!!! IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD....1 STAR IS WAY TOO MUCH! HIS PHONE SKILLS ARE THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. AS A BUSINESS OWNER AND RETAIL CUSTOMER OF THE USPS, I HAVE NOW DECIDED TO PULL THE PLUG FROM THEM AND GO WITH FEDEX AND/OR UPS. I CANNOT AND I REPEAT CANNOT BELIEVE THEY WOULD EVEN HIRE HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE, LET ALONE MAKE HIM A SUPERVISOR...??? I WOULDNT HIRE HIM TO SUPERVISE MY DOG! HE SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE FIRED! I HOPE POSTMASTER OMAR COLEMAN AND MANAGER JEFF WILSON LISTEN TO THIS REVIEW AND WATCH THIS GUY...

2022-05-25This post office is very 50/50 on whether youll have a good experience. I went and put the package in the wrong kind of parcel for the shipping label, my bad, but when I went up to the counter the lady had such an attitude with me and made sparky comments for no reason. I repackaged them in the right box (also to make it clear, the boxes I was supposed to use were not labeled as first class packages which wouldve made it much more clear) and came back and the lady that helped me this time was very nice and helpful. Moral of the story, if you get Gloria youll have a good experience but if you get an older white lady (didny catch her name) shell cop an attitude and youll wish you went with FedEx.

2022-05-28Lazy. I had two packages that were supposed to be delivered and checked my tracking information which said they couldn’t deliver it because there was no access to the delivery location which was a mailbox that was not in anyway obstructed. I now have to wait 3 more days to receive packages i waited a month for. I guess its too hard to actually get out of the truck and walk up to a mail box. Lazy and absolutely pathetic

2022-05-04This is one of the rudest post offices Ive ever been in. Quite the condescending bunch they employ here! Connie has my vote for the least helpful employee of the month. Im certain she makes the postmaster proud.

2022-03-22This is now my second time within 6 months I have been notified that my package has been received and it was not actually delivered to my address. I’ve had to file a missing package yet again to probably be told like before that it was in fact lost.

2019-03-20Last Friday I received a notice to get a Certified letter. The issue is that I was home Friday and no one rang the bell (?). It is an inconvenience. I picked up the letter yesterday (Tuesday). I was lucky that the office was almost empty around 9am est, the staff was friendly.

2021-12-19Took 11 days just to leave this post office. Had to refund 10 buyers 200+, due to perishable live plants. If you ship during holiday with this place, I recommend you get an insurance.
